Background: Graduate nursing education is the main way to train high-quality nursing personnel. Globally, the nursing education system has been gradually improved, forming a multi-level, multi-channel, and multi-specification education system including secondary, specialized, undergraduate, and postgraduate. Objective: To analyze the research hotspots and trends of nursing postgraduate education in China by using bibliometric methods, and to provide reference for scholars at home and abroad to understand the current status of this field. Methods: Literature related to graduate nursing education was searched in the Chinese full-text journal database (CNKI) from January 2000 to May 2022 and analyzed using CiteSpace software. Results: A total of 998 kinds of literature were included, with a growing trend in the number of articles issued. The research hotspots and trends of nursing graduate education in China are clinical practice, cultivation mode, and core competence. Conclusion: Chinese nursing graduate education is improving. Blue carbon refers to the carbon fixed in marine ecosystems such as mangroves, salt marshes, and seagrass beds. Considered a treasure house for capturing and storing carbon dioxide, it can alleviate environmental issues linked to climate change and positively influence the environments where people live. Thus, to clarify the hotspots and development trends of blue carbon research, bibliometric analysis incorporating ScientoPy and VOSviewer software were used to quantitatively analyze 4,604 blue carbon publications from Web of Science and Scopus databases between 1993 and 2023. The results indicate a rapidly growing number of published studies on blue carbon, with blue carbon research being multifaceted and gradually becoming an interdisciplinary and international topic. This study on blue carbon, which is based on keyword clustering analysis, comprises three stages. The analysis of the strength of the cooperative connections between scholars in various countries who have published work on blue carbon. found that the cooperation networks of developed countries are strong and those of developing countries are relatively weak. Quantitative trend analysis reveals a growing focus on the restoration and conservation of blue carbon ecosystems, with remote sensing being the predominant technology used in the blue carbon research field in recent years. In blue carbon research, increasing carbon sequestration capacity, climate change mitigation, and carbon sequestration in macroalgae remain potential hotspots for research and development. The occurrence of 'black swan' and 'grey rhino' events is creating new risks for communities, and building resilient communities has become a global consensus. Using the Bibliometrix tool, we collected 3146 articles published from 2000 to 2022 to explore research hotspots, change trends and future directions in community resilience. The results show that community resilience study exhibited an exponential development pattern, with periods of sluggish rise (2000–2009) and rapid growth (2010–2019). From 2020 to 2022, the average annual number of articles spiked to 484 due to the outbreak of COVID‐19. Scholars from the United States, China and the United Kingdom are the main contributors in this field, but the research locations are gradually shifting from the United States to the European and Asian countries. Hot topics related to community resilience include conceptual discernment, assessment frameworks, influencing factors and enhancement strategies. In the future, more attention should be given to the localization of theories, soft power elements and special groups. We developed a community resilience cycle framework that integrates the latest conceptual statement of community resilience and the evolution of trajectories of system disturbance stages. The general subject trends and emphasized points of Community Librarianship (CL) researches are not clear. According to reviewed papers, CL encompasses a wide range of social issues. This dispersion and diversity require presenting a comprehensive map of the thematic trends. The present study showed the concept of "social capital" is the underlying base for the literature of CL, which is the outcome of dialogue and interactive space of libraries. Also, historically, the related publications can be classified into five categories: 1) promoting the democratic culture and training informed and participating citizens 2) improving e-government; 3) library as a place for creating social capital; 4) sharing consumer health information; and 5) natural crises and disasters. The results of this study can show and reflect the "common good" of public libraries, that can effectively provide insight for librarians, attract policymakers' support, and maintain the position and future of these libraries. Background: The field of pancreas transplantation has undergone transformative phases, progressing from its promising inception in 1966 to becoming a standard treatment for patients with insulin-dependent diabetes. This bibliometric analysis explores the progression of pancreas transplantation research over a period of four decades, mapping milestones, contributors, and emerging trends. Methods: Our bibliometric analysis utilizes the comprehensive Scopus database, which includes publication titles, author information, affiliations, abstracts, keywords, and journal details. The search strategy was centered on research related to pancreas and pancreas-kidney transplantation. The analysis encompasses the time frame spanning from 1983 to 2023, with the data extraction taking place on October 7th, 2023. Results: The analysis of 4,897 articles uncovered unique trends in the field of pancreas transplantation research. The years 1989, 1996, and 2021 saw significant increases in the number of publications, which corresponded to the responses to clinical challenges and advancements. Contributions by authors from the United States of America were the most numerous, with 1,905 publications and 49,949 citations. The research topics were highlighted by keywords such as "graft survival," "graft rejection," and" Immunosuppressive treatment." Conclusion: The fluctuations in publication trends that have been identified indicate dynamic reactions to changing priorities and challenges. Although it has limitations, this analysis provides valuable insights for researchers, clinicians, and policymakers who are dealing with the complex field of pancreas transplantation literature. Abstract Background This study reviews the research status of Diagnosis-related groups (DRGs) payment system in China and globally by analyzing topical issues in this field and exploring the evolutionary trends of DRGs in different developmental stages. Methods Abstracts of relevant literature in the field of DRGs were extracted from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database and the Web of Science (WoS) core database and used as text data. A probabilistic distribution-based Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic model was applied to mine the text topics. Topical issues were determined by topic intensity, and the cosine similarity of the topics in adjacent stages was calculated to analyze the topic evolution trend. Results A total of 6,758 English articles and 3,321 Chinese articles were included. Foreign research on DRGs focuses on grouping optimization, implementation effects, and influencing factors, whereas research topics in China focus on grouping and payment mechanism establishment, medical cost change evaluation, medical quality control, and performance management reform exploration. Conclusions Currently, the field of DRGs in China is developing rapidly and attracting deepening research. However, the implementation depth of research in China remains insufficient compared with the in-depth research conducted abroad.

