The method for individual selection of immunocorrector in surgical treatment of patients, suffering obliterating atherosclerosis of abdominal aorta and its branches, was proposed. There were examined 69 patients, suffering affection of abdominal aorta and its branches. Inhibition of phagocytic function of neutrophils was observed; on background of activation of the oxygen-dependent metabolism; decompensation of the phagocytic cells function, not depending from the disease stage present. Introduction of the proposed method for the immunocorrector selection secures rising of the diagnosis accuracy and the immunotherapy efficacy.

Pathogenetically substantiated approach, using surgical, laser and echosclerosing methods, was applied for improvement of the treatment results in patients, suffering venous forms of the inborn vascular malformations of the lower extremities. The results of examination and treatment in 2006-2009 period were analyzed in 98 patients. The stem malformations with superficial venous system affection was diagnosed in 59 (60.2%) patients, the same with a deep venous system affection--in 27 (27.6%), the extrastem affections--in 7 (7.1%) and the combined malformations--in 5 (5.1%). There was differential tactics of the surgical treatment used together with combination of original surgical procedures, newest laser methods and sclerotherapy, which have permitted to achieve satisfactory late results in 73 (74.5%) patients. Poor results in 25 (25.5%) patients were caused by the pathological process spread and proliferative activity of malformation, what was confirmed by immunohistochemical and morphological investigations data.

The results of examination, surgical treatment and prophylaxis of infection complications were analyzed in 219 patients, suffering abdominal aorta and peripheral arteries obliterating atherosclerosis in a stage of critical ischemia of the lower extremities tissues (CILE), of them in 22 (10.1%) diabetes mellitus was diagnosed. There was established the importance of studying of regional blood flow and microcirculation state. Complex treatment of abdominal aorta and peripheral arteries obliterating atherosclerosis, including surgical intervention and infusion therapy, using prostaglandin E1, had permitted to eliminate CILE more than in 91% patients. The necessity of complex prophylaxis of purulent complications in reconstructive operations, using antibiotics and immunocorrectors, was proved.

During the operation performance for the abdominal aorta aneurysm after infusion of mannitol at 1.3 ml/kg dosage before aortal clumping the blood circulation was better than in control group, witnessed by bigger value of glomerular filtration by 20.8%, cardiac output--by 12%, lowering of total peripheric resistance of vessels--by 11%.
