ABSTRACT: Biofilms formed by pathogenic or spoilage microorganisms have become serious issues in the dairy industry, as this mode of life renders such microorganisms highly resistant to cleaning-in-place (CIP) procedures, disinfectants, desiccation, and other control strategies. The advent of omics techniques, especially the integration of different omics tools, has greatly improved our understanding of the features of microbial biofilms, and provided in-depth knowledge on developing effective methods that are directly against deleterious biofilms. This review provides novel insights into the single use of each omics tool and the application of multiomics tools to unravel the mechanisms of biofilm formation, specific molecular phenotypes exhibited by biofilms, and biofilm control strategies. Challenges and future perspective on the integration of omics tools for biofilm studies are also addressed.

With the rapid development of urbanization, Wuhan has gradually developed into a mega city, and the city image has also changed. The main purpose of this study is to explore the differences in different dimensions of respondents’ attitudes towards city image in different areas of Wuhan and analyze the relationship between respondents’ basic information and attitude evaluation. Explore the development status of mega city image to better understand the feelings of urban users and guide the development direction of mega city image in the future. We used the questionnaire method to collect the basic information of the respondents and the evaluation data of the city image in the three dimensions and used SPSS to carry out descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and ANOVA analysis on the data. Through analysis of the data, we can get that different basic information of the respondents leads to different attitudes towards city images. Basic information of respondents is significantly correlated with the attitude towards city images. The differences between the rational planned new town with industrial production as its function and other areas are the largest in liking degree and familiarity degree, but there is no significant difference in the attitude of importance degree.

The composition and spatial distribution of tree species are pivotal for biodiversity conservation, ecosystem productivity, and carbon sequestration. However, the accurate classification of tree species in subtropical forests remains a formidable challenge due to their complex canopy structures and dense vegetation. This study addresses these challenges within the Jiangxi Lushan National Nature Reserve by leveraging high-resolution GF-2 remote sensing imagery and UAV multispectral images collected in 2018 and 2022. We extracted spectral, texture, vegetation indices, geometric, and topographic features to devise 12 classification schemes. Utilizing an object-oriented approach, we employed three machine learning algorithms—Random Forest (RF), k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Classification and Regression Tree (CART)—to identify 12 forest types in these regions. Our findings indicate that all three algorithms were effective in identifying forest type in subtropical forests, and the optimal overall accuracy (OA) was more than 72%; RF outperformed KNN and CART; S12 based on feature selection was the optimal feature combination scheme; and the combination of RF and Scheme S12 (S12) yielded the highest classification accuracy, with OA and Kappa coefficients for 2018-RF-S12 of 90.33% and 0.82 and OA and Kappa coefficients for 2022-RF-S12 of 89.59% and 0.81. This study underscores the utility of combining multiple feature types and feature selection for enhanced forest type recognition, noting that topographic features significantly improved accuracy, whereas geometric features detracted from it. Altitude emerged as the most influential characteristic, alongside significant variables such as the Normalized Difference Greenness Index (NDVI) and the mean value of reflectance in the blue band of the GF-2 image (Mean_B). Species such as Masson pine, shrub, and moso bamboo were accurately classified, with the optimal F1-Scores surpassing 89.50%. Notably, a shift from single-species to mixed-species stands was observed over the study period, enhancing ecological diversity and stability. These results highlight the effectiveness of GF-2 imagery for refined, large-scale forest-type identification and dynamic diversity monitoring in complex subtropical forests.

The complex underground public space brings challenge on pathfinding cognition. This research took Luoxiong Road Station in Wuhan as experimental site, using eye movement and electroencephalogram (EEG) synchronous detection, through pathway analysis and space-time fault method, exploring relationship between pathfinding cognition and complex underground public space. It was found that pathfinding habits and pathfinding decision-making were mainly affected by personal factors and environmental factors, respectively. Pathfinders influenced by personal factors, had behaviors such as left-walking or right-walking tendency, and the ratio of brain wave β/α was low (impression ratio ≤1). Pathfinders influenced by environmental factors, interested in the other side situation, vertical traffic and so on, and the ratio of brain wave β/α was high (impression ratio >1), with the frontal and parietal occipital lobe regions of brain being more active. These conclusions provided theoretical and data supplements for underground rail transit environment optimizing design in future.

