In order to cope with severe environmental crises such as pollution and climate, the Chinese government has put forward the strategic goal of "double carbon" and vigorously developed green emerging industries such as cultural industry. Based on the super efficiency model and the input oriented Malmquist index model, this paper comprehensively measures the innovation efficiency of cultural industry, and selects the panel data of the Yangtze River economic belt from 2015 to 2021 for empirical analysis. In addition, the spatial econometric model is introduced to explore the driving factors affecting the innovation efficiency of cultural industry from the perspective of time and space. The results show that: (1) the overall innovation efficiency of the cultural industry in the Yangtze River economic belt is high, but there is significant spatial heterogeneity. (2) The average Malmquist index of the innovation efficiency of the cultural industry in the Yangtze River economic belt is 1.123, which reflects the continuous improvement of the level of industrial innovation. Environmental factors such as sulfur dioxide emissions in waste gas, investment in industrial pollution control, and per capita GDP have a significant impact on the innovation efficiency of cultural industry in the Yangtze River economic belt. Due to environmental pollution, energy consumption, climate change and other reasons, the Chinese government proposed the “double carbon” goal to encourage the wide application of green technology. The green technology represented by CiteSpace has brought new ideas to the traditional study of American literature, which is conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction and the sustainable progress of scientific research. With the help of CiteSpace tool, this paper traces the hot spots and frontiers in the field of American literature research. Through the visualization research of knowledge map of green technology, we get valuable conclusions: first, the domestic research of American literature has gradually evolved from scattered stage to mature stage. Famous scholars such as Yukuo Wang, Ruoxi Pu, Li Jin, Jincai Yang and Ying Liu have emerged. And they have made landmark achievements in feminist criticism, historical context, new slave narrative, racial discrimination, spatial turn and so on. Second, the research object is diverse and rich, and the mainstream and tributaries blend. It includes ethnic groups such as Chinese and African Americans. It focuses on writers such as Maxine Hong Kingston, Faulkner, Melville, Whitman and Hemingway, including “intertextuality”, “tea culture”, “ecocriticism” and “Orientalism”. Third, although the current research on American literature is fruitful, the discrete and multivariate distribution of specific topics is significant. The use of green technology has brought new impetus to the study of traditional literature, greatly improved the efficiency of scientific research and reduced resource consumption. Due to the increasingly serious problems of environmental pollution and resource waste, promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of education has become a new trend. Online foreign language education is a new mode of green transformation development relying on digital technology. Based on the new background of green technology, this paper focuses on the evaluation of online foreign language teaching satisfaction and the key influencing factors. The entropy weight method was used to construct the evaluation index of online foreign language teaching satisfaction, the multiple linear regression model and confirmatory factor analysis model were used to systematically analyze the main factors affecting the satisfaction, and the questionnaire was used to investigate the data of online foreign language courses such as American Literature, American Culture, College English, Comprehensive English, and History of Foreign Literature. The results show that: (1) college students have a high degree of satisfaction with online foreign language teaching, and the satisfaction index based on entropy weight method is above level 2. (2) Through the multiple linear regression model, the four dimensions of teaching involvement, teaching communication, teaching skills and teaching effect all have a significant impact on the satisfaction of online foreign language teaching. (3) Based on the confirmatory factor model, online foreign language teaching satisfaction is affected by multiple latent and explicit variables, and the effect direction is generally positive. Under the background of environmental pollution and energy depletion, online teaching is the key means to reduce the waste of resources and achieve the sustainable goal of education. This paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to scientifically estimate the satisfaction of online teaching mode and introduces a multiple linear regression model and structural equation model respectively to empirically analyze the factors affecting satisfaction. The results show that: (1) Online teaching in colleges and universities has achieved remarkable results, and students' satisfaction is at a good level. According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the comprehensive satisfaction scores for the dimensions of teacher questioning, flipped classroom, platform resources, student learning, and teacher engagement are in the range [80, 90]. (2) Teaching platform resources, student discussion and online skills are the key factors of online teaching satisfaction. According to the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the factors A11, B21, and C21 are significant at the 1% level in terms of significance level, with p-values of 0.008, 0.010, and 0.004, respectively. (3) The influence paths of teaching knowledge, teaching interaction and teaching platform on teaching satisfaction are different. According