Bibliometric analyses were performed using CiteSpace 6.1.R3, HistCite 2.1, and VOSviewer 1.6.16. The network maps were created between authors, countries institutions, and keywords.Results: A total of 18,723 articles related to hospital medication management studies were identified. Rapid growth in the number of publications since 2017. The high papers were published in AM J HEALTH-SYST PH, while JAMA-J AM MED ASSOC was the most co-cited journal. Manias E and WHO ranked first in the author and cited author. There were active collaborations among the top authors. Bates DW was the key author in this field. The authors have active collaborations in adverse drug events, acute coronary syndrome, in-hospital major bleeding, and so on. The US was the leading contributor in this field. The UK, Australia, and China are also very active. Active cooperation between countries and between institutions was observed. The main hot topics included matters related to outcome indicators, hospital pharmacy service behaviors, and medication use in pain management. More recent keywords focus on chronic disease medication management and clinical medication management.Conclusion: Hospital medication management studies have significantly increased after 2017. There was active cooperation between authors, countries, and institutions. The application of hospital medication management in the emergency department and the relationship between medication management and medication adherence are current research hotspots. In addition, with the continuous progress of society, chronic diseases have become an important factor affecting people’s health, and medication management is becoming more and more subdivided, so the direction of chronic disease medication management as well as precise medication may become the development direction of future research.Keywords: bibliometric analysis, medication management, hospital, development trends, hot topics

At present, the global consensus on the concept of sustainable development continues to deepen, and China's ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy continue to advance. However, the rural environmental situation in China is becoming more and more complex. Therefore, a comprehensive review and summary of China's rural environmental governance research are particularly important, which can not only provide theoretical support for future research but also offer vital guidance for governance practices. Based on the research literature of CNKI (1993-2023) and WOS (2001-2024), bibliometrics and CiteSpace software are adopted in this review to tease out the main characteristics, research hotspots and evolution trends of rural environmental governance research in China. The results indicate that: 1) Research interest shows an overall upward trend, with an expanding scale of interdisciplinary scholars and teams emerging. The collaboration network among authors and institutions in WOS appears tighter than that in CNKI. 2) In CNKI, Research hotspots revolve around environmental issues and pollution governance, social participation and governance mechanisms, ecological civilization and sustainable development, and rural revitalization and construction. In WOS, research hotspots pivot towards policy implementation and governance mechanisms, environmental issues and resource management, socio-economic impacts and equity, information disclosure and community participation, and technology and methods. 3) The research in CNKI has undergone three stages: "initiation", "development", and "deepening". In contrast, the research in WOS started relatively late and is currently still in the "development" stage. Future research should focus on enhancing disciplinary integration and fostering collaboration among domestic and international scholars and institutions. Under the rural revitalization strategy, focus should be on achieving symbiosis between rural economic growth and ecological civilization construction. Simultaneously exploring diverse stakeholder governance models, focusing on rural living environment issues and striving to reduce rural carbon emissions to address climate change challenges. Introduction: Recurrent ovarian cancer (ROC) presents a dismal prognosis, persistently devoid of efficacious therapeutic strategies. Over the past decade, significant shifts have transpired in ROC management, marked by the identification of novel therapeutic targets and advancements in biomarker research and innovation. Since bibliometrics is an effective method for revealing scientific literature, we conducted a bibliometric analysis of literature pertaining to ROC. Our exploration encompassed identifying emerging research trends and common patterns, analyzing collaborative networks, and anticipating future directions within this clinical context. Methods: We conducted a search in the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) to acquire relevant articles as our dataset, which were then exported using R-Studio-2023.12.0-369 software. The Bibliometrix R package was utilized to perform visual analyses on countries, institutions, journals, authors, landmark articles, and keywords within this research field. Results: A total of 1538 articles and 173 reviews published between 2014 and 2023 were eventually retrieved. The annual growth rate of scientific production was 4.27%. The USA led the way in the number of published works, total citations, and collaboration. Gynecologic Oncology was the most favoured journal in this research field. Vergote I from the University Hospital Leuven, was the most influential author. At last, the most prominent keywords were "chemotherapy" (n = 124), "bevacizumab" (n = 87), and "survival" (n = 65). Clinical outcomes (prognosis, survival), chemotherapy, bevacizumab, and PARP inhibitors (olaparib, niraparib) represented the basic and transversal themes, while antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and drug resistance were emerging themes. Cytoreduction surgical procedures and tamoxifen were niche themes, while immunotherapy and biomarkers were motor themes and had high centrality. Conclusion: The trends in the ROC research field over the past decade were revealed through bibliometric analysis. Introduction: Global environmental issues have become one of the most prominent risk issues in society, and it is of great theoretical and practical importance to study the intrinsic correlation between environmental change and population migration. Methods: Based on the Web of Science core ensemble database (WOS) and National Knowledge Infrastructure database (CNKI) sources, CiteSpace visual bibliometric software was used to construct a map of research hotspots in the field of environmental migration. The specific research methods included word frequency analysis, cluster analysis, and burst word detection analysis. Results: The study found that the research hotspots of environmental migration mainly include:migration caused by environmental pollution; migration caused by the construction of environmental protection projects; migration caused by environmental protection activities; migration caused by environmental degradation; migration caused by climate change; migration caused by environmental disasters; and migration caused by environmental improvement activities. Discussion: Our new insights into the relationship between environmental factors and migration include:non-linear relationships, multi-dimensional vulnerability, livelihood diversification, local context and agency, feedback loops and feedback effects. Crowdfunding emerged