This paper presents a coordination scheme of superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) and photovoltaic (PV) generation system for regulating the DC bus voltage in the low voltage direct current (LVDC) distribution systems. Firstly, the effect of AC grid faults on LVDC distribution system is analyzed. Then, the PV is designed to operate as the backup power of SMES by adjusting the control mode automatically according to the residual energy of SMES. The proposed scheme can regulate DC bus voltage in milliseconds and maintain the bus voltage during the whole fault process by taking use of both SMES and PV. A LVDC distribution system is modelled in PSCAD/EMTDC. Simulation results have demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

OBJECTIVE: : To study the protective effect and mechanism of salidroside on lung tissue of rats exposed rapidly to high altitude. METHODS: : Thirty-six Wistar male rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, Rhodiola rosea capsule (137 mg/kg) group, salidroside low-dose (14 mg/kg), medium-dose (28 mg/kg) and high-dose (56 mg/kg) groups, with 6 rats in each group. After 5 continuous days of drug administration in the plain lab, rats were rapidly moved to 4010 m plateau field lab. After exposure to hypoxia condition for 3 days the blood gas indexes were detected; the serum levels of inflammatory factors were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA); the oxidative stress index of lung tissue was measured; the pathological changes of lung tissue were observed by microscopy with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining; and the expression of occludin in lung tissues was determined by western blotting. OBJECTIVE: : To screen activators of 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (BPG) mutase (BPGM) from Chinese herb medicines, so as to improve the hypoxia tolerance of erythrocytes. METHODS: : BPGM was used as the receptor and Chinese medicine ingredients database was used as the ligand in the study. After Lipinski rule of five screening, LibDock and CDOCKER docking were used for virtual screening. The effect of the screened compounds on the affinity of BPGM in erythrocytes was verified. Finally, the erythrocytes were incubated in vitro to establish the erythrocyte hypoxia model, and the effect of the compound on the activity of BPGM in the erythrocyte hypoxia model was verified. RESULTS: : Ten compounds with highest binding affinity to BPGM were selected by LibDock and CDOCKER, and the cytoplasm protein was incubated with the ten compounds. Compared with blank control group, methyl rosmarinate group, dihydrocurcumin high dose group, octahydrocurcumin medium dose group and coniferyl ferulate high dose group were able to further activate the BPGM, significantly increase the levels of 2, 3-BPG in normal erythrocytes (all P0.05). The short-term prediction of the electricity consumption of the distribution network during the peak summer period is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the distribution network and to reduce the burden on the grid staff. This paper obtains and organizes the operating data of distribution transformers in a city in southern China, takes the active load rate as the electricity consumption index, and uses ARIMA and PCR models to make short-term electricity consumption prediction. The results show that ARIMA prediction results are significantly better than PCR. The research results of this paper have certain guiding significance for the actual work of distribution network.

Nowadays extreme disaster weather have a great impact on the safe operation of distribution transformer. In this paper, an analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with a data mining method based on Apriori algorithm is proposed to build a new disaster weather evaluation system and construct the correlation model between extreme weather conditions and transformer fault types. For the proposed method, the analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is firstly used to processed the real data of a certain power grid, and then the disaster weather evaluation system is established to to determine the impact degree of the disaster weather and classify the disaster grade. Lastly the Apriori algorithm is used to mine the real data to obtain the strong association rules and build the correlation model. The proposed model is performed on the field data obtained from a real power grid in South China and the final experimental results prove that the evaluation system and the correlation model are effective and comprehensive.
