BackgroundXpert Bladder Cancer is a detection method developed in recent years, designed with the functions of integrating sample automatically, nucleic acid amplification, and target sequence detection. It is a urine assay targeting five mRNAs (CRH, IGF2, UPK1B, ANXA10, and ABL1). The purpose of this article is to review the accuracy of Xpert Bladder Cancer in the follow-up diagnosis of bladder cancer and evaluate the role of Xpert Bladder Cancer in detecting the recurrence of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer in the round.MethodsIn the database of Embase, PubMed, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library, the articles published up to October 13, 2020, were searched and screened based on the exclusion and inclusion criteria, and data were extracted from the included studies. The sensitivity, specificity, negative likelihood ratio, positive likelihood ratio summary of receiver operating characteristic curves, and diagnostic odds ratio were combined by the Meta-DiSc 1.4 software. The Stata 12.0 software was used to obtain the assessment of publication bias.ResultsA total of 8 articles involving eight fourfold tables were finally identified. The pooled sensitivity and specificity of Xpert Bladder Cancer in the diagnosis of bladder cancer were 0.71 and 0.81, respectively. The positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were 3.74 and 0.34, respectively. The area under the curve was 0.8407. The diagnostic odds ratio was 11.99. Deeks’ funnel plot asymmetry test manifested no publication bias.ConclusionsIn summary, Xpert Bladder Cancer presents high accuracy and specificity in monitoring bladder cancer compared with cystoscopy. More researches are still required to further confirm this conclusion.

Accurate and reliable prediction of photovoltaic (PV) cell operating temperature is vital for performing accurate output power prediction. Although numerous mathematical models have been developed to capture the effect of environmental variables on PV cell temperature, the prediction accuracy needs to be further improved and a relatively general modeling framework needs to be developed to enhance adaptability for different PV cell types. In this study, a novel radial basis function (RBF) neural network assisted hybrid modeling strategy is proposed to predict the PV cell temperature. The hybrid model is designed as an explicit mathematical formulation combined with an RBF neural network assisted correcting factor. The known function formulation is induced from prior knowledge and the unknown correcting factor is modeled by the RBF neural network. The hybrid cell temperature model is combined with the equivalent circuit model and the effectiveness of cell temperature and output power prediction is evaluated. The results illustrate that the proposed method can perform accurately cell temperature and output power prediction for both laboratory and commercial plants. It is thus indicated that the proposed hybrid modeling strategy could provide a potential general solution framework of cell temperature and output power prediction for different PV cells.

Based on Field Synergy Principle and orthogonal experiment design, nine arranged metal-wire inserts(that is high porosity porous inserts) is determined to experiment. The results showed that heat transfer performance of the pipe that metal-wire inserts is rooted at the core region of pipe is better than the pipe that metal-wire inserts is rooted at the edge region of pipe., location and curve radian can impact heat exchange significantly. Under the given experimental condition, the heat transfer quantity increased by 120 - 520%, overall heat transfer coefficient increased by 126 - 610%. Through enhancing heat transfer performance evaluation criterion (PEC) comprehensive evaluation, it is concluded that when the Reynolds number Re changes in 338 ~ 6931, the PEC value of 0.89 ~ 5.97.The calculation formula of the drag coefficient is obtained by regression analysis.

The fire accident of the return airway for 7th mining area in TaoYi occurred in the middle section of the dead-end roadway referred to high gassy mine, which is difficult to handle and the technology request is high. Based on analysis of accident characteristics, a technology solution related to inerting and asphyxia was put forward, which combined the methods of underground injecting the inert gases into the fire area with the method of overground injecting the nitrous. After the injecting, the concentration of oxygen in the fire area reduced and the gas was asphyxial, which eliminated the danger of gas explosion and avoided expanding the accident. The successful application of this technology can provide references for the treatment of other similar fire accidents.

The photodissociation of cis-, trans-, and 1,l -dichloroethylene (DCE) was studied by a pump-and-probe technique, using a 193-nm excimer laser to excite the parent molecule and time-of-flight resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization to detect the products. We report here the nascent rotational state distributions of HCl(u”=O,1,2) and also the relative yields and intensity dependencies of HCl, H, CK2P3p), C1(2P1/2), HCP, and C1+. Our finding that the rotational state distributions of HCl for all three isomers are very similar leads us to conclude that the nascent distribution is determined far along the reaction coordinate and is insensitive to the isomeric form of the parent molecule, regardless of whether photoelimination results from a three- or four-center transition state. We also observed qualitatively different behavior for HCl(u”=O) and HCl(u”=1,2). As in our previous study of vinyl chloride, we found that HCl(u’30) has a Boltzmann-like rotational state distribution, with temperatures in this case near 1400 K, whereas the distribution for u” = 0 is described by a biexponential function with a low J” temperature around 300 K and a high J” temperature around 10 000 K. We propose that the dichotomy between these two distributions is due to microscopic rather than chemical branching. The relative yields of HCl and C1+ for trans-DCE are approximately double those of cis- and 1,l-DCE. This result is consistent with the interpretation that the yield-determining step is faster than cis-trans isomerization. The yields of all the other products are the same for cis and trans. For 1,l-DCE the yields of H, Cl(*P1p), and HCl+ are much greater than for cis- and trans-DCE, while for C1(2P3p) the 1 ,1-DCE yield is somewhat smaller. The relative yields of H and C1(2P3p) can be explained by the stabilities of the organic fragments, while the HCl+ yields can be explained statistically. All of the neutral fragments were found to be produced by singlephoton processes, while HCl+ and Cl+ require three and four photons, respectively. Ladder climbing mechanisms are proposed for the two ionic fragments.

To investigate the toxicity of fipronil in mice and the therapeutic effects of diazepam and phenobarbital sodium.Mice were administered by gastric tube with fipronil at six doses and their behavioral changes, pathological changes in their major viscera under light and electron microscopy and deaths were observed after acute poisoning. Distribution and quantity of nerve cells positive in glutamic acid (Glu) or gamma-aminobutyric acid (gamma-GABA) in the brain of mice were detected by immunohistochemical methods and micro-image analysis. The time of death time and survival rate were observed and compared between the varied groups of mice injected intraperitoneally with diazepam and phenobarbital sodium, respectively, 0.5 h after poisoning by fipronil at dose of 90 mg/kg.All the mice acutely poisoned by fipronil at varied doses showed some exciting symptoms in the central nervous system (CNS), including convulsion. Nuclear membrane space slightly expanded, neuroglia cells vacuolized and nerve fiber demyelinated under electron microscopy. The number and area of cells positive in Glu in the cerebral cortex of mice acutely poisoned by fipronil increased significantly, as compared to those in control mice. There was no significant difference in the number and area of cells positive in gamma-GABA in the hippocampal CA(1) region between poisoned and normal control groups. Survival rate of mice treated with diazepam or phenobarbital sodium was 58 percent.Mice with acute poisoning by fipronil appeared exciting symptoms in CNS, leading to damage in its nerve cells. Immunohistochemical techniques showed the damage could be related with the over-expression of glutamate transmitter in CNS. Early use of diazepam or phenobarbital sodium in treatment for acutely poisoned mice by fipronil could get better therapeutic efficacy.
