Controlling of genetical parameters on grain yield and its components were study in six generation (P1,P2,F1,F2,B1 and B2) for two crosses of hexaploid wheat, Triticum aestivum L. (Iba-99 x Reyna-27) and (Abochareeb-3 x Jawaher-20) to estimate: gene action parameters, components of genetic variance, environmental variance, average degree of dominance, broad sense heritability, narrow sense heritability and expected genetic advance from selection in F2. Two models were applied in analyzing the component of generation means and the total phenotypic variance for studied traits in six generations for each cross were analyzed. The results showed that: The three parameter genetics models were adequate for the inheritance of spike number and grain yield in tow crosses and there were significant additive, dominance and epistatic effects on the other traits. Over dominance for studied traits, but partial for 100 grain weight in the first cross, plant height and spike length in the second cross. Narrow sense heritability and expected genetic advance were high for most traits.

In this work, we propose a new inertial method for solving strongly monotone variational inequality problems over the solution set of a split variational inequality and composed fixed point problem in real Hilbert spaces. Our method uses stepsizes that are generated at each iteration by some simple computations, which allows it to be easily implemented without the prior knowledge of the operator norm as well as the Lipschitz constant of the operator. In addition, we prove that the proposed method converges strongly to a minimum-norm solution of the problem without using the conventional two cases approach. Furthermore, we present some numerical experiments to show the efficiency and applicability of our method in comparison with other methods in the literature. The results obtained in this paper extend, generalize and improve results in this direction.

In this paper, we introduce a new type of a generalized split monotone variational inclusion (GSMVI) problem in the framework of real Hilbert spaces. By incorporating an inertial extrapolation method and an Halpern iterative technique, we establish a strong convergence result for approximating a solution of GSMVI and fixed point problems of certain nonlinear mappings in the framework of real Hilbert spaces. Many existing results are derived as corollaries to our main result. Furthermore, we present a numerical example to support our main result and propose an open problem for interested researchers in this area. The result obtained in this paper improves and generalizes many existing results in the literature.

This paper presents an inertial Tseng extragradient method for approximating a solution of the variational inequality problem. The proposed method uses a single projection onto a half space which can be easily evaluated. The method considered in this paper does not require the knowledge of the Lipschitz constant as it uses variable stepsizes from step to step which are updated over each iteration by a simple calculation. We prove a strong convergence theorem of the sequence generated by this method to a solution of the variational inequality problem in the framework of a 2-uniformly convex Banach space which is also uniformly smooth. Furthermore, we report some numerical experiments to illustrate the performance of this method. Our result extends and unifies corresponding results in this direction in the literature.

In this paper, we propose a new Halpern-type inertial extrapolation method for approximating common solutions of the system of split variational inequalities for two inverse-strongly monotone operators, the variational inequality problem for monotone operator, and the fixed point of composition of two nonlinear mappings in real Hilbert spaces. We establish that the proposed method converges strongly to an element in the solution set of the aforementioned problems under certain mild conditions. In addition, we present some numerical experiments to show the efficiency and applicability of our method in comparison with some related methods in the literature. This result improves and generalizes many recent results in this direction in the literature.

We introduce a viscosity iterative algorithm for approximating a common solution of a modified split generalized equilibrium problem and a fixed point problem for a quasi-pseudocontractive mapping which also solves some variational inequality problems in real Hilbert spaces. The proposed iterative algorithm is constructed in such a way that it does not require the prior knowledge of the operator norm. Furthermore, we prove a strong convergence theorem for approximating the common solution of the aforementioned problems. Finally, we give a numerical example of our main theorem. Our result complements and extends some related works in the literature.

In this paper, we introduce a generalized viscosity method which includes a sequence of contractive mappings for approximating solutions of fixed point problem of finitely many resolvents of a lower semi-continuous function together with a fixed point problem of countable infinite family of [Formula: see text]-Lipschitzian and quasi-pseudocontractive mappings in Hadamard spaces. We establish a strong convergence result without imposing a compactness condition of the proposed algorithm to an element in the intersection of the set of solutions of fixed point problem of finitely many resolvents of a lower semi-continuous function and fixed point problem of countable infinite family of quasi-pseudocontractive mappings. We display a numerical example to show the applicability of our main result. Our results complement and extend many recent results in literature.

In this paper, we introduce a new algorithm with self adaptive step-size for finding a common solution of a split feasibility problem and a fixed point problem in real Hilbert spaces. Motivated by the self adaptive step-size method, we incorporate the self adaptive step-size to overcome the difficulty of having to compute the operator norm in the proposed method. Under standard and mild assumption on the control sequences, we establish the strong convergence of the algorithm, obtain a common element in the solution set of a split feasibility problem for sum of two monotone operators and fixed point problem of a demimetric mapping. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the performance and the behavior of our method. Our result extends, improves and unifies other results in the literature.

