In this review, the effects of starch, protein, oil, polyphenols and other components in whole grains on the processing characteristics of dough and the quality of flour products were introduced, and problems and improvement measures of whole grain flour products were analyzed, in order to provide references for the research of whole grain flour products.

New energy vehicles are of great significance to China’s economy and ecological environment. Selected from 2012 to 2022 new energy vehicles annual sales and 19 related factors data, gray correlation analysis, select the gray correlation of large charging pile ownership, new energy vehicles related enterprise registration, power battery loading, a total of three factors as a variable DGM (1,3) model, calculation parameters, and the validity of the model, the results proved that the model prediction credibility and prediction accuracy is high, the relative error, reasonable expectations for the future policy, industrial planning, investment strategy, etc.

The V2O5 nanorods based on carbon spheres (VOR@CSs) were successfully fabricated via anchoring the VOR architecture onto the surface of CSs with hydrothermal and chemical impregnation treatment. The agglomeration of VOR can be decreased due to the CSs being the core of the growth of VOR materials, which effectively support the VOR and expose more reaction active sites. Meanwhile, the CSs can be used as a conductive carbon to significantly enhance the electrical conductivity of composites. Consequently, the VOR@CSs material with special hierarchical structure exhibits a preeminent electrochemical performance; it demonstrates an excellent initial specific discharge capacity of 270 mA h g–1 (coulombic efficiency approach to 100.0%), which is far superior to the VOR for 160 mA h g–1. In addition, more than 82.9% capacitance of the VOR@CSs can be retained after 50 cycles, comparing only 58.1% capacitance retention for VOR. In this work, C@Fe3O4 composites were prepared through a typical template method with emulsified asphalt as carbon source, ammonium ferric citrate as transition metal oxide precursor, and NaCl as template. As an anode for lithium-ion batteries, the optimized C@Fe3O4-1:2 composite exhibits an excellent reversible capacity of 856.6 mA·h·g−1 after 100 cycles at 0.1 A·g−1 and a high capacity of 531.1 mA·h·g−1 after 300 cycles at 1 A·g−1, much better than those of bulk carbon/Fe3O4 prepared without NaCl. Such remarkable cycling performance mainly benefits from its well-designed structure: Fe3O4 nanoparticles generated from ammonium ferric citrate during pyrolysis are homogenously encapsulated in graphitized and in-plane porous carbon nanocages derived from petroleum asphalt. The carbon nanocages not only improve the conductivity of Fe3O4, but also suppress the volume expansion of Fe3O4 effectively during the charge–discharge cycle, thus delivering a robust electrochemical stability. Compound faults identification from vibration signals is still a challenge for rotating machinery because the multiple periodic impulsive fault signals may oscillate with the same frequency. In this research, a method termed enhanced two-layer sliding correlated kurtosis (TLSCK) is presented for isolating and identifying the compound defects from the monitored data containing strong background noise and compound faults. The method contains two main steps: the dual-tree complex wavelet package transform (DTCWPT) based correlated kurtogram is conducted on the raw monitored data as a frequency filtering step; further, the enhanced TLSCK method is conducted to diagnosis the compound defects from above filtered signals. The output signal of the enhanced TLSCK could locate the occurrence of interested fault impulses, while the unwanted vibration components and residual noise are well eliminated. Both numerically simulated and experimentally measured vibration data of damaged rolling bearings are analyzed via the presented method to test its performance, and the analysis results validate that the proposed method is effective in detecting compound faults of rotating machinery.
