In order to produce sinusoidal voltage and current output from the start converter units (SCU), a LC filter needs to be added to the output side of the inverter. In the LC filter, the differential mode (DM) inductor is one of the indispensable components and its performance has the direct influence of the filtering performance. This paper focuses on the analysis of distributed air gap parameters of DM inductor, which meant to minimize the power loss and maximize the saturation current value. The simulation results indicate that the distributed air gap instead of a large air gap could increase the value of saturation current, decrease the average value of flux density ， and further could reduce the core loss. But unreasonable air gaps number and length lead to lower utilization, higher core loss and smaller saturation margin. Some design and optimization are implemented and analyzed in the parameters of distributed air gap of DM inductor.

In order to enhance the dynamic performance of the output voltage regulation for wound rotor synchronous machine (WRSM) in the aircraft variable frequency (VF) power system, the fuzzy PI multi-loop control strategy is proposed. Traditional voltage control method is not easy to achieve the dynamic performance and stability requirements of the VFAC generation system under wide speed, so the fuzzy PI algorithm, load current feedback and speed feedback are added to the voltage and excitation current double loop. This new voltage regulation strategy can compensate the load fluctuation by load current feedback and change the initial parameters of the fuzzy PI algorithm by speed feedback to keep the stability of the VF power system. The mathematical model of the WRSM is analyzed and the aircraft VFAC generation system model is established in Simulink. The simulation results indicate that the fuzzy PI multi-loop control strategy has better dynamic performance than traditional voltage control method under different speed and load conditions.

A new series of sugar-conjugated (trans-R, R-cyclohexane-1, 2-diamine)-2-halo-malonato-platinum(II) complexes were designed and synthesized to target tumor-specific glucose transporters (GLUTs). The water solubility of the sugar-conjugated platinum (II) complexes was greatly improved by average of 570-fold, 33-fold, and 94-fold, respectively, compared to cisplatin (1.0 mg/mL), carboplatin (17.1 mg/mL), and the newest generation of clinical drug oxaliplatin (6.0 mg/mL). Despite the high water solubility, the platinum(II) glycoconjugates exhibited a notable increase in cytotoxicity by a margin of 1.5- to 6.0-fold in six different human cancer cell lines with respect to oxaliplatin. The potential GLUT1 transportability of the complexes was investigated through a molecular docking study and was confirmed with GLUT1 inhibitor-mediated cytotoxicity dependency evaluation. The results showed that the sugar-conjugated platinum(II) complexes can be recognized by the glucose recognition binding site of GLUT1 and their cell killing effect depends highly on the GLUT1 inhibitor, quercetin. The research presenting a prospective concept for targeted therapy anticancer drug design, and with the analysis of the synthesis, water solubility, antitumor activity, and the transportability of the platinum(II) glycoconjugates, this study provides fundamental data supporting the inherent potential of these designed conjugates as lead compounds for GLUT-mediated tumor targeting.

This paper presents a new topology of hybrid excitation synchronous machine (HESM) with dual-direction magnetic shunt rotor. Firstly, the configuration characteristic, basic operation principle, and equivalent magnetic circuit are introduced. Then, 3D-FEA model of the proposed HESM are established. 3D-FEA results demonstrate that the proposed HESM has wide field regulation range and fault-tolerant ability. It is an efficient topology that significantly widens the application range of HESM with magnetic shunt rotor.
