This research aims to find out the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia in general and also to find out about Fiqh Siyasah's view on the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. A qualitative approach was used in conducting this research and data was obtained through relevant literature studies. The result, Islam provides space for ijtihad in the area of ​​siyasah or state politics provided that it is done to achieve the goals of benefit and justice as well as the welfare of the general public. One of the things related to the siyasah area is related to the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. Basically, the provision of regional autonomy in Indonesia is a space to provide opportunities for each region in this country to explore and develop the potential of each region in order to provide prosperity for regional communities. The conclusion, this article highlights the importance of local government autonomy within a federal structure to encourage grassroots democracy and self-governance. Islamic law does not have specific rules regarding regional autonomy, and this concept emerged during the reform era to promote justice and prosperity. However, Islam still acknowledges the concept of baldatun thayyibatun, which is based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet.

Yogurt is usually made by two lactic acid bacteria such as Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus. However, three to seven lactic acid bacteria are also used in several products. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the effect of variations in the number of starter bacteria and compare to Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The experimental method was used with starter variations, including a combination of two (Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus); three (Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus); and seven bacteria (Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium longum, and Bifidobacterium infantis). The results showed that the yogurt with two and seven bacteria was within the range of SNI value standard. The pH, viscosity, syneresis, lactic acid content, total protein, and total number of bacteria for yogurt with two bacteria were 3.92, 453.76 cP, 88.05%, 1.27%, 3.26%, and 2.47 x 1012 Cfu/mL, respectively. The values for yogurt with seven bacteria were 4.11, 478.23 cP, 97,45%, 0,98%, 2.7%, and 1.53 x 1010, respectively, while formulas with three bacteria did not reach the pH standard. However, the atypical taste was given by the seven starter bacteria and the use of various bacteria starters affected the quality of yogurt. Specifically, formulas composed of two bacteria showed the best results according to SNI.

This study aims to uncover similarities and differences between these languages, particularly from a grammatical perspective. To obtain necessary data, the researcher employed a descriptive-analytical method utilizing relevant literature and research. The comparative analysis method was used to contrast the systems of anteriority and posteriority between the two languages, deriving similarities and differences. Based on the findings, this study identified eight points of similarity in the anteriority and posteriority system between Arabic and Indonesian grammar: placing the modifier before the modified, placing the verb before its object originally, placing the first object before the second object, permitting the anteriority of time and place adverbs and their posteriority, similar to their referents, placing the number before the counted object, delaying moral emphasis (all, every) on the affirmed, permitting the posteriority of the object and the anteriority of the subject. Regarding points of divergence, particularly in the anteriority and posteriority system between Arabic and Indonesian grammar, nine aspects were identified: Arabic has rules allowing, necessitating, or prohibiting the anteriority of the modifier to its referent, the anteriority of the object to the verb and subject, and the anteriority of the counted object to the number sometimes. Additionally, Arabic differs from Indonesian in anteriority of demonstrative pronouns to their referents, anteriority of the subject to the verb in the Indonesian structure, anteriority and posteriority of interrogative pronouns in Indonesian, anteriority of the adjective to its noun in Indonesian, and the anteriority of the absolute object in Indonesian, contrasting with Arabic norms.

Education development now demands struggle and hard work from all parties, especially in the world or the realm of early childhood education. Not a few education experts then offer formulas to maximize the talents and potential of these early childhoods. Early childhood development has not experienced much differentiation or even resistance. Children's lives at this age have unique characteristics, but simultaneously, they provoke the curiosity of all parties. The conception built from the mindset and attitude patterns of children aged 0-6 years (some say early age is children aged 0-8 years) also has its character. Not a few experts in the current field of psychology have tried to examine the dynamics of this early childhood. They compete with the thesis that providing education in early childhood is a significant period in building human resources. Because this period only comes once and cannot be repeated, early stimulation, one of which is education, is absolutely necessary.

Money politics has damaged the democratic system throughout the nation; handling the problem of money politics is not enough to be charged to law enforcement and all elements of society. The seriousness of the government and political parties in tackling the problem of money politics can be done by legal and political means. The results of this study show that political policies in preventing money politics in the 2019 elections in Banyumas Regency where political parties have made several efforts in at least three ways: 1) implementing pacta integrity and providing debriefing to cadres and legislative candidates. 2) All parties tend to follow only the existing rules, especially those issued by the KPU and Bawaslu. 3) It turns out that all parties do not require this, relating to the competency requirements of legislative candidates that are more stringent, intellectual, managerial skills, experience, and morality. Legal policies in the prevention and handling of money politics have carried out prevention strategies through legal policies, namely prevention at the level of legislation policy and judicial policy. In contrast, the execution policy has yet to be well realized.

The increasing demand for renewable energy as an alternative to fossil fuels has driven innovations in hybrid power systems. This study focuses on optimizing a hybrid energy system for a floating lift net utilizing solar panels (photovoltaic) and a backup generator managed by an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). The ATS system is designed to automatically switch to the backup generator when the primary photovoltaic system drops below a preset voltage threshold of 10V. Additionally, a Visual Basic monitoring system was developed to track key parameters, including battery capacity and the output voltage from both the main and backup systems. The results show significant fuel savings and reliable energy supply using the hybrid system on a floating lift net.

