第9回スペースデブリワークショップ (2021年2月24-26日. 宇宙航空研究開発機構調布航空宇宙センター(JAXA)(CAC), オンライン会議), 調布市, 東京, The 9th Space Debris Workshop (February 24-26, 2021. Chofu Aerospace Center, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)(CAC), Online meeting), Chofu, Tokyo, Japan, 地球接近天体（NEO）やデブリの地上からの観測は、太陽や月による照射環境や天候や大気の揺らぎの影響を受ける。特に太陽と地球の間にある物体の発見は困難である。この制約を除去するために、低コスト、短期間な宇宙からの観測を検討した。衛星の検討にあたり、光学観測望遠鏡、軌道条件、打上ロケット、観測シーケンスなどのミッションプロファイルを仮定した。これらの仮定のもとで衛星の概念検討を実施してマイクロ衛星の一つの解を得た。 衛星の規模は60×60×80cm、質量は65kg となった。概念検討により3 つの技術課題を抽出し、各々の課題に対する対策の実現性の見通しを得た。検討にあてって仮定したミッションプロファイルの曖昧さを考慮しても、NEO 観測衛星は100kg 級で実現できると考える。この衛星は運用中や運用終了した衛星に危険を及ぼすデブリの観測にも有効である。ポスターはNEO 観測の概念検討結果の概要を紹介する。, Near Earth Object “NEO” and debris observation from ground site is restricted by the light condition from the sun and the moon, atmospheric condition and fluctuation. Especially it is difficult to detect objects between the sun and the earth. In order to release from these restrictions, observation from space is considered with low cost and short development period. Mission profile of NEO observation satellite such as dimension and mass of an optical telescope, orbital condition, rocket interface and observation sequences had been assumed. Under those assumption, feasibility study of satellite had been carried out and one of result of small satellite was obtained. Dimensions of the satellite is 60×60×80cm and its mass is about 65kg. In this feasibility study three technical issues are recognized and possibility of solutions are introduced. Considering an ambiguity of the assumption, NEO observation satellite will be realized by small satellite with 100kg class. This technology is useful for observing debris which is hazardous for operating or post mission satellites. 第5回スペースデブリワークショップ (2013年1月22-23日. 宇宙航空研究開発機構調布航空宇宙センター), 調布市, 東京, 5th Space Debris Workshop (January 22-23, 2013, Chofu Aerospace Center, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)), Chofu, Tokyo, Japan, スペースデブリは近年急増しており、混雑軌道では今すでに軌道上にあるデブリ同士の衝突により数が増加していく自己増殖が開始していると考えられている。その場合、これから打ち上げる宇宙機のデブリ発生低減対策だけでは不十分で、衝突確率の高い大型デブリ（使用済み衛星やロケット上段）を能動的に除去する必要があり、世界でもデブリ除去の実現に向け検討が進められつつある。デブリ除去のためには非協力対象であるデブリに接近、推進系を取り付けて軌道を変換する必要があり難易度が高いが、JAXA では安価なコストで実現できるデブリ除去技術の開発を目指して研究を実施している。本発表では、JAXA 研究開発本部未踏技術研究センターで行われているデブリ除去の研究について報告する。, The amount of space debris has been increasing, and many evolutionary models predict that it would increase even if new satellite launches were stopped because of mutual collisions between existing objects. In such a case, debris mitigation measures such as explosion prevention and end-of-mission de-orbit will be inadequate and an active debris removal will be needed to preserve the space environment. The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) has been studying a cost-effective active debris removal system. The Space-technology Demonstration Research Center (SDRC) of JAXA has been studying the small satellites since 1998. The circumstances surrounding the small satellite project have changed since the launch of our first satellite, MicroLabSat, in 2002. Initiated in 2006, the Small Demonstration-Satellite program provides a useful platform for newly developed components of large operational satellites and for advanced space-mission technology. 次世代超音速機に用いるための計算空気力学による革新的空力設計技術を開発するために、無推力小型超音速実験機の研究開発が1997年9月以来、宇宙航空研究開発機構(JAXA)において行われてきた。本実験機は固体ロケットブースターにより打上げられる。本報告では、第1回飛行実験に使用された、実験機を打上げるための固体ロケットブースターの誘導制御系設計と地上試験が記述される。ロケット誘導制御系はオートパイロット計算機と慣性航法センサから構成される。そして本誘導制御系の構成機器の特徴や性能、システム解析結果および機能・性能を検証するための地上試験結果が明らかにされる。また第1回飛行実験に使用された小型超音速実験機の誘導制御系設計と地上試験が記述される。実験機誘導制御系は全電気系FBW(Fly-By-Wire)概念に基づいて、FCC(Flight Control Computer:飛行制御計算機)、IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit:慣性航法装置)、ADS(Air Data System:エアーデータシステム)および垂直加速度センサー(Nzセンサー)から構成される。そして実験機誘導制御系構成機器の特徴や性能、システム解析結果および機能・性能を検証するための地上試験結果が明らかにされる。, A research and development project will be carried out using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to develop advanced aerodynamic design technologies for the next generation supersonic transports. A supersonic flight experiment has been underway at JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) since September 1997 using a scaled non-powered supersonic experimental airplane launched by a solid rocket booster. This report describes the design and ground testing of the guidance and control system for a solid rocket booster using to launch the experimental airplane. The guidance and control system consists of an Autopilot Computer (AP) and Inertial Navigation Equipment (INE). Features and performance of the system components, results of system analysis and ground testing to approve the functionality and overall performance of the rocket booster's guidance and control system are presented. Similarly this report describes the design and ground testing of the guidance and control system for the experimental airplane using to first flight trial. The guidance and control system consists of a Flight Control Computer (FCC), Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), Air Data System (ADS) and G sensor (Accelerometer) based on an all-electric fly-by-wire concept. The configuration of the acquisition and tracking system of the laser communication system aboard the Japanese Engineering Test Satellite VI (ETS-VI) is described, and the control loop design of the coarse and fine loops are examined. Simulations performed to evaluate the dynamic error for each loop, which showed that the dynamic error satisfies the error budget, are described. The tracking accuracy of each loop was measured with a breadboard model and the resulting data were found to meet the error budget.

On the attitude maneuvering problem of a class of spacecraft with flexible appendages, this paper proposes a control concept satisfying the both characteristics of the open-loop control of the rigid body modes in the sense of the maximum principle and the robust feedback control of the elastic vibration mode in the sense of the LQ regulator. Two candidates of control algorithms are proposed and discussed to satisfy this concept requirement. Their validity is verified through a ground-based hardware demonstration.
