This study examines the properties of a special regular black hole. This analysis investigates the Hawking temperature, remnant radius and mass, as well as the effect of parameter $\xi$ on thermodynamic quantities like entropy, heat capacity, and free energy. The emission rate, evaporation process, quasi-normal modes by calculating Rosen-Morse potential, and topological behavior of the black hole are also explored.

In this study, we explore a spherically symmetric charged black hole with a cosmological constant under the influence of a Kalb--Ramond field background. We compute the photon sphere and shadow radii, validating our findings using observational data from the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT), with a particular emphasis on the shadow images of Sagittarius $A^{*}$. Furthermore, we investigate the \textit{greybody} factors, emission rate, and partial absorption cross section. It is shown that the Lorentz-violating parameter \(\bar{l}\) has an important effect on the absorption cross section. Our analysis also includes an examination of the topological charge, temperature-dependent topology, and generalized free energy. Having in mind the significance of parity (reflection) in various areas of physics, the single-mode and two-mode Wigner algebras are considered adding to them a reflection operator. In this work, we study a static, spherically charged AdS black hole within a modified cosmological Chaplygin gas (MCG), adhering to the calorific equation of state, as a unified dark fluid model of dark energy and dark matter. We explore the influence of model parameters on several characteristics of the MCG-motivated charged AdS black hole (MCG-AdSBH), including the geodesic structure and some astrophysical phenomena such as null trajectories, shadow silhouettes, light deflection angles, and the determination of greybody bounds. We then discuss how the model parameters affect the Hawking temperature, remnant radius, and evaporation process of the MCG-AdSBH. Quasinormal modes are also investigated using the eikonal approximation method. In this work, we explore a Schwarzschild-like black hole within the framework of metric--affine bumblebee gravity. First, we investigate the behavior of the Kretschmann scalar and singularities in this modified gravity approach. Next, we introduce a newly defined time coordinate related to a stationary asymptotically flat spacetime. We also analyze the scattering effects and numerically calculate and comprehensively examine the partial and total absorption cross sections. At the high--frequency approximation, we find that the absorption cross section tends to the geodesic capture cross section. The continued fraction method is applied to investigate the quasinormal modes, and we explore the deviations of both the real and imaginary terms of the quasinormal modes from the Schwarzschild case in detail. We verify the relation between the shadow radius and the real part of the quasinormal frequencies at the eikonal limit within this modified gravity framework. Finally, we examine the energy emission rate.

The Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) imaging of the supermassive black holes at the centers of Messier 87 galaxy and the Milky Way galaxy marks a significant step in observing the photon rings and central brightness depression that define the optical appearance of black holes with an accretion disk scenario. Inspired by this, we take into account a static and spherically symmetric magnetically charged regular black hole (MCRBH) metric characterized by its mass and an additional parameter q, which arises from the coupling of Einstein gravity and nonlinear electrodynamics (NLED) in the weak field approximation. This parameterized model offers a robust foundation for testing the coupling of Einstein gravity and NLED in the weak-field approximation, using the EHT observational results. In this study, we investigate the geodesic motion of particles around the solution, followed by a discussion of its fundamental geometrical characteristics such as scalar invariants. Using null geodesics, we examine how the model parameter influences the behavior of the photon sphere radius and the associated shadow silhouette. We seek constraints on q by applying the EHT results for supermassive black holes M87* and Sgr A*. Furthermore, it is observed that the geodesics of time-like particles are susceptible to variations in q, which can have an impact on the traits of the innermost stable circular orbit and the marginally bounded orbit. Our primary objective is to probe how the free parameter q affects various aspects of the accretion disk surrounding the MCRBH using the thin-disk approximation. Next, we discuss the physical characteristics of the thin accretion disk as well as the observed shadows and rings of the MCRBH, along with its luminosity, across various accretion models. In this paper, we investigate the influence of anti-symmetric tensor effects, which trigger the Lorentz symmetry breaking, on