Objective To explore the early prediction value of related test indicators for non-biliary acute pancreatitis and the influence of interaction of related test indicators on non-biliary acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 280 patients with the first onset of non-biliary acute pancreatitis who were hospitalized in Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University from July 2019 to July 2023 were divided into mild group and severe group. The severe group included moderately severe and severe patients. Clinical data, tests and examination indicators of first-attack inpatients within 48 hours after admission were collected. Through logistics regression analysis, early detection indicators related to the severity of non-biliary acute pancreatitis were explored, and the influence of their interaction was studied. Results Single-factor analysis showed that albumin (ALB), thyroxine (T4), serum free triiodothyronine, albumin (ALB), Thyroxine (T4) in both groups. FT3), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), serum triglyceride (TG), calcium (Ca) and other indicators were statistically significant (P < 0.05),Through multi-factor logistics regression analysis, it was found that the OR values of T4, FT3, TSH, CA and other detection indicators were all less than 1 (P < 0.05),After controlling for gender, age, history of hypertension, history of diabetes and other factors, the interaction between TG and HbA1c was analyzed, the aOR was 1.500 when only HbA1c was increased (P > 0.05), the aOR was 4.488 when only TG was increased (P < 0.05), and the aOR was 5.084 when TG and HbA1c were increased simultaneously (P < 0.05). Conclusion ALB, T4, FT3, TSH, CA were protective factors of non-biliary AP, and could be used as predictive indicators of the severity of non-biliary acute pancreatitis. DZ22B alloy is commonly used as a blade material for aircraft engines and gas turbines, and its preparation process is an important factor affecting its performance. In the present work, a reliable numerical model is established through ProCAST numerical simulation and auxiliary experimental verification methods, based on which the effect of casting speed on the grain and dendrite growth of DZ22B superalloy blades is studied. The results indicate that increasing the pulling speed can reduce the spacing between secondary dendrites, which is beneficial for the growth of dendrites. Based on numerical simulation and experimental verification, it is suggested that the pulling rate of the directional solidification DZ22B superalloy blade should be 6-2 mm/min variable speed pulling to improve the production success rate. This study is a prospective study to explore the therapeutic effect of endoscopic purse-string sutures in high-risk peptic ulcer hemorrhage. We prospectively collected and analyzed data from July 2018 to December 2020 from patients in Jinshan hospital, Fudan University, who underwent emergency endoscopy for acute severe high-risk non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage (NVUGIB) and were treated with endoscopic purse-string sutures. We included 38 patients whose median age was 64 years (interquartile range: 57.2 − 71.2 years). All patients were high risk gastric ulcer larger than 1 cm, including Forrest Ia (n = 4, 10.5%), Forrest Ib (n = 13, 34.2%) and Forrest IIa (n = 21, 55.3%). All patients were treated with endoscopic purse-string sutures. The clinical success rate reached 89.5%. Three patients suffered from rebleeding within seven days, and were treated with surgery or arterial embolization, respectively, all of which successfully stopped bleeding. One patient died of myocardial infarction. All other patients were followed up for 30 days without bleeding. We conclude that endoscopic purse-string sutures seem to be safe and effective in the treatment of patients at high risk of ulcer bleeding. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
