Abstract

يتناول البحث التحليل المبدئي النظري لتأثيرات الصدمات خارجية المنشأ وداخلية المنشأ على اقتصاديات الحج والعمرة والزيارة. وعبر استخدام منهج الإستقراء النظري والتحليل المقاصدي النظري الشرعي بالإضافة إلى المنهج النمذجي النظري لمتجهة الإنحدار الذاتي البنيوي، سعى البحث إلى دراسة نظرية للزيارة التعبدية، وعرض تفسير إفتراضي لتقلبات الدخل في قطاع الزيارة. تسمح هذه النمذجة برصد تأثيرات الصدمات البنيوية السالبة، وذلك باعتبار متغيرات تؤثر على دخل أم القرى، منها على وجه الخصوص حجم الاستثمار في قطاع الزيارة والذي يؤثر في الطاقة الإستعابية للفنادق، وأعداد الزائرين من العالم والذي يتأثر بتكلفة الحج و/أو العمرة المرتبطة مبدئيا بمؤشر الأسعار في الحرمين. وكذلك نفقة كل الزائرين التي تتم خلال زيارتهم، والتي تتغير تبعا لدخل الزوار من خارج المملكة ولدخل الزوار من داخل المملكة. كما نأخذ بعين الإعتبار مؤشرات تعكس الأزمات الإقتصادية والأمنية في بلاد الحرمين وفي غيرها من بلدان العالم، بالإضافة إلى مؤشرات حدوث الأوبئة أو الأمراض المعدية البارزة حول العالم مثل ما حدث مع وباء كورونا 19 الذي انتشر انتشارا واسعا عبر العالم. وبسبب هذه الجائحة العالمية سجل موسم حج 1441 هـ (يونيو 2020م) عددا صغيرا من حجاج الداخل فقط بحوالي 10000 في حين أن المتوقع دون الوباء أن يصل عدد الحجاج الى 2.5 مليون. وباستخدام نظرية المقاصد الشرعية في حفظ الدين والنفس والمال والعدل، ثم عبر النمذجة النظرية للصدمات البنيوية وما تفرزه من تفاعلات، يمكن الوصول إلى تصور واضح ووضع سياسة متكاملة للتعامل مع أزمات الأوبئة وما شابهها من مخاطر تؤثر على حياة الفرد المسلم في سفره من بيته إلى بيت الله في الحرم المكي وإلى زيارة الحرم المدني.

Abstract

Operating systems are a set of software tools designed to interpret user commands, so that they can be translated into terms that the host computer can understand. Many operating systems were designed for specific goals and purposes. They contain some tools and features specific to the design purpose, but they can be used for other things. An example of these systems is Kali Linux, Kali Linux is an operating system itself. It is a specialized operating system designed for network security, digital forensics, ethical hacking and penetration tests and challenges, and cybersecurity. In this article, the various features of Kali Linux and its tool are presented and analyzed, and how security professionals can use these features to help prevent attacks and keep cyberspace safe. We also analyzed and evaluated ethical penetration tests and security attacks, and compared the effectiveness of the cybersecurity tools available in Kali Linux with other operating systems by adopting the most common Kali tools. The evaluation also included vulnerability testing, as Kali Linux demonstrated the ability of its tools to perform penetration tests and discover vulnerabilities, especially with laptops and desktops. Through studying cases of using Kali Linux tools in information and cyber security, it was found that the system, compared to other operating systems, reaches the highest use in companies whose transactions need to connect to the network over time, such as banks. 14. The Current Account of Saudi Economy through Intertemporal Model: Evidence from SVAR

Abstract

The paper aims to analyze the current account of the Saudi economy using an intertemporal modeling and tested by the structural VAR methodology. By deriving the long-run current account to GDP ratio, we analyze the impacts of global and local shocks on the current account. Considering that the Saudi economy is linked to international demand for oil products and domestic demand on consumer goods and technological products, the variances in the current account and output are inevitably influenced by international shocks. The findings indicate that the long-run impact of local shocks on the current account variance exceeds by 3.92 percent its impact on the output variance, reflecting the explanation power of local dynamic shock on the current account growth. Most of the previous papers suggest that the local impact dominates the international one (Souki and Enders, 2008), and few papers advocate that the global impact exceeds the domestic effect Hoffmann (2013). The shocks analysis on the Saudi current account exhibits the relative dominance of the global markets shocks, but local and mainly supply shocks have significant impacts on the current account, referring to a dual local and global influence. Abstract