In this paper, we propose a viscosity-type algorithm to approximate a common solution of a monotone inclusion problem, a minimization problem and a fixed point problem for an infinitely countable family of ( f , g ) {(f,g)} -generalized k-strictly pseudononspreading mappings in a CAT ⁢ ( 0 ) {\mathrm{CAT}(0)} space. We obtain a strong convergence of the proposed algorithm to the aforementioned problems in a complete CAT ⁢ ( 0 ) {\mathrm{CAT}(0)} space. Furthermore, we give an application of our result to a nonlinear Volterra integral equation and a numerical example to support our main result. Our results complement and extend many recent results in literature.

We also introduce an inertial process version of the generalize viscosity approximation method with self adaptive step size. We prove strong convergence results for the sequences generated by the algorithms for solving the aforementioned problems and present some numerical examples to show the efficiency and accuracy of our algorithm. The results presented in this paper extends and complements many recent results in the literature.

In this paper, we propose and study a new algorithm for finding a common element of the sets of solutions of split equality pseudomonotone equilibrium, split equality monotone variational inclusion and fixed point problems for Bregman relatively nonexpansive mappings in [Formula: see text]-uniformly convex and uniformly smooth Banach spaces. Our iterative method uses stepsizes which do not require prior knowledge of the operator norm. We apply our result to solve split equality variational inequality and split equality convex minimization problems. The result present in this paper unifies and extends several existing results in the literature.

In this paper, we propose a new modified relaxed inertial regularization method for finding a common solution of a generalized split feasibility problem, the zeros of sum of maximal monotone operators, and fixed point problem of two nonlinear mappings in real Hilbert spaces. We prove that the proposed method converges strongly to a minimum-norm solution of the aforementioned problems without using the conventional two cases approach. In addition, we apply our convergence results to the classical variational inequality and equilibrium problems, and present some numerical experiments to show the efficiency and applicability of the proposed method in comparison with other existing methods in the literature. The results obtained in this paper extend, generalize and improve several results in this direction.

In this paper, we study split generalized mixed equilibrium problem and fixed point problem in real Hilbert spaces with a view to analyze an iterative method for approximating a common solution of split generalized mixed equilibrium problem and fixed point problem of an infinite family of a quasi-nonexpansive multi-valued mappings. The iterative algorithm introduced in this paper is designed in such a way that it does not require the knowledge of the operator norm. We state and prove a strong convergence result of the aforementioned problems and also give application of our main result to split variational inequality problem. Our result complements and extends some related results in literature.

ISO 9001:2015 is known as the highest quality management standard, enhancing customer and company satisfaction. While the manufacturing industry is playing a vital role in Pakistan’s GDP, the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 is not widespread. This study aims to examine the factors that hinder the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 in Pakistan’s manufacturing industry and recommend suggestions to overcome them. An in-depth literature review identified 32 general factors that hinder the implementation of ISO 9001:2015. A structured questionnaire was designed and distributed to 135 respondents to examine the factors hindering the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 in Pakistan’s manufacturing industry. The gathered data were analyzed using the average index formula, and 8 significant factors were identified. These factors were used in the design of a semi-structured questionnaire distributed among high qualified and experienced respondents working in top managerial posts of manufacturing industries in Pakistan. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings can be helpful in the determination of recommendations regarding the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 in the manufacturing industries of Pakistan.

The main purpose of this paper is to introduce some viscosity-type proximal point algorithms which comprise of a nonexpansive mapping and a finite sum of resolvents of monotone operators, and prove their strong convergence to a common zero of a finite family of monotone operators which is also a fixed point of a nonexpansive mapping and a unique solution of some variational inequality problems in an Hadamard space. We apply our results to solve a finite family of convex minimization problems, variational inequality problems and convex feasibility problems.

In this paper, we study the strong convergence of the proximal gradient algorithm with inertial extrapolation term for solving classical minimization problem and finding the fixed points of $\delta $-demimetric mapping in a real Hilbert space. Our algorithm is inspired by the inertial proximal point algorithm and the viscosity approximation method of Moudafi. A strong convergence result is achieved in our result without necessarily imposing the summation condition $\sum _{n=1}^\infty \beta _n\Vert x_{n-1} -x_n\Vert < + \infty $ on the inertial term. Finally, we provide some applications and numerical example to show the efficiency and accuracy of our algorithm. Our results improve and complement many other related results in the literature.

