To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ellagic acid, quercetin, gallic acid, kaempferol, myricetin, tiliroside, salidroside, isoquercetin, chlorogenic acid, and quinic acid in the leaves, flowers, fruits, and roots of Loropetalum chinensis by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and provide references for the development and utilization of L. chinensis resources. The analysis was performed on the chromatographic column ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm) with a gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% formic solution at the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min~(-1). Column temperature was 30 ℃ and injection volume was 2 μL. Multiple reactive ion monitoring mode(MRM) was used in the negative ion ionization mode of electrospray ion source. The 10 active components had a good linear relationship, and the established method was stable, simple, and accurate. The 10 active components existed in different parts of L. chinensis, with significant different content. The main components in different parts of L. chinensis were polyphenols, with the highest content, followed by flavonoids. The content of 10 active components was generally high in flowers. Among them, the content of quinic acid was the highest, reaching 22.539 1 mg·g~(-1). This study elucidates the differences of active components in the same part and the different parts of L. chinensis, thereby providing basis for the research on the pharmacodynamic substances of L. chinensis and references for the comprehensive development and utilization of L. chinensis resources.

Through the non-targeted metabonomics study on endogenous substances in APP/PS1 transgenic mice, this paper aimed to discover biomarkers related to APP/PS1 mice with cognitive dysfunction, and find targets of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(HLJDD) in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD) and its mechanism. The brain tissue and serum metabolic mass spectrometry of mice were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-Orbitrap mass spectrometry(UPLC-Orbitrap MS). Through partial least squares-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA) and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA), the metabolic data of the normal group, the model group, the high-dose and low-dose HLJDD groups, and the berberine group were compared and analyzed to screen out potential biomarkers, and the relevant metabolic pathways were constructed with the help of the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) database. Forty-five potential endogenous metabolites were identified, including 13 in brain and 35 in serum, among which leukotriene B4, tyrosine, and adenosine were expected to be differential metabolites related to cognitive function. HLJDD recalled 22 differential metabolites, and the pathways mainly involved in aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis, valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis, pantothenic acid and coenzyme A biosynthesis, phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis, and arachidonic acid metabolism. These pathways suggested that the main mechanism of HLJDD in the intervention of AD was to inhibit central and peripheral inflammation, and regulate energy metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, and amino acid metabolism. HLJDD has a certain effect on the improvement of cognitive dysfunction, and regulates relative pathways by recalling endogenous differential metabolites, which helps to further discover the biomarkers of AD and clarify the intervention mechanism of HLJDD in the treatment of AD.

The objective of this study was to investigate the cardiac protective effect of low-to-moderate intensity exercise training and the role of the Wnt signaling pathway in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). SHR and Wistar-Kyoto (WKY) rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely hypertensive control (SHR-S), hypertensive plus exercise training (SHR-E), normal blood pressure control (WKY-S), normal blood pressure plus exercise training (WKY-E) and SHR-E plus Wnt agonist (SHR-E-Wnt). The rats in SHR-E and WKY-E groups underwent low-to-moderate intensity swimming for 16 weeks, and the rats in SHR-E-Wnt group were injected with Wnt agonist 1 through tail vein 4 weeks before the end of swimming. The blood pressure of rats was measured every week. After exercise training, the left ventricular wall thickness and ejection function were measured by ultrasound cardiogram, myocardial structure and collagen fiber changes were observed by HE staining and Masson staining, and the expression levels of β-catenin and Dishevelled-1 (DVL-1) mRNA and protein in left ventricular myocardium were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot, respectively. The results showed that the body weight was decreased (P0.05), blood pressure was increased (P0.01), heart weight and ventricular wall thickness were increased (P0.01), and the left ventricular ejection function was decreased (P0.05) in SHR-S group compared with those in WKY-S group. In addition, the heart structure was damaged, collagen fibers were significantly increased, and the mRNA and protein expressions of β-catenin and DVL-1 in the left ventricle were significantly up-regulated in SHR-S group compared with those in WKY-S group (P0.01). Compared with those in SHR-S group, the body weight of SHR-E group did not change significantly (P 0.05), but the blood pressure was decreased (P 0.01), heart weight and ventricular wall thickness were diminished, ejection function was increased (P 0.01), myocardial structure injury was significantly improved, collagen fibers were significantly reduced, and mRNA and protein expression levels of β-catenin and DVL-1 in the left ventricle were significantly down-regulated (P0.01) in SHR-E group. Importantly, exercise-induced antihypertensive and cardioprotective effects in SHR were blunted by Wnt agonist. These results suggest that low-to-moderate intensity exercise training exerts cardioprotective effects in SHR, possibly through inhibiting the Wnt signaling pathway.