The research studies the city image and cognitive distance at the scale of mega city scale in Wuhan. In the research, lots of people’s attitudes data towards city images were collected by questionnaire in 15 areas and analyzed by mathematical software. Moreover, they are presented by chromatogram. The following conclusions are drawn. The research obtains a lot of data on people's attitude data through the investigation and finds that the city images of Wuhan have changed with the expansion of the city. Also, the research finds that chromatogram is feasible to analyze the city image. As for the attitude data of people, the research analyzed it with distance data. Hankou beach, Hubu Lane, Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, Yellow Crane Tower and Wuhan University show significant correlation according to the results. The nearest metro stations around these five images are generally above 1 km. However, for the correlation analysis of Jianghan Road Walkway, Guiyuan Buddhist Temple, Optical Valley Business District, East Lake Scenic Area of Wuhan and Han Street, the results show that there is no correlation. The nearest metro stations around these five images are generally less than 1 km.

Heating buildings with solar energy is challenged by the seasonal mismatch between solar availability and heating demand. Thermochemical energy storage is a promising technology to overcome this challenge because of its high energy density. In building applications, space requirement is also an important consideration. Therefore, both the storage space and collector areas are important considerations, with only the latter often being neglected in previous studies. This paper proposes a novel two-stage thermochemical heat pump heating system based on the working pair of NaOH/H2O. We demonstrate that this system can work with a concentration difference (70% wt–30% wt) for the climate in hot summer and cold winter regions in China. The energy storage density based on the discharged solution is 363 kWh/m3. With this solar-driven thermochemical heat pump heating system, 35.13 m2 of collectors and 10.48 tons of 70% wt NaOH solution are sufficient to complete a full charge–discharge cycle and meet the heating demand of a single-family house (winter space heating + DHW: 9370 kWh, summer DHW: 2280 kWh). The theoretical maximum storage for solution (discharged + water tank) is 32.47 m3. Compared with the sensible seasonal storage alternative, the collector area is reduced by 12.5% and the storage space is reduced by 59%, with a possible further reduction through optimization. With the potential to be further optimized for space saving, the two-stage solar–NaOH heat pump heating system is an energy-efficient and space-efficient heating system for buildings in the hot summer and cold winter regions of China.

When a renewable energy station (RES) connects to the rectifier station (RS) of a modular multilevel converter-based high-voltage direct current (MMC-HVDC) system, the voltage at the point of common coupling (PCC) is determined by RS control methods. For example, RS control may become saturated under fault, and causes the RS to change from an equivalent voltage source to an equivalent current source, making fault analysis more complicated. In addition, the grid code of the fault ride-through (FRT) requires the RES to output current according to its terminal voltage. This changes the fault point voltage and leads to RES voltage regulation and current redistribution, resulting in fault response interactions. To address these issues, this study describes how an MMC-integrated system has five operation modes and three common characteristics under the duration of the fault. The study also reveals several instances of RS performance degradation such as AC voltage loop saturation, and shows that RS power reversal can be significantly improved. An enhanced AC FRT control method is proposed to achieve controllable PCC voltage and continuous power transmission by actively reducing the PCC voltage amplitude. The robustness of the method is theoretically proven under parameter variation and operation mode switching. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified through MAT-LAB/Simulink results.

PurposeThe aim of this study was to develop and validate a nomogram for predicting surgical intervention in pediatric intussusception after hydrostatic reduction.MethodsChildren with intussusception who had treated with sonographically guided saline hydrostatic reduction as an initial treatment were enrolled in this study. The enrolled patients were randomly selected for training and validation sets, and the split ratio was 7:3. The medical records of enrolled patients were retrospectively reviewed. The patients were divided into a surgery and a non-surgery group according to the results of the nonsurgical reduction. A model for predicting the risk of surgical treatment was virtualized by the nomogram using logistic regression analysis.ResultsThe training set consisted of 139 patients and the validation set included 74. After logistic regression analysis using training set, duration of symptoms, bloody stools, white blood cells (WBCs), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), long-axis diameter, poor prognostic signs by ultrasound and mental state were identified as the independent predictors of surgical intervention for intussusception. A model that incorporated the above independent predictors was developed and presented as a nomogram. The C-index of the nomogram in the validation set was 0.948 (95% CI, 0.888–1.000). The calibration curve demonstrated a good agreement between prediction and observation. The decision curve analysis (DCA) curve showed that the model achieved a net benefit across all threshold probabilities.ConclusionBased on the predictors of duration of symptoms, bloody stools, WBCs, CK-MB, long-axis diameter, poor prognostic signs by ultrasound and mental state, we developed a nomogram for predicting surgical intervention after hydrostatic reduction. This nomogram could be applied directly to facilitate pre-surgery decision for pediatric intussusception.

