Abstract In recent years, the use of information technology in the health industry has expanded, and in order to improve the quality and speed of providing services to patients, telemedicine has been proposed as a new solution. Therefore, for the successful implementation and optimal use of telemedicine, in addition to the necessary infrastructure and success factors of this technology, such as high-speed Internet, up-to-date hardware and software, remote video communication systems, and distance education equipment, Specialist human resources should also be used. Sistan and Baluchistan province is a vast province, and due to the uneven distribution of specialized healthcare facilities and specialists, as well as the lack of adequate health care centers in its cities and villages, people do not have adequate access to medical services. Therefore, the current research seeks to provide a model for establishing telemedicine in selected hospitals of Sistan and Baluchistan province.Introduction Telemedicine was introduced in the 1970s by Thomas Bird. Scott Cruz et al. (2018) defined telemedicine as use of medical and communication technologies to exchange any information, including data, voice or video communications between doctors and patients or doctors and healthcare professionals in separate geographical locations, in order to creating the possibility of exchange for medical, healthcare, research and educational purposes. The benefits of telemedicine can be seen as socio-economic benefits, reducing costs, reducing waiting lists, reducing travel, improving consultations, and reducing emotional stress (Jang et al., 2020). Telemedicine enables health and treatment experts to conduct quick consultations with relevant specialists in far-flung locations around the world, thus eliminate the costs and risks needed to transport a sick or injured person to distant places for further examinations (Brulé et al., 2020). In addition, the presence of telemedicine in developing countries, where specialized and subspecialty services are not readily available and are usually costly, is economical and effective (McDonald et al., 2014). Based on this, the goal of implementing telemedicine can be to improve the processes of providing health services and products, improve patient care and reduce the per capita costs of medical care, provide medical services without time and place restrictions (on a wide geographical and population level), improve access rural and disadvantaged areas and medical care in them, reducing the space of face-to-face care in hospitals and medical centers and introducing the use of artificial intelligence in diagnostic and treatment processes (babaMahmoodi et al., 2021).Case study The statistical population was the conducted and existing researches (between 2010 and 2022) in domestic and foreign scientific databases, which were searched and reviewed based on specified keywords, and among them, the most relevant documents with Purposive sampling method were selected.Materials and Methods The research was applied and exploratory research. In order to collect data, meta-analysis method was used. The analysis of the texts was done based on the content analysis, and finally, based on the extracted codes, the dimensions and components of telemedicine deployment were determined and the proposed research pattern was developed. The extracted codes controlled by Kappa index and determining the weight of indices by Shannon entropy.Discussion and Results Based on the meta-analysis method and focusing on selected keywords, the articles in the field of telemedicine (in the years 2010 to 2022 and in domestic and foreign databases and publications) were reviewed and finally, 184 articles were found. Then, according to parameters such as title, abstract, content, access, quality and content of the research method, the articles were reviewed and evaluated, and finally, after removing 137 articles, 47 articles were analyzed. Based on the content analysis of the final articles, a total of 63 indicators, 6 sub-components and 5 components were discovered and labeled. To control the extracted codes, the Kappa index was used, and the value obtained for it (0.915) showed the level of agreement between the experts. Also, the amount of Shannon's entropy for all components showed that past researches support the findings of the current research.ConclusionThe pattern of telemedicine deployment was formed in three layers of feasibility, implementation structure and deployment. In the feasibility layer of telemedicine, cultural, human and institutional empowerment, knowledge management, strategies and infrastructure (with components of technical infrastructure, security infrastructure, software and hardware, network, legal infrastructure and organizational infrastructure) dimensions were included. In the second layer, which deals with the implementation of telemedicine, taking into account the current situation of telemedicine, strategies are adopted to reduce or even eliminate the gap, and strategies for the establishing telemedicine are designed and operational plans are compiled. In the establishment phase, cultural foundation for more acceptance of telemedicine by the public, legal foundation and the formation of efficient executive committees, and trainings in the form of workshops are given to the public and experts in order to become more familiar with this concept and its benefits and effects in various fields. By implementing telemedicine processes and testing them, possible problems and obstacles during implementation, which is one of the best control methods, are identified and appropriate plans are made to solve them.

