A syncretic railway network (SRN) that comprises the railway, regional railway, and urban rail transit is the cornerstone for the socio-economic development of urban agglomerations. Most existing research studies consider a syncretic network as a single network, and therefore, they cannot capture the interdependent patterns in the network. Thus, the characteristics of interdependent node/edges and robustness of the interdependent critical infrastructure of the SRN remain under-researched. In this study, we investigated the critical infrastructure interdependent networks (CIINs) of the SRN. To this end, we designed a cascading failure model based on the real data of the CIINs of the SRN in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, and we examined the cascading failure in both the syncretic and single networks. Our results indicate that robustness decreased with increasing the number of layers for a targeted attack on the highest connected nodes of the theoretical coupled network. The robustness of the theoretical coupled network was inferior to that of the single-layer network, whereas the robustness of the actual network was contrary to this result. The robustness of the CIINs in the SRN with different coupled modes increased with an increase in the number of nodes/sections of the single-layer network forming the interdependent network. However, it decreased with an increasing number of interdependent nodes/sections. Further, the robustness of a load-based SRN was found to be extremely sensitive to the failure of higher-load stations, therefore, it is important to facilitate decision-making processes in the daily operations and emergency management of the SRN.

Background Stroke is the number one cause of disability in young and middle-aged people, and positive psychology can provide additional recovery outcomes and is also crucial for the transition from hospital to home for stroke patients. However, there is a paucity of research on psychological interventions for young and middle-aged stroke patients during the rehabilitation period. Therefore, this study constructs a psychological intervention program based on the PERMA model of positive psychology and explores the impact of this program on patients' well-being and level of post-traumatic growth. Methods One hundred and twenty young and middle-aged stroke patients admitted to the rehabilitation medicine department of a tertiary care general hospital in Shenzhen, China, were selected, with 60 patients from 02–05–2022 as the control group and 60 patients from 05–08–2022 as the intervention group. Both groups received rehabilitation and conventional care, and the intervention group was given psychological intervention in the PERMA model on top of the control group for a total of 8 times over 4 weeks. The scores of Subjective Well-Being (IWB) and Post-Traumatic Growth Scale (PTG) were compared between the two groups before, after, 1 month after, and 3 months after the intervention. Results Subjective well-being (IWB) scores were significantly higher in the postintervention, 1-month post-intervention, and 3-month post-intervention groups than in the control group (t = 0.011, 0.000, 0.000; Pt = 0.007, 0.000, 0.000; P< 0.01); repeated-measures ANOVAs were statistically significant (P Conclusions The PERMA model of psychological intervention can significantly improve the subjective well-being（IWB） and post-traumatic growth（PTG）of young and middle-aged stroke patients and is a positive and effective psychological intervention method. Background There are few reported studies on stigma in young and middle-aged stroke patients during the rehabilitation period, however, the rehabilitation period plays a key role in the patients' disease regression. Exploring the level of stigma and the influencing factors in young and middle-aged stroke patients during the rehabilitation period is crucial for determining how to reduce the level of stigma and improve the patients' motivation for rehabilitation treatment. Therefore, this study investigated the level of stigma in young and middle-aged stroke patients and analyzed the factors influencing stigma in order to provide a reference or basis for healthcare professionals to develop effective and targeted stigma intervention programs. Methods Using a convenience sampling method, 285 young and middle-aged stroke patients admitted to the rehabilitation medicine department of a tertiary care hospital in Shenzhen, China, from November 2021 to September 2022 were selected and surveyed using a general information questionnaire, the Stroke Patient Stigma Scale, the Barthel Index, and the Positive and Negative Emotions Scale, and multiple linear regression and smoothed curve fitting were used to analyze the factors influencing the stigma of young and middle-aged stroke patients during the rehabilitation period. Results Total stigma score of 45.08 ± 11.057, univariate analysis of age, occupation, education level, monthly income before illness, type of health insurance, chronic illness status, primary caregiver, Barthel Index, positive and negative emotion as factors influencing stigma. Multiple linear regression showed that age, monthly income before illness, the Barthel Index, positive and negative emotions were independent influences on stigma in young and middle-aged stroke patients, explaining 58.0% of the total variance in stigma. A smoothed curve fit revealed a curvilinear relationship between the above influences and stigma. Conclusion Young and middle-aged stroke patients have a moderate level of stigma. Medical staff should focus on young patients aged 18–44 years, those with high monthly income before the stroke, those with poor self-care ability, and those with low positive and high negative emotion scores, and conduct early assessments and adopt targeted intervention programs according to the influencing factors to reduce the stigma of young and middle-aged stroke patients, improve their motivation for rehabilitation, and help them return to their families and society as soon as possible.

