The sidewalk is often located in complex environments such as buildings or covered by dense trees. Satellite navigation systems are susceptible to the surrounding environment, resulting in multipath effects, resulting in reduced positioning accuracy. Therefore, the global satellite navigation system (GNSS) and inertial navigation system (INS) based on kalman filter (KF) algorithm are studied, and the navigation algorithm and system model suitable for pedestrians are given. Considering that the pedestrian speed is low, the satellite navigation system obtains the carrier orientation information (heading angle), which also produces a large error. Therefore, the pedestrian dead reckoning (PDR) correction method is adopted to make the positional accuracy of the integrated navigation continuously stable. This paper proposes a pedestrian navigation system solution based on a single navigation device.

With the heavily growth of Chinese aging, more and more elderly people are prone to fall accidents due to physical factors such as decreased physical function and reduced responsiveness. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper combines the multi-threshold fall detection algorithm with the support vector machine classification algorithm, and proposes a two-layer fall detection algorithm based on weight discrimination. The experiment proves that the fusion algorithm has a fast response speed, low false positive rate and high accuracy, which can realize a more rapid and accurate fall alarm, so that the fallen elderly can quickly get medical assistance and reduce the damage caused by the fall.

In order to better locate the altitude of vehicle in complex conditions such as urban environment, an altitude measurement system based on GPS and multi-sensor is proposed. Global positioning system, barometric altimeter and inertial measurement unit are used to measure the altitude of vehicle based on information fusion algorithm. The principle and model of the three sensors are analyzed, and information fusion algorithm based on federated filter is studied. On this basis, the information prediction and fusion process of the three sensors is discussed. The experiment results show that the system is reasonable in design and can measure the altitude of the vehicle accurately, which has certain application value.

We studied some important aspects constituting aerosol transmission of Hantaan virus, including the possibility of viral aerosol generated by rodents, airborne stability, rodent’s susceptibility to aerosol challenge, and field air sampling for the virus. Our results showed that Hantaan virus aerosol could be generated through the activities of infected mice, and cause specific infection among the exposed animals. Several kinds of rodents such asApodemus agrarius, weaning mice and suckling mice were found to be rather sensitive to the aerosol challenge of Hantaan virus. The 50% of inhaled lethal dose (LD50) of suckling mice is 0.73 (1.4–0.37) plaque-forming unit (pfu). Hantaan virus aerosol was relatively stable in the air at 18–20°C and 70–90% relative humidity. The biological decay rate of the viral aerosol was 4.1% per min during 90 min. We also successfully sampled and isolated Hantaan virus from the working field atmosphere. The data obtained in the study provided more solid evidence for Hantaan virus aerosol transmission among rodents and from rodents to human-beings.

This study was aimed at the detection of the Count Medium Diameter (CMD) of airborne bacterial and fungal particles with the Andersen's six-stage viable air-sampler at four sites over Beijing and Tianjin area. The results were as follows: in the first period (1984–1985) the CMDs annual average were 5.6, 6.6, 5.5, 7.1 µm at Xi-Dan, Feng-Tai, Tang-Gu and Huai-Rou respectively. The CMDs annual average of the airborne fungal particles were 3.9 µm at Feng-Tai and Xi-Dan. In the second period (1987–1988), the CMD annual average of airborne bacteria was 7.3, that of airborne fungi was 3.9 µm at Xi-Dan. At Huai-Rou, the CMD of airborne-bacteria was 7.1.