This research aimed to analyse where the legal politics concerning outsourcing in Indonesia's legal system by scrutinizing its regulation in Book III of the Civil Code and enforcement of the Government Regulation in lieu of Law concerning Job Creation Law Number 6/2023, with its following implication to protect workers at the national level. This research employed doctrinal legal research on legal instruments related to outsourcing with statutory, conceptual, and historical approaches. The research showed that legal politics concerning outsourcing had experienced dynamic congruence with the political configuration when the legislative product on outsourcing was made. The differences emerge where outsourcing is not restricted to certain occupations in Book III of the Civil Code of Indonesia. However, Law Number 13/2003 restricted the definition of outsourcing to occupations not related to core businesses. Law Number 11/2020 and Government Regulation Number 35/2021 fit employers. Both laws govern the legal protection for outsourced employees with the transfer of undertaking to protect employment regarding changing vendors with the condition that the jobs are still available. Meanwhile, the type of work outsourced is unlimited, resulting in a deficit compared to the previous norm.

The position of notary as a mediator in its application does not contradict the law against religious norms, decency or suitability that can cause the honor and dignity of the notary position. Apart from that, the authority of a notary to resolve disputes through mediation and act as a mediator is not regulated in the provisions of the UUJN or related regulations, so that in this case there is a legal vacuum (rechtsvacuum) which has an impact on the absence of legal certainty for notaries in carrying out their duties to become mediators and resolve disputes outside the court. Therefore, a clear regulation is needed for notaries to carry out their duties and positions as mediators. The research method that will be used in this research is a type of normative juridical research, according to Ishaq, normative juridical research essentially examines the law conceptualized as norms or rules that apply in society, and become a reference for the behavior of everyone, this type of research is also called library research, theoretical / dogmatic research. Briefly related to the conclusions obtained by the author that although Article 15 and Article 17 of the UUJN do not explicitly prohibit notaries from acting as mediators, many notaries act as mediators based on the agreement of the parties to the dispute. This role provides an opportunity for notaries to be involved in dispute resolution by making a deed of peace that reinforces the results of the mediation

Through the implementation of microservices architecture, organizations aim to speed up digital transformation in their digital services. Nevertheless, the architectural migration process is not without its obstacles. Organizations must face multiple impediments during the process. One of the factors contributing to the issues that arise during the migration process is the organization’s inclination to follow trends and its limited understanding of microservices. This study aims to develop a set of readiness criteria that could serve as the basis for readiness evaluation. We analyze the proposed criteria using the Technology-Organizational-Environment (TOE) and Human-Organization-Technology-fit (HOT-Fit) framework. We also conducted an interview study using the Delphi method with ten experts to refine the proposed criteria. The participating experts are experienced in executing architectural migrations. The following criteria are quantified using the Analytic Network Process (ANP), a method within Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). We conducted a case study on the government’s back-office application to evaluate the result of the built-in criteria. The findings indicate that organizational, human, environmental, and technological variables significantly impact the readiness level in migration decision-making. In the organizational context, leadership commitment is the most crucial criterion. While in the human context, the programmer’s ability is critical. In the context of the environment, user satisfaction is vital. In the technological context, the quality of information and security are paramount. Furthermore, we provided an overview of future research opportunities and addressed the constraints of our research after the article.

The technical support department or helpdesk department is a unit that requires a quick response in handling its tasks. The company's helpdesk team can consist of several individuals who know specific or specialized issues. Typically, technical problems are handled with an application that can track issues based on tickets. Ticket queue systems are used to facilitate control over the actions of the service or repair provided by the team. Helpdesk applications assist in addressing issues reported by users and then help upper-level management distribute tasks and monitor the helpdesk team's performance, including providing solutions to users' various problems. This research aims to predict the placement of fields that serve assistance based on the corpus users provide in the natural language. Prediction modelling is done using the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine algorithms. The modelling results show that the accuracy rate of helpdesk service prediction with the Naïve Bayes algorithm reaches 82.06%, while the accuracy rate of prediction with the Support Vector Machine algorithm reaches 85.30%.

Machining thicker workpieces in the process of Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) can result in a concave phenomenon known as a “drum shape error” due to the vibration of wires and accumulation of debris, which leads to secondary discharge in the middle of the workpiece. Reducing the drum shape error typically requires a longer finishing process. Finding a balance between precision and machining time efficiency has become a challenge for modern machining shops. This study employed experimental analysis to investigate the effect of individual parameters on the shape error and machining removal rate (MRR). Key influential parameters, including open voltage (OV), pulse ON time (ON), pulse OFF time (OFF), and servo voltage (SV), were chosen for data collection using full factorial and Taguchi orthogonal arrays. Regression analysis was conducted to establish multiple regression equations. These equations were used to develop optimization rules, and subsequently, a user-friendly human–machine interface was developed using C# based on these optimization rules to create a shape error and MRR optimization system. The system can predict the optimal parameter combinations to minimize the shape error and increase the MRR. The results of the verification experiments showed that the prediction accuracy can reach 94.7% for shape error and 99.2% for MRR. Additionally, the shape error can be minimized by up to 40%.