A series of high oil-absorption resins with low cross-linking degree were synthesized by suspension polymerization using stearyl methacrylate (SMA), 2-Ethylhexyl methacrylate (EHMA), and styrene (St) as monomers. Response surface methodology (RSM) with central composite design (CCD) was also applied to determine the optimal parameters that are mainly known to affect their synthesis. Thus, the effects of the monomer mass ratio (EHMA:SMA), the rigid monomer (St) dosage, the porous agent (acetone) dosage, and their pairwise interaction on the resin's oil-absorption capacity were analyzed, highlighting PSES-R2 as the resin with the optimum performance. The pure oil-absorption rates of PSES-R2 for gasoline, diesel, and kerosene were 11.19 g·g−1, 16.25 g·g−1, and 14.84 g·g−1, respectively, while the oil removal rates from oily wastewater were 98.82%, 65.11%, and 99.63%, respectively.

Catalytic ozonation with nano-perovskite oxides is a more efficient and advanced oxidation process for the mineralization of organic pollutants. In this study, by regulating the amount of polyethylene glycol during the synthesis of CaZrO3 perovskite-type oxides by the co-precipitation method, efficient surface oxygen vacancies were formed in CaZrO3. Owing to the presence of abundant oxygen vacancies, CaZrO3 modified by PEG exhibited a much higher catalytic activity than unmodified CaZrO3. It was further discovered from the EPR results that the main active oxygen species depend on the surface structure of CaZrO3. The variation of oxygen vacancies on the surface of the catalyst with PEG addition stimulated ozone decomposition to generate a large number of superoxide radicals. This study not only proposed a method to improve the activity of the catalyst, but also further studied the reaction mechanism of CaZrO3 catalyzed ozonation. It provides a solid theoretical basis for the industrial application of catalytic ozonation technology.

BACKGROUND Pulmonary hypertension is a common complication of interstitial lung disease. This study was conducted to retrospectively analyze the incidence of pulmonary hypertension among interstitial lung disease patients and the correlation between systolic pulmonary artery pressure (PASP) and pulmonary functions. We also intended to investigate whether antinuclear antibody (ANA) could be an effective indicator of pulmonary hypertension. MATERIAL AND METHODS There were 182 patients diagnosed with interstitial lung disease through high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT). Pulmonary hypertension was defined as an increase of mean pulmonary arterial pressure (PAPm) ≥25 mmHg (~PASP ≥40 mmHg) at rest. Severe pulmonary hypertension was defined as PAPm ≥35 mmHg. There were 104 cases including in this study. There were 67 cases from the ANA positive (ANA+) group and 37 cases from the ANA negative (ANA-) group. All study patients had pulmonary function tests, which included the measurements of maximal voluntary ventilation (MVV), residual volume (RV), total lung capacity (TLC), forced expiratory volume (FVC), vital capacity (VC), and diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide (DLCO). RESULTS The pulmonary hypertension incidence in the study cohort was 25%, and the severe pulmonary hypertension incidence was 6.48%. The incidence of pulmonary hypertension in ANA+ cases was 22.22%. The incidence of pulmonary hypertension in the ANA- cases was 32.14%. The lung function test results showed moderate relationships between DLCO, FVC%, VC%, and PASP; no relationship between MVV, FEV1/FVC%, RV/TLC, and PASP; minimum relationship between FVC%, VC%, and PASP in the ANA+ group; and moderate relationship between FVC%, VC%, and PASP in the ANA- group. CONCLUSIONS Pulmonary hypertension occurred in 25% of the 182 interstitial lung disease patients and was negatively associated with deteriorated lung functions (specifically VC%, FVC%, and DLCO parameters). ANA level was not associated with the prognosis of pulmonary hypertension of patients with interstitial lung disease, and it did not significantly affect the correlation between PASP and pulmonary functions. Thus, ANA level did not seem to be a necessary indicator of pulmonary hypertension, and a more effective treatment method for pulmonary hypertension of patients with interstitial lung disease is urgently needed.

BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to examine the role of magnetic resonance imaging-diffusion weighted imaging (MRI-DWI) in the early detection of chemotherapy resistance in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. MATERIAL AND METHODS MRI-DWI and computed tomography (CT) were carried out in 75 patients with newly diagnostic NSCLC before and after first, second, fourth, and sixth cycles of chemotherapy. Resistance to chemotherapy was assessed based on the change in the largest tumor diameter after chemotherapy. Diffusion of water molecule in each lesion was quantitatively measured by apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC). The diagnostic results of DWI after first and second cycle of chemotherapy were analyzed by the area under receiver operating characteristics curve (ROC). RESULTS Among the patients, 43 patients were chemo-resistance while 32 patients were chemo-sensitive. The ADC changing rate between second and first cycle of chemotherapy was significantly higher in chemo-sensitive patients compared with chemo-resistance patients (t=3.236, P=0.002). The ROC showed cutoff values of the ADC changing rate after first and second cycles of chemotherapy for resistance/sensitive discrimination were 23.6% and 5.56%, respectively. DWI after first and second cycles of therapy showed sensitivities of 55.8% and 55.8%, specificities of 65.6% and 87.5%, and area under ROC of 0.568 and 0.733, respectively. CONCLUSIONS ADC changing rate between first and second cycles of chemotherapy could sensitively distinguish chemo-sensitive and chemo-resistant tumors at earlier stages, which may direct treatment adjustment and improve the prognosis of patients.

In emergency rescue, the allocation of comprehensive transportation network emergency vehicles often affects the efficiency of the whole rescue process. In the context of disasters, this paper researches the one-to-many two-sided matching problem between the emergency vehicles and the materials to be transported. Firstly, based on the needs of both parties involved in the matching, the satisfaction evaluation systems are constructed; with the goal of maximizing the weighted satisfaction of the affected areas and vehicles, the optimization model of the materials and emergency vehicles matching is established; then, an improved National Intern Matching Program (NIMP) algorithm is designed to solve the model, which is based on the k: 1 experimental pairing and updating ideas, and can take into account the capacity and destination constraints of vehicles in the matching process. Finally, through the calculation of an example, the matching scheme can make the satisfaction of material transportation reach 0.7392, and the simulation analysis proves that the scheme keeps certain stability in risky conditions.

In this paper, we demonstrate that the Theorem 3.1 in a recently published paper by Garg [Appl. Soft Comput. 38 (2016) 988999] is incorrect by a counterexample. Further, we point out the shortcomings of Garg's proposed generalized improved score function for practical decision making.

In the process of improving and constructing the railway network, the comprehensive evaluation of regional railway network scale becomes particularly important. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the scale of regional railway network, determines the indicators of the comprehensive evaluation system of regional railway network scale, and analyzes it by Grey Relational Analysis. Finally, we take the Jing-Jin-Ji area as an example and give some opinions and suggestions.

Routing shipments and scheduling trains are separately made with a uniform distribution assumption of inbound time in traditional methods, no responsive to changes in service demands. So considering the flexible inbound time of shipments, a dynamic optimization model of the integration of routing shipments and scheduling trains, defined as freight railroad service network design problem, is established by means of space-time network. According to Chinese railway operation, the one-block trains, the car flow unitary classification and intree policy is introduced to the formulation. A tabu search algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the model and solution approach are tested in an actual 14-yard railway sub-network in China.

Make efficient use of the transportation capacity of high-speed railway network has very important significance. This paper studies the connotation of high-speed railway network capacity coordination firstly. Then, coordination evaluation index system of high-speed railway network capacity is constructed into two aspects: the coordination of transport demand and network capacity, the coordination of point and line of high-speed railway network. At the same time, eight indexes are built and are all given the calculation method. At last, actual high-speed railway data are ensured to verify the validity of these indicators and provide ideas for optimizing the structure of high-speed railway network and improving its capacity utilization.