The present study established an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of two active components in Qingfei Paidu Granules and investigated the transfer rates of neohesperidin and naringin in the preparation process to provide references for improving the quality control standard and production of Qingfei Paidu Granules.RP-HPLC was performed on a YMC Triart C_(18) column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm)with column temperature of 30 ℃, acetonitrile(A) and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution(B) as mobile phases for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min~(-1) and detection wavelength of 284 nm.Good linearity was observed for naringin at 0.10-1.0 μg(R~2=0.999 9) and neohesperidin at 0.12-1.2 μg(R~2=0.999 9).The average recovery of naringin was 99.52% with an RSD of 1.2%, and that of neohesperidin was 100.8% with an RSD of 1.2%.The transfer rates of naringin and neohesperidin between medicinal materials, extracts, concentrates, and granules were measured by this method.The average transfer rate of naringin from medicinal materials to granules was 54.89%±4.38%, and that of neohesperidin was 57.63%±5.88%.The process from medicinal materials to extracts was presumedly the key link affecting the whole preparation process.The established method is simple and sensitive and can be adopted for the quality control of Qingfei Paidu Granules.Meanwhile, it can be used to investigate the transfer rate of neohesperidin and naringin in the preparation of Qingfei Paidu Granules, and further improve the quality control standard of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus in Qingfei Paidu Granules.

Quality evaluation of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces is vital for the development of the downstream industries, and is an important channel for implementing the strategy ofquot;higher quality, higher price, and priority for the high qualityquot; for traditional Chinese medicine. At the moment, the quality of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces is mainly evaluated based on chemical component examination. Considering the weak preliminary research foundation and poor research conditions, traditional experience-based evaluation is undervalued in the quality rating of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces. However, traditional experience is a summary of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials based on clinical experience, which thus can be a potential basis for the quality evaluation of the decoction pieces. It is a challenge in the evaluation of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces to objectify the traditional experience-based evaluation from multiple aspects such as chemistry, effect, and characterization via modern techniques. Therefore, this study developed thequot;experience-ingredients-activity-electronic sensingquot; evaluation system for Chinese medicinal decoction pieces on the basis of experience-based assessment, chemical ingredients that can truly reflect the traditional experience, biological effect assessment, and electronic sensory evaluation, which is expected to quantify the traditional experience of quality evaluation of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces via chemistry, biology, and sensory simulation. The evaluation system can serve as a reference for clinical experience-based quality evaluation of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces.

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) and the increasing severity of coronary artery tortuosity (CAT) in patients with non-stenosed coronaries.A total of 396 patients who underwent coronary angiography and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) between August 2020 and July 2021 were included in this single-center retrospective study after excluding patients with significant coronary artery disease (≥50% stenosis). Patients were divided into two groups: no or mild coronary artery tortuosity (N/M-CAT) and moderate to severe coronary artery tortuosity (M/S-CAT) and laboratory electrocardiographic, echocardiographic, and CPET parameters were compared between two groups.M/S-CAT was found in 46.9% of the study participants, with 66.7% being women. M/S-CAT was significantly associated with advanced age (P=0.014) and females (P=0.001). Diastolic dysfunction parameters, E velocity (P=0.011), and E/A ratio (P=0.004) also revealed significant differences between the M/S-CAT group and N/M-CAT group. VOThe results indicate that increasing severity of CAT is strongly associated with female gender and E/A ratio and is not directly correlated with decreasing CRF. Further research with a larger patient population and a longer follow-up time is required to fully comprehend the impact of CAT on CRF.