This research was conducted to analyse the impact of human resource (HR) development, servant leadership, and good governance on employee performance and moral commitment in Islamic banking. Using quantitative approach data through a questionnaire with 215 respondents were collected as the primary data. This research was conducted from July to September 2022. The data obtained was carried out in the analysis stage using the structural equation modeling (SEM) AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that HR development has a positive and insignificant effect on moral commitment; servant leadership and good governance have a positive and significant effect on moral commitment; HR development has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance in Islamic banking; servant leadership, good governance, and moral commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Islamic banking; while the role of moral commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on HR development on employee performance; and servant leadership and good governance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through moral commitment.

Field and experimental data on aquatic ecosystem species show the effect of fear on changing prey demographics. The fear effect has an impact on aquatic ecosystems, such as species migration to settled areas. In this paper, the type of research described is a literature study. The cost effect assigned to the reproductive system of the prey population and the predation function response are given as Holling Type IV for research purposes to model the fear effect. Some research novelties, the equilibrium points are all shown in the population dynamics system model with an analysis of positive equilibrium. Positive and biologically realistic equilibrium points were analyzed using the Routh-Hurwitz criterion which is mathematically a local asymptotically stable. A pair of imaginary eigenvalues with a negative real part can increase population growth. An equilibrium region showing equilibrium for several parameters such as extinction, no predators, and two populations coexisting in a sustainable manner. The correlation and fluctuation of fear and fear cost were investigated to obtain a better model. The results of the numerical simulations show that the prey population becomes more daring to fight or fighting power with significant prey growth rates or high predator mortality rates. Dana Pensiun Perkebunan (DAPENBUN) sebagai pengelola manfaat pensiun bagi karyawan PTPN seluruh Indonesia beserta lembaga afiliasi dengan jumlah peserta per 31 Desember 2021 sebanyak 284.934 orang. Aplikasi SISFORBUN ini digunakan untuk memproses manfaat pensiun bagi seluruh peserta. Aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan database Oracle 11g dan sudah digunakan sejak tahun 2013, dengan seiring berjalanya waktu perkembangan data semakin banyak dengan jumlah record terbesar dalam satu table sebesar 26.696.667 record data, sehingga performa proses data semakin menurun. Atas dasar permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk meningkat performa dari Aplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SQL Tuning, Strukturing Object dan Initial Parameter Database. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan melakukan proses pembayaran Manfaat Pensiun pada laporan manajemen nomor 18 (LM18), penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa setelah dilakukan optimasi, waktu yang diperlukan untuk proses pembayaran Manfaat Pensiun (LM18) menjadi lebih cepat dibandingkan sebelum dilakukan optimasi.

Indonesia’s sugar production has not been able to fulfill the national demand; thus, increasing productivity is needed. One of the efforts to increase productivity is creating new superior varieties through polycross. This study aims to produce clones from polycross with higher crystal productivity from their female parents. The study took place in IP2TP Karangploso, Malang, from December 2020 to November 2021. We had 24 polycross clones and one female parent (POJ 2878) arranged in a Randomized Block Design with 2 replications. The results showed that the 14 polycross clones (MLG 19/P5/15, MLG 19/P5/16, MLG 19/P5/19, MLG 19/P5/21, MLG 19/P5/24, MLG 19/P5/27, MLG 19/P5/28, MLG 19/P5/30, MLG 19/P5/31, MLG 19/P5/33, MLG 19/P5/37, MLG 19/P5/44, MLG 19/P5/46, and MLG 19/P5/47) had higher crystal productivity (8.38-13.68 t/ha) than the female parent (7.59 t/ha).

This This study aims to prove the effect of financial literacy, motivation, return and risk on the investment interest of STIE YPPI Rembang students. The population used in this study was management students at STIE YPPI Rembang. The sample selection technique used proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and motivation have no significant positive effect on student investment interest. While the return and risk variables have a significant positive effect on student investment interest. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.601, it can be interpreted that 60.1% of the variation in student investment interest can be explained by variations of the four independent variables, namely financial literacy, motivation, return and risk. While the remaining 39.9% is explained by other reasons not examined in this study.

Four independent variables, social Presence, ease of use, usability, and risk, significantly affect students' intentions to interact in online tutoring on the Website. Social Presence is the dominant variable influencing students' intentions to interact virtually. These findings bring some implications for the distance learning management team that adopts the Website as their media. Social presence factors affect online guidance and counseling. It is analyzed from the potential of technological development, which is the purpose of this study to see the effect of social presence on the implementation of online guidance-the method used is multiple linear regression analysis, where this study identifies independent variables that affect the dependent variable through multiple regression hypotheses with 80 respondents. This study found that perceived social presence, utility, usefulness, and opportunity significantly influenced behavioral intention on online guidance by increasing social presence. In addition, behavioral intention was observed as the most dominant variable affecting students' intention to interact in distance learning.