In this work, a novel cascade system (i.e., SnTCPP/g-C3N4/Bi2WO6) is successfully constructed using stannum (II) meso-tetra (4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin (SnTCPP) as the key photovoltaic agent for the first time. Visible light driven photocatalytic experiments indicated that wt. 12% SnTCPP and 30% Bi2WO6 codecorated g-C3N4 demonstrates the highest photodecomposition capabilities for levofloxacin and rhodamine B, achieving 85.64% and 93.64% degradation rates, respectively. The dramatically enhanced photocatalytic performance mainly raised from the synergetic co-effects among SnTCPP, g-C3N4 and Bi2WO6, including: i) the incorporation of SnTCPP extends the visible light response of the binary Bi2WO6/g-C3N4 heterojunctions, resulting in the highly efficient visible light harvesting; ii) we find that the g-C3N4 not only serves as a promising supporter to trap electrons from Bi2WO6, but also as an interfacial electron-hole pairs transfer moderator, like "volleyball setter" to facilitate the charges transfer between Bi2WO6 and SnTCPP. The presence of the "setter" endows a cascade system for boosting the photodegradation efficiency of levofloxacin and rhodamine B. This study provides a promising design strategy to construct efficient g-C3N4 based heterojunctions suitable for removing pharmaceutical antibiotics and hazardous dyes from various real wastewaters.

Short-term metro passenger flow forecasting is an essential component of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and can be applied to optimize the passenger flow organization of a station and offer data support for metro passenger flow early warning and system management. LSTM neural networks have recently achieved remarkable recent in the field of natural language processing (NLP) because they are well suited for learning from experience to predict time series. For this purpose, we propose an empirical mode decomposition (EMD)-based long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network model for predicting short-term metro inbound passenger flow. The EMD algorithm decomposes the original sequential passenger flow into several intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) and a residual. Selected IMFs that are strongly correlated with the original data can be obtained via feature selection. The selected IMFs and the original data are integrated into inputs for LSTM neural networks, and a single LSTM prediction model and an EMD-LSTM hybrid forecasting model are developed. Finally, historical real automatic fare collection (AFC) data from metro passengers are collected from Chengdu Metro to verify the validity of the proposed EMD-LSTM prediction model. The results indicate that the proposed EMD-LSTM hybrid forecasting model outperforms the LSTM, ARIMA and BPN models.

Organizing the direct train flow of the loading area can reduce the load of the technical station along the way, accelerate the turnover of wagons and the delivery of goods, and facilitate the better integration of cargo flow and train flow. By analyzing three typical car organization forms in loading area and the hourly consumption index of the train flow in the loading area, a 0-1 nonlinear optimization model for direct routes distribution of trains in railway loading areas is constructed, with the goal of minimizing the total vehicle hour consumption of the train flow, and is bound by the uniqueness of the car flow organization and the number of trains compiled by each loading area and technical station. According to the complex characteristics of the model and the characteristics of the constraints, an improved genetic algorithm that limit spatial search strategy can be designed. This algorithm ensures the spatial feasibility of the solution during the execution through the adaptive adjustment of the crossover operator and the mutation operator. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm and model is verified by the example study and the case study of Huangdao loading area.

Research background and significance of railway train working diagram plan system is introduced, and system research process including six stages is proposed, and point out that at present, the train working diagram planning system research is in the fifth stage. Then, the train working diagram system 4.0 developed at present is introduced, and effect of the system are proposed. Furthermore, system key technology and main innovation are analyzed, including the unified algorithm applying for both single lines and double lines, the general data model and computers-supported cooperative work method for train working diagram plan system. Then, based on the constantly changing railway network construction and transportation market environment, the challenges of high-speed railway transportation organization and freight transportation organization based on limit delivery time are analyzed. Finally, research prospects of the system is put forward.

This paper proposes a method of high-speed railway train operation diagram evaluation based on preferences of locomotive operation, track maintenance, S & C, vehicles and other railway departments, and customer preferences. The application of rough set-based attribute reduction obtains the important relative indicators by eliminating excessive and redundant evaluation indicators. Soft fuzzy set theory is introduced for the overall evaluation of train operation diagrams. Each expert utilizes a set of indicators during evaluation based on personal preference. In addition, soft fuzzy set theory is applied to integrate the information obtained via expert evaluation in order to obtain an overall evaluation. The proposed method was validated by a case study. Results demonstrate that the proposed method flexibly expresses the subjective judgments of experts while effectively and reasonably handling the uncertainty of information, which is consistent with the judgment process of humans. The proposed method is also applicable to the evaluation of train operation schemes which consist of multiple diagrams.

