A variable universe fuzzy proportional‐integral‐differential (PID) algorithm was designed and first application for a laser power stabilization system. To validate the algorithm's effectiveness, it is applied to the simulation model of Simulink and the experimental system based on an acousto‐optic modulator. The results demonstrate that the variable universe fuzzy PID presents higher control precision, better robustness, and can suppress long‐term drift phenomena compared with the traditional feedback control algorithm. Polyaniline (PANI) is a kind of conductive polymer, which has some special optical and dielectrical properties due to its specific doping mechanism varied structures. PANI also is easy to combine with other organic or inorganic materials, which extends its function and application. Therefore, PANI is always the research focus of conductive polymers. In this paper, the research progress in the synthesis, characterization, and modification of PANI were reviewed; Then the the characteristics of PANI in the visible, infrared and radar waves were analyzed. At last, PANI research and improvement in molecular structure design, nanomaterial composite, device structure were forecasted, to solve practical difficulties in flexibility, compatibility, longevity, power consumption. The PANI will play an important role in the field of intelligent camouflage such as optical adaptive camouflage and multi-band composite stealth camouflage.

Objective: To explore the effect of titanic elastic nailing (TEN) fixing for Pilon fractures complicated with fractures of fibula., Methods: From March 2007 to March 2009, 20 patients with Pilon fractures complicated with fractures of fibula were surgically treated with TEN. There were 14 males and 7 females with an average age of 42.6 years ranging from 35 to 70 years. Among them, 12 cases were on the left, 8 cases were on the right., Results: All patients were followed-up for from 6 to 23 months (averaged 11.6 months). The symptoms of all patients had primarily relieved and the patients coulde ambulate at 2 to 3 months after treatment. According to Johner-Wruhs critera, the therapeutic results were excellent in 10 cases, good in 8 cases, fair in 2 cases. No case had skin infection and skin necrosis., Conclusion: Treatment of Pilon fractures complicated with fractures of fibula with TEN has the advantages such as less invasion, high rate of bone union and less soft tissue complication, it is a safe and effective procedure.
