BackgroundInternet-based cognitive behavioral therapy （ICBT） is progressively emerging as an efficacious alternative to alleviate anxiety and depression in cancer patients. To date， no Meta-analysis has been conducted specific to the effect of ICBT on anxiety， depression， distress and quality of life in cancer patients.ObjectiveTo assess the effect of ICBT on distress， depression， anxiety and quality of life in cancer patients through a systematic review of the literature.MethodsOn March 28， 2022， PubMed， PsycINFO， Embase， Cochrane Library， Web of Science， CNKI， VIP， Wanfang Data and CBM were retrieved for the randomized controlled trials （RCTs） involving ICBT targeting either distress， depression， anxiety， quality of life or all in cancer patients. After the risk of bias assessment， Stata 17.0 software was used for Meta-analysis.ResultsA total of 12 RCTs with a total sample size of 1 686 patients were included. The explosion in foundation poses a significant threat to people and buildings. Currently, a unified empirical prediction formula for crater in calcareous foundation has not been established. In this paper, analyzed the types and sizes of explosion crater with different scaled burial depths through field tests and numerical simulation. In field tests, revealed the influence of scaled burial depth on the type and size of explosion crater and obtained the critical scaled burial depth for three different types of explosion craters, namely ejecta-type crater, collapse-type crater and covert explosion. Through the Smooth Particle Hydrodynamic-Finite Element Method (SPH-FEM) coupling algorithm, studied the movement trajectory of sand particles around the explosive at the moment of explosion in detail. Based on the field tests and numerical simulation results, it was found that calcareous sand has a smaller specific gravity due to its own characteristics, and the size of the explosion crater is larger than that of quartz sand at the same scaled burial depth. Obtained an empirical formula for crater in calcareous sand. A linear high‐sensitivity response is crucial for flexible electronic skin, particularly in precision detection for applications like intelligent robotics and human‐machine interactions. Prevailing strategies typically adopt a layered, multifaceted material design to cultivate this response, yet this approach often culminates in a diminished capacity to augment sensing stability. The root causes of these limitations are predominantly material mechanical mismatches and interface incompatibilities inherent in these designs. To address these challenges, an electromechanical integration strategy is introduced that simultaneously enhances linear highsensitivity and stability. This strategy is centered on constructing a robust, integrated mechanical and electrical interface within a polyurethane material system through an in situ growth and adhesion process. The iontronic pressure sensor exhibits a linear high‐sensitivity response (16.24 kPa−1, R2 = 0.999) within a wide range (0–300 kPa). Moreover, the sensor's integrated structure, self‐encapsulated through the adhesion between the electrode and dielectric layers, exhibits robust stability, even under complex mechanical stresses. The applications of the sensors in precision weighing and haptic feedback within intelligent gripping systems demonstrate their advantages of both linearity and stable sensing. This work delineates a strategic pathway for the fabrication of high‐performance flexible pressure sensors, contributing significantly to the field of advanced sensing technologies. In this paper, the removal behavior of alkali and alkaline earth metals (AAEMs) and the evolution of microscopic characteristics in high alkali coal under the leaching of inorganic and organic acids are studied. The results show inorganic acids have better effect on the removal of AAEMs because of their stronger ability to convert carboxylate and phenol salts into covalent carboxylic acids and phenols. Citric acid has a slightly weaker effect than inorganic acids, and oxalic acid has the least effect. The improvement of slagging characteristics is consistent with the removal ability. Sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and citric acid are more effective in enhancing the calorific value of coal, with an enhancement of about 0.60 MJ/kg. After leaching, the pores and cracks in the coal are developed, and the mesopores have a tendency to shift to a lower pore size range. This trend is most pronounced in citric acid leached coal and hydrochloric acid leached coal. Sulfuric acid seriously damage the surface morphology, which results in a tendency of large pore transfer in S-form coal. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background and Objective: The apnoea‐hypopnoea index (AHI) and oxygen desaturation index (ODI) encounter challenges in capturing the intricate relationship between obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and cardiovascular disease (CVD) risks. Although novel hypoxic indices have been proposed to tackle these limitations, there remains a gap in comprehensive validation and comparisons across a unified dataset. Methods: Samples were derived from the Sleep Heart Health Study (SHHS), involving 4485 participants aged over 40 years after data quality screening. The study compared several key indices, including AHI, ODI, the reconstructed hypoxic burden (rHB), the percentage of sleep time with the duration of respiratory events causing desaturation (pRED_3p) and the sleep breathing impairment index (SBII), in relation to CVD mortality and morbidity risks. Adjusted Cox proportional models were employed to calculate hazard ratios (HRs) for each index, and comparisons were performed. Results: SBII and pRED_3p exhibited significant correlations with both CVD mortality and morbidity, with SBII showing the highest adjusted HR (95% confidence interval) for mortality (2.04 [1.25, 3.34]) and pRED_3p for morbidity (1.43 [1.09‐1.88]). In contrast, rHB was only significant in predicting CVD mortality (1.63 [1.05–2.53]), while AHI and ODI did not show significant correlations with CVD outcomes. The adjusted models based on SBII and pRED_3p exhibited optimal performance in the CVD mortality and morbidity datasets, respectively. Conclusion: This study identified the optimal indices for OSA‐related CVD risks prediction, SBII for mortality and pRED_3p for morbidity. In order to fully explore the development degree and distribution law of the structural plane of a tunnel surrounding rock in three-dimensional space, this paper studies the geometric characteristic parameters of a structural plane in the study area through field investigation, data acquisition and statistical analysis. The structural plane is divided into three dominant groups by using DIPS. v5. 103 software. The probability distribution model of occurrence, trace length, diameter and spacing of the structural plane is established. This paper focuses on the error correction of structural plane occurrence and the estimation of average trace length based on the rectangular window method. The discrete fracture network model is generated by using MATLAB R2021b software, and the discrete fracture network model is verified from three aspects: structural plane occurrence, average trace length and area density. The verification results are compared with the measured data, and the simulation results are in line with the actual situation on site. Based on the discrete fracture network model, the volume joint number of rock mass is calculated. Based on the JSR index, BQ classification method and RQD classification, the development degree of fractures and surrounding rock classification in this area are evaluated. A method of surrounding rock classification based on three evaluation indexes is discussed to comprehensively and accurately classify the quality of rock mass in this area. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Complex plasma widely exists in thin film deposition, material surface modification, and waste gas treatment in industrial plasma processes. During complex plasma discharge, the configuration, distribution, and size of particles, as well as the discharge glow, strongly depend on discharge parameters. However, traditional manual diagnosis methods for recognizing discharge parameters from discharge images are complicated to operate with low accuracy, time-consuming and high requirement of instruments. To solve these problems, by combining the two mechanisms of attention mechanism (strengthening the extraction of the channel feature) and shortcut connection (enabling the input information to be directly transmitted to deep networks and avoiding the disappearance or explosion of gradients), the network of squeeze and excitation convolution with shortcut (SECS) for complex plasma image recognition is proposed to effectively improve the model performance. The results show that the accuracy, precision, recall and F1-Score of our model are superior to other models in complex plasma image recognition, and the recognition accuracy reaches 97.38%. Moreover, the recognition accuracy for the Flowers and Chest X-ray publicly available data sets reaches 97.85% and 98.65%, respectively, and our model has robustness. This study shows that the proposed model provides a new method for the diagnosis of complex plasma images and also provides technical support for the application of plasma in industrial production.