Ismail Shahroudi is one of the capable and community-oriented poets of new Persian poetry. His poetry often takes on the color of social symbolism. He is a humanist poet whose works are full of passion and social excitement, politics, struggle, and human emotions. The purpose of this research, was analysis of Ismail Shahroudi's poetry in terms of the qualities of symbols and their rhetorical and artistic roles in suspending meaning, providing semantic multiplicity, and explaining social and critical issues through a descriptive-analytical method. The research results showed that the use of symbolic images in his poetry based on his thoughts was a way to express and propose the topics and themes that he could not represent directly and clearly. It was a way to enter the problems and demonstrate the pains that the atmosphere of the society and authoritarians did not allow to approach. Shahroudi considered the symbolic approach as a window to seriously and humanely look at social and political issues, plan and explain them, and rebel, protest, and shout against adversity and disorder. He used all kinds of symbols like literary, natural, and historical symbols, etc. He also put them beautifully and consciously at the service of social and political issues. Despite the conventional usage of symbols in many cases to express his critical and protesting thoughts, Shahroudi achieved innovation in creating symbols.IntroductionSocial poetry is regarded as one of the most important and penetrating ways of expressing ideas and a person’s inner desires. Shahroudi considers the symbolic approach as a different point of view to look deeply and humanely at social and political issues, expressing them, and rebel, protest, and shout against adversity and disorder. He has used all kinds of symbols like literary, natural, and historical symbols, etc. Also, he has put them beautifully and consciously at the service of social and political issues. He has expressed his ideas symbolically and used literary allegories in an attempt to make his texts beautiful and polished. The attractiveness of this positive pulse gently and cleverly makes a connection between the meanings and the readers. Symbolism or symbolic language is a method that has long been known among humans as one of the effective ways of conveying messages and communicating. The awareness and recognition of the value and importance of this symbolic language in different ages have caused reflection of symbols in the literary and artistic works in human societies in such a way that it has led to the appearance of a literary school called symbolism in the societies like Europe. Symbols are one of the tools of cognition and the most fundamental way of expression. In contemporary literature and new poetry, poets turn to symbolic poetry for two reasons: political and social conditions of the society and tyranny and severe suffocation ruling its atmosphere. Detailed research methodThis article was carried out via an analytical-descriptive method and the use of library sources to analyze the aesthetics of symbols in Ismail Shahroudi's poems at the content level and their connections with the social conditions of his time. Discussion and reviewSymbolism was an artistic movement in reaction to realism and imperialism movements. Poets, musicians, artists, and writers used symbols to express their concepts indirectly. Symbolism means the use of symbols and symbolic concepts. It is a method in poetry that arose in France between 1870 and 1900 in response to extreme realism. The tendency of Nima and his followers toward symbolic language has not been unaffected by their acquaintance with the European School of Symbolism, especially since Nima as the leader of this movement was familiar with French language and literature and its literary schools. This new form of language that Nima created is not unrelated to his knowledge of French language, culture, and literature, especially his familiarity with the methods of romanticism and symbolism appeared in Rimbaud, Verlaine, and Stephen Mallarmé’s poetries. Apparently, Nima gave a new life to Persian poetry. It was a tradition that made it fruitful by knowing about the revolution that had occurred in French poetry. Nima's dealing with symbolic language, which was noticed and imitated by other young poets after him, was the result of the interaction of several things. On the one hand, the poets of this trend felt a sense of commitment towards social-political issues and considered it their mission to deal with the people, their pains, ideals, and wishes and on the other hand, due to the society atmosphere of suffocation and fear, they could not fulfill their social and political commitments and missions and be safe from its consequences and damage at the same time; therefore, they had to resort to an indirect and interpretable language, i.e., a code and sign language, for addressing social and political issues. Apart from this, the poets of this movement were well aware that the direct and raw expressions of social and political issues would empty their poems of the elements of literature and poetry. Therefore, they had to look for a method that not only saved the literary and artistic elements, but also did not make their poems devoid of social and political elements. This method was the same method of using symbolic expressions.The poets described the political events of the 28th Mordad Coup by using symbols and symbolic language indirectly in their socialist-symbolistic poems. Symbolism in Persian poetry was one of the emerging phenomena that started with Nima Yoshij as the founder and actual representative of this poetic trend. Influenced by French symbolism and literary works, he introduced some distinctive features of