Objective To explore the effects of a systematic nursing model based on color psychology on the psychological and quality of life outcomes of patients with brain glioma. Methods 100 patients with brain glioma admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures during the perioperative period, while the observation group received interventions based on a systematic nursing model rooted in color psychology. The psychological status and quality of life of patients in both groups were observed before and after intervention, and treatment compliance, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the total POMS score and negative emotional domain score of both groups were lower than before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). After intervention, the positive emotional domain score of both groups was higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). After intervention, the scores of cognitive function, emotional function, physical function, role function, and social function domains of both groups in the QLQ-C30 scale were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). After intervention, the scores for pain, fatigue, and nausea and vomiting in the QLQ-C30 scale of both groups were lower than before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion A systematic nursing model based on color psychology can effectively improve the psychological and quality of life outcomes of patients with brain glioma.

Precise segmentation of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-captured images plays a vital role in tasks such as crop yield estimation and plant health assessment in banana plantations. By identifying and classifying planted areas, crop areas can be calculated, which is indispensable for accurate yield predictions. However, segmenting banana plantation scenes requires a substantial amount of annotated data, and manual labeling of these images is both timeconsuming and labor-intensive, limiting the development of large-scale datasets. Furthermore, challenges such as changing target sizes, complex ground backgrounds, limited computational resources, and correct identification of crop categories make segmentation even more difficult. To address these issues, we propose a comprehensive solution. First, we designed an iterative optimization annotation pipeline leveraging SAM2's zero-shot capabilities to generate high-quality segmentation annotations, thereby reducing the cost and time associated with data annotation significantly. Second, we developed ALSS-YOLO-Seg, an efficient lightweight segmentation model optimized for UAV imagery. The model's backbone includes an Adaptive Lightweight Channel Splitting and Shuffling (ALSS) module to improve information exchange between channels and optimize feature extraction, aiding accurate crop identification. Additionally, a Multi-Scale Channel Attention (MSCA) module combines multi-scale feature extraction with channel attention to tackle challenges of varying target sizes and complex ground backgrounds. We evaluated the zero-shot segmentation performance of SAM2 on the ADE20K and Javeri datasets. Our iterative optimization annotation pipeline demonstrated a significant reduction in manual annotation effort while achieving high-quality segmentation labeling. Extensive experiments on our custom Banana Plantation segmentation dataset show that ALSS-YOLO-Seg achieves state-of-the-art performance. This study aims to investigate the effect of Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) reactivation or EBV reactivation with dexamethasone (DXM) in patients with adverse drug reactions (ADRs) through evaluating the levels of monocyte, macrophage M2/M1, and cytokines, and investigating whether expression of EBV receptor EphA2 could specifically influence EBV activation in ADRs. We performed a prospective longitudinal study to analyze the monocytes, macrophages, M2/M1 ratio, and cytokines, including interleukin (IL)‐4, IL‐13, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)‐α, interferon (IFN)‐γ, IFN‐β, C‐X‐C motif chemokine ligand (CXCL)9, and CXCL10, in patients with maculopapular exanthema (MPE) and Stevens–Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis (SJS/TEN), and control groups after disease onset. Skin biopsy samples from these patients were subjected to hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining to examine tissue architecture and inflammatory cell infiltration, as well as Epstein–Barr virus‐encoded RNA (EBER) staining to detect the presence of EBV within the skin lesions. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells collected from these patients were co‐cultured with EBV or EBV combined with DXM to assess the impact on monocytes, macrophages, the M2/M1 ratio, and the associated cytokine profile. Furthermore, we sought to identify which cytokines might be crucial in mediating the interaction between the M2/M1 ratio and EBV. EPhA2 expression was evaluated to determine its role in the reactivation of EBV and its correlation with increased viral load in MPE and SJS/TEN patients. Selective depletion of macrophages occurred during the acute stage of SJS/TEN, while a shift towards M2 macrophages was observed in MPE. Both IFN‐β and CXCL9 levels were elevated in MPE and SJS/TEN. Additionally, our study demonstrated the presence of EBV in the skin lesions of SJS/TEN and MPE patients through H&E and EBER staining, confirming EBV's involvement in these conditions. Activation of EBV and EBV combined with DXM led to a shift from M1 to M2 macrophages, accompanied by increased levels of IL‐4, IFN‐γ, and CXCL9 in MPE and SJS/TEN, compared to healthy individuals. Specifically, EBV combined with DXM primarily drove IFN‐γ and IL‐4 expansions in MPE, while CXCL9 was predominantly elevated in SJS/TEN. The increased IL‐4 levels were associated with the relative rise in EBV viral loads after EBV combined with DXM stimulation. Furthermore, EphA2 expression in monocytes was significantly higher in SJS/TEN and MPE patients compared to controls, with further increases on EBV stimulation. This elevation in EPhA2 correlated with increased EBV viral load, particularly in MPE and SJS/TEN patients. The gradual shift from M1 to M2 cell development observed during the clinical course of MPE and SJS/TEN is mediated by the predominance of EBV and EBV with DXM at the acute stage, leading to elevated IL‐4, IFN‐γ, and CXCL9 levels, which may exacerbate allergic reactions. The elevation in EPhA2 correlated with increased EBV viral load, particularly in MPE and SJS/TEN patients, suggesting that adverse drug reactions may induce EPhA2 expression, facilitating EBV replication and activation. EphA2 could thus serve as an indicator of EBV activation and a marker for assessing the risk of EBV in patients with adverse drug reactions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pure electric field-controlled 180° magnetization switching plays a vital role in low-power magnetoelectric memory devices. Using micromagnetic simulation, we engineered a square-shaped epitaxial Fe3Si nanomagnet on a PMN-PT piezoelectric substrate to make the magnetic easy axis slightly deviate 18° from the piezostrain axis, aiming to break the symmetry of the magnetization distribution and achieve deterministic magnetization reversal paths. Under the coaction of a magnetic field and an electric field, the simulated magnetic hysteresis loops and magnetic domain patterns reveal a fourfold to twofold magnetic anisotropy transition and magnetization reversal paths. Stimulated by pure electric field-induced piezoelectric strain, deterministic 180° magnetization reversals are accomplished by the two successive clockwise 90° switching process. The results help to comprehend electrically regulated deterministic magnetization reversal and pave an avenue for designing multistate spintronics devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This bioequivalence study is critically important for drug production. Recently, a local pharmaceutical company produced esomeprazole magnesium enteric‐coated capsules, a major drug to help to eradicate Helicobacter pylori, but the bioequivalence is not well known. The present study aimed to evaluate the bioequivalence of the 2 esomeprazole magnesium enteric‐coated capsules and their pharmacokinetics and safety in 3 biological equivalence trials: fasting, feeding, and mixing. The fasting and mixing trials used single‐centered randomized, open‐label, single‐dose, 2‐treatment, 2‐period, and 2‐sequence crossover design, while the fed trials used single‐centered, randomized, open‐label, single‐dose, 2‐treatment, 3‐period, 3‐sequence partial crossover design. For the fasting and mixing trials, each of the 32 subjects was fasted overnight prior to taking the test preparations or reference preparations. In the fed trial, 54 subjects were given a high‐fat meal 1 hour before the drugs were administered. Blood specimens from all subjects were collected against the light within 14 hours, with the plasma drug concentration being detected by the validated ultra‐performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry analysis method. Geometric mean ratio of maximum concentration, the area under the concentration–time curve from time zero to the last measurable concentration, and area under the concentration–time curve from time zero to infinity with 90% confidence interval were calculated. The data from fasting, mixing, and fed trials met the bioequivalence criteria. No serious adverse reactions were found, suggesting that the test and reference preparations of esomeprazole magnesium enteric capsules have similar safety profile. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

An integrated renewable geothermal-driven multigeneration system is demonstrated in the present evaluation, consisting of a double-flash geothermal unit, a modified dual-pressure organic Rankine cycle, a Proton exchange membrane electrolyzer, and a Claude Hydrogen liquefication subsystem. The proposed system is examined from various standpoints, and the performance of the system is quantified through the output parameters. Besides, a case study is performed to evaluate the operation of the system in a specified state. Moreover, a sensitivity analysis is conducted to follow the behavior of the system under different conditions. Furthermore, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is employed to define the optimum solutions. The results of the study bring out a total generated cooling load of 2.27 MW, a net output power of 10.48 MW, and a liquefied Hydrogen rate of 37.83 kg/h. Also, exergetic efficiency and exergy destruction rate values of 55.89 % and 9.39 MW are obtained, respectively.
