The commissioning of Zhalute-Qingzhou (±800 kV UHVDC) project and the measurement of DC bias control of transformers in Zhalute converter station show that it is difficult to choose the treatment scheme because of the large number and variety of transformers in the converter station, including converter transformers, phase modulator boost transformers and station transformers. Finally, 8 resistive devices were selected to complete the bias current treatment of the Zhalute-Qingzhou UHVDC project delivery network. However, due to the different magnitudes of DC bias currents of various transformers in the converter station, and the failure of any one of the control devices and the direct neutralization of the neutral point of the transformer, the bias current of the transformer will exceed the standard, and there is a hidden danger of the DC bias of the transformer at the converter station. In this paper, the influence of one and two faults on the safety of the faulty branch transformer is calculated, and the operation and maintenance strategy is proposed. It provides a certain technical basis for practical engineering problems and has important reference significance for the operation and maintenance of DC biasing devices

Genome sequences of marine streptomycetes are valuable for the discovery of useful enzymes and bioactive compounds by genome mining. However, publicly available complete genome sequences of marine streptomycetes are still limited. Here, we present the complete genome sequence of a marine streptomyceteStreptomycessp. S063 CGMCC 14582. Species delineation based on the pairwise digital DNA-DNA hybridization and genome comparison ANI (average nucleotide identity) value showed thatStreptomycessp. S063 CGMCC 14582 possesses a unique genome that is clearly different from all of the other available genomes. Bioactivity tests showed thatStreptomycessp. S063 CGMCC 14582 produces metabolites with anti-complement activities, which are useful for treatment of numerous diseases that arise from inappropriate activation of the human complement system. Analysis of the genome reveals no biosynthetic gene cluster (BGC) which shows even low similarity to that of the known anti-complement agents was detected in the genome, indicating thatStreptomycessp. S063 CGMCC 14582 may produce novel anti-complement agents of microbial origin. Four BGCs which are potentially involved in biosynthesis of non-ribosomal peptides were disrupted, but no decrease of anti-complement activities was observed, suggesting that these four BGCs are not involved in biosynthesis of the anti-complement agents. In addition, LC-MS/MS analysis and subsequent alignment through the Global Natural Products Social Molecular Networking (GNPS) platform led to the detection of novel peptides produced by the strain.Streptomycessp. S063 CGMCC 14582 grows rapidly and is salt tolerant, which benefits efficient secondary metabolite production via seawater-based fermentation. Our results indicate thatStreptomycessp. S063 has great potential to produce novel bioactive compounds, and also is a good host for heterologous production of useful secondary metabolites for drug discovery.

The rated operating current of ±800kV UHVDC transmission (UHVDC) is large, and the influence of grounding pole ground current on the transmission and reception network and its treatment is a subject to be studied. Combining with the construction of Zha-Qing (±800kV) project and using the historical magnetotelluric data, the three-dimensional resistivity model and the magnetic bias current model of Zhalute power grid are established. The calculation of magnetic bias current of Zhalute power grid is completed and the control scheme of DC magnetic bias is proposed. The theoretical analysis of governance effects and the test results after the implementation of the governance project show that the proposed model and algorithm are accurate and the proposed governance scheme is correct and effective; Finally, according to the problems found in the calculation of DC bias current and the treatment plan of Zhalute Power Grid in Zhaqing, the suggestions for grounding site selection and treatment methods are proposed.

A new type of three-legged robot design scheme is proposed and the movement control of it is studied in this paper. Spatial crank rocker mechanism (RSSR) is used to will the motor rotation into a leg swinging in mechanical design. Advanced reduced instruction-set computer machines (ARM) chip, wireless communication module and magnetic encoder are used in controller design. Proportional and differential (PD) closed loop control arithmetic is used to realize the control of the robot. The robot realizes the movement of straight walk, curve walk, turning in situ, jumping and so on. It has a broad application prospect.

Combined with distributed processing, traditional decision support and collaborative technology, an intelligent distributed collaborative decision support system model is proposed. The architecture, component and functions of the model is described in detail .Analyzed the problem solving process of distributed collaborative decision problem and intelligent collaborative decision-making model is proposed. Finally the intelligent agent model of the system and its application technology is given, which laid the foundation of this new model and its application in military decision making system.