The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the role of the HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM organization, 2) Soft Skill improvement of students of the PPKn FKIP UNRAM study program, 3) The role of the HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM organization in improving soft skills. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of survey. The subjects in this study were the chairperson and secretary of the HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM 2021. Meanwhile, the informants in this study were the division coordinators related to soft skill development. The informants of this study were determined by purposive sampling technique, namely by using certain considerations so that the data from the informants were not arbitrary. Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model which consisted of three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that (1) the Organization of HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM has an important role to students of the PPKn FKIP UNRAM study program seen from the potential development work program carried out at any time according to the division, (2) Improvement of soft skills in the HMPS PPKn FKIP Unram organization, ( 3) The organization of HMPS PPKn FKIP UNRAM has an important role for students in improving soft skills in the Civics study program, it can be seen from the habituation process carried out by work program activities continuously and repeatedly.

This study aims to describe the problems of Civics Teachers in the use of the Group Investigation (GI) Cooperative Learning Model for Class VIII SMPN 1 Dompu. This study uses a qualitative research approach using the phenomenological method. Collecting data in this study using interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Problems of Civics Teachers in the Use of Group Investigation Type Cooperative Learning Model (GI) Class VIII SMPN 1 Dompu, namely: (1) PPKn Teacher Problems (2) Problems of Using Group Investigation Type Cooperative Learning Models in Civics Subjects Class VIII SMPN 1 Dompu and (3) PPKn teacher problems using the Group Investigation type of cooperative learning model in the Civics Class VIII subject at SMPN 1 Dompu.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence changes in the legal awareness of the community and nazhir in Bantul Regency towards the paradigm of fixed object waqf towards progressive waqf. The type of research is a field study. The method uses descriptive qualitative juridical data analysis. The primary data is conducted by interviewing the respondents with purposive sampling. The results showed that three determinant factors influenced the progressive waqf paradigm: 1) Public understanding of waqf property was limited to fixed objects (unmovable objects). 2) Public understanding of the allocation of waqf property is limited to educational and worship facilities. 3) Public understanding of the waqf reward is limited to education and worship.

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai karakteristik bitcoin dikaitkan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, kriteria benda yang dapat dimasukkan ke dalam harta pailit dan kedudukan bitcoin sebagai harta pailit serta hambatan-hambatan yang timbul dalam pemberesan harta pailit berupa bitcoin. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bitcoin telah memenuhi klasifikasi benda tidak berwujud dan benda tidak bergerak. Di Indonesia, bitcoin ditetapkan sebagai aset kripto dan merupakan komoditi. Berdasarkan praktik kepailitan di Indonesia, benda yang didaftarkan sebagai harta pailit adalah benda-benda yang dapat dijadikan jaminan di bank dan memiliki nilai ekonomis. Bitcoin termasuk dalam kategori harta pailit namun memiliki hambatan-hambatan dalam proses pemberesan harta pailit yaitu dalam proses pencatatan harta pailit, mengamankan bitcoin sebagai harta pailit, mengoptimalisasi nilai bitcoin dan terkait mekanisme penjualan harta pailit.

Subsequently, what is the role of a Notary/PPAT in providing legal protection in land purchase agreements to prevent debt and credit disputes? This research will analyze how the steps taken by a Notary/PPAT are based on existing legal provisions to ensure the validity of the agreement and protect all parties involved. Through an analysis of legal regulations related to the role of a Notary/PPAT in property transactions and identifying specific steps taken by a Notary/PPAT based on applicable law, this study aims to ensure the validity of the agreement and provide protection to all parties involved.

This activity is an activity whose orientation is community service. This activity is carried out as an implementation and reflection of the material obtained during education. In the process, community involvement in the implementation of activities becomes a must as a form of optimization in providing assistance, empowerment and strengthening on aspects of the topics or themes of assistance provided. Formation of student values through the Community Service Program at the Nurul Haromain Islamic Boarding School with the aim that the proclaimed character education can be carried out in formal institutions that are integrated with pesantren education.

To handle a specific criminal act, a justice collaborator is greatly required. The concept and term of justice collaborator is something new in Indonesia. This method is practically used to eradicate an organized crime. Both conceptual and statutory approaches were used in this research. Juridical-normative techniques were implemented to descriptively explain the existing problems. This research aimed to deeply and conceptually examine justice collaborator’s position and function in the perspective of Human Rights to protect and provide special treatments to the main actors in cooperating with law enforcement officials (justice collaborators) against an organized crime. The position of justice collaborator either as a witness or suspect to provide information in court and then used as a judge's consideration is to mitigate the sentence to be imposed. This collaboration can provide various benefits, so that law enforcement officials can fight against serious criminal acts. Thus, a justice collaborator has a specific rule (lex specialis derogerat lex generalis) to guide law enforcers, such as police officers, prosecutors, and judges to uncover a specific crime committed by a syndicate deliberately violating laws in very systematic and organized ways.

