A series of niobium-based catalysts with carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotube (C-CNT) as support were prepared by modified wet-chemical technique under ultrasonication. Three types of catalysts with active component niobium attached only on the inner or outer walls respectively, or mainly on the outer walls were obtained by adjusting the impregnation strategies. The catalysts were characterized systematically by SEM, TEM, XRD, Raman, FT-IR, XPS, and N2 adsorption–desorption. It was found that niobia species was highly dispersed on the outer wall or the channels of C-CNT. There are abundant oxygen-containing groups on the catalysts. Strong chemical interactions between the support and Nb2O5 are evident. The catalytic performances of the C-CNT-supported catalysts were evaluated for the selective oxidation of cyclopentene (CPE) to glutaraldehyde (GA) with 30 wt% aqueous H2O2 as oxidant. The conversion of CPE and the selectivity to GA reached 98.3% and 59.3% respectively under the optimized conditions. No significant deterioration of the catalytic performance was found in the catalyst-cycling experiments, indicating the stability of the catalyst. Hot filtration experiments revealed that the catalytic reaction was heterogeneous. The good performance of the catalyst in ethanol makes the catalytic system of an excellent application prospect. Local quantum Bernoulli noises (LQBNs) is a family of local annihilation operators and local creation operators acting on Bernoulli functions. In this paper, based on LQBNs, we define the local quantum joint entropy and local quantum coherence information. And we find local quantum entropy has a surprising property, which is not satisfies the additivity for tensor product state. Cold-stored (CS) platelets are once again being reintroduced for clinical use. Transfused CS platelets offer benefits over room temperature-stored (RTS) platelets such as increased hemostatic effects and prolongation of shelf-life. Despite these advantages little is known about their association with transfusion-related acute lung injury (TRALI). TRALI is associated with prolonged storage of RTS platelets and has a mortality of >15%. Determining the safety of CS platelets is important considering their proposed use in TRALI-vulnerable populations with inflammation such as surgical patients or patients with trauma. Donor platelet-derived ceramide causes TRALI, whereas donor platelet sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) is barrier protective. Females have higher plasma levels of S1P than males. Cold temperatures increase S1P levels in cells. Therefore, we hypothesized that female (donors or recipients) and/or CS platelets would decrease TRALI. To test this, we compared how male and female donor and recipient allogeneic platelet transfusions of CS (4°C) versus RTS (23°C) platelets stored for 5 days influence murine TRALI. Transfusion of CS platelets significantly reduced recipient lung tissue wet-to-dry ratios, bronchoalveolar lavage total protein, lung tissue myeloperoxidase enzyme activity, histological lung injury scores, and increased plasma sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) levels compared with RTS platelet transfusions. Female as opposed to male recipients had less TRALI and higher plasma S1P levels. Female donor mouse platelets had higher S1P levels than males. Mouse and human CS platelets had increased S1P levels compared with RTS platelets. Higher recipient plasma S1P levels appear protective considering females, and males receiving platelets from females or male CS platelets had less TRALI. NEW & NOTEWORTHY: Transfusion-related acute lung injury (TRALI) though relatively rare represents a severe lung injury. The sphingolipid sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) regulates the severity of platelet-mediated TRALI. Female platelet transfusion recipient plasmas or stored platelets from female donors have higher S1P levels than males, which reduces TRALI. In order to elucidate the effects of low-temperature stress on the photosynthetic and stomatal properties of strawberry leaves during the flowering phase, the perennial strawberry cultivar 'Selva' was selected as the experimental material. The environmental control experiment was designed and conducted at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST) with Venlo greenhouse and artificial climate chamber in 2022. Two low temperature levels (15°C/5°C, 20°C /10°C) were set, and each of them represented day temperature with night temperature. Treatment T1 and T2 were used to distinguish them. The duration of low temperature was set at 3d, 6d, and 9d. The plants grown in the greenhouse with temperature set at 25°C/15°C were used as the control group (CK). Photosynthetic parameters and stomatal indices were determined for the leaves. The results showed that: (1) low temperature stress significantly inhibited the photosynthesis of strawberry, with the intensification of low temperature, the maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pnmax), light saturation point (LSP), stomatal conductivity (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr) gradually decreased, while light compensation point (LCP), dark respiration rate (Rd), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), stomatal limit (Ls) and water use efficiency (WUE) tended to increase. The main cause of the reduced photosynthetic rate was stomatal restriction. (2) Low temperature stress reduced the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll content (a+b) and carotenoids in leaves. However, as the duration lengthened, the photosynthetic pigment content increased slightly, although it remained significantly lower than CK. (3) Low temperature stress had a particularly significant effect on leaf stomatal characteristics, i.e. the stomatal length, stomatal width, stomatal open degree, stomatal perimeter, stomatal area and stomatal opening ratio, which all decreased significantly with the decrease of temperature and the increase of the duration. Stomatal density tended to decrease but not significantly. The use of biocompatible ionic liquids (bio-ILs) as a "green" solvent with uniquely tunable cations and anions, specific selectivity, and many other desirable physicochemical properties in biocatalysis has shown great promises to address many challenges. A plethora of studies have demonstrated ILs possess a range of exceptional capabilities