Rural economy is an essential part of China’s national economy. It is necessary to study mutual relation between rural financial development and rural economic growth. In this study, panel VAR model was built. Based on time series data in 1995-2010, it tested the relation between rural financial development and rural economic growth through ADF test, co-integration test and Granger causality test. Finally, it came up with policy recommendations, in the hope of promoting coordinated development of rural finance and rural economy.

The problem of farmers' income growth is the key of issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, so the farmers’ income growth is the fundamental starting point for agricultural and rural economic development. In this paper, we use the statistics concerning farmers' income in Yunnan Province from 1995 to 2012, to perform the path analysis of components of farmers' income in Yunnan Province, study the path of influence of components of farmers' income on farmers' net income, and then set forth the policy recommendations for increasing farmers' income in Yunnan Province.

The normal supply of vegetables is related to the people's livelihood and social stability, and smooth prices of vegetables are vital to social development. Based on the phenomenon of great fluctuations in the prices of vegetables in recent years, we use living example to analyze the real reasons for great fluctuations in the prices of vegetables from the perspective of supply chain node of vegetables and macroeconomic policies. Finally, from the balance of supply and demand, industry standardization, circulation, market order and the government mechanism, we put forth the following management strategies for controlling great fluctuations in the prices of vegetables: establishing and improving the channels of information transmission, making the production and marketing information symmetrical, and balancing supply and demand; actively promoting the industry standardization of vegetables; reducing the intermediate links, and curtailing the circulation cost of vegetables; regulating the "green channel" of vegetables, and preventing uptick in the prices of vegetables in the "last mile"; cracking down on the vegetable speculation behavior to ensure the healthy development of the vegetable market; actively giving play to the role of government, and building the vegetable protection system.

Taking Ludian County in Zhaotong City of Yunnan Province for example, according to the data on residents' income gap in Ludian County during the period 2002-2011, we analyze the residents' income gap in Ludian County, and offer the forecast value of residents' income gap in Ludian County during the period 2012-2015, using Compertz curve model and Eviews software for fitting. The forecast value shows that the residents' income gap will continue to widen in Ludian County. Finally we put forth the recommendations for bridging the residents' income gap in Ludian County, in order to provide a reference for settling the problems concerning residents' income gap in other state-level poverty-stricken counties of Yunnan Province.