charged spherically symmetric black holes. Initially, we address an overview of the model, laying the groundwork for deriving solutions to black holes. With this, we analyze the horizons, critical orbits, and geodesics. We compute quasinormal modes with a particular emphasis on vectorial perturbations. In addition, we derive the Hawking temperature to perform the calculation of the remnant mass. In this work, we explore the thermodynamic topology of phantom AdS black holes in the context of massive gravity. To this end, we evaluate these black holes in two distinct ensembles: the canonical and grand canonical ensembles (GCE). We begin by examining the topological charge linked to the critical point and confirming the existence of a conventional critical point $(CP_{1})$ in the canonical ensemble (CE), this critical point has a topological charge of $-1$ and acts as a point of phase annihilation, this situation can only be considered within the context of the classical Einstein-Maxwell (CEM) theory $(\eta=1)$, while no critical point is identified in the GCE. Furthermore, we consider black holes as a topological defect within the thermodynamic space. To gain an understanding of the local and global topological configuration of this defect, we will analyze its winding numbers, and observe that the total topological charge in the CE consistently remains at $1$. When the system experiences a pressure below the critical threshold, it gives rise to the occurrence of annihilation and generation points. The value of electric potential determines whether the total topological charge in the GCE is zero or one. As a result, we detect a point of generation point or absence of generation/annihilation point. Recursive Bayesian filters have been widely deployed in structural system identification where output-only filters are of higher practicality. Unfortunately, the estimation obtained by instantaneous system inversion via filters can be compromised by an ill-conditionedness of the system, which is a consequence of the architecture of the sensor network. To significantly reduce the ill-conditioning and increase the robustness to available networks, a new recursive smoothing algorithm is proposed for simultaneous input and state estimation of linear systems. Unlike the existing minimum-variance unbiased (MVU) smoothing methods that are restricted to either systems with no direct feedthrough or systems with a full-rank feedforward matrix, the proposed smoothing algorithm is universally applicable to linear systems with and without direct feedthrough as well as those with a rank-deficient feedforward matrix. The proposed smoothing method does not assume any prior knowledge of the statistical characteristics or evolutionary model pertaining to the input. A different indexing of the discrete-time input leads to a distinct linear algebra from the existing MVU smoothing methods. An eight-storey shear frame and the Taipei 101 tower in Taiwan are used as case studies, and a thorough comparison is established with the Augmented Kalman Filter, MVU filters and MVU smoothing methods. It is shown that the incorporation of singular value truncation for system inversion can result in a noticeable improvement in the estimation. Moreover, across various sensor networks and in the presence of a rank-deficient feedforward matrix, the proposed method could achieve at least 67% noise reduction compared to other filters and at least 30% improvement compared to other smoothing methods., Comment: 43 pages, 26 figures

In this study, we employ the thermodynamic topological method to classify critical points for the dyonic AdS black holes with quasitopological electromagnetism in the Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet background. To this end, we find a small/large black hole phase transition in all dimensions of space-time, the existence of a conventional critical point implies a total topological charge of $Q_t=-1$. The coupling constant $\alpha$ gives rise to a more intricate phase structure, with the emergence of a triple points requires $\alpha\geq0.5$ and $d=6$. Interestingly, the condition for the occurrence of small/intermediate/large phase transition is that the coupling constant a takes a special value ($\alpha=0.5$), the two conventional critical points $CP_{1},CP_{2}$ of the black hole are physical critical point, and the novel critical point $CP_{3}$ that lacks the capability to minimize the Gibbs free energy. The critical points $CP_{1}$ and $CP_{2}$ are observed to occur at the maximum extreme points of temperature in the isobaric curve, while the critical point $CP_{3}$, emerges at the minimum extreme points of temperature. Furthermore, the number of phases at the novel critical point exhibits an upward trend, followed by a subsequent decline at the conventional critical points. With the increase of the coupling constant ($\alpha = 1$), although the system has three critical points, only the conventional $CP_{1}$ is a (physical) critical point, and