Hydrocarbon production decline behaviors in low permeability reservoirs and conventional reservoirs are significantly different; in such a way that high initial rate is usually observed for a short period in tight formation wells, then the well productivity drops dramatically. The rapid production decline in shale wells has a strong relationship with the loss of rock matrix permeability and reservoir conductivity, resulting from the dissipation of pore pressure during reservoir depletion. This paper presents experimental studies of stress-dependent compaction in tight reservoirs and its impact on long-term recovery. The magnitude of rock permeability change depends on the in-situ effective stress, which is a combined effect of reservoir pore pressure and confining stress. In this research, permeabilities of a series of shale and sandstone core plugs are measured in the laboratory using pressure transimission test technique. The samples are tested under multiple confining stress and pore pressure combinations. Several confining stress are pre-set to represent different reservoir stress conditions. Different pore pressures are then applied to mimic reservoir depletion process under specific confining stress conditions. The permeability is calculated for all scenarios and pressure dependent permeability behaviors are analyzed for each type of sample. The interpretations of effective stress dependent permeability show that different types of rocks have different permeability decline signatures responding to the depletion effect. In addition, tight rocks with different dominant porous media (i.e., matrix and fractures) are found to have different permeability behaviors. Characteristics of permeability decline at different pore pressure intervals are analyzed and the critical reservoir pressure and depletion index (i.e., ratio of pore pressure to overburden stress) are identified for different types of rocks where significant permeability change occurs. Based on the stress dependent permeability measurements, the Biot Coefficient is also determined for different tight samples. Recognizing permeability decline signatures of tight reservoirs provides significant insights into long-term dynamic reservoir conductivity monitoring and contributes to the field management practices. It is indicated from the study that the permeability decline in tight reservoir wells can be significant with continuous depletion while maintaining reservoir pressure above the critical level has the potential to mitigate the sharp production decline in tight formations and therefore enhance ultimate hydrocarbon recovery.

A tolerance test was conducted with total 48 male turkeys (strain, Big 6, of three months old) over a period of 70 days, to find the effect of basil and thyme (medicinal plants) and some enzymes (kemzyme and zymogen) as feed additives on turkey toms’ performances. Forty-eight male turkeys (3 months old) were randomly divided into eight groups (6 toms/each). The control group (C) was fed a basal diet without feed supplementation. Group (B) was supplemented with basil (3 g basil/kg diet) group (T) was fed thyme (2 g thyme/kg diet), group (TB) was fed a mixture of basil and thyme (3 g basil + 2 g thyme kg diet), group (Z) was fed zymogen (1 ml/4 liter water); and group (K) was supplemented with kemzyme (0.5 g/kg diet), group (BTK) was fed a mixture of basil, thyme and kemzyme, the last group was fed with diet supplemented with basil, thyme and zymogen. Body weight gain, feed conversion ratio was measured at the end of 10th week of experiment. Blood samples were taken to measure some biochemical parameters, at the same time some tissues for morphological and molecular studies were prepared. Toms fed with either basil, thyme or kemzyme (BT) had significantly (p < 0.05) heaviest body gain than the control, (Z) or (BTZ). Significant increase occurred of the dressing percent (DP%) in group (B) and (BT) compared to the groups (T, Z, BTK and BTZ).Supplementation with (K) significantly decreases the serum total lipids than the (C) group and all supplemented groups at P < 0.05. Serum cholesterol levels of the groups (T), (BT) and (Z) recorded a significant increase than those of groups (C), (K), (BTK) and (BTZ). Meanwhile; triglyceride levels revealed significant decrease in control group at (p < 0.05) than all other groups. All experimental groups recorded no differences in both serum protein and albumin. Although there were an increased levels of serum AST of groups (T) and (Z) compared to control and other groups, meanwhile; (T) and (Z) groups revealed the lowest level of serum ALT.Concerning the antioxidant parameters, results reviewed that (T), (BT), (BTK) and (BTZ) had a higher level of MDA activity than the (B), (K) and (Z) supplemented groups illustrate no difference versus the serum (MDA) activity of the (C) group. Serum SOD activity revealed no differences within all groups. Serum TAC recorded significant increase in all supplemented groups compared to their level in control group.Studies of intestinal integrity; morphometry studies indicated that the villous height increased in groups (T), (Z) and (BTK) with a higher villous to crypt ratio and goblet cell numbers of group supplemented with (BTK). Moreover, the villous width revealed a significant increase in the (C) and (Z) groups. The measurement of total DNA of duodenal tissues which reflect the cell mitosis was higher in (T), (Z) and (BTK), (BTZ) at P < 0.05; the recorded results of DNA/protein of the same segment of the duodenal tissues revealed higher ratio (higher ribosomal activity) of (T), (Z), and (BTK) groups. Cell size of the duodenal tissues as indicated by (protein/DNA) was increased by (K) and decrease by (T) and (Z) supplementation at P < 0.05.