in coordinating biocatalysis such as stabilizing enzyme structure, enhancing enzyme-substrate interaction, increasing substrate solubility and product separation/removal, and improving enzyme immobilization/recycling. Therefore, bio-ILs have been explored for biocatalysis in a wide range of homogenous as well as multiphasic systems including biphasic, multiphasic, microemulsion, and whole-cell systems. This review provides an overview of IL-enabled biocatalysis including enzymatic and whole-cell reactions in homogeneous and multiphasic systems. First, the properties of IL concentration, specific ion effect, pH, viscosity, alkyl chain length, hydrophobicity, and polarity on the structures and activities of enzymes are discussed together with characterization techniques to elucidate the mechanisms of IL-enzyme interactions. Second, while homogenous biocatalysis systems containing ILs are briefly introduced and summarized, particular attention is given to multiphasic systems. Furthermore, recent progress in using bio-ILs to modify emerging new enzyme carrier materials including carbonaceous and magnetic nanomaterials, gel microspheres, and membranes as well as their effect on increasing enzyme stability and recycling are highlighted. The hitting time, which refers to the time required to find the marked element in the search algorithm, is one of the most interesting properties of quantum walk. In this paper we briefly analyze the hitting time on a finite 2D lattice in the classical case, focusing on the quantum version of the hitting time and give specific expressions for each. Summary: This article presents an adaptive control scheme for vertical takeoff and landing unmanned aerial vehicles subject to time‐varying mass based on the immersion and invariance scheme in an extended form. For the varying mass parameter in the position control, a generalized I&I adaptive law is proposed with higher dimension to estimate the mass and its derivatives. The stability of the resulting estimation error manifold, which is in a cascade form, is guaranteed by introducing smooth saturation functions in the position control law. The attitude control is designed by employing a smooth function with positive integrable time‐varying function to compensate unknown time‐varying moment of inertia to achieve asymptotic attitude tracking. Quantum noise has always been an important issue in the field of quantum information transmission. As the localization of quantum noise, local quantum Bernoulli noises (LQBNs) have attracted extensive attention in recent years. In this paper, the quantum conditional entropy based on LQBNs is deeply discussed, and a new definition of quantum conditional entropy is given. Then we find that this quantum conditional entropy has some basic properties such as concavity, conditional reduced entropy and unitary invariance. This research is of great significance to the field of quantum information, which can help us to understand the influence of local quantum noises on quantum information transmission. Qutrit is a three-level quantum system with a higher level than qubits, which can process quantum information in a more complex state space. Therefore, in some information processing tasks, qutrits are more efficient than qubits. In this paper, we first briefly review the basic knowledge of qubit and extend it to the qutrit scenario. Then, the noiseless qutrit channel is given by simple extension, and the transmission characteristics between it and the noiseless qubit channel are discussed. Subsequently, we provided a three-dimensional version of the amplitude damping channel based on its construction method. In this paper we will refer to it as the noisy qutrit channel N (ρ) . Finally, we discuss the transmission characteristics of N (ρ) and the amplitude damping channel, as well as the expected fidelity and entanglement fidelity of N (ρ) . What's interesting is that we find whether it is a noisy channel or a noiseless channel, the qutrit channel can send qubit information, but the qubit channel cannot send qutrit information completely. The special case in which the qubit channel can send qutrit information completely is when the input qutrit state is | 0 ⟩ or | 1 ⟩ or a linear combination of | 0 ⟩ and | 1 ⟩ . In this article, we study the evolution of the two-qubit system with Ising spin-chain environment by choosing the Lindblad equation to describe this process. First, we expand the Hamiltonian of a two-qubit system with its eigenstates and give the Lindblad equation for the evolution of the two-qubit system with Ising spin-chain as the environment. Compared with directly calculating the differential equation between elements of density matrix, we choose a method to solve the Lindblad equation with a smaller calculation dimension. [Display omitted] Lipid-based lyotropic liquid crystalline nanoparticles (LCNPs) face stability challenges in biological fluids during clinical translation. Ionic Liquids (ILs) have emerged as effective solvent additives for tuning the structure of LCNP's and enhancing their stability. We investigated the effect of a library of 21 choline-based biocompatible ILs with 9 amino acid anions as well as 10 other organic/inorganic anions during the preparation of phytantriol (PHY)-based LCNPs, followed by incubation in human serum and serum proteins. Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) results show that the phase behaviour of the LCNPs depends on the IL concentration and anion structure. Incubation with human serum led to a phase transition from the inverse bicontinuous cubic (Q 2) to the inverse hexagonal (H 2) mesophase, influenced by the specific IL present. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and proteomics analysis of selected samples, including PHY control and those with choline glutamate, choline hexanoate, and choline geranate, identified abundant proteins in the protein corona, including albumin, apolipoproteins, and serotransferrin. The composition of the protein corona varied among samples, shedding light on the intricate interplay between ILs, internal structure and surface chemistry of LCNPs, and biological fluids. In this paper, we study the dynamical processes of quantum coherence and correlations for two central qubits system coupled with a transverse Ising spin chain. Suppose the initial state of quantum system is the Werner state and the initial state of environment is the ground state of spin chain, and the corresponding time evolution operator, decoherence factor and reduced density matrix are given. We deduce the analytical expressions of evolution of quantum coherence, entanglement and quantum discord. We find that when the spin chain undergoes quantum phase transition (QPT), the entanglement vanished at time t=tc, and the coherence and discord vanished when the decoherence factor decayed to zero. Besides, we also find that the environmental scale N, coupling strength g and parameter P of Werner state do not change the evolution rules of quantum correlation, but accelerate their decay rate with these parameters’ increase. The study was to investigate the effect of dietary inulin addition on the growth performance, intestinal morphology and cecal microorganisms of broilers. A total of one hundred and eight 28-day-old broilers with similar weight and no underlying diseases were randomly divided into three groups, with six replicates in each group, and six broilers in each replicate. Broilers in the group A were fed a basal diet, broilers in the group B were fed a basal diet + 0.5% inulin, and broilers in the group C were fed a basal diet + 1% inulin. The trial period was 14 days. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the growth performance of broilers among all groups (P>0.05). Compared with the group A, the VH and VH/CD in the duodenum and jejunum of broilers in the group B and group C were significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the group B, the duodenal VH of broilers in the group C was significantly increased (P<0.05). The 16S RNA sequencing analysis of intestinal microbiota showed that compared with the group A, the differences in Sobs and Chao values in the group C were significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the group A, the abundance of rare Glomerella and Erysipella genera in the group B and group C was significantly decreased, but the abundance of Acinetobacter and Prevotella genera was significantly increased. The abundance and diversity of cecal microbiota of broilers in the group C were significantly higher than those in the group B. The experiment indicates that adding inulin to the feed can improve the morphological structure of the intestine and the abundance of cecal microbiota, optimize the intestinal microbial environment, and ensure intestinal health of broilers. Cholestatic liver disease is defined as the bile acids (BAs) accumulation in the liver caused by impaired synthesis, and secretion, together with excretion of BAs due to a variety of factors, which, if left untreated, can result in hepatic fibrosis, cholestatic cholangitis, cholestatic cirrhosis, eventually, end-stage liver disease. Currently, modulation of BA metabolism is still a prospective therapeutic strategy for treating the cholestatic diseases. Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) is a ligand-activated transcription factor with far-reaching effects on the chronic liver disease. However, its role and mechanism in cholestatic liver damage is still unknown. Therefore, in this work, we explored the impact of AHR on the cholestatic liver injury using AHR overexpression mediated by adeno-associated viral (AAV) vectors. We found that AHR is differentially expressed in different stages of cholestatic liver disease, showing either down-regulation or an increase in protective effects. Overexpression of AHR increased body weight, decreased serum total bilirubin (TBil) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP), reduced porphyrin accumulation in liver tissue, and regulated the bile acid pool in the cholestatic mouse model induced by DDC diet. Overall, our data indicate that AHR attenuated cholestatic liver injury. [Display omitted] Ions are important to modulate protein properties, including solubility and stability, through specific ion effects. Ionic liquids (ILs) are designer salts with versatile ion combinations with great potential to control protein properties. Although protein-ion binding of common metals is well-known, the IL effect on proteins is not well understood. Here, we employ the model protein lysozyme in dilute and concentrated IL solutions to determine the specific ion binding effect on protein phase behaviour, activity, size and conformational change, aggregation and intermolecular interactions. A combination of spectroscopic techniques, activity assays, small-angle X-ray scattering, and crystallography highlights that ILs, particularly their anions, bind to specific sites in the protein hydration layer via polar contacts on charged, polar and aromatic residues. The specific ion binding can induce more flexible loop regions in lysozyme, while the ion binding in the bulk phase can be more dynamic in solution. Overall, the protein behaviour in ILs depends on the net effect of nonspecific interactions and specific ion binding. Compared to formate, the nitrate anion induced high protein solubility, low activity, elongated shape and aggregation, which is largely owing to its higher propensity for ion binding. In this paper, we analyze quantum walks on cycles with an absorbing wall. We set the absorbing wall on cycles with N vertices (where N is an even number), and divide | φ (t) 〉 into two parts, L (t) and R (t). Due to the periodicity of the cycles, the condition L (M + N) = L (M) (or R (M + N) = R (M)) is applied to L (t) and R (t) , then the transmission probability P M and reflection probability Q M at the absorbing wall n = M (M = N 2) at time t are obtained. Hybrid organic–inorganic metal halide perovskites have emerged as a new generation of photovoltaic devices due to their impressive performance. Many experiments show that a small amount of pseudohalide BF4 doping significantly enhances the performance of the most studied CH3NH3PbI3 compound. We demonstrate, using real-time time-dependent density functional theory and ab initio non-adiabatic molecular dynamics, that a 2% concentration of BF4 doping can reduce the anharmonicity of the soft inorganic lattice, weaken the electron–phonon interaction, suppress non-radiative electron–hole recombination, and finally result in an 80% enhancement of charge carrier lifetime in CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite. More than that, low concentration of BF4 doping can keep the suitable bandgap and strengthen the optical absorption, whereas high concentration doping would extremely increase the bandgap so that should