Salmonella is a common foodborne pathogen that can cause food poisoning, posing a serious threat to human health. Therefore, quickly, sensitively, and accurately detecting Salmonella is crucial to ensuring food safety. For the Salmonella hilA gene, we designed Recombinase-aided amplification (RAA) primers and dsDNA-specific nuclease (DNase) probes. The ideal primer and probe combination was found when conditions were optimized. Under UV light, a visual Salmonella detection technique (RAA-dsDNase) was developed. Additionally, the RAA-dsDNase was modified to further reduce pollution hazards and simplify operations. One-pot RAA-dsDNase-UV or one-pot RAA-dsDNase-LFD was developed as a Salmonella detection method, using UV or a lateral flow dipstick (LFD) for result observation. Among them, one-pot RAA-dsDNase and one-pot RAA-dsDNase-LFD had detection times of 50 min and 60 min, respectively, for detecting Salmonella genomic DNA. One-pot RAA-dsDNase-UV had a detection limit of 101 copies/μL and 101 CFU/mL, while one-pot RAA-dsDNase-LFD had a sensitivity of 102 copies/μL and 102 CFU/mL. One-pot RAA-dsDNase-UV and one-pot RAA-dsDNase-LFD assays may identify 17 specific Salmonella serovars witho ut causing a cross-reaction with the remaining 8 bacteria, which include E. coli. Furthermore, Salmonella in tissue and milk samples has been reliably detected using both approaches. Overall, the detection method developed in this study can quickly, sensitively, and accurately detect Salmonella, and it is expected to become an important detection tool for the prevention and control of Salmonella in the future. Intelligent metasurfaces are artificially engineered structures that can real‐time control electromagnetic (EM) waves. However, the manipulating ability is usually realized by adopting the wired electrical control method, which is effective and robust, but there are still some limitations. Here, we propose an energy‐efficient light‐controllable intelligent metasurface consisting of meta‐atoms with the ability to manipulate EM waves without energy consumption and control overhead. As demonstrated, the resistance‐based metasurface is illuminated under different strengths of illumination to generate different radiation patterns. The measured results show that the metasurface can well realize dynamic beam steering under different illumination conditions. The proposed intelligent metasurface establishes the connection between microwave and light, which could promote the development of related multiphysics applications, such as photoelectric reconfigurable intelligent surface and internet of things devices. The ability to reliably detect enrofloxacin in animal-derived food products has important health implications. In the present study, a nanobody-horseradish peroxidase fusion specific for ENR was generated to enable a sensitive and rapid competitive ELISA suitable for detecting enrofloxacin in samples of milk and animal tissue. An enrofloxacin hapten generated via the glutaraldehyde method was initially used to immunize an adult Bactrian camel as a means of constructing a phage library. Enrofloxacin-specific nanobodies were then selected through three rounds of biopanning, and HRP-fused versions of these nanobodies were then expressed. Lastly, these nanobodies were used to develop a sensitive cELISA for enrofloxacin detection in milk and animal tissues, with the resultant assay exhibiting an IC 50 of 37.41 ng/mL and a linear detection range (IC 20 -IC 80 ) of 10.89 to 244.34 ng/mL.