Using a new panel cointegration test that considers serial correlation and cross-section dependence on a mixed and heterogenous sample of Saudi banks, we revisit the cointegrating equation of the z-score index of banking stability. Our results show that even when we consider the cross-section dependency and serial correlation of the errors, there is a possibility of a long-run relationship, which holds in our sample of banks. Furthermore, in the medium term, we found some banks to be integrated, whereas others were non-cointegrated. We interpret this to suggest that some banks contribute to banking stability, whereas others do not. In other words, there exists at least one bank that acts as a destabilizer and the challenge for financial regulators is to identify which banks these are. However, the current version of the Hadri et al. test does not allow for the identification of the non-cointegrated banks. If the test was able to do that, the regulatory authorities would be able to develop corrective policies/measures specifically tailored to the non-cointegrated units.

Abstract

Origanum majorana L. (O.m.L.) has a high concentration of phenolic and flavonoids compounds like protocatechuic acid, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid. The experimental treatments were designed to investigate of adding O.m.L. as a raw powder (0.1 and 0.2%, P1 and P2, respectively) and O.m.L. oil extract (0.1% and 0.2%, O1 and O2, respectively). Control treatment was as Tris-based extender and its effect on some Iraqi Awassi ram semen trails after preservation for different intervals including cooling storage at 5°C for 0, 24, 48, 72 hrs and cryopreservation at liquid nitrogen (-196°C) for one week. This study was conducted at ruminants researches satiation/Ministry of Agriculture, Iraq (Agargof, 25 km west of Baghdad) four local's improved Iraqi Awassi rams ages 2-2.5 years were selected and trained to collect semen by artificial vagina during 4 weeks as two ejaculates/ram/week. The study was carried out from the September to December, 2020. Raw powder treatment (P2) was showed a significant improvement (P<0.01) in motility percentage. On the other side, P2 was showed a significant (Pd"0.01) decrease of Abnormal, dead and acrosomal defect percentage compared with other experimental treatments and control groups after 72 hours at 5°C and post cryopreservation for one week. In conclusion, adding of 0.2% O.m.L. raw powder to Tris-based extender was recorded a good role to improve most of studied semen traits, where semen preserving at 5°C for (0, 24, 48, 72) hrs and one-week post cryopreservation in liquid nitrogen. Abstract

International audience; This work is treated in the framework of CUBISM project funded by INTERREG V program. The purpose of theproject is to develop a pressure and humidity SAW sensor, in order to follow the drying of refractory materials underhigh temperature and pressure conditions. More precisely, we aim to describe and predict the thermo-mechanicalbehavior of the piezoelectric SAW substrate under such conditions for a full set of geometrical configurations andmaterials. Besides, we expect to take into account the micro-cracks resulting from thermal expansion mismatchbetween the substrate and its environment. However, at the microscopic scale, the finite element method is lesssuitable to describe discontinuities induced by micro-cracks. For that reason, we propose to study thethermo-mechanical behavior using the discrete elements method (DEM). This choice is also motivated by theadvantage of DEM to describe the crack propagation. This contribution presents significant improvement for DEM tomodel the 3D thermal-induced damage due to thermal expansion. Furthermore, this study allows to follow thedamage level of the material during its lifetime. Thanks to the MULTICOR3D++ code developed in our laboratory, ahybrid particulate-lattice model [1], based on the equivalence between a granular system and a network of cohesivebeam elements, is generated. Our contribution is to introduce the linear thermal expansion at the scale of thecontact by modifying the initial free length of each link, using the model introduced in 2D by [2]. Heat transfer byconduction is taken into account, what requires contact areas which can be computed using two approaches. Thefirst one consists in calibrating a coefficient describing the mean ratio between particle and contact areas. Thesecond one is to associate a polyhedral element to each particle, using the concept of representative elements.Besides, we study the characteristics of materials in terms of the number of discrete elements, also the equivalentstress and strain of each particle are determined using a representative area. In addition, a model of damageresulting from thermal expansion was introduced.