be prohibited in perovskite solar cells. Our results rationalize why low concentration of BF4 doping can suppress nonradiative charge carrier recombination and greatly improve the photovoltaic performance in CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite. [Display omitted] Globular proteins are well-folded model proteins, where ions can substantially influence their structure and aggregation. Ionic liquids (ILs) are salts in the liquid state with versatile ion combinations. Understanding the IL effect on protein behavior remains a major challenge. Here, we employed small angle X-ray scattering to investigate the effect of aqueous ILs on the structure and aggregation of globular proteins, namely, hen egg white lysozyme (Lys), human lysozyme (HLys), myoglobin (Mb), β-lactoglobulin (βLg), trypsin (Tryp) and superfolder green fluorescent protein (sfGFP). The ILs contain ammonium-based cations paired with the mesylate, acetate or nitrate anion. Results showed that only Lys was monomeric, whereas the other proteins formed small or large aggregates in buffer. Solutions with over 17 mol% IL resulted in significant changes in the protein structure and aggregation. The Lys structure was expanded at 1 mol% but compact at 17 mol% with structural changes in loop regions. HLys formed small aggregates, with the IL effect similar to Lys. Mb and βLg mostly had distinct monomer and dimer distributions depending on IL type and IL concentration. Complex aggregation was noted for Tryp and sfGFP. Thermal quenching that the upconversion (UC) luminescence intensities decrease with increasing temperature limits the application of UC luminescence materials in the field of optical temperature sensing. Herein, we report that Tm3+/Yb3+ doped Gd 2 O 3 phosphors achieve thermal enhancement of UC luminescence with the multiphonon assisted process. Significantly, a possible mechanism of Yb3+ ions in thermal enhancement and multiphonon assisted UC luminescence process is proposed. Based on the luminescence intensity ratio technique of non-thermally coupled energy levels, research shows that thermal enhancement can effectively improve the optical temperature sensing absolute sensitivity. Owing to the near-infrared excitation and strong near-infrared emission, the UC luminescence of the Gd 2 O 3 : Tm3+/Yb3+ phosphors can penetrate 12 mm pork tissue and achieve UC thermal enhancement in 287-314 K after penetrating 6 mm pork tissue, which shows its potential in vivo application. The results not only provide a pathway to realize the thermal enhancement of UC luminescence and the improvement of the temperature sensing sensitivity, but also promote the understanding and utilization of the UC luminescence thermal enhancement. Increasing attention has been paid to the potential impact of microplastics (MPs) pollution on human health. MPs and phthalates coexist in the environment, however, the effects of exposure to MPs alone or to a combination of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and MPs on allergic asthma are unclear. This study investigates the effects of exposure to polystyrene microplastics (PS-MPs) or co-exposure with DEHP, on allergic asthma, and the underlying molecular mechanisms. We established an allergic asthma model using ovalbumin, and mice were exposed to PS-MPs (5 mg/kg bw/day) alone, or combined with DEHP (0.5, 5 mg/kg bw/day), for 28 days. The results showed that in the presence of ovalbumin (OVA) sensitization, exposure to PS-MPs alone slightly affected airway inflammation, and airway hyperresponsiveness, while co-exposure to PS-MPs and DEHP caused more significant damage. Co-exposure also induced more oxidative stress and Th2 immune responses, and activation of the TRPA1 and p38 MAPK pathways. The aggravation of asthmatic symptoms induced by co-exposure to PS-MPs and DEHP were inhibited by blocking TRPA1 ion channel or p38 MAPK pathway. The results demonstrated that co-exposure to PS-MPs and DEHP exacerbates allergic asthma, by exacerbating oxidative stress and inflammatory responses, and activating the TRPA1-p38 MAPK pathway. Background: Evidence has linked self-reported sedentary behavior (SB) and physical activity (PA) with cognitive impairment; however, the underlying mechanisms are poorly understood. We examined the associations of the accelerometer-measured movement behaviors with plasma neurofilament light chain (NfL) among older adults and the role of systemic low-grade inflammation in the associations. Results: This population-based study included 1,029 dementia-free older adults (age ≥ 60 years, range 60–88 years; 59.48% women) who undertook the ActiGraph substudy (March 2018-December 2020) in MIND-China. There were nonlinear relationships of daily SB and PA time with plasma NfL concentration, such that more daily SB time or less time spent in daily light-intensity physical activity (LPA) and moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity (MVPA) was significantly associated with increased plasma NfL only when SB time ≥ 8.00 h/day or LPA time < 5.00 h/day or MVPA time < 2.00 h/day. Furthermore, more daily SB time or less daily LPA and MVPA time was significantly associated with higher serum low-grade inflammation score, a composite measure generated from serum IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and ICAM-1 (P < 0.05). Finally, low-grade inflammation score accounted for 14.5% to 17.8% of the associations between movement behaviors and plasma NfL. Conclusions: More daily SB and less PA time are associated with neurodegeneration and systemic low-grade inflammation in older adults. Background: Breast cancer is one of the most malignant cancers. Increasing evidence suggests that circular RNAs (circRNAs) are involved in breast cancer progression through sponging microRNA (miRNA). However, the underlying molecular mechanisms of circ_0069094 in breast cancer are unclear. This study aimed to reveal the effect of the circ_0069094/miR‐136‐5p/tyrosine 3‐monooxygenase/tryptophan 5‐monooxygenase activation protein zeta (YWHAZ) pathway on the malignant progression of breast cancer. Methods: The quantitative real‐time polymerase chain reaction and western blot were used to assess the expression of circRNA/miRNA/mRNA. The functional effects of circ_0069094 on the cell processes of breast cancer were investigated by cell counting kit‐8, colony‐forming assay, 5‐ethynyl‐2′‐deoxyuridine (EdU) assay, flow cytometry, and transwell invasion assay. The interactions among circ_0069094, miR‐136‐5p, and YWHAZ were assessed by dual‐luciferase reporter assay. A xenograft experiment was performed to determine the effects of circ_0069094 on tumor formation. Results: Circ_0069094 was overexpressed in paclitaxel (PTX)‐resistant breast cancer tissues and cells, and the silencing of circ_0069094 decreased tumor growth, cell proliferation and cell invasion while increasing PTX sensitivity and cell apoptosis in PTX‐resistant cells. In addition, miR‐136‐5p was a target of circ_0069094, and miR‐136‐5p inhibition abolished circ_0069094 knockdown‐induced effects in PTX‐resistant cells. MiR‐136‐5p expression was decreased in PTX‐resistant breast cancer tissues and cells, and the overexpression of miR‐136‐5p suppressed the malignant behaviors of breast cancer cells by targeting YWHAZ. Importantly, circ_0069094 regulated YWHAZ expression in breast cancer by targeting miR‐136‐5p. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the detection, location, and classification (DLC) of multiple dipole-like magnetic sources based on magnetic gradient tensor (MGT) data. In these applications, the tilt angle is usually used to detect the number of sources. We found that the tilt angle is only suitable for the scenario where the positive and negative signs of the magnetic sources' inclination are the same. Therefore, we map the L2 norm of the vertical magnetic gradient tensor on the arctan function, denoted as the VMGT 2 angle, to detect the number of sources. Then we use the normalized source strength (NSS) to narrow the parameters' search space and combine the differential evolution (DE) algorithm with the Levenberg–Marquardt (LM) algorithm to solve the sources' locations and magnetic moments. Simulation experiments and a field demonstration show that the VMGT 2 angle is insensitive to the sign of inclination and more accurate in detecting the number of magnetic sources than the tilt angle. In this study, on the basis of basket CDS, we take into account the complex correlations among market participants and choose to use the contagion model to price basket CDS. This study assumes that a basket of reference assets is defaultable and that defaults between two counterparties are contagious. Without taking into account the default of the CDS buyer, we assume that both the interest rate and the default intensity of the reference assets follow the Vasicek model. We obtain the related probability density function by the PDE method. Under the no-arbitrage principle, we set up several scenarios to get the basket CDS pricing formula. In this paper, we successfully obtain an explicit expression of the limit distribution π (ν) of three-state quantum walks on cycles, the total variation distance between π (ν) and the average probability p ¯ ν (T) , and lower bound on the difference between two eigenvalues, among others. Based on the above conclusions, we finally get the mixing time T of the quantum walk of Grover coin on the N-cycle. T is the time required to characterize p ¯ ν (T) approaching π (ν). Our results show that the average probability of a three-state quantum walk on a cycle can approach its limit distribution faster than that of a two-state quantum walk, which might be of significance to quantum computation. In this paper, continuous-time quantum walk on hypercube is discussed in view of Cartesian product structure. We find that the n -fold Cartesian power of the complete graph K 2 is the n -dimensional hypercube, which give us new ideas for the study of quantum walk on hypercube. Combining the product structure, the spectral distribution of the graph and the quantum decomposition of the adjacency matrix, the probability amplitudes of the continuous-time quantum walker's position at time t are given, and it is discussed that the probability distribution for the continuous-time case is uniform when t = (π ∕ 4) n. Surgery with the assistance of conventional radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy is the basis for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) treatment. However, with these treatment modalities, the recurrence and metastasis of tumors remain at a high level. Increasingly, the evidence indicates an excellent anti-tumor effect of chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells in hematological malignancy treatment, and this novel immunotherapy has attracted researchers' attention in HNSCC treatment. Although several clinical trials have been conducted, the weak anti-tumor effect and the side effects of CAR-T cell therapy against HNSCC are barriers to clinical translation. The limited choices of targeting proteins, the barriers of CAR-T cell infiltration into targeted tumors and short survival time in vivo should be solved. In this review, we introduce barriers of CAR-T cell therapy in HNSCC. The limitations and current promising strategies to overcome barriers in solid tumors, as well as the applications for HNSCC treatment, are covered. In this work, we study the long time behavior of a coupled PDEs' system consisting of one wave equation and one degenerate heat equation in two connected regions. The coupling between these two different components occurs at the interface with certain transmission conditions. For the system on rectangular domain, by frequency domain analysis, the explicit polynomial decay rate of the solutions to the system is obtained, which only depends on the degree of degeneration of the diffusion coefficient of the heat equation near the interface line. Specifically, a clear relationship between the decay rate and the degeneration parameter of the diffusion coefficient is identified. Moreover, the explicit decay rate of the solutions to such a system on one-dimensional domain is also further estimated. Especially, these two obtained decay rates are consistent with the optimal ones for the systems on rectangular domain and one-dimensional domain with constant-diffusion coefficient, obtained by Batty et al. Energy management strategy (EMS) is a way to reduce the energy consumption of hybrid power systems. This article proposes a unique deep reinforcement learning- (DRL-) based EMS for plug-in hybrid electric heavy-duty trucks (PHETs), combining driving cycle pattern recognition (DPR) and deep transfer learning (DTL). The proposed EMS can cope well with the complex usage scenarios of PHETs and the difficulty of generating EMS. While ensuring the minimum overall driving cost, the