as a flexible method of financing various projects during the financial crisis but has since developed into a fully fledged financing instrument that requires special attention from the academia and legislators. The purpose of this study is to perform a quantitative analysis of the up-to-date crowdfunding research employing bibliometric analysis. We have used data from the Scopus database and have extracted a number of 1951 research papers. Using VOSviewer software, we have looked into the yearly research production, the categories in which the studies fall, citation records, highly cited authors and papers, most prolific authors and country of origin in crowdfunding. We grouped keywords into clusters and identified emerging trends. We then revealed the thematic progression of the occurring keywords into four time ranges. We find that crowdfunding research has been growing steadily from 2006 to date, with a particular focus on business and finance. The most productive countries are highly developed economies, but other countries have started exploring crowdfunding, too. The most cited references are published between 2013 and 2016, which is when the bases of this stream of research have been established. We finally discuss the theoretical and practical implications. Abstract As a progressive security strategy, the zero trust model has attracted notable attention and importance within the realm of network security, especially in the context of the Internet of Things (IoT). This paper aims to evaluate the current research regarding zero trust and to highlight its practical applications in the IoT sphere through extensive bibliometric analysis. We also delve into the vulnerabilities of IoT and explore the potential role of zero trust security in mitigating these risks via a thorough review of relevant security schemes. Nevertheless, the challenges associated with implementing zero trust security are acknowledged. We provide a summary of these issues and suggest possible pathways for future research aimed at overcoming these challenges. Ultimately, this study aims to serve as a strategic analysis of the zero trust model, intending to empower scholars in the field to pursue deeper and more focused research in the future.

Traditional Chinese clothing patterns are an important part of excellent cultural heritage of China with unique visual effects and artistic charm providing abundant materials for modern design. They are widely used in the field of modern design and decoration and are an important symbol of the nationalization of Chinese design. Over the past 20 years scholars have conducted increasing research on traditional clothing patterns and explored the integration of traditional clothing patterns with modern design languages from different perspectives and different disciplinary backgrounds as well as the digital simulation and reconstruction of traditional clothing patterns. At present there is a lack of comprehensive quantitative analysis to objectively evaluate relevant research literature on traditional clothing pattern design transformation and there is an urgent need to grasp the theoretical trends in this field as a whole. This paper selected 425 journal articles on traditional clothing pattern design transformation research from CNKI in the past 20 years. Based on the CiteSpace software and content analysis method the research laws of traditional clothing pattern design transformation in China were sorted and analyzed from the dimensions of knowledge production context knowledge production subject knowledge foundation keyword co-occurrence and timeline. This paper adopted a dual perspective of bibliometrics and content analysis to clarify the research laws of traditional clothing pattern design transformation from the dimensions of time and space in order to provide reference for theoretical deepening application exploration and sustainable development in this field. Three major conclusions were drawn. First from the basic characteristics of the literature the number of publications on traditional clothing pattern design transformation has increased rapidly since 2001. Scholars have paid increasing attention to related research in the field of traditional clothing pattern design transformation. More scholars and research institutions have explored the traditional clothing pattern design transformation to varying degrees from different disciplinary backgrounds and accumulated a certain number of research results. However most of the scholars conduct independent research indicating a lack of collaborative research on the traditional clothing pattern design transformation. Therefore it is necessary to form more academic research teams and core research scholar groups. Second from the perspective of hot research topics the research on traditional clothing pattern design transformation has formed three research hotspots materialized expression of auspicious culture in traditional clothing pattern design transformation innovation of methods for extracting traditional clothing patterns and interdisciplinary integration driving the innovative development of traditional clothing pattern design transformation. Third from the perspective of research evolution the evolution of traditional clothing pattern design transformation can be roughly divided into three stages 2001 - 2008 2009 - 2016 and 2017 - 2022. The integration of multiple disciplines drives the continuous innovation of modern design and forms new development trends. Purpose: One of the most important scientific components is the scientific productivity of authors. This concept, which does not have a clear definition in the literature, has been investigated in various researches. Also, the review of the literature shows the dispersion of the subject in this field. From the individual and personality characteristics of the authors to the role of environmental and social issues on scientific productivity, attention has been paid in this field. It is not known, correctly, what is the emphasis of the related literature? And which are the trends and the hot topics of this field? So, the main goal of the present study was to investigate and illustrate trends and hot topics that pertain to authors’ scientific productivity. Methodology: The current research is practical in terms of purpose and has been carried out with a scientometric approach using knowledge mapping. To achieve this, 6482 publications from 2000 to 2022 were extracted from the Web of Science Core Collection database and analyzed using CiteSpace Software (Advanced version). In alignment with the study's objective, keyword co-occurrence (to identify clusters), betweenness centrality (to pinpoint research frontiers), and citation burstness (to highlight significant works, hot topics, and keywords in specific periods) indicators were utilized. Additionally, clustering was conducted. Finally, the historical developments and milestones of this field were analyzed through a timeline view. Findings: Findings showed that out of the data extracted, 11 clusters with a density of 0.0438 and a harmonic mean of 0.4938 were identified - which indicates weak interconnections in the network. The most important clusters were “h-Index” (size=284), “gender” (size=244), and “research effects” (size=202). Other clusters related to authors’ scientific productivity included “technology transfer”, “social work education”, “social network analysis”, “academic promotion”, “incentive structure”, “references”, “teamwork”, and “scientometric analysis” based on their sizes. Hirsch’s work