In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome of Pseudomphala latericea was sequenced by Illumina high-throughput sequencing and its characteristics were analyzed. The mitogenome of P. latericea is 16,635 bp long, and it encodes the standard set of 13 PCGs, 22 tRNA genes, and two rRNA genes. The mitogenome has a GC content of 29.3% and a very high AT content of 70.7%. The maximum-likelihood and Bayesian inference phylogenetic trees clearly demonstrated the relationships among the four genera (Pseudomphala, Assiminea, Sculptassiminea, and Optediceros) within the Assimineidae. Molecular phosphorescence in the second near‐infrared window (NIR‐II, 1000–1700 nm) holds promise for deep‐tissue optical imaging with high contrast by overcoming background fluorescence interference. However, achieving bright and stable NIR‐II molecular phosphorescence suitable for biological applications remains a formidable challenge. Herein, we report a new series of symmetric isocyanorhodium(I) complexes that could form oligomers and exhibit bright, long‐lived (7–8 μs) phosphorescence in aqueous solution via metallophilic interaction. Ligand substituents with enhanced dispersion attraction and electron‐donating properties were explored to extend excitation/emission wavelengths and enhanced stability. Further binding the oligomers with fetal bovine serum (FBS) resulted in NIR‐II molecular phosphorescence with high quantum yields (up to 3.93 %) and long‐term stability in biological environments, enabling in vivo tracking of single‐macrophage dynamics and high‐contrast time‐resolved imaging. Aims: Microbial residue deposition is considered an important part of soil carbon sequestration. However, there is still a lack of understanding of the link between tree species composition and diversity and microbial carbon deposition, which hampers the rational selection and allocation of tree species for artificial carbon sequestration afforestation in northern China. Methods: In this study, plots from temperate planting forests (>60 years) were examined for the importance values of tree species, mycorrhizal types, tree diversity, and soil properties. Soil amino sugar was used as the biomarker to indicate the accumulation of fungi- and bacteria-derived carbon. Results: We found that tree species diversity and the importance values of tree species and mycorrhizal types were significantly positively correlated with soil microbial residual carbon. Hierarchical partitioning modeling showed that three groups of variables significantly affected soil microbial residual carbon, accounting for a total of 26.75% of the variation. Among them, tree species diversity accounted for the largest proportion (11.5%), and tree species diversity and importance values had a high joint impact (9.74%). The importance values of all AM-associated species constituted one of the most significant individual factors and could independently account for 10.9% of the variation in microbial residues. The findings of piecewise structural equation modeling showed that the importance of tree species had a large direct impact on GluN, GalN, and the GluN/MurN ratio. By influencing soil properties, the importance values of tree species also had indirect effects on soil microbial residual carbon. Conclusions: We suggest that an increase in the importance values of AM-associated tree species, such as Acer negundo L., will be accompanied by an increase in the total importance value of AM-associated tree species, which can significantly increase soil microbial residual carbon. Ionic liquids (ILs) attract more and more interests in improving drug transport across membrane, including transdermal, nasal, and oral delivery. However, some drawbacks of ILs impede the application in oral drug delivery, such as rapid precipitation of poorly soluble drugs in stomach. This study aimed to employ enteric mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) to load ILs to overcome the shortcomings faced in oral administration. The choline sorbate ILs (SCILs) were synthesized by choline bicarbonate and sorbic acid and then adsorbed in mesopores of MSNs after dissolving cyclosporin A (CyA). MSNs loading SCILs and CyA were coated by Eudragit® L100 to form enteric nanoparticles. The in vitro release study showed that the CyA and SCILs released only 10% for 2 h in simulated gastric fluids but more than 90% in simulated intestinal fluid. In addition, SCILs and CyA were able to release from MSNs synchronously. After oral administration, enteric MSNs loading SCILs were capable of improving oral absorption of CyA significantly and the oral bioavailability of CyA was similar with that of oral Neoral®. In addition, the oral absorption of enteric MSNs was higher than that of nonenteric MSNs, which showed that enteric coating was necessary to ILs in oral delivery. These findings revealed great potential of translation of ILs to be enteric nanoparticles for facilitating oral absorption of CyA.