Pedestrian avoidance behavior often occurs in underground public spaces that connect urban rail transit and commercial complexes. This study proposes a co-monitoring method based on eye movement and electroencephalogram (EEG) to study pedestrian avoidance behavior in a real environment, taking the underground public space of the commercial complex of the Luoxiong Road railway station in Wuhan City as an experimental site. It is found that pedestrian avoidance behavior is influenced by both personal and environmental factors. The pedestrian avoidance behavior is a comprehensive response to the evaded person and the current environment. The personal factors mainly affect the pedestrian avoidance mode, while the environmental factors mainly affect the frequency of avoidance behavior. Avoidance patterns are related to the tendency of Chinese pedestrians to walk right, and the frequency of avoidance behavior is related to the complexity of the intersection of pedestrian walking routes within the environment, so avoidance behavior can be reduced by using spaces with good spatial connectivity in the design of underground public spaces. These findings provide theoretical support and data supplement for future environmental design optimization of underground public spaces.

The use of probiotics has been one of the effective strategies to restructure perturbed human gut microbiota following a disease or metabolic disorder. One of the biggest challenges associated with the use of probiotic-based gut modulation strategies is to keep the probiotic cells viable and stable during the gastrointestinal transit. Biofilm-based probiotics delivery approaches have emerged as fascinating modes of probiotic delivery in which probiotics show significantly greater tolerance and biotherapeutic potential, and interestingly probiotic biofilms can be developed on food-grade surfaces too, which is ideal for the growth and proliferation of bacterial cells for incorporation into food matrices. In addition, biofilms can be further encapsulated with food-grade materials or with bacterial self-produced biofilms. This review presents a newly emerging and unprecedently discussed techniques for the safe delivery of probiotics based on biofilms and further discusses newly emerging prebiotic materials which target specific gut microbiota groups for growth and proliferation.

Considering the possible overvoltage caused by high-penetration photovoltaics (PVs) connected to the distribution networks (DNs), a cluster partition-based voltage control combined day-ahead scheduling and real-time control for distribution networks is proposed. Firstly, a community detection algorithm utilizing a coupling quality function is introduced to divide the PVs into clusters. Based on the cluster partition, day-ahead scheduling (DAS) is proposed with the objective of minimizing the operating costs of PVs, as well as the on-load tap changer (OLTC). In the real-time control, a second-order cone programming (SOCP) model-based real-time voltage control (RTVC) strategy is drawn up in each cluster to regulate the PV inverters, and this strategy can correct the day-ahead scheduling by modifications. The proposed strategy realizes the combination of day-ahead scheduling and real-time voltage control, and the optimization of voltage control can be greatly simplified. Finally, the proposed method is applied to a practical 10 kV feeder to verify its effectiveness.

Abstract Background Terminal differentiation-induced ncRNA (TINCR) plays an essential role in epidermal differentiation and is involved in the development of various cancers. Methods qPCR was used to detect the expression level of TINCR in tissues and cell lines of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). The potential targets of TINCR were predicted by the bioinformation website. The expression of miR-210 and BTG2 genes were detected by qPCR, and the protein levels of BTG2 and Ki-67 were evaluated by western blot. CCK-8 assay, scratch test, and transwell chamber were used to evaluate the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis ability of LSCC cells. The relationships among TINCR, miR-210, and BTG2 were investigated by bioinformatics software and luciferase reporter assay. The in vivo function of TINCR was accessed on survival rate and tumor growth in nude mice. Results We used qRT-PCR to detect the expression of TINCR in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) tissues and cells and found significantly lower levels in cancer tissues compared with adjacent tissues. Additionally, patients with high TINCR expression had a better prognosis. TINCR overexpression was observed to inhibit the proliferation and invasion of LSCC cells. TINCR was shown to exert its antiproliferation and invasion effects by adsorbing miR-210, which significantly promoted the proliferation and invasion of laryngeal squamous cells. Overexpression of miR-210 was determined to reverse the tumour-suppressive effects of TINCR. BTG2 (anti-proliferation factor 2) was identified as the target gene of miR-210, and BTG2 overexpression inhibited the proliferation and invasion of LSCC cells. BTG2 knockdown relieved the inhibitory effects of TINCR on the proliferation and invasion of LSCC. Finally, TINCR upregulation slowed xenograft tumour growth in nude mice and significantly increased survival compared with control mice. Conclusion The results of this study suggest that TINCR inhibits the proliferation and invasion of LSCC by regulating the miR-210/BTG2 pathway, participates in cell cycle regulation, and may become a target for the treatment of LSCC.