Bathymetric survey is an essential approach for gathering marine geospatial information. The use of an echosounder can provide highly accurate bathymetric data, yet it is expensive and time-consuming. To achieve an accurate chart of shallow water areas is challenging as they are difficult to access by large survey vessels due to their draft limitation. Bathymetric survey can also be carried out by using an Unmanned Surface Vehicles; however, it is restricted to small and calm areas. Thus, a Satellite Derived Bathymetry (SDB) come as a solution to take the place of bathymetric survey using an echosounder, especially in a shallow water with many natural or man-made obstacles. This study utilises Sentinel-2 image data, an optical satellite imagery to determine depth values of shallow water area using SDB approach. Several algorithms have been developed to collect depth values using the SDB. One of the algorithms is Lyzenga algorithm which aims to simplify the process of extracting water depths by comparing water reflectance factors using three bands of panchromatic sensor imagery. This study applied the Lyzenga algorithm to determine water depths using multiple linear regression and it is validated using an in-situ data. The RMSE and MAE values is 1.711m and 1.254m, respectively whilst the correlation coefficient is 0.946.

Huma rice, or upland rice, is the primary food source for the Baduy indigenous community. Huma rice management follows traditional practices, from seed selection, location and planting processes to yield management. The process is managed without modern technology because it is customarily prohibited. It is managed based on local wisdom and survives as a community food reserve pattern. This article aims to analyse the management of huma rice by the Baduy community, both to meet food reserves and traditional ceremonies. The research locus was the Inner Baduy community. The analysis combined primary data and a literature review. The results of the analysis show that the huma rice management pattern uses simple inputs, technology, and an institutional system rooted in local wisdom and traditional values. The quality of grain/rice in leuit can last for decades and guarantee food availability for the Baduy traditional community. This approach has been proven to be a sustainable and long-lasting food management system. Local/regional food governance mechanisms have demonstrated their ability to support national food security, even though they face increasingly limited huma land and its fertility levels. Legality and legal force over customary territories are urgently needed through local and national government policies.

The unsignal intersection is the most common type of intersection found in urban areas, one of which is the unsignalized three-way intersection Muharto St. – Mayjen Sungkono St. – Raya Ki Ageng Gribig St, Malang City. Transportation problems that often occur include traffic jams and delays in travel time. Vehicle travel time as one of the service performance criteria at the intersection. These problems are often found in several areas in Indonesia, including at the intersection of Muharto St. – Mayjen Sungkono St. – Raya Ki Ageng Gribig St. is located in Malang city, which is the main route for large market vehicles to pass and is the road to access the center of Malang City as well as settlements and activities of the surrounding community. At this three-way unsignalized intersection, the traffic volume is large, so it can cause congestion at certain times. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Three-way unsignalized intersection Muharto st. – Mayjen Sungkono St. – Raya Ki Ageng Gribig St at 2021. The research method based on Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997) published by th Directoral General of Highways. The result of this of the study found that the volume of vehicles at Muharto St. 1430 (vehicle/hour) – Mayjen Sungkono St. 1740 (vehicle/hour) – Raya Ki Ageng Gribig St. 1913 (vehicle/hour). So Qtotal is 3554 (smp/hour) and capacity of 2522 (smp/hour). So it is known that the value of the degree of saturation after the installation of alternative traffic lights that the degree of saturation is Degree of Saturation Muharto St. (DS) 0,38 with queue length (QL) 74 m, degree of saturation of Mayjen Sungkono St. (DS) 0,28 with queue length (QL) 86 m, degree of saturation of Raya Ki Ageng Gribig (DS) 0,52 with queue length (QL) 187 m.

Anthocyanins are flavonoid-derived compounds that can reduce blood pressure. This study aims to determine the affinity value of the compound to bind to Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) and bind to Angiotensin II type 1 Receptor (AT1R) and to determine the distance and shape of the bond that occurs. The results of anthocyanin-derived compounds Delphinidin, Petunidin, Malvidin, Cyanidin, Peonidin, and Pelargonidin have anti-hypertensive potential through the Renin Angiotensin Aldosterone (RAAS) pathway based on molecular docking calculations. The affinity value of each, against Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) -7.7; -7.8; -7.7; -7.7; -7.8, and -7.7, the best affinity value in anthocyanin-derived compounds is shown in the Malvidin test compound which has three types of hydrogen bonds at a distance of ± 2 Å (ASP377, TYR520, ASP415) and has 1 type of bond that is the same as the lisinopril control (TYR520). While the affinity value to Angiotensin Receptor (AT1R) is -7.7; -7.7; -7.8; -7.7; -7.8, and -7.6, respectively, the best affinity value is shown in the Malvidin test ligand compound of -7.8 kcal/mol which has four types of hydrogen bonds ± 2 Å distance (TYR92, SER105, ARG167, TRP84) and has one kind of bond in common with lisinopril control (TYR520).

Artikel ini mengelaborasi konsepsi dan internalisasi nilai power and authority dalam konteks pendidikan di pesantren. Kekuasaan (power) adalah kesempatan amanah bagi individu atau sekelompok orang untuk menyadarkan individu atau kelompok lain untuk menerima kemauan yang mereka inginkan baik dengan cara memaksa ataupun legitimasi kesadaran dari individu lainnya. Authority atau otoritas yakni hak untuk melakukan sesuatu atau memerintahkan orang lain untuk melakukan atau tidak melakukan sesuatu dengan tujuan agar misi dari lembaga tercapai dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tipe atau sumber power and authority yang digunakan oleh kiai pondok pesantren Miftahul Ulum yakni, referent power, reward power, coercive power, legitimate power dan expert power. Ke lima tipe dan sumber kekuasaan dan otoritas tersebut menjadi penguat dalam peran manajerial seorang kiai dan bagi pengembangan pondok pesantren.

