In some complex control system, the performance of data acquisition system has a direct impact of the performance index of the whole control system, so it has the important significance that research the accurate assessment method of data acquisition system. This paper put forward a performance quantitative method of data acquisition system based on model identification. Its basic idea is as follows: treating transverse impact response of finite length units (FIR) filter as system model to obtain the system characteristics of the sinusoidal signal amplitude and phase shift characteristics as indexes. In the system identification, the channel parameters of system is iterated by the least mean square (LMS) algorithm, equate the output of system in response to sinusoidal signal. and obtain the transmission characteristic of the sinusoidal signal of data acquisition system; Finally, the simulation test of the algorithm is performed by the computer software, experimental results show that LMS reflects accurately the data acquisition characteristic of system, and provides a good analysis way for performance appraisal of acquisition system.
