Trata-se de um estudo acerca da avaliacao de dispositivos tecnologicos de checagem de interacoes medicamentosas, justificado pela incidencia de polifarmacia na populacao idosa a qual esta sujeita a possibilidade aumentada de eventos adversos relacionados a medicacao. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar sites e aplicativos moveis em saude relacionados a interacoes medicamentosas a luz de informacoes que auxiliem no processo de aprazamento e manejo de prescricoes de forma segura pelo enfermeiro. Estudo quantitativo e exploratorio baseado em fontes secundarias, no qual os medicamentos selecionados foram avaliados em 06 dispositivos de tecnologia em saude, buscando identificar se a interacao foi encontrada, se foi descrita, se o seu potencial de interacao foi descrito e se foi encontrada alguma solucao para aprazamento e manejo da prescricao que possa contribuir para o trabalho do enfermeiro. Ao final desta pesquisa pode-se observar que, apesar de toda a tecnologia e conhecimentos disponiveis acerca das interacoes medicamentosas, ainda ha obstaculos na captacao de informacoes que contribuam de forma significativa para o manejo pratico e seguro das medicacoes pelos enfermeiros na pratica assistencial.

Prolonged immobilization induce a reduction in muscle mass during of mechanical ventilation (MV) requiring an accurate and viable diagnosis for rapid and effective clinical intervention. The aim of this study was to evaluate the muscle thickness of the anterior quadriceps (QA) and gastrocnemius muscles (GTN) in critically ill patients over 10 days of MV. A prospective cohort study was conducted with 267 subjects in MV with a final sample of 66 patients with more than 72 hours of MV. Muscle thickness evaluation was performed on the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 10th day of MV by bilateral ultrasonography of the femoral rectus (RF), vastus intermedius (VI), QA and GTN. PERME scale scores were used to observe functional mobility in the same period. Pre-frail olders present a decrease in brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) that precedes the clinical manifestations of sarcopenia, therefore non-pharmacological interventions for control and prevention are recommended. The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of the combination of inspiratory muscle training (IMT) and whole body vibration (WBV) on BDNF, thickness and muscle mass. 42 volunteers divided into 3 groups: IMT+WBV(G1), IMTsham+WBV(G2) and IMTSham +WBVSham(G3) were training for 12 weeks. BDNF and lean mass were evaluated. Pre-frail olders are at increased risk for falls, functional disabilities and death, so the prescription of new training modalities may mitigate these findings more effectively. The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of the association of inspiratory muscle training (IMT) and whole body vibration (WBV) on respiratory and peripheral muscle strength, functionality, balance, physical performance and muscle metabolism in pre-frail older women. A randomized double-blind clinical trial was conducted for 12-weeks with 42 volunteers divided into 3 groups: IMT + WBV (G1), IMTsham + WBV (G2) and IMTSham + WBVSham (G3). Hand grip strength (HGS), maximal inspiratory pressure (MIP), Timed UP and Go Test (TUG), Tinetti Test (TT) scores, distance walked in the 6-minute walk test (DW6M), muscle metabolism through the variation of lactate and glucose post-physical exertion were evaluated. Democratic management, as a principle of national education and specific goal to be achieved in the National Education Plan (2014) and in the subnational Education Plans, remains a major challenge for states and municipalities in their respective education networks. The work of collegiate bodies representing civil society, such as the Education Councils, is legally and socially fundamental for their strengthening and exercise in the practice of educational policy. This article then seeks to analyze the execution of goal 19 (Democratic Management Goal) proposed in the Municipal Education Plan of Braganca, in the state of Para, from 2015 to 2017 and the work of the Municipal Education Council for its effectiveness in the educational reality of that municipality. The methodological approach adopted was of qualitative nature, developed through the procedures of bibliographical review and documentary research, using the content analysis technique. The investigation pointed out (a) the fragile follow-up and monitoring regarding the execution of the strategies of the democratic management goal, (b) the incipient use of the municipal plan as a guiding document for educational policy actions, as well as (c) making explicit the difficulties encountered by the Municipal Education Council, as an instance of municipal democratic management.

It is not completely described how aging affect ventilatory kinematics and what are the mechanisms adopted by the elderly population to overcome these structural modifications. Given this, the aim was to evaluate the acute effects of different inspiratory efforts on ventilatory pattern and chest wall compartmental distribution in elderly women. Variables assessed included: tidal volume (Vt), total chest wall volume (Vcw), pulmonary rib cage (Vrcp%), abdominal rib cage (Vrca%) and abdominal compartment (Vab%) relative contributions to tidal volume. O objetivo do artigo é refletir sobre a possibilidade de formação de uma aliança de trabalho entre psicoterapia psicanalítica e outras práticas psicoterápicas no atendimento a pacientes com psicopatologias graves. Apresentamos o caso clínico de um adolescente borderline que, em função do surto psicótico, tem seu tratamento reformulado, passando a contar com um acompanhante terapêutico. A aliança de trabalho formada busca envidar esforços clínicos na mesma direção: a promoção da qualidade de vida mental e social do paciente. Por fim, desenvolvemos algumas considerações sobre os ganhos psicoterapêuticos de uma postura inovadora e interdisciplinar, bem como sobre as particularidades de cada atendimento clínico. The purpose of this paper is to take into account the possibility of developing a work partnership between psychoanalytical psychotherapy and other psychotherapeutical procedures, aiming at the treatment of patients suffering from serious psychopathologies. A borderline teenager patient is presented as a case, in which a psychotic episode has led to a reformulation of the treatment, including therapeutic accompaniment. The goal of this partnership is to combine clinical efforts that can bring more quality to the patient’s mental and social life. Finally, we focus on the psychotherapeutical benefits resulting from an innovative, interdisciplinary approach and some particularities of the clinical case.