Quantum key distribution (QKD) system based on passive silica planar lightwave circuit (PLC) asymmetric Mach–Zehnder interferometers (AMZI) is characterized with thermal stability, low loss and sufficient integration scalability. However, waveguide stresses, both intrinsic and temperature-induced stresses, have significant impacts on the stable operation of the system. We have designed silica AMZI chips of 400 ps delay, with bend waveguides length equalized for both long and short arms to balance the stresses thereof. The temperature characteristics of the silica PLC AMZI chip are studied. The interference visibility at the single photon level is kept higher than 95% over a wide temperature range of 12 °C. The delay time change is 0.321 ps within a temperature change of 40 °C. The spectral shift is 0.0011~nm/0.1 °C. Temperature-induced delay time and peak wavelength variations do not affect the interference visibility. The experiment results demonstrate the advantage of being tolerant to chip temperature fluctuations.

The 0.8CaWO4-0.2EuMO4 (M = Nb, Ta) solid solution and Eu3+, Ta5+ and Nb5+ single doped CaWO4 were prepared by a high-temperature solid state reaction technique. Experiments show that the addition of Nb5+ and Ta5+ can increase the red luminescence of Eu3+ in CaWO4. In this paper, the composition and structure of solid solution were analyzed by X ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrum and Raman spectrum analysis. The luminescence properties of the solid solution were studied by means of stable photoluminescent spectra, diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS), fluorescent decay curves and variable temperature spectra. By combining structural analysis, J-O theoretical calculation and experimental results, we believe that the significant improvement of the emission efficiency comes from the decrease of non-radiation relaxation rate.

A dredging demonstration project in the Baiyangdian Lake included open waters and fishing ponds to reduce the internal release of nitrogen and phosphorus from bottom sediments. The dredging depth design was determined by both the sediment vertical distribution profile of total nitrogen and phosphorus, and the sediment adsorption-desorption equilibrium method. The determined dredging depths were very similar and coincident. The dredging depth for the demonstration area of open waters in Nanliuzhuang was identified as(50±10) cm; and the dredging depths for fishing ponds were(30±10) cm in both the Nanliuzhuang and Caiputai demonstration areas. Indolealkylamines(IAAs) are the main hydrophilic substances in toad skin, mainly including free N-methyl-5-hydroxytryptamine, bufotenine, bufotenidine, dehydrobufotenine, and binding bufothionine. In this study, the LPS-activated neutrophils were used to investigate the structure-activity relationship and anti-inflammatory mechanism of the above-mentioned five monomers from the toad skin in vitro. The neutrophils were divided into the control group, model group(1 μg·mL~(-1) LPS), positive drug group(100 μg·mL~(-1) indometacin), as well as the low-(50 μg·mL~(-1)), medium-(100 μg·mL~(-1)) and high-dose(200 μg·mL~(-1)) free N-methyl-5-hydroxytryptamine, bufotenine, bufotenidine, dehydrobufotenine, and binding bufothionine groups. The levels of IL-6, TNF-α and IL-1β in the neutrophil supernatant of each group was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) after LPS stimulation, followed by the detection of apoptosis in each group after Annexin V/PI staining. The protein expression levels of caspase-3, Bax, Bcl-2, beclin1, LC3-I, and LC3-Ⅱ were assayed by Western blot. The results showed that IAAs reduced the excessive secretion of inflammatory cytokines caused by LPS compared with the model group. Besides, the activity of each free IAAs(N-methyl-5-hydroxytryptamine, bufotenine, bufotenidine and dehydrobufotenine), especially bufotenine, was stronger than that of the binding bufothionine. As revealed by Annexin V/PI staining, LPS delayed the early apoptosis of neutrophils compared with the control group, while bufotenine promoted the apoptosis of neutrophils in a dose-dependent manner, which might be related to the elevated expression of apoptosis-related protein Bax/Bcl-2. In addition, LPS activated the autophagy pathways in neutrophils. This study confirmed the efficacy of IAAs in reducing the secretion of inflammatory cytokines in neutrophils induced by LPS for the first time. For instance, bufotenine exerts the anti-inflammatory effect possibly by inducing the apoptosis of neutrophils.

