The manure–compost–soil process is the main avenue for using agricultural livestock waste. Biochar not only impacts the composting process but also enhances the soil's organic matter and nitrogen content when applied with compost. This paper explores the profound impact of biochar as an additive on the manure–compost–soil process, uncovering novel mechanisms driving enhanced soil health and bacterial succession. The basic physicochemical properties (organic matter, total nitrogen, etc.) and microbial structure of the composting and soil samples were analyzed. Biochar additive increased the C/N ratio and the total carbon content of the compost. Biochar, compost, and biochar-based compost improved the total carbon and organic matter of the soil. After high-temperature composting, Saccharomonospora (from 2.68% to 0.80%), Atopostipes (from 5.71% to 0.13%), and Lactobacillus (from 5.27% to 0.04%) were almost eliminated. Lysobacter, Glutamicibacter, and Streptomyces were the dominant genera in the soil samples, promoting plant growth. Nocardiopsis, Saccharomonospora, Bacillus, and Oceanobacillus dominated the genera in the whole manure–compost–soil process. Thus, composting could eliminate the toxic or negative bacteria directly deposited into soil by manure. Aiming at the increasingly complicated high-speed PCB power supply voltage fluctuation problem, a method based on PDN(Power Distribution Network) and target impedance co-simulation design is proposed for the 1.15 V power network. PI(Power Integrity) was studied. Mainly involved in two aspects：(1)DC analysis, by widening the copper area, reducing the return path and other measures to reduce the 1.15 V voltage drop from 9 mV to 2.5 mV, the temperature from 1.3 ℃ to 0.1 ℃, DC current density from 91.340 3 A/mm2 drops to 82.393 5 A/mm2；(2)AC analysis, from the resonance distribution and PDN input impedance analysis, add 22 μF decoupling capacitor at the 987.34 MHz resonance point to build a decoupling network to remove the risk point. The simulation results show that the method effectively reduces the risk of potential voltage fluctuation and target impedance mismatch in high-speed PCB circuits, thus improving the stability and reliability of the power system.

During urgent-start peritoneal dialysis (USPD) in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients, both adequate dialysis and skill training for fluid exchange are essential. However, automated peritoneal dialysis (APD) alone or manual fluid exchange peritoneal dialysis (MPD) alone could meet the above demands. Therefore, our study combined APD with MPD (A-MPD), and compared A-MPD with MPD, aiming to find the most appropriate treatment mode. This was a single-center, prospective, randomized controlled study. All eligible patients were randomized into the MPD and A-MPD groups. All patients underwent a five-day USPD treatment 48 h after catheter implantation, and they were followed up for six months after discharge. Overall, 74 patients were enrolled in this study. Among these, 14 and 60 patients quit due to complications during USPD and completed the study (A-MPD = 31, MPD = 29), respectively. Compared with MPD, the A-MPD treatment mode had a better effect on removing serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and potassium and improving serum carbon dioxide combining power levels; it had less time expenditure on the fluid exchange by nurses (p < 0.05). In addition, patients in the A-MPD group had higher scores on the skill tests than those in the MPD group (p = 0.002). However, no significant differences in short-term peritoneal dialysis (PD) complications, PD technical survival rate, or mortality were found between the two groups. Environmental problems in China are intensifying and it is vital to evaluate the environmental knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of the generation poised to inherit their management. This study examines a survey of environmental awareness among Chinese students (aged between 16 and 20 years). Considering the contrasting levels of regional economic development and environmental problems in the eastern/coastal and western/inland regions of China, we examine how environmental differences affect university students' environmental awareness. Data were analyzed statistically using nonparametric tests to compare a population of urban residents from a developed region against a similar population of urbanites from a less-developed region. Students in the samples possessed rather low levels of environmental knowledge, but had positive environmental attitudes and were willing to commit to environment-friendly behaviors. Students growing up in developed versus less-developed settings had significantly different levels of general environmental awareness despite their shared exposure to institutionalized environmental education.
