Abstract

The mechanism of action of AN-152 in ovarian and endometrial cancer cells in vitro was studied. It was found that the efficacy of AN-152 is inversely correlated with carboxylesterase activity and it was more effective than doxorubicin at equimolar concentrations.

Abstract

The case of a patient with voluminous unilateral hypertrophy of vulvar labia and pseudocondylomata in the fossa navicularis associated with intestinal Crohn's disease is presented. The interrelationship of genital alterations and Crohn's disease are discussed.