strategy can improve the convergence speed of the DRL method and the generalizability under segmented usage scenarios. Firstly, representative driving cycles that reflect different usage scenarios are constructed based on a naturalistic data-driven method. Secondly, a plug-in hybrid electric heavy-duty truck (PHET) driving pattern recognizer based on a learning vector quantization neural network (LVQ) is built. Thirdly, the deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) algorithm is innovatively combined with the DTL algorithm. The pretrained neural network in the corresponding usage scenarios is transferred to the natural driving cycles based on DTL. Moreover, the proposed EMS gives an emphasized consciousness on the battery degradation cost. Finally, the strategy is tested under natural driving cycles in different usage scenarios and proven through comparison with the current state-of-the-art techniques, deep reinforcement learning-based strategy, and dynamic programming (DP). The results show that the proposed strategy outperforms existing cutting-edge deep reinforcement learning techniques in terms of convergence speed, battery life extension, fuel consumption, and overall driving cost reduction. The proposed control strategy can improve the convergence speed by nearly 50%, while effectively extending the battery life and reducing the overall driving cost compared to the existing state-of-the-art strategies. Image steganography and image tampering usually produce weak characteristic signals that are different from the natural information of the image. Aiming at the unnatural features in images, this paper proposes a blind detection model for image forensics based on weak feature extraction. The model extracts weak image features from three aspects: the spatial domain, the JPEG domain, and the natural characteristics. It has the characteristics of a wide detection range and a good detection accuracy. The model can perform general blind detection for image spatial domain steganography, image JPEG domain steganography, image copy-move, image splicing, and image removal. It is mainly composed of four types of artificial neural network modules, two feature classification networks, and a target regression network. The model combines the multi-layer convolution RoI feature extraction method and uses three deep residual networks and RPN to extract weak features of the image. The model integrates the features extracted by the four networks and makes the final judgment on the image detection through two feature classification networks and a target regression network. We tested the image steganography algorithms in the typical spatial domain and JPEG domain, and image content tampering operations such as image copy-move, splicing, and removal. At the same time, we made a double image dataset containing tampering and steganography and tested the model's ability to detect the double image dataset. The experimental results show that the model has a relatively ideal detection effect on the typical algorithms tested. The brown planthopper (BPH) is the leading cause of insect damage to rice plants and BPH infestations have caused profound losses in rice production since the 1970's. There is an urgent need to discover new BPH resistance genes to ensure the successful production of rice. Here, a new BPH resistance source provided by SeedWorks International Pvt. Ltd., SWD10, was used for this purpose. QTL mapping using 232 F2 progenies and 216 polymorphic markers revealed two dominant BPH resistance QTLs, BPH41 and BPH42, located on chromosome 4. BPH resistance mechanism test revealed that antibiosis and antixenosis mechanisms both play a role in BPH resistance conferred by these two QTLs. The QTLs were delimited between markers SWRm_01617 and SWRm_01522 for BPH41, and SWRm_01695 and SWRm_00328 for BPH42. Additionally, using RNA-seq data of lines containing the resistant QTLs, we shortlisted four and three gene candidates for BPH41 and BPH42, respectively. Differential gene expression analysis of lines containing the QTLs suggested that SWD10 BPH resistance is contributed by the plant's innate immunity and the candidate genes may be part of the rice innate immunity pathway. Aeromagnetic compensation is a technology used to reduce aircraft magnetic interference, which plays an important role in aeromagnetic surveys. In addition to maneuvering interferences, the onboard electronic (OBE) interference has been proven to be a significant part of aircraft interference, which must be reduced before further interpretation of aeromagnetic data. In the past, most researchers have focused on establishing linear models to compensate for OBE magnetic interference. However, such methods can only work using accurate reference sensors. In this paper, we propose a data-driven OBE interference compensation method, which can reduce OBE interference without relying on any other reference sensor. This network-based method can integrally detect and repair the OBE magnetic interference. The proposed method builds a prediction model by combining wavelet decomposition with a long short-term memory (LSTM) network to detect and predict OBE interference, and then estimates the local variation of the magnetic field to remove the drift of the interference. In our tests, we construct 10 semi-real datasets to quantitatively evaluate the performance of the proposed method. The F1 score of the proposed method for OBE interference detection is over 0.79 , and the RMSE of the compensated signal is less than 0.009 nT. Moreover, we also test our method on real signals, and the results show that our method can detect all interference and significantly reduce the standard deviation of the magnetic field. In this paper, continuous-time quantum walk is discussed based on the view of quantum probability, i.e. the quantum decomposition of the adjacency matrix A of graph. Regard adjacency matrix A as Hamiltonian which is a real symmetric matrix with elements 0 or 1, so we regard  e − i t A  as an unbiased evolution operator, which is related to the calculation of probability amplitude. We focus on a fundamental task of detecting meaningful line structures, a.k.a., semantic line, in natural scenes. Many previous methods regard this problem as a special case of object detection and adjust existing object detectors for semantic line detection. However, these methods neglect the inherent characteristics of lines, leading