According to the stability problem of the heavy truck, the anti-yaw moment control method based on PID is adopted, then the rollover dynamic model and the 2-DOF(two-degree-of-freedom) reference model for heavy truck are established. And a PID feedback control system is designed, it takes the deviation of the target yaw and actual yaw rate value as the control variable, and the anti-yaw moment is obtained to maintain the stability of the vehicle. Finally, the simulation model is built with matlab/simulink, the results of simulation show that the PID-based anti-yaw moment control method effectively improves the stability of heavy truck.

In a very recent paper, we have established a fuzzy supplier switching model with asymmetric information and apply the variational method to solve the proposed model. In this paper, we further investigate the proposed fuzzy supplier switching model and convert it into a common optimal control problem. Then the optimal supplier switching strategy can be derived by a new method called Pontryagin’s maximum principle which is an efficient tool to deal with the optimal control problem. The optimal supplier switching strategy can be obtained without considering the inflection point of the constraint condition and the formations of distribution function and density function.

Case-based reasoning (CBR) is an available approach for developing high-speed machining database. In the case-based reasoning high-speed cutting parameter database system, the determination of cases factors similitude weight plays a great role in the process of case retrieval, case rewriting and case saving. The weighting factors affecting the high-speed cutting parameter determining were researched and the similitude weights of the different case factors were obtained by using two stages fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the scores of several experts. The various factors affecting expert's judgment were full considered and the opinions from each expert were well combined in this way. It was applied in the case-based reasoning high-speed cutting database system for the auto panel dies manufacture and proved to be effective. The case similarity was more accurate calculated by using the factor similitude weights and the case retrieval result was more feasible in the application.

The production of dies is order-oriented and the tools needed in the die producing process such as cutters and aiguilles change with the difference of productive task. In this paper, the management problems of tool storage requirement forecast were dealt using fuzzy under uncertainty. Fuzzy mathematic model of storage management with fuzzy parameters was reduced, then the ambiguity solution and tool needed forecast were disposed by fuzzy graded mean integration representation method. After tryout in the practical management of the tool storage in one auto dies company, it shows that the method play proper role in the tool storage management in the dies company.

In the case-based reasoning (CBR) system, the weight determination of cases characters plays a great role in the process of case retrieval, case rewriting and case saving. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed to determine the weights of cases characters in CBR system. Taking the high-speed cutting database system for example, the weighting factors affecting the high-speed cutting parameter determining are researched, and the comprehensive weights of the different character property are obtained by using two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the scores of several experts. The various factors affecting expert's judgment are full considered and the opinions from each expert are well combined in this way. As a new method to confirm primary weights in the training stage of case-based reasoning, it is applied in the case-based reasoning high-speed cutting database system and proved to be effective.