the conventional $CP_{2}$ serves as the phase annihilation point. Motivated by the effect of the energy of moving particles in $C-$metric, we first obtain exact accelerating black hole solutions in gravity's rainbow. Then, we study the effects of gravity's rainbow and $C-$metric parameters on the Ricci and Kretschmann scalars, and also the asymptotical behavior of this solution. Next, we indicate how different parameters of the obtained accelerating black holes in gravity's rainbow affect thermodynamics quantities (such as the Hawking temperature, and entropy) and the local stability (by evaluating the heat capacity). By considering the concept of a unified single fluid model, referred to as the modified Chaplygin gas (MCG), which amalgamates dark energy and dark matter. In this study, we explore the thermodynamic characteristics of charged anti-de Sitter (AdS) black holes existing in an unconventional fluid accompanied by MCG. To accomplish this objective, we derive the equations of state by regarding the charge $Q^{2}$ as a thermodynamic variable. The impact of MCG parameters on the critical thermodynamic quantities ($\psi_{c}$, $T_{c}$, $Q_{c}^{2}$) are examined, followed by a detailed analysis of the $Q^{2}-\psi$ diagram. To provide a clearer explanation of the phase transition, we present an analysis of the Gibbs free energy. It is important to note that if the Hawking temperature exceeds the critical temperature, there is a distinct pattern observed known as swallowtail behavior. This indicates that the system undergoes a first-order phase transition from a smaller black hole to a larger one. The critical exponent of the system is found to be in complete agreement with that of the van der Waals fluid system. Furthermore, we investigate the impact of MCG parameters and black hole charge on the Joule-Thomson (J-T) expansion in the extended phase space. The J-T coefficient is examined to pinpoint the exact region experiencing cooling or heating, the observation reveals that the presence of negative heat capacity results in the occurrence of a cooling process. In addition, it is worth noting that the certain parameters exert a significant influence on the ratio $\frac{T_{min}}{T_{c}}$. In the present study, we investigate the topological properties of black holes in terms of R\'{e}nyi statistics as an extension of the Gibbs-Boltzmann (GB) statistics, aiming to characterize the non-Boltzmannian thermodynamic topology of Kerr-Sen and dyonic Kerr-Sen black holes. Through this research, we discover that the topological number derived via R\'{e}nyi statistics differs from that obtained through GB statistics. Interestingly, although the non-extended parameter $\lambda$ changes the topological number, the topological classification of the Kerr-Sen and dyonic Kerr-Sen black holes remains consistent under both GB and R\'{e}nyi statistics. In addition, the topological numbers associated with these two types of black holes without cosmological constant using R\'{e}nyi entropy processes are the same as the AdS cases of them by considering the GB entropy, as further evidenced by such a study found here. We investigate supermassive black holes (SMBH), surrounded by a dark matter (DM) spike, that can be found at the centers of Milky Way and M87 galaxies and are accompanied by a specific kind of topological defect. The investigation is developed within the framework of Bumblebee Gravity (BG) with a global monopole (GM). The power-law density profile, describing the DM spike, is expected to follow a power-law distribution starting from a few times the BH horizon radius and extending outward to an external radius Rsp. We determine the normalization parameter, \r{ho}0, for the density profile to ensure its compatibility with both the galaxy total mass and the enclosed DM mass within the radius of influence of Sagittarius A (Sgr A) and M87 SMBHs, approximately of order 105Rs. Our main objective is to assess how the background arising from spontaneous Lorentz symmetry (LS) breaking and the presence of a GM influence the properties of the Kerr BH within the region affected by the spike. The scarcity of non-rotating and rotating BH models embedded in a DM spike and subject to BG and GM (BGGM) effects significantly hinders the progress in testing BGGM through observations. To address this issue, we initiate our investigation by considering a spherically symmetric static BH with BGGM properties as the seed metric. From there, we construct a non-rotating spacetime with a DM spike (similar to the Schwarzschild spacetime), leading to the emergence of the BGGM-motivated Schwarzschild-like BH (BGMSLBH). To construct the BGMSLBH spacetime, we employ two different methods: one involves solving the modified Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff (TOV) equations, while the other entails solving the modified Einstein field equations. In the latter approach, we consider the energy-momentum tensor incorporating the contributions of DM spike and BH counterpart of the BGGM.