European symbolism into his poetry and Persian literature. After him, we can mention some poets, such as Shamlou, Akhawan, Forough Farrokhzad, Siavosh Kasraei, Manouchehr Atashi, Shafii Kadkani, Hoshang Ebtahaj, Ismail Shahroudi, etc., who brought the poetry of social symbolism to its peak in the 30s and 40s.Ismail Shahroudi was one of the first poets, who followed Nima's style and turned to this new poetry. He was a poet whose poems had a social flavor. His social poetry is popular among people all over the world since it is not indifferent to the social and popular events around it and these events played a prominent role in its formation. Unlike political poetry, it focuses on human relations more than what is dedicated to political discourses and ideological propositions. in the poetry of contemporary poets can be examined in different categories. However, this article just analyzed some terms that had symbolic aspects and each of them were classified according to the word concepts. Among these classifications were natural phenomena, human phenomena, colors, numbers, names of characters or human symbols, mythological elements, special symbols, and religious and historical symbols. Conclusion One of the most important approaches of contemporary Persian poetry towards political and social themes is symbolism or social symbolism. By creating images and poetic expressions and using symbolic thinking and language, Ismail Shahroudi was able to find a privileged place among contemporary poets, especially those of the 30s and 40s. By looking at the events surrounding his life and the political and social atmosphere of the time and based on his commitment and sense of social responsibility, Shahroudi described and explained the incidents of the society indirectly through symbolism and symbolic language. He had a vital influence on the social trends of the future. From the coup of 1954 to the revolution of 1979, it influenced on the minds and the society. The source of most of Shahroudi's symbols was nature and its diverse landscapes, i.e., forests, mountains, seas, rivers, etc. In addition to nature, it dealt with human phenomena and everything made by human hands, such as houses, walls, objects, etc. These symbolic terms had a high frequency in his poetry; therefore, symbols of natural phenomena and human phenomena could be seen abundantly in his poems. Additionally, he sometimes used mythological elements, names of characters, and human symbols, etc., to express certain concepts as symbols. Sometimes these symbols had an innovative aspect, such as Yankee and Jumna, etc., which were symbols of various social issues. Relying on the concept of the symbols, the poet showed the darkness and blackness of his times, the suffocating situation, the feeling of deep despair, and hopelessness towards the social situation in all the symbolic terms of his poems. Unlike other poets of Shahroudi's age, whose poems were filled with despair and hopelessness, the existence of the symbols of brightness, such as windows and lights, was a sign of hope for a bright future in his poetry. Therefore, by examining the symbols of Shahroudi's poetry, we could gain more knowledge about the social situation of his day.

The aim of this study was performed to evaluating the effectiveness of motivational interview (MI) in reducing academic self-handicapping in senior high school’s male students in city bookan. This study was an experimental one with a pre-test, post-test and a control group. The statistical population includes all secondary high school male students in the city of bookan in the number of approximately 4150 people in the academic year 2013-2014 that 52 students selected by random multi-stage cluster sampling method and randomly assigned into two groups of experimental (n=26) and control group (n=26). The independent variable was the motivational interview training package based on Fields (2006) model, which was taught to the experimental group in 5 sessions for 90-minute were, while the control group followed its normal program. The instrument used in the study was Midgley self-handicapping Scale (2000). For analyzing data, univariate analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) were used. Improving the finance has an undeniable effect on production, employment and economic growth. The Islamic finance system consists of institutions, tools and financial markets. This system is a subset of Islamic economy and plays its role with Islamic financial instruments. The goals of efficiency, justice and stability are achievable with the ideal model of implementing cooperative contracts. In this plan, investment institutions perform the role of transferring funds with Islamic financial instruments and meet the investment demand of entrepreneurs. The proposed model in this research had presented by descriptive-analytical and topic discovery methods. The hypothesis of this research was practical implementation of partnership contracts in the framework of Islamic jurisprudence leads to the coordination between the existing and financial sectors of the economy. Based on the research results, this model is a new structure of the Islamic financial system that provides the criteria of Islamic financing, through which facilities related to partnership contracts are separated from the banking system and entrusted to investment institutions. The facility needs of economic enterprises were classified in raising the capital, start-up and the production flow and working capital. Meeting these needs is one of the requirements of the model. The desired model is a framework for the implementation of the new banking law, and according to the existing legal capacities it should be implemented with a specific planning and schedule.