Under rapid urbanization-induced global warming and resource depletion, growing interest in zero-energy building (ZEB) and zero-emission building (ZEB) technologies have emerged globally to improve energy performance in homes and shape sustainable cities. Although several countries have released ZEB-enhanced strategies and set national standards and policies to promote ZEBs, construction projects are still limited to demonstration projects. This paper reviews global ZEB activities and state-of-the-art technologies for energy-efficient residential building technologies [based on an evaluation of 40 residential buildings]. Over 40 residential buildings on different continents were reviewed, and their technical details and performance were evaluated. Our results show that 62.5% of the buildings achieved the +ZEB standard, 25% of the buildings were net-zero energy buildings, and only 12.5% of the buildings were near-zero energy buildings. Solar PV is the most widely used renewable energy source in the studied cases, while in warmer climates, advanced cooling technologies and heat pumps are the preferred technologies. A building envelope and thermal ventilation with heat recovery are essential in cold climates. Our systematic analysis reveals that the thermal performance of the building envelope and solar energy are the most effective mechanisms for achieving energy efficiency and shaping sustainable cities.

Obesity-induced adipose chronic inflammation is closely related to the development of insulin resistance and T2DM. Tripeptides l-valyl-l-prolyl-l-proline (VPP) and l-isoleucyl-l-prolyl-L-proline (IPP) derived from bovine casein have been reported to prevent inflammatory changes and mitigate insulin resistance in adipocytes. In this study, we aimed to investigate the influence of casein hydrolysates (CH) containing VPP and IPP on a high fat diet (HFD)-induced obese mice and cytokine TNF-α-induced adipocytes. Our data showed that CH alleviated chronic inflammation both in vivo and in vitro. 4% CH suppressed HFD-induced systemic inflammatory factors, hypertrophic white adipocytes, and macrophage infiltration. More importantly, CH was able to improve adipocyte dysfunction induced by TNF-α by increasing the expression of CCAAT/enhancer binding protein α (C/EBP-α) rather than peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPAR-γ). Furthermore, CH also dose-dependently suppressed mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)-c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) phosphorylation and enhanced the phosphorylation of Erk 1/2, but not nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) p65 phosphorylation, in TNF-α-induced 3T3-L1 cells. These results indicated that CH could ameliorate adipose chronic inflammation through the MAPK pathway. Altogether, our findings suggested that 4% CH supplementation for 6 weeks exerted a protective role in preventing obesity-related inflammation and adipose dysfunction.

We examined the effects of Cd and Zn exposure on the photosynthetic function and the tolerant mechanisms of ROS metabolism in tobacco leaves. The results showed that the photosynthesis inhibition caused by Cd exposure was due to the limitation of both stomatal and non-stomatal factors, while Zn exposure only showed a significant effect on the Gs of tobacco leaves. Cd increased the generation rate of O2•– and the content of H2O2, but Zn did not lead to the ROS burst. Cd enhanced the POD activity, but inhibited SOD and CAT activities. The activities of SOD and POD significantly increased under Zn exposure. Cd inhibited the activity and expression of APX. The up regulation of GPX, GR and GST expression and the increase of their activities also play a positive role in the adaptation to Cd. Although Zn inhibited the activities of APX and GPX, it had little effect on other enzyme activities and protein expression in AsA-GSH cycle. TPX and TrxR activities, Trx-Prx pathway-related proteins are very sensitive to Cd. However, only PrxQ and 2-Cys Prx BAS1, which are located in chloroplast, and Trx-HFC164 were significantly down-regulated in Trx-Prx pathway under Zn exposure.