The Purpose of this study is to find out what forms of conceptual construction errors experienced by students in solving mathematical problems and the appropriate form of scaffolding for each concept construction error experienced. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. In determining the subject of this study using purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were students of class XII, the subjects of this study were 6 people which were then reduced to 2 people representing medium and low abilities. The instruments used in this study were test questions and interview sheets. The data obtained were analyzed by the steps (1) Reducing the data. (2) presenting data and (3) drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that S1 experienced more “correct” pseudo construction errors and mis-logical construction with the scaffolding provided, namely level 2 (reviewing, explaining and restructuring) while S2 experienced four types of errors with the scaffolding provided, level 2 scaffolding. each individual will be different because it must be adjusted to the actual development zone of each.

The use of IoT in precision agriculture is very important in the process of increasing crop production. The local supply of onions in Merauke Regency have not fulfilled the demand, thus the high price in the market. Most of the demand for onion are still fulfilled from outside the region, as the production of local farmers has not been optimal. The weather has been identified as one of the factors that affect the quality of onion production. This study aims to create an automatic monitoring system based on an Arduino microcontroller to measure soil moisture and temperature in onion patches. The method used is to design an automatic monitoring device to determine soil moisture and temperature so that it can provide information about the growth and maintenance of onion patches. The Arduino microcontroller is connected to a reading sensor that is integrated with component devices to maintain a stable temperature and soil moisture. All devices and components are designed to operate in a custom-made environment in the form of a greenhouse prototype. The results of this study indicate that the tool and system are capable of capturing the soil moisture and temperature, as well as maintaining the soil moisture and temperature within certain parameters, in cloudy, wet and hot weather conditions. Indonesia is a country rich in cultural diversity, with each culture having its own regional language characterizing the area. The Muyu language is one of the regional languages, used by the Muyu tribal community in Boven Digoel Regency, Papua Province. The language is now under the threat of abandonment by the Muyu community, especially the younger generation. One of the causes is the lack of written learning media for the language to be inherited by older speakers in the form of books and electronic dictionaries. This study will try to develop an Android-based Muyu-Indonesian-English dictionary application using the waterfall method (classic life cycle). The aim is to test students' preferences and attitudes towards the development of Muyu language knowledge. The research sample consisted of 40 respondents consisting of Muyu students at Musamus University. A questionnaire was used to measure the extent of student responses to the use of the Muyu-Indonesian-English dictionary application. The test results show that the system has no errors in carrying out the functions that have been created previously at the manufacturing stage. The three-language Muyu-Indonesian-English dictionary application is able to search for vocabulary properly and correctly in Muyu, Indonesian, and English. The attitude of students towards the usefulness of this dictionary application is measured at the medium category, meaning that the application is useful as a tool to facilitate students of the Muyu language, especially Android users, in finding vocabulary in three languages, and can be a tool for learning the Muyu language and preserving local wisdom so that it does not become extinct. Permit to open state land based on the Regional Regulation of the City of Balikpapan Number 1 of 2014 concerning State Land Opening Permits is not an object of Mortgage Rights, objects of mortgage rights are land rights that have the status of Property Rights, Business Use Rights, Building Use Rights and Use Rights over state land as described in Article 51 UUPA in conjunction with Article 4 of the Mortgage Rights Law. The purpose of this study was to analyze the authenticity of electronic deeds in terms of the Civil Code, Law Number 30 of 2004 in conjunction with Law Number 2 of 2014, and Law Number 19 of 2016 and analyze the urgency of making a notary deed electronically. This study used a normative juridical method with a statutory approach. Prescriptive analytical techniques analyzed primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results and discussion showed that the deed made electronically did not meet the exact requirements as stated in Article 1868 of the Civil Code, Article 1 point 7 and Article 16 of Law Number 30 of 2004 in conjunction with Law Number 2 of 2014, and Article 5 paragraph (4) of Law Number 19 of 2016. The urgency of making a notary deed electronically during the COVID-19 pandemic was that there were obstacles for the public to physically attend the notary's office due to physical distancing policies, so notaries were required to innovate in implementing cyber notary related to the making of deeds electronically.

