Objective： This study aimed to improve the preservation properties of pullulan （PUL） coating and prepare preservation materials with sustained-release properties. Methods： GSE nanoparticles were prepared by grape seed extract （GSE）, chitosan and γ-polyglutamic acid. GSE nanoparticles of different quality were added to the PUL coating solution to prepare GSE nanoparticles/PUL coatings. The preservation properties of GSE nanoparticles/PUL coatings on salmon fillets were evaluated. Results： Compared with untreated fish fillets, the total number of bacteria in fish meat was reduced, and lipid oxidation and protein decomposition were delayed by 1.08% GSE nanoparticles/PUL coating. In addition, after fish fillets were treated with 1.08% GSE nanoparticles/PUR coating, the protein solubility was increased by 38.8%, and the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were increased by 4.02 U/mg and 0.20 U/g, respectively. Conclusion： The GSE nanoparticles/PUL coatings were prepared with good preservation properties, which can extend the shelf life of salmon fillets for 5~7 days.

Aiming at the efficiency and credibility of data feed in power blockchain application system,the trusted data feed technology based on 5G and Oracle mechanism is studied. Firstly,the data feed method in the blockchain system is discussed,and the Oracle data feed method applicable to the power 5G blockchain is analyzed. Secondly,the trusted data feed technology of the power 5G business system based on distributed Oracle is proposed,and the overall system architecture based on cloud-edge-terminal integration is designed,as well as the workflow of data source registration,evaluation and on chaining. Among them,the distributed data collection and sharing are realized through the blockchain system,and the data source evaluation is realized based on threshold signature algorithm and verifiable random function. The evaluation algorithm is run by the edge Internet of Things (IoT) agent node to ensure the security and availability of the system. Through the division and optimization of 5G slice tasks,the efficient transmission of authentication data and business data is achieved. Finally,the proposed scheme is deployed in the electricity 5G blockchain based power information acquisition system,and experimental verification is carried out from the aspects of communication performance,business performance,resource utilization,etc. The results show that the average data transmission delay of the proposed scheme under different load stress tests is about 10 ms,and the bit error rate and packet loss rate are less than 0.9%. In the case of 100-level concurrent service requests,the performance of the scheme is improved by more than 80% compared with the existing schemes,so it has good feasibility and promotion value.

Nowadays, navigation systems are widely used in public travel because they can instantly offer GPS-based route directions. Following the navigation prompt messages while driving is considered a secondary driving task, while vehicle control is regarded as a primary driving task. Navigation prompt messages with more information can deliver more cues to drivers, but they require a higher cognitive demand and vice versa. To systematically explore the effects of the amount of information from navigation voice prompts and further quantify the utility of voice prompts, four types of prompt messages with increasing amounts of information, denoted as a Single Message, Double Message, Triple Message, and Quadruple Message, were designed. A driving simulation experiment was conducted to obtain driving behavior data under different prompt messages. The one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Kruskal–Wallis (KW) test were used to examine the differences in driving performance under the guidance of different prompt messages from multiple perspectives. Then, eight indicators were selected based on the functions of the navigation system and the driver's response, and the grey near-optimal method was used to determine the utility of the four types of prompt messages. This study found that the four types of navigation prompt messages all began to take effect at about 200 m upstream of the stop bar. The differences between the four types of prompt messages were more significant in the zone from 100 m upstream and ended at 100 m downstream of the stop bar of the intersection. Drivers using Single and Double Messages exhibited more powerful deceleration than those using Triple and Quadruple Messages. The utility values of the four types of prompt messages increased with the increase in the amount of information. Palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK) are debilitating lesions that arise in individuals with pachyonychia congenita (PC) and feature upregulation of danger-associated molecular patterns and skin barrier regulators. The defining features of PCassociated PPK are reproduced in mice null for keratin 16 (Krt16), which is commonly mutated in PC patients. Here, we have shown that PPK onset is preceded by oxidative stress in footpad skin of [Krt16.sup.-/-] mice and correlates with an inability of keratinocytes to sustain nuclear factor erythroid-derived 2 related factor 2-dependent (NRF2-dependent) synthesis of the cellular antioxidant glutathione (GSH). Additionally, examination of plantar skin biopsies from individuals with PC confirmed the presence of high levels of hypophosphorylated NRF2 in lesional tissue. In [Krt16.sup.-/-] mice, genetic ablation of Nrf2 worsened spontaneous skin lesions and accelerated PPK development in footpad skin. Hypoactivity of NRF2 in \ [Krt16.sup.-/-] footpad skin correlated with decreased levels or activity of upstream NRF2 activators, including PKCδ, receptor for activated C kinase 1 (RACK1), and p21. Topical application of the NRF2 activator sulforaphane to the footpad of [Krt16.sup.-/-] mice prevented the development of PPK and normalized redox balance via regeneration of GSH from existing cellular pools. On the foundation of the original backpressure-based traffic light control algorithm, a distributed cooperative backpressure-based traffic light control method is proposed in this paper. The urban traffic network is modeled as a smart agentcontrolled queuing network, in which the intersection agents exchange the queue length information and the selected activating light phase information of neighboring intersections through communications and determine the activating light phase at each time slot according to local traffic information. The improved phase pressure computation method considers the phase state of downstream intersections instead of only the queue length of the local intersections. Light phase switching coordination among adjacent intersections is achieved using the consensus-based bundle algorithm, in which the cooperative light phase switching problem is viewed as a task assignment issue among adjacent intersections. The 'plainification of materials' has been conceptualized to promote the sustainable development of materials. This perspective, for the first time in the field of biomaterials, proposes and defines 'plain metallic biomaterials (PMBs)' with demonstrated research and application case studies of pure titanium with high strength and toughness, and biodegradable, fine-grained and high-purity magnesium. Then, after discussing the features, benefits and opportunities of PMBs, the challenges are analyzed from both technical and regulatory aspects.