to sub-optimal performance. Lines enjoy much simpler geometric property than complex objects and thus can be compactly parameterized by a few arguments. To better exploit the property of lines, in this paper, we incorporate the classical Hough transform technique into deeply learned representations and propose a one-shot end-to-end learning framework for line detection. By parameterizing lines with slopes and biases, we perform Hough transform to translate deep representations into the parametric domain, in which we perform line detection. Specifically, we aggregate features along candidate lines on the feature map plane and then assign the aggregated features to corresponding locations in the parametric domain. Consequently, the problem of detecting semantic lines in the spatial domain is transformed into spotting individual points in the parametric domain, making the post-processing steps, i.e., non-maximal suppression, more efficient. Furthermore, our method makes it easy to extract contextual line features that are critical for accurate line detection. In addition to the proposed method, we design an evaluation metric to assess the quality of line detection and construct a large scale dataset for the line detection task. Experimental results on our proposed dataset and another public dataset demonstrate the advantages of our method over previous state-of-the-art alternatives. With the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) technology, using UAVs for magnetic surveys is a booming branch. However, the magnetic interference generated by the UAV hinders the further application of UAV magnetic survey systems. In addition to the interference caused by the UAV maneuvering, the dynamic interference of airborne equipment has also been found and become one of the factors restricted by the detection accuracy of magnetic surveys. This paper proposes a multi-source two-channel linear time-invariant (MTLI) correlation model, considering the maneuvering magnetic interference and airborne equipment magnetic interference. The magnetic interference can be estimated and compensated by interference correlation without current sensors. Compared with the traditional aeromagnetic compensation process and other compensation methods considering the magnetic interference of airborne equipment, the proposed method can provide stable compensation effects in maneuvers and smooth flight, and the workflow is simple and fast. The actual flight experiment is conducted, and the results show that the two kinds of UAV interference fields are suppressed significantly with a root mean square error of 0.0062 and 0.0296 nT in smooth flight and maneuvering flight. The aim of this study was to accurately evaluate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy (PDT) on actinic keratosis (AK) in the Asian population and its relationship with preconditioning and dermoscopy grading, and to determine whether some dermoscopic features of AK can independently predict the response to PDT to optimize the choice of clinical treatment. From January 2017 to January 2020, patients who were diagnosed as AK with only one lesion in our hospital were included in our study. PDT was performed after pretreatment with ablative fractional CO2 laser or cryotherapy. Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the characteristics of dermoscopy to determine the independent predictors of efficacy. A total of 95 patients were enrolled in the study, and the final clinical evaluation was 92 cases (96.8%) as complete remission and 3 cases (3.2%) as partial remission/no response. Dermoscopy showed complete remission in 77 cases (81.1%) and partial remission/no response in 18 cases (18.9%). No significant difference was observed in the complete remission rate of dermoscopy grade 1 lesion after laser or cryotherapy pretreatment (p > 0.05), but for dermoscopy grade 2 and grade 3 lesions, the complete remission rate (dermoscopy evaluation) of the cryotherapy pretreatment group was higher than that of laser group (p < 0.05). The probability of complete remission with red pseudonetwork at the T0 time point increased by 3.8 times (odds ratio [OR] = 3.870,95%confidence interval [CI]:1.077–13.912, p = 0.048), while the probability of complete response for lesions with slight erosion at the baseline decreased by 85% (OR = 0.150,95%CI:0.033–0.671, p = 0.013). For dermoscopy grade 2 and 3 lesions, PDT after pretreatment with cryotherapy is more effective. Dermoscopy pseudo-reticular structure and microscopic erosions were independent predictors of PDT efficacy. These findings may help clinicians to better select patients with AK for PDT. Background: Platelets are a key component of massive transfusion in treating actively bleeding patients. While optimized for prophylactic transfusions, the effectiveness of the current standard room temperature stored platelets (RPs) in treating actively bleeding patients is not clear. Cold‐stored platelets (CPs) have been shown to have superior hemostatic functions and the potential to extend shelf life. In this study, we explored the effect of using CPs versus RPs in an in vitro transfusion model based on the massive transfusion protocol. Study Design and Methods: RPs or CPs were combined with RBCs and plasma in a 1:1:1 volume ratio to make transfusion packages. Whole blood was collected and then either diluted to 20% hematocrit or mixed with tPA (8.8 μg/ml). By volume, 70% of transfusion package was mixed with 30% whole blood to simulate massive transfusions and analyzed by rotational thromboelastometry. Transfusion package supernatant was analyzed for PAI‐1 activity as well. Results: Both transfusion packages restored the clot characteristics of hemodiluted or hyperfibrinolytic whole blood. Specifically, only transfusion packages made with CPs significantly reduced the maximum clot lysis of hyperfibrinolytic whole blood. PAI‐1 activity in CPs transfusion packages were also significantly higher. Discussion: Transfusion packages containing cold‐stored platelets may be able to restore the blood hemostatic profile of bleeding patients. In addition, transfusion packages made from CPs may provide additional benefit of resisting hyperfibrinolysis in bleeding patients. A ternary memristor full adder is designed based on the literal operation and module‐3 plus operation. Literal operation and module‐3 plus operation are the important operations in the tri‐valued algebra system. Multiple‐valued