(En) The instruments of endowments and documents are considered one of the most important undoubted historical resources due to the important historical facts they carry, such as the names the administrators of the endowment as well as the era of the endowment. Reading those documents is not an easy task due to their patterns that varied between Naskh and alraqea, in addition to the analysis of each piece of information appearing on the document. This endowment represents a great importance in Mecca entails as it significantly impacted the study of the important role of the workers in the Grand mosque in Mecca and the administration of endowments in preserving the endowments of the holy mosque of Mecca. The following are the results of the study: 1 – Registering and publishing the document as part of the history of holy Mecca. 2 – Documenting and invoking some places in holy Mecca, such as the shop located in the alley of al-Hgr in front of the Prophet's door; one of the doors of the holy mosque of Mecca, and the Hush of Sheikh Jan Al-Naqshbandi as well as Al-Aazam Street at the line of endeavoring. 3 – The endowment detected one of the most important entails in holy Mecca that is of sultan Mohamed Qaitbey. 4 – The endowment observed the names of some renowned persons, such as Mohamed and Naffisa progeny of the late Mr. Ahmed Abi Abd Allah Al-Merghani, and the name of Aisha the daughter of the late Mohamed Rizq Bn "son of" Abd Al-Rahman Al-Tahifi Al-Yamani Al-Samman. 5 – The endowment observed the name of the beholder, who was the Sheriff of Mecca, Sheriff Al- Hussein, son of the late Sheriff abd Al-Moen, son of Sheriff Oan. 6 – The endowment referred to the name of the vice of endowment that was Mr. Soliman, the vicar of the holy mosque "Haram", son of Mr. Ahmed abd Al-Wahab, the vicar of Haram. (Ar) تعد صکوک الأوقاف والوثائق أحد أهم المصادر التاريخية غير القابلة للطعن حيث تکمن أهمية هذه الوثائق في معرفة العديد من الحقائق التاريخية الهامة ومنها أسماء القائمين على الوقف والمنشأة الموقوفة بالإضافة إلى الفترة الزمنية الواقعة في تاريخ الوقفية، کما أن قراءة صکوک ووثائق الوقف بصفة عامة ليست بالعملية السهلة وإنما هي عملية شاقة وصعبة من حيث الوقت في قراءة تلک الوثائق بالإضافة إلى صعوبة قراءة الخطوط التي کتبت بها هذه السجلات والتي تنوعت ما بين خط النسخ والثلث والرقعة، بالإضافة إلى تحليل کل معلومة وردت في هذه الوثيقة، وتمثل هذه الوقفية أهمية کبيرة في الأوقاف المکية لما لها من دور في دراسة الدور الکبير الذي قام به العاملين بالحرم المکي وإدارة الأوقاف بمکة المکرمة في الحفاظ على أوقاف الحرم المکي الشريف. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلى: 1- تسجيل ونشر الوثيقة باعتبارها جزءاً من تاريخ مکة المکرمة. 2- توثيق وتحديد لبعض الأماکن في مکة المکرمة مثل الدکان الکائن بزقاق الحجر المقابل لباب النبي، أحد أبواب المسجد الحرام المکي وحوش الشيخ جان النقسبندي بحارة القشاشية والشارع الأعظم بخط المسعى. 3- تميزت الوقفية بالکشف عن أحد أهم الأوقاف في مکة المکرمة وهو وقف السلطان المملوکي محمد قايتباي. 4- رصدت الوقفية أسماء بعض الأشخاص المستحقين للوقف ومنهم السيد محمد ونفيسه ولدي المرحوم السيد أحمد أبي عبدالله الميرغني وعائشة بنت المرحوم محمد رزق بن عبدالرحمن الطحيفي اليماني السمان. 5- کشفت الوقفية اسم ناظر هذا الوقف وهو شريف مکة الشريف الحسين نجل المرحوم محمد نجل المرحوم الشريف عبدالمعين ابن الشريف عون. 6- أشارت الوقفية إلى اسم وکيل الوقف وهو السيد سليمان نائب الحرم ابن المرحوم السيد أحمد عبدالوهاب نائب الحرم.