in 2005, with a value of 0.27, held the highest betweenness centrality. An analysis of works' citation burstiness suggested that the works in the scientific productivity domain had experienced two citation burstiness periods: the first period involved the presentation and evaluation of the “h-Index” (from 2000 to 2012), and the second period focused on the evaluation and development of “existing tools” to assess authors’ scientific productivity (from 2012 to 2022). The hot topics under study were “evaluating academic communities” (2000-2002), “authors’ ranking indicators” (2002-2018), and “knowledge exchange” (2018-2022). The subject of “knowledge exchange”, a new issue, focuses on international interactions, communications, and the social and economic effects of literature (in addition to their scientific effects). The history of authors’ scientific productivity began with Lotka's rule of works’ creators’ scientific productivity, followed by the introduction of “citations” as one of the most important evaluation criteria for authors’ scientific productivity, developed by Garfield. In addition to Hirsch’s work, other approaches, such as “mapping of science” software and “gender inequalities”, were used to trace the historical developments of scientific productivity. Conclusion: According to the findings of the present research, the H-index remains the most crucial index for evaluating the scientific productivity of authors. Despite some flaws, this index claims to measure both the impact and quantity of scientific productivity of authors and is widely accepted by the scientific community. It indicates that as the number of works increases, the likelihood of receiving citations also increases, leading to enhanced scientific productivity. Given that the scientific productivity of authors, researchers, and university faculty members is vital for employment, it is imperative to enhance academic and scientific positions during employment processes. In order to comprehensively understand the research situation of digital twin technology, a knowledge map of the digital twin research field is drawn based on 4102 documents in the WoS core collection, using the analysis method of combining scientometrics and knowledge mapping. The results of the study show that digital twin research has gone through three phases: “slow start - rapid rise - significant growth”; in terms of collaborative networks, Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique is the organization with a high number of publications in the world; combined with the hot words and keywords cluster analysis, digital twin research mainly includes hot words such as digital twin, system, framework, simulation, big data, etc. By extracting the keywords with high emergence intensity and reordering them according to the year of emergence, we get the evolution of the emergent words over time and form the formation with fault detection, logistics, process simulation, data analysis and finite element as the main emergent keywords have become the object of high attention of researchers in recent years and become the current research hotspots. On this basis, the visualized knowledge graph is used to mine the frontier hotspots and development trends in the research field, with a view to providing scientific references for the research in the field of digital twins in the world.

Social media platforms are often used for research dissemination and collaboration. Given the increased prevalence of online-only publications, understanding what drives research dissemination is important. Here, we analyzed factors associated with increased social media attention among peer-reviewed publications in total knee arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty, and unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. We analyzed publications about total knee arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty, or unicompartmental knee arthroplasty from 2010 to 2022 using a national database. We analyzed a weighted count of social media mentions, using negative binomial regressions adjusting for days since publication. Publications on "hot topics" in arthroplasty were examined including navigation/robotics, COVID-19, race/ethnicity, body mass index, and reimbursement. There were 9,542 publications included, 4,216 (44%) were open access (OA), 338 (3.5%) included navigation, 32 (0.34%) discussed race/ethnicity, 20 (0.2%) discussed COVID-19, 3,840 (40%) were randomized studies, 30 (0.3%) discussed reimbursement, and 2,867 (30%) were in top-10 orthopaedic journals. Factors associated with higher weighted score included studies about COVID-19 (50 versus 6.0, P <.001), race/ethnicity (15.8 versus 6.0, P <.001), OA status (6.3 versus 5.8, P =.001), and randomized studies (6.5 versus 5.7, P <.001). Studies from top-10 journals had a lower score (5.8 versus 6.2, P =.025), as did studies about body mass index (3.4 versus 6.1, P =.001). Studies about navigation and reimbursement did not have significantly different scores. Studies on COVID-19, race/ethnicity, randomized studies, and OA publication were associated with increased social media while those in top-10 orthopaedic journals had lower scores. Urbanization is crucially important for people to improve the quality of life. Thus, it is of importance to study the evolution of hot topics to explore the functions of cities for meeting the increasing demands of people. In this paper, we explored the semantic analysis of hot topics and trends in urban studies from the literature, which provides a research direction for future studies. Based on articles collected from the Science Citation Index Expanded and Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Science databases from 2000 to 2016, we found that the number of urban studies increased in stability during that time. Followed by England and China, USA was the largest contributor for studies in this field. Based on the keywords and abstracts of these articles, we extracted the topics of the study using a clustering method and topic model, and calculated the hot values of the topics. Finally, we obtained 15 hot topics in the field of urban studies, among which "city", "school", "regional economic", and "estate" were the hottest topics that indicated the focus of the research study. An anomaly detection method was used to analyze the change trend of topics' hot values, and we found that the hot value of these topics overall were on the rise, especially "urban education" and "urban planning" increased significantly, which indicated that they attracted an increasing amount of scholars' attention, but the hot value of "health" and "Gis" decreased significantly recently, which suggested that research interest in these two topics is decreasing. Background: Over the past two decades, the field of radiation brain injury has attracted the attention of an increasing number of brain scientists, particularly in the areas of molecular pathology and therapeutic approaches. Characterizing global collaboration networks and mapping development trends over the past 20 years is essential. Objective: The aim of this paper is to examine significant issues and future directions while shedding light on collaboration and research status in the field of radiation brain injury. Methods: Bibliometric studies were performed using CiteSpaceR-bibliometrix and VOSviewer software on papers regarding radiation brain injury that were published before November 2023 in the Web of Science Core Collection. Results: In the final analysis, we found 4,913 records written