logic can increase the amount of information carried by the signals and reduce the number of devices and connections. The combination of multiple‐valued logic and memristor is an exploration of new devices and new structures. The novel ternary memristor full adder owns the advantage of simpler structure without decoding units to convert ternary signals to binary at the terminals, and all the signals operated by the circuit are ternary. Compared with the traditional ternary full adder, the number of devices and the power consumption are greatly reduced. Simulation results of different memristor models verified the correctness and applicability of the circuit design. With the rapid development of deep neural network, two-stream Faster R-CNN network has been applied to tampering detection field and achieved good detection results. However, the noise stream generation of the two-stream Faster R-CNN needs to be manually selected, and the feature extraction network is the same as RGB stream, so it doesn't maximize the program to play the advantages of deep neural network. In this paper, the hand-crafted features of the Faster R-CNN noise stream generation layer are cancelled and the two-layer convolution network is used to directly fit the weak features generated by image tampering. At the same time, according to the characteristics of image tampering detection, a weak feature extraction network based on multi-scale residual network is established to extract weak feature signals of image tampering. The network can suppress the natural features of the image and preserve the weak feature signals. In the network, the multi-level residual layers are used to extract RoI features, which makes full use of the feature layer informations with higher resolution. The experimental results show that the performance of the Faster R-CNN network with weak feature stream has been improved significantly in F1 score and localization of the tampering region. With the steady increase in litter sizes, artificial rearing is becoming widely used to raise surplus piglets. The study aimed to evaluate the potential impacts of artificial rearing on behaviour and immune function in piglets. A total of 240 piglets were divided into three groups: piglets reared by the sow until weaning on day 35 (CON group), piglets artificially reared from day 7 (AR7 group), and piglets artificially reared from day 21 (AR21 group). Behavioural observation was conducted for 8 hours weekly, and the elimination position was recorded on days 7, 21, and 35. Serum and hair samples were collected to measure immunoglobulins and cortisol concentration, respectively. The results revealed that piglets in the AR7 group exhibited less frequent milk-drinking, exploring, and playing, but more frequent belly nosing and oral manipulation of conspecifics. Moreover, artificial rearing affected the elimination sites of AR7 piglets on day 21, but this phenomenon was not observed on day 35. In addition, the AR7 piglets had higher levels of cortisol and CRP, as well as lower levels of IgG and IgA compared to the CON piglets. The AR21 piglets also had a higher CRP level compared to the CON piglets. In conclusion, artificial rearing, initiated either from day 21 or day 7, negatively affected behavioural expression and immune function. Mercury contamination in groundwater is a serious global environmental issue that poses threats to human and environmental health. While MoS 2 nanosheets have been proven promising in removing Hg from groundwater, an effective tool for in situ groundwater remediation is still needed. In this study, we investigated the transport and retention behavior of MoS 2 nanosheets in sand column, and employed the formed MoS 2 in situ reactive zone (IRZ) for the remediation of Hg-contaminated groundwater. Breakthrough test revealed that high flow velocity and MoS 2 initial concentration promoted the transport of MoS 2 in sand column, while the addition of Ca ions increased the retention of MoS 2. In Hg removal experiments, the groundwater flow velocity did not influence the Hg removal capacity due to the fast reaction rate between MoS 2 and Hg. With an optimized MoS 2 loading, MoS 2 IRZ effectively reduced the Hg effluent concentration down to <1 μg/L without apparent Hg remobilization. Additionally, flake-like MoS 2 employed in this study showed much better Hg removal performance than flower-like and bulk MoS 2 , as well as other reported materials, with the Hg removal capacity a few to tens of times higher than those materials. These results suggest that MoS 2 nanosheets have the potential to be an efficient IRZ reactive material for in situ remediation of Hg in contaminated groundwater. Considering the high risk of eutrophication caused by relatively high pollutants concentration during the utilization of reclaimed water in the landscape, Yuanmingyuan Park has cultivated various submerged macrophyte systems to prevent eutrophication since 2007. This study evaluates the impacts of the created submerged macrophyte communities on the water quality, biodiversity and ecosystem health within the park. Results show that the dominant aquatic plant species vary across areas, with a range of species present in different seasons. The diversity of plant species is relatively constrained in cold season, while the warm season exhibits a more diverse array of species, covering 80% to 90% water areas in summer. The submerged macrophyte community effectively removes pollutants as reclaimed water transforms into natural water bodies. The biodiversity analysis result demonstrates that Yuanmingyuan boasts diverse aquatic life and the water quality evaluated according to biodiversity indices classifies the waters as lightly polluted. An ecological health assessment framework, covering habitat, water quality, biological ecology, and social services, was developed. The assessment results indicate the submerged macrophyte communities in Yuanmingyuan are generally healthy. However, improvements are needed in chlorophyll-a and turbidity removal as well as in enhancing biodiversity and landscape coherence. As an important stochastic process, quantum Bernoulli noises has a very important physical background and is an important research object in the field of quantum information. In this paper, we review local quantum Bernoulli noises and local quantum mutual entropy, then introduce quantum channel measurement with local quantum Bernoulli noises.