This study is aimed to establish a method for the determination of baicalin,baicalin and purpurin in the plasma of rats after oral administration of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid( PDL) by using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( LC-MS),analyze the pharmacokinetics of three components in rats,and investigate the effects of PDL on drug-metabolizing enzymes in rat liver. C18 column was used for liquid chromatography separation,with acetonitrile-water( containing 0. 2% formic acid) as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The mass spectrometry was detected by electrospray ion source( ESI) under multi-reaction monitoring mode( MRM),as well as positive and negative ion alternating mode. Plasma sample collection was performed by using an automatic blood collection meter for small animals. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by Win Nonlin software. The total protein concentration of rat liver microsomes and the total enzyme content of CYP450 were determined by BCA method and spectrophotometry respectively. The methodological study in terms of linear range,recovery rate,precision and sample stability,was used to confirm that the LC-MS analysis method established in this experiment was simple,exclusive,accurate and reliable,and can meet the requirement of determining the content of baicalin,oroxindin and corynoline in plasma after PDL administration in rats. The drug-time curve showed that baicalin and oroxindin had a bimodal phenomenon,and the pharmacokinetic parameters indicated that baicalin,oroxindin and corynoline in PDL had certain drug-like properties. After 7 consecutive days of PDL administration,the rat liver coefficient,total liver microparticle protein and CYP450 enzyme content were increased,but there was no significant difference,indicating that PDL was less likely to develop drug-drug interaction based on CYP enzyme. The results of this experiment can provide reference for the research on in vivo efficacy and drug interaction of PDL as well as on its clinical application.

UPLC-ESI-Orbitrap-MS/MS was used to analyze,identify and attribute the chemical constituents in Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid. The analysis was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm,3.5 μm) with a gradient mobile phase of methanol-0.1% formic solution system at the flow rate of 0.5 m L·min-1. The sample volume was 2 μL. The column temperature was30 ℃. The high-resolution orbitrap mass spectrometry was used as detector,with electrospray ion source in both positive and negative models,and the MS scanning ranged between m/z 50 and 2 000. Based on the analysis of mass spectrometry and literature reports,79 compounds were confirmed,including 30 alkaloids,28 organic acids,18 flavonoids and 3 coumarins. Finally,39 compounds,such as rutin,esculetin,gallic acid,caffeic acid,cichoric acid,were identified from Taraxacum mongolicum; 11 compounds,such as baicalin,baicalein,apigenin,chrysin,oroxylin A,were identified from Scutellaria baicalensis; 13 compounds,such as arginine,proline,hypoxanthine,epigoitrin,indirubin,were identified from Isatis indigotica; and 18 compounds,such as dehydrocheilanthifoline,oxysanguinarine,corynoline,protopine,spallidamine,were identified from Corydalis bungeana. After the analysis of chemical model and attribution,the contents of some compounds were high in Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid,such as baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin,apigenin,chrysin,skullcapflavonⅡ,oroxylin A,cichoric acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,esculetin,dehydrocheilanthifoline,dihydrosanguinarine,protopine,corynoline and indirubin. The established method is simple,accurate,rapid,sensitive and reproducible,and thus suitable for the qualitative identification and quantitative determination of Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid,which lays a foundation for the systematic quality control and the establishment of whole-course traceability system of active ingredients.

For the key-optical material, the laser induced damage character of fused silica is crucial for the application among the optical laser fitting. As the defect of each point of the silica sample is diverse, and the lasers focus point by point, we divided the sample block into three-dimensional structure for each laser-point to discuss the relationship between the LIDT of each points and the OH-content. The result shows that the LIDT of the center of the sample block is up to 10-11J/cm2 which is consistent after the treatment while the LIDT of border pieces is 9-10 J/cm2. The different temperature and the aggradation during the fusing process and the machine process caused the different OH content of different location of the sample.