The stop-schedules for passenger trains are important to the operation planning of high-speed trains, and they decide the quality of passenger service and the transportation efficiency. This paper analyzes the specific manifestation of passenger travel convenience and proposes the concepts of interstation accessibility and degree of accessibility. In consideration of both the economic benefits of railway corporations and the travel convenience of passengers, a multitarget optimization model is established. The model aims at minimizing stop cost and maximizing passenger travel convenience. Several constraints are applied to the model establishment, including the number of stops made by individual trains, the frequency of train service received by each station, the operation section, and the 0-1 variable. A hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model. Both the model and the algorithm are validated through case study.

Background Chemokine-like factor (CKLF)-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing family (CMTM) is a gene family involved in multiple malignancies. CMTM4 is a member of this family and is located at chromosome 16q22.1, a locus that harbours a number of tumour suppressor genes. It has been defined as a regulator of cell cycle and division in HeLa cells; however, its roles in tumourigenesis remain poorly studied. Methods An integrated bioinformatics analysis based on the array data from the GEO database was conducted to view the differential expression of CMTM4 across multiple cancers and their corresponding control tissues. Primary clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and the paired adjacent non-tumour tissues were then collected to examine the expression of CMTM4 by western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and quantitative RT-PCR. The ccRCC cell lines A498 and 786-O and the normal renal tubular epithelial cell line HK-2 were also tested for CMTM4 expression by western blotting. Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) and viable cell counting assays were used to delineate the growth curves of 786-O cells after CMTM4 overexpression or knockdown. Wound healing and transwell assays were performed to assess the cells’ ability to migrate. The effects of CMTM4 on cellular apoptosis and cell cycle progression were analysed by flow cytometry, and cell cycle hallmarks were detected by western blotting and RT-PCR. The xenograft model in nude mice was used to elucidate the function of CMTM4 in tumourigenesis ex vivo. Results By omic data analysis, we found a substantial downregulation of CMTM4 in ccRCC. Western blotting then confirmed that CMTM4 was dramatically reduced in 86.9 % (53/61) of ccRCC tissues compared with the paired adjacent non-tumour tissues, as well as in the 786-O and A498 ccRCC cell lines. Restoration of CMTM4 significantly suppressed 786-O cell growth by inducing G2/M cell cycle arrest and p21 upregulation, and cell migration was also inhibited. However, knockdown of CMTM4 led to a completely opposite effect on these cell behaviours. Overexpression of CMTM4 also markedly inhibited the tumour xenograft growth in nude mice. Conclusions CMTM4 is downregulated and exhibits tumour-suppressor activities in ccRCC, and could be exploited as a target for ccRCC treatment.

Robustness is one of the key requests for train timetable. Generally, the train is determined to operate according to the given time on timetable, but in practical cases, however, the ideal timetable calls for a robust time that capable of absorbing, as much as possible, delays or disturbances on daily operation. Which reflected on train timetable formation is add extra time beyond the given section running time and station stop time. Spontaneously, there are two main sections for each train path to add this extra robust time: operating period between station and station stay period. This paper mainly studied the two different strategies` characteristics, and researched the effect of train timetable structure under same extra time add which the extra time is added on section and stop period, and pointed train timetable extra time limitation factors under different strategies, discussed the two strategies advantages and disadvantages.

In the process of drug synthesis when choosing synthetic route, it is necessary to fully consider the positioning effect factors and pay special attention to effects caused by the compound of different orientating groups so as to give full play to the role of the synthetic drug and achieve the desired application effect because the effects of synthesized products composed of different orientating groups in different aspects are different. This text elaborates the relationship between the orientation effect and drug synthesis on the basis of the analysis of the definition, generating factors and effects of orientation effect and finally research in the specific application of orientation effect in drug synthesis.

Since January 28, 2011, Chongqing and Shanghai conduct property tax reform, property tax scheme of the two cities have been many improvements in three years. Recently, Shanghai and Chongqing property tax pilot again made some adjustments, including once again raise the estate tax threshold, the pilot scope. An objective assessment is made through the introduction of both Shanghai and Chongqing property tax pilot program comparison and inductive analysis of the pilot. This paper focuses on revealing the defects and shortcomings of Shanghai and Chongqing property tax pilot content, put forward relevant proposals to improve the property tax reform, laying the foundation for real estate tax legislation.