in 1,219 publications by 21,529 authors from 5,007 institutions in 75 countries. There was a noticeable increase in publications in 2014 and 2021. The majority of records listed were produced by China, the United States, and other high-income countries. The largest nodes in each cluster of the collaboration network were Sun Yat-sen University, University of California-San Francisco, and the University of Toronto. Galldiks N, Barnett GH, Langen KJ and Kim JH are known to be core authors in the field. The top 3 keywords in that time frame are radiation, radiation necrosis, and radiation-therapy. Conclusions: The objective and thorough bibliometric analysis also identifies current research hotspots and potential future paths, providing a retrospective perspective on RBI and offering useful advice to researchers choosing research topics. Future development directions include the integration of multi-omics methodologies and novel imaging techniques to improve RBI's diagnostic effectiveness and the search for new therapeutic targets. The demand for sustainable energy is increasingly urgent to mitigate global warming which has been exacerbated by the extensive use of fossil fuels. Solar energy has attracted global attention as a crucial renewable resource. This study conducted a bibliometric analysis based on publication metrics from the Web of Science database to gain insights into global solar power research. The results indicate a stable global increase in publications on solar power generation and a rise in citations, reflecting growing academic interest. Leading contributors include China, the USA, South Korea, Japan, and India, with the Chinese Academy of Sciences emerging as the most prolific institution. Multidisciplinary Materials Science, Applied Physics, Energy and Fuels, Physical Chemistry, and Nanoscience and Nanotechnology were the most used and promising subject categories. Current hot topics include the systematic analysis of photovoltaic systems, perovskite as a solar cell material, and focusing on stability and flexibility issues arising during photovoltaic-grid integration. ObjectiveThis study aimed to analyze the current state of research on preoperative anxiety in children through CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and the identification of hot spots and frontiers.MethodRelevant data were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection using the search terms children and preoperative anxiety. Data were analyzed using VOSviewer (version 1.6.18), CiteSpace (5.7. R5) software, and Scimago Graphica.ResultsA total of 622 articles were published between 2007 and 2022, with an increasing trend over time. Kain, Zeev N. (13; 2.09%) and Dalhousie University (15; 2.41%) were the most influential authors and most prolific institutions, respectively. The United States (121; 19.45%) was the country with the most publications. Pediatric anesthesia (55; 8.84%) had the most publications. High-frequency keywords were categorized into three themes, including nonpharmacologic interventions for preoperative anxiety in children, preoperative medications, and risk factors for anxiety; of these, “predictor” (38; 2016) and “sedative premedication” (20; 2016) were the most studied keywords over the past 6 years. “Distraction” (67; 2019) and “dexmedetomidine” (65; 2019) have been the main areas of interest in recent years.ConclusionResearch on preoperative anxiety in children has been the focus of increasing attention over the past fifteen years, with the majority of publications from high-income countries. This review provides a useful perspective for understanding research trends, hot topics, and research gaps in this expanding field.

To determine the research trend in the field of LIS, the results were limited to 2011-2020, and to determine the hot papers, this period was limited to July 2020 to July 2021. The obtained data were analyzed using the word co-occurrence technique and social network analysis. UCINET, NetDraw, and VOSviewer software were used to draw scientific maps and identify central subjects and people. "Social media" with 259 and "qualitative" with 53 were the keywords with the highest and lowest frequencies, respectively. Library and emerging technologies (106), citation analysis, scientometrics and webometrics (58), electronic information, information security, and protection (56) were three significant topic clusters in the studied area. The results indicated that the research topics in LIS have changed and evolved in the last ten years despite new and up-to-date topics.

As a novel imaging modality based on photoacoustic effects, photoacoustic imaging (PAI) has shown great potential in biomedical applications, especially in the field of cancer. The purpose of our research was to identify collaborations between different institutions, authors, and countries, and to explore the hotspots and prospects of PAI research in the field of cancer. We downloaded publications on PAI research from the Science Citation Index-Expanded (SCI-E) of the Web of Science Core Collection database. Bibliometric analysis was performed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software. A total of 2561 papers related to PAI research in the field of cancer were identified. A total of 10,105 authors participated in the PAI study, of which the majority (69.33%) authors participated in only 1 article. China (1638, 63.96%) was the country with the most articles in this field, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (329, 12.85%) was the most productive institution. ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces (146, 5.70%) was the most productive journal and ACS Nano (7262 co-citations) was the most co-cited journal. Current hot topics of PAI research in the cancer field were the construction and development of multifunctional photoacoustic nanoprobes to achieve the integration of tumor detection and treatment. The application of photoacoustic imaging in the field of cancer is in the vigorous development stage and has a bright prospect. There was a wealth of cooperation between authors, countries, and institutions. Our findings can provide information about the future direction of funding agencies and research groups. Creativity can function as a catalyst for social development; however, it also possesses a destructive potential. In recent years, scholars have discovered that creativity harbors a dark side, counterbalancing its positive aspects. This study aims to offer a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics surrounding research on the ‘dark side of creativity’, disseminate the findings, and provide a valuable reference for future researchers in the field. To achieve this objective, bibliometric methods were employed to visualize the overall landscape of the literature, identify prevailing topics, significant works, highly cited authors, and forecast future trends. The following conclusions were drawn: (1) Society presently places substantial importance on investigating the ‘dark side of creativity’. (2) Research exploring this facet of creativity spans across multiple disciplines, fields, and geographical locations. (3) The ‘dark side of creativity’ exhibits a close association with psychological states and the social environment. (4) Investigations into the ‘dark side of creativity’ reveal a scientific, diversified, and open research trajectory. (5) Future research is expected to focus on themes such as ‘anxiety’, ‘malevolent creativity’, ‘COVID-19’, ‘trait’, ‘gender’, ‘depression’, ‘strategy’ as emerging trends.