Introduction: Safety climate is defined as the employees' common insights about safety management in a specific place and time. Nurses have a highly risky occupation, in which they are required to take safety issues into consideration. This study aimed at investigating the attitude of nurses towards safety climate in the hospitals of Kermanshah City, Iran. Methods: This descriptive-analytical research was conducted with 112 nurses in the hospitals of Kermanshah City. A two-section questionnaire was administered for data collection. The first part was related to the nurses' demographic and occupational characteristics and the second part contained the nurses' safety climate questionnaire. After data collection, the data were analyzed by SPSS-16. Results: Results showed that the mean and standard deviation of the safety climate in nurses was 0.56 ± 3.06. A significant relationship was found between all factors, except for the relationship between cumulative burnout and error reporting. The safety climate was almost equal between men and women. Moreover, safety climate was higher in single people than the married ones. In the morning shift, the highest safety climate was in the workplace. Furthermore, people with a second job felt safety climate more. Conclusion: Research results showed that safety climate was not at a satisfactory level in the studied nursing personnel. Therefore, it is suggested to improve the safety climate and its effects on the safety performance by training safety issues, holding technical courses on safety, and adjusting work-rest time.

Introduction: Iran introduced the urban family physician reform, based on the primary healthcare (PHC) approach, in 2012. The reform is restricted to two pilot provinces, which are Fars and Mazandaran and its policymakers request evidence of the reform progress. The study aimed to determine the accessibility of health care in the two pilot sites. Methods: A cross-sectional study using Primary Care Evaluation Tool (PCET) questionnaires was performed with a multistage stratified cluster sample of the family physicians (n=141) and patients (n=710) in the two provinces between September 2015 and March 2016. The questionnaires contained essential dimensions of health accessibility: organizational, financial, geographical, and cultural access. The data were analyzed by IBM-SPSS software and the descriptive statistics. Results: With an average population of 2,332, the main daily task for family physicians was patient visits (n=39). Most patients were satisfied with the current hours (80%) but visiting a family physician on holidays or after working hours were only rarely possible. The co-payment was an inconvenience to access health services in getting medicines, getting paraclinic exams and a visiting specialist. At least 70% of patients could receive their preferred healthcare facilities within 40 minutes. The majority of FPs (64%) believed there were some cultural characteristics in the population that made a limited role for providing better health services. Conclusion: In the reform the providers were geographically well distributed and some features of the organizational access were relatively high. However there were some difficulties in the financial, cultural, and other features of organizational access.

Undoubtedly, one of the most ambiguous and controversial concepts in the international law documents is the debate on the vital national interest which is as old as the concept of nation-state itself and every country due to its own situations and conditions gives a specific interpretation of this concept. The concept of vital national interest, has created a juridical gap and as an essentially political concept has kept its place in juridical texts, which is considered as one of the main obstacles for developments and progresses of international law, because it has been used by states in many ways as a shield against legal standards, as well as as a tool to escape from legal obligations. Therefore, it lays some restrictions on the application of international law rules, yet it looms its acts and claims for regarding international law. International Jurisprudence expresses that, in the relationship between the vital national interests and international legal orders, it is the legal system which has the prior importance. owever, contrary to the government’s view, they allow restricted vital national interest and declare that national interest subordinates to International Law and it is not subject to the of each state. International Law has always tried to interpret thevital national interests in a way that results in the least loss to the universal International values.

In this paper, chaotic motion analysis and its control for a non-planar non-linear cantilever beam with axial and lateral parametric excitation in the free end is accomplished. This is a new method for control of chaotic motion of a non-linear planar beam. In this survey, internal resonance of the beam is 2:1 and the initial resonance is in the outside of plane and it is assumed a sub-resonance for inner plane. The beam is modeled with Lagrange method. Then, multi comparison method is used for system transformation of parametric and external excitation to the averaged equation where the constant load applied to them. Finally, with the usage of numerical simulation, an open loop control is designed for chaotic motion of non-planar cantilever beam which excited in the free end to reduce the beam vibration in one axis. The results are presented in the curves to show the limit of stability.