to the calculation results of structural equation model, teaching knowledge and teaching interaction have a positive impact on teaching satisfaction, and the regression coefficients for both are 0.123 and 0.930, respectively, while the regression coefficient of teaching platform on teaching satisfaction is -0.168, which has a negative impact. Finally, it is necessary for universities to build a three-dimensional element of a "teacher-student platform" to continuously optimize the path of online teaching satisfaction. Introduction: The main purpose of the current study was to investigate the antitumor effects of 5-methoxypsoralen in U87MG human glioma cells along with studying its effects on cell cycle progression, autophagy and the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.Material and Methods: The cytotoxic effects of the drug were demonstrated by the MTS cell viability assay while its effects on cellular morphology associated with cell apoptosis were evaluated by phase contrast and fluorescence microscopic techniques. Effects of 5-methoxypsoralen on the cell cycle were studied by flow cytometry while effects on PI3K/Akt proteins were evaluated by western blot assay.Results: The results indicate that 5-methoxypsoralen led to time-dependent as well as dose-dependent inhibitory effects on U-87MG human glioma cells. 5-Methoxypsoralen led to a substantial decrease of cell count along with distorted cell morphology. The molecule also led to DNA ladder formation which increased with increasing doses of 5-methoxypsoralen. 5-methoxypsoralen also led to dose-dependent G2/M phase cell cycle arrest. 5-Methoxypsoralen-treated cells also exhibited altered cell ultrastructure with the appearance of autophagic vacuoles and the number of these vacuoles increased with increasing drug dose.Conclusions: In brief, the results indicate that 5-methoxypsoralen exerted potent anticancer and apoptotic effects in U-87MG human glioma cells along with inducing cell cycle arrest, autophagy and m-TOR/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway inhibition. Wenchuan Earthquake triggered a large number of geological hazards, dramatically stimulating soil erosion. This study was carried out in Pengzhou County, Sichuan Province. By comparison of sediment, runoff and nutrient losses in earthquake-damaged forests (EF) and unaffected forests (UF), the actual status of soil erosion after the Wenchuan Earthquake was investigated by runoff plots. Results showed that water and soil losses were dramatically increased after earthquake. During the study period (from August to November 2010), UF runoffs were 19.26, 36.76, 10.68 and 7.51 L m-2, while total runoffs in EF sites were 30.41, 25.79, 5.03 and 2.67 L m-2 respectively, which were 15, 15, 18 and 19 times more than those in UF. Total sediment losses in EF sites were 28.94, 25.16, 4.11 and 1.98 t km-2 respectively while in UF they were 707.69, 610.05, 113.43 and 58.95 t km-2 respectively during the same study period, i.e. 23, 23, 32 and 29 times more than those in UF. Path analysis showed that both vegetation and rainfall exerted an indirect influence on sediment loss by significantly influencing runoff, which correlated with sediment loss very significantly. Although no obvious differences of the nutrients' concentration in runoff water (soluble organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) and total potassium (TK)) between EF and UF sites were observed, total losses of the four nutrients were significantly higher in EF than in UF sites (for example, in EF sites, SOC, TN, TP and TK losses were 970.52, 114.46, 2.26 and 307.00 g m-2 respectively, while in UF they were 38.13, 4.22, 0.10 and 13.28 g m-2) due to significantly higher runoff in EF sites. Trichomes are specialized structures that originate from epidermal cells of organs in higher plants. The cotton fiber is a unique single-celled trichome that elongates from the seed coat epidermis. Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) fibers and trichomes are models for cell differentiation. In an attempt to elucidate the intercellular factors that regulate fiber and trichome cell development, we identified a plasmodesmal b-1,3-glucanase gene (designated GhPdBG) controlling the opening and closing of plasmodesmata in cotton fibers. Structural and evolutionary analysis showed haplotypic variation in the promoter region of the GhPdBG gene among 352 cotton accessions, but high conservation in the coding region. GhPdBG was expressed predominantly in cotton fibers and localized to plasmodesmata (PD). Expression patterns of PdBG that corresponded to PD permeability were apparent during fiber development in G. hirsutum and G. barbadense. The PdBG-mediated opening-closure of PD appears to be involved in fiber development and may account for the contrasting fiber traits of these two species. Ectopic expression of GhPdBG revealed that it functions in regulating fiber and trichome length and/or density by modulating plasmodesmatal permeability. This finding suggests that plasmodesmal targeting of GhPdBG, as a switch of intercellular channels, regulates single-celled fiber and trichome development in cotton. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We report on 2 children with Burkitt's lymphoma accompanied by extensive extranodal involvement treated with chemotherapy and Rituximab in combination with autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (Auto-PBSCT) regimens. No obvious side effects could be seen during the Rituximab therapy. Both children achieved complete remission with no relapse after being followed up for 4.3 and 4 years, respectively. Our limited experience show that Rituximab in combination with chemotherapy and Auto-PBSCT might have better therapeutic effects on Burkitt's lymphoma of children and the side effects of Rituximab therapy is minimal and can be well tolerated.