The target area was "drivers of arable land change", and 585 and 296 papers were conditionally selected from the China Knowledge Network database and the Web of Science database, respectively. We used the literature induction method and CiteSpace tool to compare and analyze the Chinese and foreign literature in the target area. The results show that : (1) the temporal distribution of Chinese and foreign literature can be roughly divided into two stages: from 1999 to 2010, the number of Chinese and foreign literature showed rapid growth and slow growth respectively; from 2010 to 2020, the number of Chinese and foreign literature showed fluctuating growth and steady growth respectively. (2) The authors of Chinese and foreign literature are mostly associated with institutional cooperation within academic institutions, but less with other institutions; the hot research areas can be roughly divided into rapidly urbanizing areas, main grain-producing areas and ecologically fragile areas; socio-economic factors are the main drivers of arable land change, while the influence of policy factors and natural factors are more common in main grain-producing areas and ecologically fragile areas, respectively; the scale of foreign literature is more balanced, while the scale of Chinese literature is more balanced. The scale of research in foreign literature is more balanced, while the city and county scale research dominates in Chinese literature. (3) The hot topics in Chinese and foreign literature are more or less the same, and foreign literature has richer research perspectives on arable land quality and ecological changes. Finally, this paper puts forward the research outlook of strengthening institutional cooperation, enriching the connotation and objects of research on the drivers of farmland change, broadening the objectives of farmland governance, and fully considering the matching of thesis topics and research scales. Simple Summary: The application of chelated trace minerals (CTM) in livestock nutrition is an expanding research area with a focus on the health and quality of animal products. The aim of the current study was to conduct a scientometric analysis of the last three decades on CTM application in animal nutrition to point out main sources, most prolific countries, and current and emerging topics. This investigation is descriptive in terms of type and practical in purpose. The findings showed that the words zinc, copper, performance, pig, cattle, metabolism, and bioavailability were prominent words reflecting the hotspots in the chelate field during the investigated time period. The frequencies of the terms health, muscle, bovine, trace elements, and dietary supplements indicate that they are emerging topics in CTM as research has begun to focus on these areas. The purpose of this study was to look at research trends in the application of CTM in animal nutrition in order to identify current and emerging challenges, as well as to examine the intellectual structure of the subject. The intellectual structure of CTM was examined using keyword and reference analysis. The research community includes all research and review articles published in journals indexed in the Web of Science database during the years 1990–2022. The results showed that the terms zinc, co-occurring 331 times, performance (324 times), and copper 216 (times) were the main and hotspots of research in the field of chelate. The data suggest that the most important keywords during the study period were zinc, copper, pig, bovine, metabolism, and bioavailability. The terms health, muscle, beef, trace elements, and dietary supplements represent emerging topics in CTM, as research began to focus on these areas during the years 2017–2022. The country with the greatest number of published articles was the United States of America. This bibliometric analysis showed that countries are focusing on the effects of CTM on the health and musculature of cattle through dietary supplementation with trace elements. Background: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is the most common disease in which vertigo is the main clinical manifestation, and it has become a global medical problem, affecting a wide range of areas and seriously affecting the quality of human life. Objective: This article presents an analysis of the current characteristics of BPPV-related research and summarizes the current hot topics and trends, with the goal of inspiring future research into the prevention and treatment of BPPV, thereby improving the differential diagnosis and prevention of peripheral vertigo. Methods: A bibliometric approach was used to collect 1,219 eligible studies on BPPV from four databases-PubMed, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science-published between 1974 and 2022. The characteristics and status of the accumulated scientific output were processed using R and VOSviewer so that we could visualize any trends or hotspots. Results: The results showed a significant increase in the annual number of publications, with an average annual growth rate of 21.58%. A possible reason for the especially pronounced peak in 2021 was an increase in the prevalence of BPPV as a result of COVID-19. The new coronavirus became a focus of research in 2021. A total of 3,876 authors (of whom 1,097 were first authors) published articles in 307 different journals; 15.7% of the articles were published in Acta Oto-Larygologica, Otology and Neurotology, and Frontiers in Neurology. Acta Oto-Laryngologica was well ahead of the other journals in terms of growth rate and number of articles published. American scholars generated the largest number of articles overall, and the USA was involved in the greatest number of international collaborations, followed by Italy and China. The themes of the research centered around three topics, namely the treatment of BPPV, its influencing factors, and diagnosis. Conclusions: There has been a major increase in BPPV-related research over the last 50 years, leading to an increase in related articles and rapid development of the field. Key directions for future research include the improvement of individualized treatment for residual symptoms after initial treatment of BPPV among the elderly; effective control of comorbidities such as osteoporosis; and secondary inner ear disease, such as Ménière's disease. Identification of hot topics in research areas has always been of interest. Making smart decisions about what is needed to be studied is always a fundamental factor for researchers and can be challenging for them. The goal of this study is to identify hot topics and thematic trend analysis of articles indexed in Scopus database in the field of Knowledge and Information Science (KIS), between 2010 and 2019, by Text Mining techniques. The population consists of 50995 articles published in 249 journals indexed in Scopus database in the field of KIS from 2010 to 2019. To identify thematic clusters, algorithms of Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) technique were used and the data were analyzed using libraries in Python software. To do this, by implementing the word weighting algorithm, using the TF-IDF method, and weighting all of the words and forming a text matrix, the topics in the documents and the coefficients for assigning each document to each topic (Theta) were determined. The output of the LDA algorithm led to the identification of the optimal number of 260 topics. Each topic was labeled based on the words with the highest weight assigned to each topic and with considering of experts’ opinions. Then, Topic clustering, keywords and topics identification were done. By performing calculations with 95% confidence, 63 topics were selected from 260 main topics. By calculating the average theta in years, 24 topics with a positive trend or slope (hot topic) and 39 topics with a negative trend or negative slope (cold topic) were determined. According to the results, measurement studies, e-management/ e-marketing, content retrieval, data analysis and e-skills, are considered as hot topics and training, archive, knowledge management, organization and librarians' health, were identified as cold topics in the field of KIS, in the period 2010 to 2019. The analysis of the findings shows that due to the interest of the most researchers in the last 10 years in using of emerging technologies, technology-based topics have attracted them more. In contrast, basic issues are less considered to be developed.