This study explores the impact of antisymmetric tensor effects on spherically symmetric black holes, investigating photon spheres, shadows, emission rate and quasinormal frequencies in relation to a parameter which triggers the Lorentz symmetry breaking. We examine these configurations without and with the presence of a cosmological constant. In the first scenario, the Lorentz violation parameter, denoted as $\lambda$, plays a pivotal role in reducing both the photon sphere and the shadow radius, while also leading to a damping effect on quasinormal frequencies. Conversely, in the second scenario, as the values of the cosmological constant ($\Lambda$) increase, we observe an expansion in the shadow radius. Also, we provide the constraints of the shadows based on the analysis observational data obtained from the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) focusing on Sagittarius $A^{*}$ shadow images. In this work, by a novel approach to studying the scattering of a Schwarzschild black hole, the non-commutativity is introduced as a perturbation. We begin by reformulating the Klein-Gordon equation for the scalar field in a new form that takes into account the deformed non-commutative spacetime. Using this formulation, an effective potential for the scattering process is derived. To calculate the quasinormal modes, we employ the WKB method and also utilize fitting techniques to investigate the impact of non-commutativity on the scalar quasinormal modes. We thoroughly analyze the results obtained from these different methods. Moreover, the greybody factor and absorption cross section are investigated. Additionally, we explore the behavior of null geodesics in the presence of non-commutativity. Specifically, we examine the photonic, and shadow radius as well as the light trajectories for different non-commutative parameters. Therefore, by addressing these various aspects, we aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the influence of non-commutativity on the scattering of a Schwarzschild-like black hole and its implications for the behavior of scalar fields and light trajectories.

In this work, we have studied the quasinormal mode, greybody factors, and absorption cross section of de Sitter Reissner-Nordstr\"om black hole surrounded by quintessence field in Rastall gravity. The violation of energy-momentum conservation has a non-linear effect on the quasinormal modes. With an increase in the black hole charge, both real parts of quasinormal modes i.e. oscillation frequency of ring-down Gravitational Waves (GWs) and damping or decay rate of GWs increase non-linearly. A similar observation is made for the black hole structural parameter also, however in this case the variation is almost linear. The remnant mass of a black hole depends on different physical parameters of a black hole. In the case of greybody factors also, we observed that both parameters have similar impacts. With an increase in these parameters, greybody factors decrease. Moreover, the null geodesics and the impact of Rastall gravity on the light trajectory are also investigated. This paper explores the relativistic behavior of spin--half particles possessing an Electric Dipole Moment (EDM) in a curved spacetime background induced by a spiral dislocation. A thorough review of the mathematical formulation of the Dirac spinor in the framework of quantum field theory sets the foundation for our investigation. By deriving the action that governs the interaction between the spinor field, the background spacetime, and an external electric field, we establish a framework to study the dynamics of the system. Solving the resulting wave equation reveals a set of coupled equations for the radial components of the Dirac spinor, which give rise to a modified energy spectrum attributed to the EDM. This work explores various manifestations of bumblebee gravity within the metric-affine formalism. We investigate the impact of the Lorentz violation parameter, denoted as $X$, on the modification of the Hawking temperature. Our calculations reveal that as $X$ increases, the values of the Hawking temperature attenuate. To examine the behavior of massless scalar perturbations, specifically the quasinormal modes, we employ the WKB method. The transmission and reflection coefficients are determined through our calculations. The outcomes indicate that a stronger Lorentz-violating parameter results in slower damping oscillations of gravitational waves. To comprehend the influence of