This study was conducted to evaluate the changes in microbial communities and metabolites during the Chinese traditional sourdough fermentation. A gradual decrease in pH values was observed throughout the fermentation process. A considerable increase in LAB and yeasts counts was noticed during the primary stage of fermentation with the corresponding increase in amino acids, glucose, lactic acid and acetic acid. During the secondary fermentation stage, LAB count started decreasing slowly, while yeast count still increased, and reached to the maximum value. However, glucose, amino acid, lactic acid and acetic acid contents decreased slightly. PCR-DGGE results identified nine bacteria, six yeasts and one mold species during the whole fermentation process. Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus sanfranciscensis were the predominant species. These results would help to understand the LAB and yeasts influence on the metabolic process during the fermentation of steamed bread by Chinese traditional sourdoughs.

Abstract Background As a type of recently discovered noncoding RNA, circular RNAs (circRNAs) exert pivot biological functions in diverse cancers. However, the role of circRNA_102171 in papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) has not been investigated. Our study was focused on the functional investigation toward circRNA_102171 in PTC progression. And we also aimed to reveal its potential molecular mechanism. Methods The expression pattern of circRNA_102171 was determined using quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) in PTC samples and cell lines. Cell proliferation was examined utilizing CCK8, colony formation and EdU incorporation assays. Apoptosis was analyzed by Annexin V/PI staining and FACS detection. Cell migration and invasion was measured using Transwell assay. Tumor growth in vivo was determined through a xenograft assay. RNA-pulldown, RNA-IP (RIP) and RNA-EMSA were used to analyze the interaction between circRNA_102171 and CTNNBIP1. Results CircRNA_102171 expression was upregulated in tumor tissues and cell lines. CircRNA_102171 silencing suppressed PTC cell proliferation, migration and invasion while promoting apoptosis. CircRNA_102171 knockdown inhibited PTC growth in vivo. CircRNA_102171 interacted with CTNNBIP1 to block its interaction with the β-catenin/TCF3/TCF4/LEF1 complex, leading to activation of Wnt/β-catenin pathway. Conclusions CircRNA_102171 overexpression promotes PTC progression through activating Wnt/β-catenin pathway in a CTNNBIP1-dependent way.

Introduction: Lindera aggregata is a main Chinese herb of ancient prescriptions Suoquan pill applied for treating the chronic kidney disease (CKD). A large number of application histories of Lindera aggregata in the treatment of CKD have been recorded in Chinese traditional medical literature. The previous reports revealed that Lindera aggregata can treat CKD. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into control, model, Huangkui,Lindera aggregata ethanol extract (LEE) and Lindera aggregata water extract (LWE) groups. hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to detect the pathology of kidney. The levels of serum creatinine (Scr), serum Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), urine protein (UP), kidney index(KI) were evaluated. The UPLC − QTOF/MS were applied to probe the metabolic profile. Furthermore, Indoxyl sulfate-induced human renal tubular epithelial (HK-2) cell model was built to determine the expression levels of pathogenesis-related proteins. Results: The results demonstrated that LEE and LWE significantly inhibited the rebound in Scr, BUN, NGAL, UP and KI in models, except for the effect of LWE at low dose (LWE-L) and LEE at low dose (LEE-L) on KI and the effect of LWE-H at high dose (LWE-H) and LEE-L on BUN and NGAL. Moreover,Lindera aggregata extracts alleviated renal tubular dilatation, interstitial fibrosis and interstitial inflammation. By analysis, twenty-eight metabolites were related to CKD. After intervention of Lindera aggregata extracts, some metabolites approach to a normal-like level, such as Indoxyl sulfate. These metabolites are mainly involved in tryptophan, fatty acid, glycerophospholipid, tyrosine and arachidonic acid metabolic pathways. Furthermore, Lindera aggregata extracts mediate the expression of smad2, smad3, smad7 and TGF-β in Indoxyl sulfate-induced HK-2 cell. Conclusions: Lindera aggregata extracts can mitigate adenine-induced CKD by modulating the metabolic profile and TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway, providing important supports for developing protective agent of Lindera aggregata for CKD.

Matrix converter has become one of the research hotspots of power electronic converter due to its excellent input and output characteristics and adjustable power factor. To study the stability of the matrix converter grid-connected system, the harmonic linearisation method is adopted to model the positive and negative sequence output impedance models of the matrix converter grid-connected system. The stability of the system is analysed by judging whether the plot of the ratio of the input impedance to the positive and negative sequence output impedance satisfies the Nyquist stability criterion. Also, an impedance remodelling method based on the positive sequence impedance is proposed to improve the stability of the system. Finally, the simulation verification is carried out by MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the impedance remodelling method.