Abstract Background There have been worldwide changes in the researches on hantaviruses in the past several decades. Nevertheless, there are few bibliometric analysis studies this field. We aim to evaluate and visualize the research focuses and trends of this field using a bibliometric analysis way to help understand the developmet and future hotspots of this field. Material and methods Publications related to hantavirus studies were culled from the Web of Science Core Collection to generate trend analysis. The articles and reviews were re-extracted and Countries, institutions, authors, references and keywords in this field were visually analyzed by using VOSviewer and CiteSpace. Results A total of 4408 studies were included and the number of publications regarding hantaviruses significantly increased yearly. Three thousand seven hundred sixteen research articles and reviews were retrieved to generate bibliometric analysis. These studies mainly come from 125 countries led by USA and China and 3312 institutions led by the University of Helsinki. Twelve thousand five hundred twenty nine authors were identified and Vaheri A were the most influential author. Journal of Virology was the journal with the most studies and citations. After analysis, Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, Hantavirus cardiopulmonary syndrome, nephropathia epidemica and related genotypes, clinical symptoms and rodents were the most common keywords and developing areas. Conclusion Research on hantavirus is flourishing. Cooperation among different countries and institutions in this field must be strengthened in the future. The ecology and clinical symptoms of new genotypes, the vaccine development and factors that affect host population distribution and density are current and developing areas of study.

Microplastics are persistent and complex contaminants and have been recognized as a global concern. Recently, increasing efforts have been devoted to studying the influence of microplastics on soils. However, the complexity of microplastics and the diversity of extraction methods result in a lack of systematic analysis and comprehensive review in this field. In this paper, we used CiteSpace software to summarize the development of this field. Then, we visualized and analyzed the knowledge structure, research hotspots, and trend directions of this field. We found that the number of publications escalated dramatically, and 281 institutions in 69 countries have published articles in this field. Among them, China was the most productive contributor. However, according to the scientific collaboration analysis, we found that more than 90% of the authors who contributed to the field had no close connection. In co-occurrence analysis for subject categories, we found that the research in this field covered environmental science, engineering, ecology, and agriculture. Additionally, the effect of soil microplastics on agriculture was the most important problem in scientific research. The keyword co-occurrence cluster analysis revealed a total of 6 clusters, including "Identification" (#0), "Microbial community" (#1), "Oxidative stress" (#2), "Adsorption" (#3), "Porous media" (#4), and "Abundance" (#5). We discussed several aspects in detail, including detection methods, characteristics, environmental effects, adsorption capacity, removal and degradation, and toxicity. According to these results, we summarized the current research hotspots and evaluated future research trends in soil microplastics. Summary: Food factory design (FFD) affects production costs, production safety and food quality. Moreover, as consumer demand, product planning, policies and legislation, raw material supplies, manufacturing philosophies and environmental consciousness change, FFD should also change. In this study, we used bibliometric analysis to examine articles on a wide range of topics related to FFD published in Web of Science from 2012 to 2022. We used collaborative network analysis, co‐occurrence analysis, cluster analysis, timeline mapping and term burst detection to achieve the following objectives: (i) summarising the annual changes in the number of publications; (ii) detecting influential countries and institutions, major research areas, context and history and representative studies at different times; and (iii) identifying frontiers and forecasting development trends in terms of factory construction and new production modes, new processes and product manufacturing technology, optimisation of production systems and processes, intelligent manufacturing, environmental protection and sustainable development. The findings of this study provide an effective means of assessing the performance of FFD research. They also help enterprises and researchers to identify important trends in FFD and provide support for decision‐making and policy formulation, and future directions for research and teaching activities. Lexical inferencing functions as one of the most important and effective skills used in language comprehension pertaining to psychological, cognitive and neurological aspects. Given its complex nature and crucial role in language comprehension, lexical inferencing has received considerable attention. The present study visualized the knowledge domain of the research on lexical inferencing based on a total of 472 articles collected from Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection of Thomson Reuters from 2001 to 2021. The bibliographic data were analyzed through co-cited articles, co-citation clusters of references, and co-occurring keywords to identify holistic intellectual landscape of lexical inferencing with special focus on its intellectual structure and base, and hot research topics. The main intellectual base includes probability of activating lexical inferencing in working memory and encoding in longterm memory, the role of lexical inferencing in reading comprehension, in connected speech, in children's derivation under pragmatic context, and in psychological and neurocognitive processes underlying language processing mechanism. Hot topics are comprised the impacts of lexical inferencing on language acquisition and comprehension (written and spoken language comprehension), the factors (context variables, vocabulary knowledge, and morphological awareness) affecting the presence and efficacy of lexical inferencing, and the time course of lexical inferencing during reading. Critically, the results of this study demonstrated that the contribution of lexical inferencing to language comprehension was strongly correlated with learner-related and discourse-related variables. The study shed valuable light on the understanding of the intellectual background and the dynamic patterns of lexical inferencing over the past two decades, thereby future work in lexical inferencing is suggested as well. As the field of ecology evolves, analyses synthesizing trends in key