By designing the orthogonal experiment of resistance spot welding process, the range of spot welding process parameters of Q & P980 galvanized high-strength steel was determined, meanwhile the microstructure characterization and the mechanical properties analysis of the welding joint were carried out. The results show that the microstructure of nugget zone is mainly staggered lath martensite, whereas the microstructure of HAZ is composed of lath martensite, residual austenite and ferrite. The maximum average width of martensite lath in incompletely quenched zone is 4.86 μm.The microhardness test exhibits that the hardness value of the welding joint shows a "W"-shaped symmetrical distribution. The peak hardness appears in the fine-grain zone, which is 559HV, while the minimum hardness appears in the incompletely quenched zone, which is 338HV. The incompletely quenched zone shows obvious softening phenomenon. The room temperature tensile tests of the welding joints are carried out, and the peak value of maximum tension-shear load is 27.92 kN. The fracture morphology shows typical dimples, which belongs to ductile fracture.Since the melting point of zinc is lower than that of the steel matrix, the zinc layer is prior to melting and penetrates downward along the grain boundary of the matrix at the welding joints, and then the liquid metal embrittlement cracks can be observed obviously.

Objective To investigate the current status of job burnout, work-family conflict and resilience among nurses in the Department of Thoracic Surgery, and to analysis potential factors influencing the resilience of nurses. Methods A questionnaire-based survey using general information scale, Chinese revision of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC), Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) and Chinese revision of Work Family Conflict Inventory(WFCI) was conducted to 72 nurses. The Pearson correlation and hierarchical, stepwise multiple regression were performed for the analysis. Results There was negative relationship between resilience and job burnout (r=-0. 372, P＜0. 01)and between resilience and job burnout (r=-0. 295, P＜0. 01). Working age, number of night shifts per month, job burnout and work-family conflict were influencing factors of resilience of nurses. Conclusion Efforts should be made to develop countermeasures for relieving job burnout and work-family conflict of nurses, and improving resilience of nurses. Abstract Inflammation is a common disease involved in the pathogenesis, complications, and sequelae of a large number of related diseases, and therefore considerable research has been directed toward developing anti‐inflammatory drugs for the prevention and treatment of these diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been used to treat inflammatory and related diseases since ancient times. According to the review of abundant modern scientific researches, it is suggested that TCM exhibit anti‐inflammatory effects at different levels, and via multiple pathways with various targets, and recently a series of in vitro and in vivo anti‐inflammatory models have been developed for anti‐inflammation research in TCM. Currently, the reported classic mechanisms of TCM and experimental models of its anti‐inflammatory effects provide reference points and guidance for further research and development of TCM. Importantly, the research clearly confirms that TCM is now and will continue to be an effective form of treatment for many types of inflammation and inflammation‐related diseases.

The present work is aimed at a process to obtain a hot‐galvanized quenching and partitioning (Q&P) steel with excellent yield–ductility synergy by prior treatment. For this purpose, the cold‐rolled sheets with ferrite–pearlite structure are applied to "quenching (Q)," "quenching and tempering (Q&T)," "quenching and austempering (QAT)," and "quenching and austempering followed by tempering (QAT&T)" before the continuous galvanizing line (CGL)‐compatible Q&P treatment. Compared with Q&P sample, Q + Q&P, Q&T + Q&P, QAT + Q&P, and QAT&T + Q&P samples can obtain more homogeneous filmy/lath retained austenite (RA) with an increased C concentration, which can provide the transformation‐induced plasticity (TRIP) effect and improve elongation significantly. The maximum austenite reverse transformation rates are obtained in Q&T and QAT&T samples because of the increased nucleation sites, such as grain boundaries and cementite particles. QAT&T + Q&P sample has the longest plateau region before break and obtains the attractive mechanical properties with a yield strength of 694 MPa, tensile strength of 927 MPa, total elongation of 31.3%, and product of strength and elongation above 29 GPa%. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a high-risk cancer, and its treatment is an important focus of biomedical research. Immuno-sonodynamic therapy (iSDT), a treatment strategy based on a combination of sonodynamic therapy (SDT) and an immune checkpoint blockade, has been proposed to achieve improved antitumor effects. In this study, chlorin e6 (Ce6) and the PD-1 inhibitor BMS202 were encapsulated into a cell membrane-camouflaged nanoliposome (Bio-Lipo-CB). SDS-PAGE assay and TEM proved the successful wrapping of cell membrane in liposomes, and Bio-Lipo-CB could selectively accumulate in 4T1 cells. Compared with Bio-Lipo-CB alone, Bio-Lipo-CB-SDT showed significant cytotoxicity with abundant ROS production and increased cell apoptosis rate. Moreover, after Bio-Lipo-CB-SDT treatment, calreticulin (CRT) extraversion to the cell membrane, HMGB1 and ATP release to extracellular, indicated immunogenic cell death (ICD). Furthermore, in vivo fluorescence imaging test showed that Bio-Lipo-CB can accumulate in the tumor site after 2 h injection. The in vivo antitumor experiment further confirmed the antitumor efficiency of Bio-Lipo-CB-SDT analysis and demonstrated that Bio-Lipo-CB-SDT induced ICD. The body weight and HE staining of normal organs primarily indicated the safety of this combined strategy. Our study is a proof of concept of synergistic tumor therapeutics based on SDT and checkpoint blockade immunotherapy using a bionic nanoplatform in TNBC. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