Because of its excellent optical performance, photo-physical properties, thermal stability, the fused silica is widely used in laser and aerospace industry. Fused silica can be made to the large-aperture lens for high power laser facilities or the windows for detecting devices. In order to meet the applications, the surface shape of the fused silica must be polished to better than 1/3λ(P-V). If the result of stress-birefringence is big, it is hard to control the surface shape. The permanent stress of a large-aperture fused silica was measured with digital stressmeter and analyzed from manufacturing process stand point.The forming reason and the removing way of different types of stresses were also analyzed in this article. The structure stress is the permanent one in all the types, which also affects the result and the morphology of optical homogeneity.

In the production process of synthetic silica glass, SiCl4 as precursor is imported in oxyhydrogen flame, SiO2 particles generate and distribute with different states along the flame. The flame temperature and the distance above the burner are important factors to affect the particle diameters and morphologies. The 2D distribution of flame temperature was measured using sodium line-reversal method. The diameters and morphologies of SiO2 particles were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) at 50mm, 100mm, 200mm, and 300mm above the burner. The results show that the flame temperature ranges from 2130°C to 2320°C, and the average diameter of SiO2 spherical particles increases from 50nm to 105nm as the distance increasing from 50mm to 200mm. The present study assessed the safety/toxicity of Senecio scandens, a well-known Chinese herb that is used as an anti-inflammatory, antibiosis, and antipyretic drug. A 90-d subchronic oral toxicity study of S. scandens was performed in Wistar rats. The extract of S. scandens was administered orally to male and female rats at a single dose of 225, 450, and 900 mg/kg/d. There was no obvious toxicity. Certain changes in hematology and coagulation parameters (red cell distribution width (RDW), platelet count (PLT), monocyte percentage (Mo%), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT)) were observed in some administration groups. In regards to the blood biochemical parameters, the levels of creatinine (CRN), potassium, and chloride were increased in a number of the treated rats. There were no significant changes in other hematology, coagulation, or biochemical parameters in rats orally administered S. scandens. S. scandens has a slight effect on rat coagulation and metabolism systems. The herb was safe at all doses tested, but caution should be taken when administering S. scandens at higher doses.

In this paper, an optimal control problem for a class of hybrid systems is considered. By introducing a new time variable and transforming the hybrid optimal control problem into an equivalent problem, second order sufficient optimality conditions for this hybrid problem are derived. It is shown that sufficient optimality conditions can be verified by checking the Legendre-Clebsch condition and solving some Riccati equations with certain boundary and jump conditions. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the main results.

The endemic fluorosis in western Guizhou Province,southwest China was confirmed to be collected with high-content fluorine in topsoil (clay for coal-burning) of Hehua Village, Zhijin County,Guizhou Province ,which was considered to be closely associated with the long-term occurrence of endemic fluorosis. The new discovery in this article confirms that the mean value of apparent acidity of topsoil (pHa) in this village is 4.92;The measured average value of total sulfate radical was 4465μg/g. In addition, the apparent acidity and the content of total sulfate were positively correlated (correlation coefficient:0.7920).The result shows that the topsoil in this village is acidic and may belong to sulphation.

A novel zinc porphyrin (5,10,15-tri-dodecoxyphenyl-20-(4-hydroxyphenyl-azo-benzenyl)-porphyrinatozinc (tdhab-ZnP)) with benzenyl-azo-phenolic group, able to adsorb on the nanocrystalline-TiO2 film, has been synthesized. We constructed a dye-sensitized solar cell based on the nanocrystalline-TiO2 hierarchical structure film, with a power conversion efficiency of 4.15 % and a high current density of 14 mA/cm2 under AM 1.5 irradiation. UV-Vis absorption spectra measurements indicated that the tdhab-ZnP molecules formed a charge transfer complex with TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) through the phenolic group. Cyclic voltammetry measurement showed that the charge separation resulting from the tdhab-ZnP excited singlet state to the conduction band (CB) of TiO2 and charge shifting from the I−/I3− couple to the porphyrin radical cation were thermodynamically feasible.