the quasinormal spectrum on time-dependent scattering phenomena, we present a detailed analysis of scalar perturbations in the time-domain solution. Additionally, we conduct an investigation on shadows, revealing that larger values of $X$ correspond to larger shadow radii. Furthermore, we constrain the magnitude of the shadow radii using the EHT horizon-scale image of $Sgr A^*$. The classification of critical points of charged topological black holes (TBHs) in anti-de Sitter spacetime (AdS) under the Power Maxwell Invariant (PMI)-massive gravity is accomplished within the framework of black hole chemistry (BHC). Considering the grand canonical ensemble (GCE), we show that $d=4$ black hole have only one topological class, whereas $d\ge 5$ black holes belong to two different topology classes. Furthermore, the conventional critical point characterized by negative topological charge coincides with the maximum extreme point of temperature; and the novel critical point featuring opposite topological charge corresponds to the minimum extreme point of temperature. With increasing pressure, new phases emerge at the novel critical point while disappear from the conventional one. Moreover, a atypical van der Waals (vdW) behavior is found in $d\ge 6$ dimensions, and the anomaly disappears at the traditional critical point. In the limit of nonlinearity parameter $s\to1$, different topology classes are only obtained in the GCE and they may not exist within the canonical ensemble. This work is devoted to study the thermodynamic behavior of photon--like particles within the \textit{rainbow} gravity formalism. To to do this, we chose two particular ansatzs to accomplish our calculations. First, we consider a dispersion relation which avoids UV divergences, getting a positive effective cosmological constant. We provide \textit{numerical} analysis for the thermodynamic functions of the system and bounds are estimated. Furthermore, a phase transition is also expected for this model. Second, we consider a dispersion relation employed in the context of \textit{Gamma Ray Bursts}. This work investigates several key aspects of a non--commutative theory with mass deformation. We calculate thermodynamic properties of the system and compare our results with recent literature. We examine the \textit{quasinormal} modes of massless scalar perturbations using two approaches: the WKB approximation and the P\"oschl--Teller fitting method. Our results indicate that stronger non--commutative parameters lead to slower damping oscillations of gravitational waves and higher partial absorption cross sections. Furthermore, we study the geodesics of massless and massive particles, highlighting that the non--commutative parameter $\Theta$ significantly impacts the paths of light and event horizons. Also, we calculate the shadows, which show that larger values of $\Theta$ correspond to larger shadow radii. Our research aims to investigate how the gravitational field influences the spectroscopic structure of the Feshbach-Villars oscillator in G\"urses space-time. To achieve this, we utilize the first-order Feshbach-Villars version of the Klein-Gordon equation, which is a relativistic wave equation for spinless particles. We examine the oscillator's quantum mechanical behavior in the presence of a Coulomb-type potential, and calculate the resulting wave functions and energy levels for both free and interacting scenarios. In addition, we study the interaction between the Coulomb-type potential and G\"urses space-time affects the Feshbach-Villars oscillator's behavior, specifically with regard to its spectroscopic structure. The effects of dark matter spike in the vicinity of the supermassive black hole, located at the center of M87 (the Virgo A galaxy), are investigated within the framework of the so-called Bumblebee Gravity. Our primary aim is to determine whether the background of spontaneous Lorentz symmetry breaking has a significant effect on the horizon, ergo-region, and shadow of the Kerr Bumblebee black hole in the spike region. For this purpose, we first incorporate the dark matter distribution in a Lorentz-violating spherically symmetric space-time as a component of the energy-momentum tensors in the Einstein field equations. This leads to a space-time metric for a Schwarzschild Bumblebee black hole with a dark matter distribution in the spike region and beyond. Subsequently, this solution is generalized to a Kerr Bumblebee black hole through the use of the Newman-Janis-Azreg-A\"inou algorithm. Then, according to the available observational data for the dark matter spike density and radius, and the Schwarzschild radius of the supermassive black hole in Virgo A galaxy, we examine the shapes of shadow and demonstrate the influence of the spin parameter $a$, the Lorentz-violating parameter $\ell$ and the corresponding dark matter halo parameters $\rho_{0}$ and $r_{0}$ on the deformation and size of the shadow., Comment: accepted for publication in JCAP