topics addressed over the decades can provide historical context for the development of novel theories and methods, identify "hot topics" over time, and guide future research directions. Such syntheses in a field that aims to diversify can also help quantify efforts to increase representation and authorship by underrepresented groups in STEM. To identify hot topics in ecology, we analyzed key themes in the top‐cited ecology papers in three two‐decade timeframes spanning 1960–2019. We also analyzed authorship trends (gender identity and nationality) in the top‐cited papers. We documented a shift from descriptive studies in single biological systems in the 1960–1970, to more synthesis‐based papers and studies discussing human impacts on the environment in the 1980–1990, while the 2000s were dominated by novel quantitative and macroecological approaches. The top‐cited papers were overwhelmingly from the United States and Europe, highlighting the need to make studies from across the globe more visible and accessible in the ecological literature. Finally, we detected a trend for more papers led by women authors, but a decline in papers with women last authors, indicating a need to retain women in leadership positions. Overall, our hot topics analysis highlights the expanding breadth and quantitative nature of ecology, but illustrates barriers to diversity in the perspectives represented in the top‐cited papers. IntroductionGlobal climate change, which is characterized by climate warming, has become one of the most prominent risk problems in society at present. Climate migration brings many accompanying problems to the environment, economy, politics, society, and culture. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the internal relationship between climate change and population migration.MethodsThe data were extracted from the Web of Science core collection database (WOS) and China Knowledge Network database (CNKI). A total of 785 documents and 157 documents in the field of climate migration from 2008 to 2021 were selected as analysis samples. Word frequency analysis, clustering analysis, sudden word detection analysis, and other methods were extensively used to build the evolution trend map of climate migration using CiteSpace visual bibliometric software.ResultsIt is concluded that climate migration research has experienced three stages of development: initial exploration stage (2008-2011), development enrichment stage (2012-2017), and system deepening stage (2018).The hot topics of climate migration include: (1) different types of climate migration research; (2) Quantitative model research on climate migration; (3) Climate justice research. Different types of climate migration include 7 main types: (1) migration caused by sea level rise; (2) Resettlement caused by flood disaster; (3) Migration due to worsening drought; (4) Migration caused by extreme climate events; (5) Voluntary migration due to climate change discomfort; (6) Project resettlement caused by climate change response engineering measures; (7) Migrants whose livelihoods are broken due to climate change.DiscussionThe study points out that climate migration research is an interdisciplinary research field, which needs joint research by scholars from different academic backgrounds. In the future climate migration research, 1) strengthen the prediction ability of climate change population migration model; 2) Make use of China’s beneficial exploration in the migration fields such as engineering resettlement, ecological resettlement and poverty alleviation resettlement to formulate climate migration policies, regulations and strategic planning; 3) Establish a database cloud platform related to climate change and population migration; 4) Strengthen the exchange and cooperation between Chinese researchers in the field of climate migration and international scientific research institutions.

Research on metaphor has gained increasing attention of world's scholars since the publication of Lakoff and Johnson's collaborated book Metaphors We Live By in 1980. The present study comprises a pioneering review of publications on Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT). It aimed to use the CiteSpace software to provide a clear overview of international research in relation to CMT. In total, 4,458 bibliometric recordings ranging from 1980 to 2022 were collected from the Web of Science (WOS) Core Collection. The descriptive analysis presents the trend of annual publications, the top 10 most prolific journals and the top 10 most productive authors. A document cocitation analysis was conducted via CiteSpace to navigate the key documents in this field. A visualization of keywords and its cluster analysis were conducted to show the research fields and dominant topics. The top 5 keywords with high frequency were language, comprehension, conceptual metaphor, discourse, and figurative language. The most prominent 5 clusters are labeled as right hemisphere, self, time, teacher education, and corpus linguistics. The present review through CiteSpace flags the need for more investigations of CMT from more aspects or interdisciplinary studies, such as metaphor translation, metaphor in literature, metaphor and corpus linguistics, etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Big data analysis can reveal the relevance, hidden patterns, and bursts of activity in data. Therefore, big data analysis has recently aroused great interest and curiosity among scientists in various fields. The powerful data organization and visualization capabilities of CiteSpace software is an effective way to achieve this goal. Chromitite is a strategic mineral resource of global importance with several industrial applications, including steel manufacturing. Research on chromitite has not only had high economic significance, but also has important scientific value. An understanding of chromitite can be used to obtain insight into the processes operating deep within the crust and mantle. However, no big-data analysis has been performed on chromitite-related publications; hence, the evolution of various views over time is unclear. The purpose of this study was to rapidly assess and summarize the development of research in the field, and to identify and briefly describe current research developments. The CiteSpace software was used to reveal research hotspots and predict future trends. The results of the co-occurrence network analysis indicate an active collaboration among current chromitite researchers, and the countries and institutions in which they are based. Hot research topics include a focus on podiform chromitite, the origin of chromitites, and the co-occurrence of platinum group elements (PGE). The main subject of current research is podiform chromitite containing ultrahigh-pressure minerals, which will help to elucidate the relationship between chromitite and the deep processes within the earth.