Graphene/platinum composite gel was prepared with chloroplatinic acid and graphene oxide (GO) as precursors by in-situ reduction method. Grapheme/platinum composite film as counter electrode was prepared on fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) glass by electro-hydrodynamic (EHD) method. Battery was assembled with nanoTiO2film as anode, N3 dye, and ionic liquid electrolyte. It was characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). Graphene/platinum composite film include very thin graphene layers, with platinum particles of an average dimension dispersed evenly in graphene layers. This device shows similar photoelectric conversion efficiency compared with platinum electrode under 100 mWcm-2(1 sun) AM1.5 illumination.

A series of experiments have been carried out to study on the efficiencies in solar energy materials and solar cells. Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) are good examples of where the quality of the nanomaterials and their interfacial properties are important to device performance. In this report, Nanometer TiO2sol for coating film was prepared by cooperating hydrothermal colloidal sol with organic polymer dispersing agent (PVA). Nanocrystalline TiO2porous films were prepared by using electro-hydrodynamic technique (EHD). The results show the films prepared by EHD technique have multilevel hierarchical structure, therefore, better optical scattering properties. Different constituent quasi-solid electrolytes with blood mimetic thixotropy were prepared by cooperating ionic liquid electrolyte with nanometer TiO2colloidal sol synthetized by sol-gel method. The resulting Quasi-Solid-State dye-sensitized solar cells consist of nanoporous TiO2Film and the dye N3, show conversion efficiencies up to 3.7 percent (8. 51 percent with a mask).

At present, the pure electric vehicles with a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) vector control (VC) and direct torque control (DTC) are mainly control method. These two kinds of control mode are considered as a high performance PMSM control strategy which has been widely used in practice [5]. Starting from the mathematical model of PMSM, two kinds of control strategies are to be the theoretical analysis, so that the control thoughts and the composition of control system has a profound understanding to applies two kinds of strategies to control of PMSM. Simulink modeling and simulation results proved that vector control is better than that of direct torque.

The activated photocatalysts are urgently needed for the application of photocatalytic techniques in environmental pollutant removal. A POM - based photocatalyst with the chemical formula of (4, 4’-H2bpy)( 4, 4’-Hbpy)2[SiW12O40]·4H2O (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by the elemental analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 consists of 4, 4’-bipyridine unit and keggin type polyoxometalates [SiW12O40]4-. There are hydrogen-bonding interactions between polyoxometalates, 4, 4’-bipyridine and water molecules in 1, forming a new 3-D networks. The degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) under UV-vis irradiation with 1 as the heterogeneous photocatalyst has been investigated, showing a good photocatalytic property of 1 for RhB degradation.

A POM - based organice - inorganic hybrid compound with the chemical formula of[Cu (phen)2]3[W6O19] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized andstructurally characterized by the elemental analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupC2/c witha=18.319(4) Å,b= 17.311(4) Å,c= 22.248(4) Å,β= 112.40(3) o,V= 6523(2) Å3,Z= 4, R1= 0.0448, andwR2=0.1218. Compound 1 consists of the [W6O19]3-building blocks and [Cu (phen)2]+metal organic cationic moieties, which are packed together via the extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular framework. The adsorption of methylene blue (MB) under UV irradiation with 1 as the heterogeneous adsorbent has been investigated, showing a good adsorptive property of 1 for MB degradation.

Yanji Depression was formed on the base of Upper Paleozoic strata. Distribution area of Carboniferous-Permian strata is about 1550km 2 , and the strata are preserved intact. By researching on the thermal evolution analysis of hydrocarbon source rock and the source-reservoir-cap combination, the hydrocarbon generation and exploration prospect was studied. The results show that the thickness and the depth of Carboniferous-Permian strata are great, and organic matter maturity is on the stage of high mature-past mature, and it has two stages of hydrocarbon generation process, and the residual hydrocarbon generation potential is low. Upper Paleozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic have extensive sandstone reservoir, and have favorable territorial cap rock. It forms two types of source- reservoir- cap assemblage, and has great Hydrocarbon Resource Potential. After analysis the unconventional oil and gas, it shows that Yanji depression has the formation condition of tight sandstone gas and shale gas.
