Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the number of fuzzy subgroups of a finite abelian group of order $p^{n}q^{m}$. As an application of our main result, explicit formulas for the number of fuzzy subgroups of $\mathbb{Z}_{p}^{n}\times\mathbb{Z}_{q}^{m}$ and $\mathbb{Z}_{p^{n}}\times\mathbb{Z}_{q}^{m}$ are given.

Abstract

The weather has a significant impact on power load and power system planning. Stochastic weather simulation is important in the field of power systems. However, due to factors such as long recording years, observation technology, and so on, the historical weather data often have the problem of missing or insufficient. Meteorological data are characterized by changeable, rapid change, and high dimensions. Therefore, it is a challenging task to accurately grasp the law of weather data. This article presents a random weather simulation model based on gate recurrent unit (GRU) and generative adversarial networks (GAN). GRU selectively learns or forgets what was in the previous moment during training; it can learn the previous and current data of the time series data. When combined with the GAN, it will produce data with the same distribution as the original weather data. The proposed method was evaluated on a real weather dataset, and the results show that the proposed method outperforms the other contrast algorithms. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Our further exploration of the risk factors will help prevent the disease.Patients and Methods: We conducted a two-sample bidirectional Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis using publicly available genome-wide association studies (GWAS) statistics from multiple consortia. The inverse-variance weighted (IVW) method was used for the primary analysis. We applied four complementary methods, including weighted median, weighted mode, MR-Egger regression, and Cochrane’s Q value, to detect and correct the effects of horizontal pleiotropy.Results: Genetically determined constipation (OR = 0.97, 95% CI: 0.91– 1.03, P = 0.28) and diarrhea (OR = 1.00, 95% CI: 0.99– 1.01, P = 0.90) did not have a causal effect on HEM but stool frequency (OR = 1.28, 95% CI: 1.05– 1.55, P = 0.01), waist-to-hip ratio adjusted for BMI (OR = 1.11, 95% CI: 1.06– 1.64, P = 1.59× 10-5), and order Burkholderiales (OR = 1.09, 95% CI = 1.04– 1.14, p = 1.63× 10-4) had a causal effect on. Furthermore, we found a significant causal effect of constipation on HEM in the reverse MR analysis (OR = 1.21, 95% CI: 1.13– 1.28, P = 3.72× 10-9). The results of MR-Egger regression, Weighted Median, and Weighted Mode methods were consistent with those of the IVW method. Horizontal pleiotropy was unlikely to distort the causal estimates, as indicated by the sensitivity analysis.Conclusion: Our MR analysis reveals a causal association between stool frequency and waist-to-hip ratio with HEM, despite variations in results reported by observational studies. Abstract

Shale gas, as an important unconventional oil and gas resource, plays an important role in energy supply. Due to the strong mechanical heterogeneity and compactness, which requires the use of fracturing to crush the formation to obtain industrial production capacity. Therefore, it is very important to analyze shale's mechanical properties and fracturing propagation laws. In this paper, the shale numerical model is established by adopting discrete element method (DEM). The mesoscopic constitutive parameters of shale with different matrix and bedding strength are determined based on rock samples tests. The reliability of the model is verified by finite element method. And the fracture propagation laws under the influence of shale beddings are studied. The results show that the existence of bedding fractures leads to the nonuniformity of fractures propagation in shale reservoirs. The stress difference of 5MPa and the approach Angle of 75° are the key factors affecting the interaction between hydraulic fractures and natural fractures. As the bedding number increases, the borehole pressure increases and the total number of fractures' propagation decreases. The results provide a theoretical basis for further understanding of fractures' propagation in deep shale reservoirs, and have important guiding significance for optimization and improvement of fracture complexity in the subsequent construction. Abstract

Two new monoterpenoid indole alkaloids, (2 R, 7 R, 16 R, 20 R, 21S)-12-hydroxypleiocarpine (1) and (2S, 7 R, 16S, 20 R, 21S)-N-methoxycarbonyl-11,12-methylenedioxy-Δ14,15-kopsinaline (2), along with six known alkaloids were isolated from the methanol extract of the kernels of Kopsia arborea. Their structures including the absolute configurations were elucidated by HRESIMS, NMR spectroscopy, and quantum computational methods. Their cytotoxicity against two human cancer cell lines were also evaluated.