In this paper, we examine the harmonic oscillator problem in non-commutative phase space (NCPS) by using the Dunkl derivative instead of the habitual one. After defining the Hamilton operator, we use the polar coordinates to derive the binding energy eigenvalue. We find eigenfunctions that correspond to these eigenvalues in terms of the Laguerre functions. We observe that the Dunkl-Harmonic Oscillator (DHO) in the NCPS differs from the ordinary one in the context of providing additional information on the even and odd parities. Recent studies have shown that the use of Dunkl derivatives instead of ordinary derivatives leads to deriving parity-dependent dynamic solutions. According to this motivation in this manuscript, we formulate the Dunkl-Schr\"odinger equation within the position-dependent mass formalism and derive an algebraic solution out of it. Our systematic approach lets us observe some new findings in addition to the earlier ones. For example, we find that the solution of the Dunkl-Schr\"oodinger equation with position-dependent mass cannot be considered independent of the choice of parameters. Similarly, through the sl(2) algebra, the energy spectrum and the corresponding wave functions are derived in terms of possible Dunkl, ($\mu$), and mass, ($\alpha$), parameters., Comment: 7 pages

Dunkl derivative enriches solutions by discussing parity due to its reflection operator. Very recently, one of the authors of this manuscript presented one of the most general forms of Dunkl derivative that depends on three Wigner parameters to have a better tuning. In this manuscript, we employ the latter generalized Dunkl derivative in a relativistic equation to examine two-dimensional harmonic and anharmonic oscillators solutions. In this paper, we construct a deformed Schwarzschild black hole from the de Sitter gauge theory of gravity within Dunkl generalization and we determine the metric coefficients versus Dunkl parameter and parity operators. Since the spacetime coordinates are not affected by the group transformations, only fields are allowed to change under the action of the symmetry group. A particular ansatz for the gauge fields is chosen and the components of the strength tensor are computed as well. Additionally, we analyze the modifications on the thermodynamic properties to a spherically symmetric black hole due to Dunkl parameters for even and odd parities. We introduce the Dunkl-Darboux III oscillator Hamiltonian in N dimensions, defined as a $\lambda-$deformation of the N-dimensional Dunkl oscillator. This deformation can be interpreted either as the introduction of a non-constant curvature related to $\lambda$ on the underlying space or, equivalently, as a Dunkl oscillator with a position-dependent mass function. This new quantum model is shown to be exactly solvable in arbitrary dimension N, and its eigenvalues and eigenfunctions are explicitly presented. Moreover, it is shown that in the two-dimensional case both the Darboux III and the Dunkl oscillators can be separately coupled with a constant magnetic field, thus giving rise to two new exactly solvable quantum systems in which the effect of a position-dependent mass and the Dunkl derivatives on the structure of the Landau levels can be explicitly studied. Finally, the whole 2D Dunkl-Darboux III oscillator is coupled with the magnetic field and shown to define an exactly solvable Hamiltonian, where the interplay between the $\lambda$-deformation and the magnetic field is explicitly illustrated.

In this work, we study the thermodynamic properties on a non--commutative background via gravitational gauge field potentials. This procedure is accomplished after contracting de Sitter (dS) group, $\mathrm{SO}(4,1)$, with the Poincar\`e group, $\mathrm{ISO}(3,1)$. Particularly, we focus on a static spherically symmetric black hole. In this manner, we calculate the modified Hawking temperature and the other deformed thermal state quantities, namely, entropy, heat capacity, Helmholtz free energy and pressure.
