Purpose of the article: Organizations implementing economic activity in the Czech Republic are obliged to follow the binding written and unwritten legislation. Accounting entities are required to keep accounting records in accordance with the valid Czech accounting legislation while respecting a number of unwritten, but globally accepted standards. Among the important standards by which accounting is regulated we can count accounting policies and principles. This paper deals with the issue of valuation and correction mechanisms of valuation, which enable us to fulfill the accounting rules and principles, especially the principle of prudence. Methodology/methods: Contribution use general scientific methods, especially analysis, synthesis, comparison, induction and deduction. The research project was done by means of questionnaires. To evaluate the results specific statistical method was used, especially Kruskal-Wallis test. Scientific aim: Using specific examples, the paper describes different ways of application of selected tools aiming to fulfill the principle of valuation and the principle of prudence, especially in the case of residual values of property and in the use of provisions. Different, but allowable possibilities of application of selected tools of the principle of valuation and the principle of prudence affect the reported amounts of assets, liabilities, expenses, yields and economy results in the financial statements. Findings: For statistical evaluation Kruskall-Wallis test was used. Obtained values were first assigned to the order, row sums were made and test statistic Q [Q=7.94318] was calculated. The obtained value was compared with the value of tables of critical values of X2 test [X2=2,17] and it was found that the distribution functions differ significantly from each other. Purpose of the article: The world economy is undergoing rapid development. For this development there are typical fluctuations of market prices of property. Valuation of property in the Czech financial accounting is based on the principle of historical prices. The problem with this method of valuation is the fact that it is not updated and the fact that the purchase price does not reflect the current value of the property. Corporate customers attribute the property to the value depending on whether the user meets certain criteria. User criteria affect the buying behavior of business customers and form an idea of the value of the property. Methodology/methods: Contribution use general scientific methods, especially analysis, synthesis, comparison, induction and deduction. Both of the research projects were done by means of questionnaires. To evaluate the results specific statistical methods were used, especially mean value, dispersion, frequencies and Kruskal- Wallis test. Scientific aim: To analyze customer buying behavior based on two independent researches, and particularly in relation to one another. To determine which user criteria are most involved in the perception of the value of property from the perspective of corporate customers. To carry out statistical evaluation of the results and to clarify whether there are differences in the evaluation of these criteria depending on the size of the organization and on whether they are public or private. Findings: Using the Kruskal-Wallis test the authors of nine selected criteria have tested the hypothesis whether all distribution functions are equal. Statistics value was smaller than the critical value of the test at a significance level of 1%, which implies that the individual distribution functions are equal. Based on the implementation of the same test, it is possible to say that among the respondents, there is no significant difference in the responses, ie, the size of private companies as well as whether it is

Purpose The purpose of the article is to discuss the valuation of assets at real value. The authors characterize the benefits of valuing assets at real value and explain the procedure for deriving the coefficient of the real price of tangible movable assets. Scientific aim Main aim of this article is to define the specifics of the valuation of assets in the Czech financial accounting and to specify the positive and negative of the valuation of assets on a historical cost principle. Methods Contribution use general scientific methods, especially analysis, synthesis, comparison, induction and deduction. Essential sources of information were professional publications and selected educational texts at the end of this contribution. Findings Real value nesting take no risks burden „fast changes” depending on concrete situation in the marketplace; is sturdy against influence legislative state provisions and isn't loaded by localities changes in which happens evaluation of property. The same property will be through the real value represent the potential economic benefits for a company in a specific sector regardless in which state will the company conduct business or to set up a business and establish new branches. Valuation of fixed assets in accounting is a very complex thing. Need accurate information about the real value of asset, which as one of all of these options reflects its economic benefits for businesses; it is radical for all companies regardless of their size. Conclusions Valuation of assets at real value creates a presumption for correct decisions about costly investments, helping companies adequately manage their costs and creates conditions for substantial savings. Firms using the valuation of tangible assets at real value have become an essential precondition for success.

The thesis is divided into s number of sections. The first section defines theoretical background and the next section provides analysis of the club using the SLEPT and SWOT analyses, fundamental analysis, Porter's five forces model and budget analysis. On the basis of findings, I provide proposals for solutions and their benefits resulting from the performed analyses.