Sea breezes are one of the most important weather processes affecting the environmental and climatic features over coastal areas, and the sea breeze from the Pearl River Estuary (PRE) has significant effects on the Pearl River Delta (PRD) region. We simulated a typical sea breeze process that occurred on 27 December 2020 in the PRD region using the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model to quantify the effects of topography and city clusters on the development of the sea breeze circulation. The results show that: (1) the topography on the west coast of the PRD tends to block the intrusion of the sea breeze and detour it along the eastern part of the terrain in the southeast of Jiangmen. The depth of sea breeze along the position of the detour is increased by 120 m, the penetration distance is increased by 40 km, the maximum intensity of sea breeze decreases by ~0.4 m/s, and the time of maximum speed delays for 4 h. However, on the east coast, the topography promotes the sea breeze, resulting in an occurrence about 4 h earlier due to the heating effects. The depth and the speed of the sea breeze are increased by 466 m and 1.2 m/s, respectively. (2) Under the influence of Urban Heat Island Circulation (UHIC), the sea breezes reach cities near the coast an hour earlier and are later inhibited from propagating further inland. Moreover, a wind convergence zone with a speed of 3–5 m/s and a width of about 25 km is formed along the boundary of suburbs and cities in the PRD region. As a result, two important convergence areas: Foshan–Guangzhou, and Dongguan–Shenzhen are formed. (3) Overall, the topography has a more remarkable impact on the mesoscale wind field especially in the mountain and bay areas, resulting in an average speed disturbance of 2.8 m/s. The urban heat island effect is relatively small and on average it causes only ± 0.9–1.8 m/s wind speed perturbations in the periphery of two convergence areas and over PRE.

Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptides from milk fermented with the yeast Kluyveromyces marxianus Z17 were identified. The optimum process conditions for the production of bioactive peptides were also established. Two novel peptides exhibiting ACE-inhibitory activity were identified from the fermented milk using Sephadex G-15 gel filtration, reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography and MALDI/TOF-TOF MS/MS. The sequences of the two novel peptides were VLSRYP and LRFF with IC50 values of 36.7 and 116.9 µM, respectively. Lineweaver–Burk plots revealed that both peptides behaved as competitive ACE inhibitors. Response surface methodology was used to determine the optimum process conditions for the production of ACE-inhibitory peptides. The results showed that the most significant factors affecting ACE inhibition were fermentation temperature, inoculum level and rotation speed. The maximum ACE-inhibitory activity (81.23%) was observed at temperature 32 °C, initial pH 6.5, inoculum level 6% and rotation speed of 189 rpm. The peptide content and peptidase activity (carboxypeptidase and aminopeptidase) had a significant positive effect on ACE inhibition, while endoproteinase activity showed an insignificant effect. The results of this study may contribute to the development of a functional beverage with antihypertensive effects.

In this paper; the impedance model of PWM rectifier and LLC resonant converter are deduced, and the stability analysis of cascade system is studied. The principle of three-phase PWM rectifier is introduced; and the small signal model in d-q coordinate system is deduced. The expression of dc side output impedance model for PWM rectifier is derived. The LLC resonant converter is operated in a fixed-frequency state, and the LLC resonant converter is modeled as a small signal model. On this basis, the input impedance model expression of the LLC resonant converter is derived. According to the impedance stability criterion, it can seen that the amplitude of input impedance is greater than the amplitude of output impedance in a certain frequency domain. In addition, the Nyquist curve is not around the point (−1,0), which can judge that the cascade system is stable. In simulation software, a cascade system simulation is built and corresponding simulation curves are obtained, which verifies the stability of the cascade system.

In this paper, we study submanifolds in a Riemannian manifold with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection. We prove that the induced connection on a submanifold is also semi-symmetric non-metric connection. We consider the total geodesicness and minimality of a submanifold with respect to the semi-symmetric non-metric connection. We obtain the Gauss, Cadazzi, and Ricci equations for submanifolds with respect to the semi-symmetric non-metric connection.

In this paper, we prove some optimal inequalities involving the intrinsic scalar curvature and the extrinsic Casorati curvature of submanifolds in a generalized complex space form with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection and a generalized Sasakian space form with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection. Moreover, we show that in both cases, the equalities hold if and only if submanifolds are invariantly quasi-umbilical.
