Tento článek poskytuje data ze skutečného měření, kde byl kombinovaný systém použitý v pitné vodě společně s potřebnými chemikáliemi. Níže uvedený text hodnotí průběh změn koncentrace rozpuštěného kyslíku v různých místech nádrže v závislosti na čase.

This article offers a comparison of the detected defects in sewerage systems operated by water companies and by self-operators, determines their quantity and classifies them into individual categories. The determination of the number of the defects at self-operators is evaluated on the basis of performed camera inspections and compared with data provided by the water company., Tento článek nabízí srovnání zjištěných závad na kanalizačních systémech provozovaných vodárenskými společnostmi a vlastními provozovateli, stanovuje jejich množství a zařazuje je do jednotlivých kategorií. Stanovení počtu závad u samoprovozovatelů je vyhodnoceno na základě provedených kamerových kontrol a je porovnáno s údaji poskytnutými vodárenskou společností.

Background and purpose: Non- myelopathic degenerative cervical spinal cord compres-sion (NMDC) frequently occurs throughout aging and may progress to potentially irre-versible degenerative cervical myelopathy (DCM). Whereas standard clinical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and electrophysiological measures assess compression sever-ity and neurological dysfunction, respectively, underlying microstructural deficits still have to be established in NMDC and DCM patients. The study aims to establish tract- specific diffusion MRI markers of electrophysiological deficits to predict the progression of asymptomatic NMDC to symptomatic DCM. Methods: High-resolution 3 T diffusion MRI was acquired for 103 NMDC and 21 DCM patients compared to 60 healthy controls to reveal diffusion alterations and relation-ships between tract-specific diffusion metrics and corresponding electrophysiological measures and compression severity. Relationship between the degree of DCM disability, assessed by the modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association scale, and tract-specific mi-crostructural changes in DCM patients was also explored. Results: The study identified diffusion-derived abnormalities in the gray matter, dor-sal and lateral tracts congruent with trans-synaptic degeneration and demyelination in chronic degenerative spinal cord compression with more profound alterations in DCM than NMDC. Diffusion metrics were affected in the C3-6 area as well as above the com-pression level at C3 with more profound rostral deficits in DCM than NMDC. Alterations in lateral motor and dorsal sensory tracts correlated with motor and sensory evoked po-tentials, respectively, whereas electromyography outcomes corresponded with gray mat-ter microstructure. DCM disability corresponded with microstructure alteration in lateral columns. Conclusions: Outcomes imply the necessity of high- resolution tract-specific diffusion MRI for monitoring degenerative spinal pathology in longitudinal studies.

The article deals with the comparison of wastewater quality in gravity and alternative drainage systems. The gravity drainage systems include combined and sanitary sewerage systems, the alternative systems encompass pressure and vacuum sewerage systems. The difference in the quality of wastewater conveyed to a wastewater treatment plant is influenced by the relevant sewerage system, its technical condition and regular maintenance. The objective of the article is to highlight the differences in wastewater quality with respect to BOD, COD, SS, NH4, Nt and Pct indicators based on the chemical analyzes conducted over several years of operation. The comparison is made for selected municipalities in the Czech Republic in 2005-2019 for various sewerage systems., Článek se zabývá porovnáním kvality odpadních vod v gravitačních a alternativních odvodňovacích systémech. Cílem článku je zdůraznit rozdíly v kvalitě odpadních vod s ohledem na BSK, CHSK, NL, NH4, Nc a Pc na základě chemických analýz prováděných během několika let provozu. Srovnání je provedeno pro vybrané obce v České republice v letech 2005-2019 pro různé kanalizační systémy.

The aim of this article is to describe and compare individual laws concerning wastewater discharges and their monitored indicators. Relevant laws and government regulations have been in existence since 1953, when the Central Administration of Water Management was established, with the latest regulation being Government Decree No. 401/2015 Sb. This article deals with the development of legislation, its amendments and improvements. This results in a gradual adjustment of the monitored indicators and decreasing indicator values in connection with improving treatment processes and technologies. This is also related to the Czech Republic's accession to the EU and the adoption of Council Directive 91/271/EEC, which emphasises, inter alia, environmental protection., Cílem tohoto článku je popis a srovnání jednotlivých zákonů týkajících se vypouštění odpadních vod a sledovaných ukazatelů. Zákony a nařízení vlády jsou popsány od roku 1953, kdy došlo ke zřízení Ústřední správy vodního hospodářství, až po současné nařízení vlády č. 401/2015 Sb. Článek se zabývá vývojem legislativy, jejím rozšiřováním a zdokonalováním. Z toho vyplývá postupná úprava sledovaných ukazatelů a snižovaní jejich hodnot v souvislosti se zdokonalováním čistících procesů a technologií. To souvisí i se vstupem České republiky do EU a přijetím Směrnice Rady č. 91/271/EHS, která mimo jiné klade důraz právě na čistotu životního prostředí.

The article deals with optimising the design parameters of wastewater production and specific pollution production in wastewater treatment plants up to 2,000 PE. The objective of this article is to determine more precise design values applicable to WWTP calculations and different drainage systems on the basis of statistical evaluation of individual water quality indicator analyses., Článek se zabývá optimalizací návrhových parametrů produkce odpadních vod a specifického znečištění v čistírnách odpadních vod do 2 000 EO. Cílem tohoto článku je stanovit přesnější návrhové hodnoty použitelné pro výpočty ČOV a různé kanalizační systémy na základě statistického vyhodnocení jednotlivých analýz ukazatelů kvality vody.
