Stress has a negative impact on humans. Avoiding this impact requires good stress management, one of which is through reminiscence therapy. This therapy is an activity to reminisce about happy events in the past, which can be a coping mechanism to deal with stress. This research aims to determine the effect of reminiscence therapy on reducing stress levels in the elderly. This type of research uses a pre-experimental design with pre-test and post-test designs against one group. The place of research is at the Assalam nursing home for the elderly, Cirebon, Indonesia, in 2020. Sampling using a total sample of 20 respondents. The instrument used was a stress questionnaire (DASS). We collected data by interviewing and filling out a stress questionnaire. The technique of data analysis using T-test. This study's results indicate a significant effect of applying reminiscence therapy on stress levels in the elderly. The results of this study suggest that reminiscence therapy should be done frequently in nursing homes to reflect on feelings daily and reduce stress in the elderly.

The home environment is one of the factors that significantly influence the health status of its residents. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that is caused mainly by tuberculosis bacteria. This research is a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The sample is patients with tuberculosis, with as many as 41 respondents. The results showed that those who did not meet the requirements of the physical home environment were 31 (75.60%), and the event of AFB+ (acid-fast bacteria +) tuberculosis was 30 (73.2%). The statistical hypothesis test results showed a significant relationship between the physical home environment and the event of tuberculosis. These results contribute to the community and government paying more attention to and improving the quality of the physical home environment to reduce the number of tuberculosis spreads in the community.

Diabetes mellitus is a complex, chronic disease that requires continuous medical care with multifactorial, risk-reducing strategies beyond glycemic control. This study aimed to determine the effect of Buerder Allen Exercise on the circulation of the lower extremities in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. This research used Quasi-Experimental Design with a Pretest-Posttest approach with an experiment and control group. Research place in Kuningan, West Java, Indonesia. Respondents in this study were patients with diabetes mellitus totaling 42 respondents, which were divided into 21 intervention (experimental) groups and 21 control groups. Sampling using purposive sampling. The instruments used were Vascular Doppler and sphygmomanometer. Bivariate data analysis used is the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average pretest and post-test ABI values in the intervention group were 0.00 and 11.00, while in the control group, the averages were 11.00 and 0.00. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, a p-value of 0.000 (α 0.05) means that there is an effect of Buerder Allen exercise on the circulation of the lower extremities in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. Buerder Allen exercise positively impacts the circulation of the lower extremities in patients with diabetes mellitus.

Hypertension is when systolic blood pressure is greater than 140 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure is greater than 90 mmHg caused by complex factors and related conditions. Hypertension in the elderly often occurs because cell structure and function change with increasing age, affecting health and disease. Sports such as hypertension exercise can encourage the heart to work optimally. The blood vessels will stretch, and blood flow will decrease temporarily for about 30-120 minutes. It will return to blood pressure before doing the exercise. This study aims to determine the effect of hypertension exercise on blood pressure in the elderly in Legonkulon village, Subang regency, West Java, Indonesia, in 2022. This quantitative research method has a Pre-experiment design one group. The population in this study were all hypertensive elderly in Legonkulon Village, 104 people in the UPTD Puskesmas Legonkulon Subang Regency. Sampling using the formula Slovin with purposive sampling technique as many as 51 people meet the research criteria. The instruments used are an aneroid spectrum sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, and observation sheet. The data analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of statistical tests obtained p-value = 0.000. The hypothesis concludes that hypertension exercise affects blood pressure in the elderly.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis dan self-efficacy antara kelas yang memperoleh pembelajaran berbasis fenomena didaktis dengan menggunakan pendekatan investigasi dan kelas yang memperoleh pembelajaran berbasis buku kurikulum 2013 dengan menggunakan pendekatan investigasi, baik secara keseluruhan maupun ditinjau dari kategori kemampuan awal matematis (KAM). Metode penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment terdiri dari kelas eksperimen 1 yang memperoleh pembelajaran berbasis fenomena didaktis dengan menggunakan pendekatan investigasi dan kelas eksperimen 2 yang memperoleh pembelajaran berbasis buku kurikulum 2013 dengan menggunakan pendekatan investigasi. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas VIIIA dan VIIB salah satu MTs Negeri di kabupaten Cirebon. Hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis antara kedua kelas sampel; terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis kategori KAM sedang, tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan untuk kategori KAM tinggi dan rendah; terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan self-efficay antara kedua kelas sampel. Abstract. The aims of study is to determine achievement and improvement mathematical creative thinking and self-efficacy differences between students who learn mathematics based on didactical phenomenology through investigation approach and students who learn mathematics with book of Curriculum 2013 through investigation approach. The research method is a quasi-experiment with non-equivalent pre-test and post-test research design. Samples are VIII A class and VIII B class in one of the MTs (Islamic Junior High School) in Cirebon. Instruments test mathematical creative ability, math worksheets nuanced didactical phenomenology, self-efficacy questionnaires are used in this study. The results showed that; 1) there is a significant difference in achievement and improvement students' mathematical creative thingking between the two sample classes. 2) there is a significant difference in improvement students' mathematical creative thingking for students with category KAM (early mathematical ability) medium, but no significant difference for students with category KAM high and low between the two sample classes. 3) there is a significant difference in achievement self-efficacy between the two sample classes.