This article aims to examines the implementation of government affairs. So that it excludes regi­ons to get involved directly and independently in order to manage and fight for the interests of the­ir regions. Therefore, the issue of authority relations is related to how to determine the house­hold affairs of the autonomous regions. Thus, the effort to find the ideal form of relationship between the center and the regions within the framework of a unitary state is not an easy problem to find. This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes of Buddhist education at the elementary school level in Wonogiri Regency between learning using Buddhist pictures and songs as compared to learning through material presentation by teachers using textbooks. The research design used the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were third grade students of Buddhist elementary schools in Wonogiri Regency. The normality test uses the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and the homogeneity test uses the Levence Test on SPSS. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis using the Independent Sample T Test and Paired Sample T Test on SPSS. The results showed that the learning outcomes of the experimental group and the control group were normally distributed and homogeneous. This article examines how the Besan Bali marriage tradition in the Muslim community of Banjarnegara and an overview of Islamic law. This type of research is a field research, using qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The interview method was used to obtain direct data from the informants. The types of data are primary and secondary data. The results of this study show that the Besan Bali marriage tradition is a tradition of prohibition in marriages that occur between two brothers (besan) that someone who wants to hold a marriage is hindered if the-bride-to-be comes from the Besan family where previously her brother was married to her groom-to-be’s family and vice versa. If it is reviewed based on Islamic law, the prohibition of Besan Bali marriage is actually not in accordance with Islamic teachings, because the reason for the prohibition of Besan Bali marriage is not in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Tujuan studi adalah untuk menguji eksistensi fenomena environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi kuadratik yng diestimasi dengan ordinary least square dengan terlebih dahulu merekonstruksi varibel prediktor. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah emisi karbondioksida per kapita (metrik ton) bersumber dari World Bank Dataset, PDB (Produk Domestik Bruto) nominal (ribuan Rupiah) dan jumlah penduduk yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa fenomena EKC eksis terjadi di Indonesia yang diindikasikan dari koefisien komponen kuadrat pada model signifikan. Ini menyiratkan bahwa aktivitas ekonomi yang menggunakan bahan bakar fosil semakin meningkat penggunaannya. Namun, pertumbuhan ekonomi pada titik tertentu yang bermuara pada aktivistas produksi, membuat manusia sadar bahwa lingkungan dan alam harus dijaga dan berkesinambungan untuk kebutuhan ekonomi generasi mendatang.

This study aimed to describe the procedures for implementing land consolidation programs and analyzing legal protections for land rights holders who were harmed in land consolidation programs. The approach used in the research was sociological juridical, with a type of empirical juridical research. Data sources came from data obtained directly from the public or commonly referred to as primary data and other data obtained from library materials or commonly referred to as secondary data. The procedure of implementation of the land consolidation program was carried out through several stages, namely the selection of location and area of the location, socialization, the creation of agreement letters and declarations of the release of land rights, inventory, and the issuance and delivery of certificates. Legal protection for land rights holders who were harmed in the land consolidation program was guided by Article 18 of the Constitution, which stated that landowners were entitled to appropriate compensation if in the implementation of the land consolidation program found burdensome things even cause losses.

Pada pembelajaran masih ada guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal itu dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran hanya mengarahkan siswa untuk membaca dan mengingat teori saja sehingga membuat siswa menjadi kurang aktif dan hasil belajar siswa menjadi rendah. Hal tersebut yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian, yaitu dengan menerapkan Pendekatan Keterampilan Proses (PKP) pada proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Buddha untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan di kelas VII SMP N 2 Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang berjumlah 5 siswa. Digunakan beberapa instrumen untuk mengontrol kegiatan pembelajaran, yaitu lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan soal tes. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa sudah mengalami peningkatan setelah proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan keterampilan proses. Melalui penerapan PKP dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang terlihat pada hasil tes, yaitu pada Siklus I dengan nilai tertinggi 75 dan pada Siklus II 98. Selain itu, keaktifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu 46,66% pada Siklus I menjadi 86,66% pada Siklus II. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan PKP dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara.

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is one of the important machining processes to produce mold components. When using the EDM process, surface quality, processing time, accuracy, and electrode cost must be considered. The electrode wear is the main factor that causes error on the geometric accuracy, especially the workpiece corner. Therefore, this study proposes a novel electrode design to improve the geometric accuracy for the EDM process. Firstly, the effect of discharge current, electrode diameter, and depth of cut on the electrode wear and workpiece corner were investigated. Multiple regression and analysis of variant were used to analyze the experiment data. The electrode end-face design with compensation rule and algorithm was established based on the data analysis and error value. Furthermore, a compensated electrode end-face design system with human machine interface, which has a procedure guiding function, was developed. The system can design the electrode end-face for minimizing workpiece corner error and improve geometric accuracy. Finally, cutting experiments were conducted to verify the proposed method, and the results show that the proposed method can effectively enhance the geometric accuracy by around 22~37%.

Waste, a byproduct of human activity, can cause environmental pollution if released without proper processing. It can accumulate in piles, disturbing natural beauty and emitting unpleasant odors. The aim of this research is to from the students to care about the environment by learning with the Bubble Wrap Recycling Project, Used Plastic and Patchwork. The method of this project is a structured experiment. Common waste includes bubble wrap, plastic, and rags from the convection industry. A student project in an environmental science course involved recycling these materials into sitting pillows. Three variants were tested: 10% bubble wrap, 10% plastic waste, 80% patchwork, 15% bubble wrap, 15% plastic waste, 70% rags, and 20% bubble wrap, 20% plastic waste, 60% rags. The pillow's comfort was measured using a Linkert scale of 1-5. The results showed that the pillow measures 40cm. Recycling is a way to promote environmental care and awareness. Cooperation from educational agents, such as supervisors, leaders, and lecturers, is needed to increase students' environmental awareness. This includes examples of good environmental actions in daily routines, such as disposing of waste and implementing 3R practices.

ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI TERTULIS SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM (IPA) BERDASARKAN GENDER DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH DI WILAYAH TANGERANG SELATAN Abstrak Keterampilan komunikasi tulisan merupakan keterampilan yang sangat penting didalam era globalisasi dan termasuk kedalam salah satu keterampilan belajar abad 21 yang harus diberdayakan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk komunikasi tulisan peserta didik secara real di sekolah berdasarkan gender. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 186 orang dengan rincian 88 orang laki-laki dan 98 orang perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuatitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif sehingga didapatkan nilai keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang terlalu besar antara nilai keterampilan komunikasi tulisan peserta didik laki-laki dan perempuan. Masing-masing gender(laki-laki dan perempuan) mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 1,44 dan 1,45, namun keduanya masih masuk kedalam kategori nilai huruf D+. Nilai keterampilan komunikasi tulisan peserta didik masih relative rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 1,44 (D+). Hasil ini masih jauh dibawah standar pemerintah dalam Permendikbud No. 104 tahun 2014 yaitu 2,67 (B-) untuk aspek keterampilan. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan perlu ditingkatkannya pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi didalam pembelajaran. Abstract Written communication skills are essential for the globalization era, and it is one of the 21st-century skills that must be empowered in learning. This study aimed to determine the profile of learners’ written communication skills in real terms by gender. The subjects in this study were 186 students, consisted of 88 male and 98 female students in detail. The method used in this research was a descriptive-quantitative research method. The research instrument used was an observation sheet and the form of an interview. The data obtained were then analyzed quantitatively so that the value of the students’ communication skills was appropriately obtained. The results of the study had found that there were not too differences in the mean values of male and female written communication skills. Each of them got an average score of 1.44 and 1.45, but both are still in the D+ category of value. The value of the students’ written communication skills was still relatively low, with a value of 1.44, interpreted as a D+ category. The results were far below government standards as regulated in the Minister of Education and Culture No. 104 of 2014, which is equal to 2.67 (B-). Further study is needed to improve training in students’ written communication skills in learning.

This research aimed at analyzing the correlation between learning motivation and the English achievement of Midwifery students. The research was conducted at Midwifery Academy of Harapan Mulya Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia. The respondents were 39 students. Data were collected through motivational questionnaires adopted from the ARCS Keller’s model, namely Course Interest Survey (CIS), and Instructional Materials Motivation Survey (IMMS). The English achievement was obtained from the score of the final exam with the correlation analysis used was Pearson Product Moment. It utilized Semiotics and Stylistics Analysis techniques. The findings revealed that the caricature contains connotative meanings, which include: 1.) This study aims to describe madzhab Hambali’s perspective on waqf istibdal, in which there are many opinions among the scholars regarding the ability to implement istibdal on waqf goods. The differences of opinion among fiqh scholars in responding to the dynamics of waqf, the laws related to waqf and their management procedures are important to discuss, because they will have an impact on the formulation of policies that will be taken in the future. And discuss about waqf istibdal relevance on development of waqf in Indonesia by madzhab Hambali’s perspective. This research uses descriptive-qualitative research with the library research method. The results of this study indicate that waqf istibdal is allowed in the perspective of madzhab Hambali and it is very relevant to the development of waqf in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the antiobesity activity of Calophyllum soulattri leaves extract (CSLE) on high fat diet-fed rats (HFD) and to predict the molecular docking and pharmacokinetics of selected compounds of Calophyllum soulattri to fat mass and obesity-associated protein (FTO). Daily body weight, organ, carcass fat (renal and anal), body mass index, total cholesterol, and total triglyceride levels were observed after CSLE was given orally for 50 days. Furthermore, body mass index of a CSLE dose of 50 mg/kgbw, 100 mg/kgbw and orlistat (120 mg/kgbw) group are 0.68, 0.57 and 0.52, respectively. The total body weight of the CLSE dose of 100 mg/kgbw group showed the lowest percentage change, followed by a CLSE dose of 50 mg/kgbw compared to the normal and positive control group. The carcass fat index of CSLE dose of 100 mg/kgbw was not significantly different from orlistat, which was in line with its total cholesterol level and triglyceride (p < 0.05). The binding affinity of selected compounds from Calophyllum soulattri (friedelin, caloxanthone B, macluraxanthone, stigmasterol, trapezifolixanthone, dombakinaxanthone, and brasixanthone B) to FTO are –8.27, –9.74, –8.48, –9.34, –8.85, –8.68 and –9.39 kcal/mol, which are better than that of orlistat at –4.80 kcal/mol. The molecular dynamics simulation showed that the interaction between Caloxanthone B compounds and obesity receptors was relatively stable. Lipinski’s rule determined the absorption percentage of all compounds above 90% with good drug-likeness. The results showed the potential of CSLE as an antiobesity drug candidate.
