What kind of impact does the government's housing support expenditure have on residents' consumption? This is a topic that deserves in-depth study and is of practical significance. This study constructs provincial equilibrium panel data based on China's guaranteed housing construction and financial expenditures on housing support data from 1999–2009 and 2000–2021. It applies the systematic GMM method to estimate the impact of government housing support expenditures on residents' consumption. The study found that whatever form of expenditure on housing support contributed to the total consumption of urban residents, while the impact on the consumption structure had different results. Based on the divisions of consumption structure, the results of the increase in government housing support expenditure on the consumption structure of urban residents are different. An examination of different forms of housing support reveals that the predominantly secure form of housing construction has a positive effect on all consumption structure divisions. Whereas the predominantly monetary subsidy form has a significant positive relationship with housing, necessity, and durability consumption expenditures, it has a weak or even negative relationship with non-housing, non-necessity, and non-durability consumption expenditures. The research in this paper makes up for the lack of current literature examining the economic effects of housing support from the perspective of consumption structure and provides a theoretical basis and policy reference for constructing a multi-level gradient housing support system. The enhancement and improvement of China's high-speed rail network plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable economic growth in the region. By utilizing "new nighttime light data" in China's Yangtze River Delta from 2003 to 2018, this paper investigates the impact of HSR on economic growth using a multiperiod difference-in-differences (DID) model. The operations of high-speed rail have a significant and positive impact on economic growth, which often becomes more apparent with a certain time delay. The operations of high-speed rail have a significant positive impact on the development of large, mega, and super-cities, with this impact becoming more pronounced as the size of the city increases. Furthermore, high-speed rail operations have a significant influence on the economic growth of cities that largely rely on secondary and tertiary industries, in contrast to the primary industry. The promotion of economic growth by high-speed rail is primarily achieved through three transmission channels: low carbon emissions, labor force agglomeration, and innovation. Over time, high-speed rail will progressively reduce economic disparities between regions and facilitate a trend towards regional economic coordination or convergence. Pyrite (FeS2) has attracted growing attention as a pseudocapacitance electrode material for supercapacitors. However, the fast capacity fading and the poor cycling performance greatly hinder its practical application. Herein, a facile hydrothermal method coupled with an etching method has been used to synthesize passion fruit-like FeS2@Carbon microspheres. The as-prepared materials exhibit excellent electrochemical performance with a high specific capacity of 278.4 F g−1 at 1 A g−1 and satisfactory cycling stability with 88.5% capacity retention at 8 A g−1 after 10 000 cycles. The reason is that carbon as a shell and matrix can effectively prevent the volume changes of FeS2 during the charge and discharge processes. Furthermore, we have investigated the cycling stabilities of the electrode materials at different current densities. The capacity retention is 44.7% at 3 A g−1 after 4000 cycles and 57.7% at 5 A g−1 after 10 000 cycles. The proposed strategy provides an effective method to relieve the capacity fading problem of FeS2 electrode materials. More excitingly, increasing the current density can raise the cycling stability of the electrode materials during the charge–discharge process. We reported fluorescent probes to image Zn2+ with plasma membrane-specific and Zn2+-specific fluorogenicities. The probes contained hydrophobic alkyl chains as membrane-anchored domains and hydrophilic zinc sensor ZTRS, and aggregated to display quenched fluorescence. Cells dissolved the aggregates and the liberated probes were dispersed on the outside of the cell plasma membrane. Aggregates that did not bind to the cell membrane still exhibited aggregation-induced fluorescence quenching after complexing with zinc ions, while probes anchored on the membrane surface exhibited a fluorescence-enhanced response upon recognition of zinc ions. Cassava starch factory residue (CSFR) is an attractive lignocellulosic material for bioethanol production because it is one of the most abundant renewable resources. The purpose of this work was to investigate the technical feasibility of converting CSFR into fermentable sugars using 12 different pretreatment methods. The yields of monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, and total sugars present in the hydrolysates obtained from the different pretreatment methods were examined by transferring the solid organic matter present to a liquid phase. We found that pretreatment with a dilute acid was superior to both alkaline and hot water pretreatment methods, while combined chemical‐enzymatic pretreatment was superior to single enzymatic pretreatment. More specifically, treatment with a dilute acid was conducive to the formation of monomeric sugars, whereas single enzyme pretreatment and high‐temperature alkaline pretreatment methods were conducive to the formation of oligomeric sugars. Pretreatment with 0.5% (w/v) HNO3 (160 °C, 10 min) gave the highest total monosaccharide concentration (i.e., 25,827 mg/L) with a yield of 30.99%, whereas hemicellulose (45 U/g CSFR) + cellulose (120 U/g CSFR) pretreatment gave the highest total oligosaccharide concentration (i.e., 22,152 mg/L) with a yield of 26.69%. Carbon fiber reinforced polymer matrix composite laminates with standard thickness plies (0.125 mm) usually have weak interlaminar shear strength, meanwhile, for thin-thickness laminate structures such as aircraft wing skin, it is difficult to design a balanced laminate with the standard plies. It is a possible way to improve the interlaminar shear performance of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite laminates and enlarge the design space of the thin-thickness structures by using thin-plies technology. In this paper, the interlaminar shear strength of carbon fiber/epoxy laminates with thin prepreg thickness subjected to short-beam bending is investigated. Unidirectional, cross-ply and quasi-isotropic laminate specimens were prepared by using prepregs with different ply thicknesses. Results show that, with decreasing of the ply thickness, higher interlaminar shear strength and smaller coefficient of variation of the data are obtained. Compared to laminates made by standard thickness prepreg, the laminates with thin-thickness prepreg exhibit more homogeneous microstructures and more regularly interlaminar shear stress distribution. This indicates that inherent anisotropy of the laminate composites is weakened in the thin-ply laminates and show pseudo-isotropic behavior. Especially in the case of ply thickness less than 0.020 mm, the interlaminar shear stress distributions of the cross-ply and quasi-isotropic laminate are almost the same with that of isotropic materials according to the classic laminate theory. On the other hand, as expected, the design space of the thin-thickness laminate structures will be increased since more ply number are allowed and superior interlaminar properties can be obtained due to the pseudo-isotropic behavior of the thin plies. This paper discusses the collision dynamics modeling of a free-floating space-based robot in the process of on-orbit satellite capturing, and it also analyzes the stability control for the compounded body of the space-based robot and target after the capturing operation is completed. First the method of multibody system dynamics modeling is employed in combination with the characteristics of collision dynamics of the space-based robot while it captures the target satellite to set up a dynamics model for the free-floating space-based robot during its on-orbit capture of the floating satellite. Based on it, the movement speed for the compounded body of the space-based robot and target is calculated. In view of the fact that for the inertia parameters of both the satellite and the space-based robot system are unknown, the model and the theory of neural network control and Lyapunov stability theory are used to design a Gaussian radial basis function neural network control scheme for the compounded body to move stably under the influence of collision and impact during the capturing process. Thus, the effective control is realized for capturing a target satellite. The Gaussian radial basis function neural network control scheme has the obvious advantages of requiring no feedback and measurement of the position, velocity, acceleration, attitude angle velocity and attitude angle acceleration of the floating base. MoO 3 has gained a great deal of attention as a promising electrode material in energy storage devices. In particular, the low dimensional MoO 3 nanosheets coated with carbon layers are desirable electrode materials in supercapacitors. However, the fabrication or construction of β-MoO 3 with a special morphology is difficult. Here, we report a simple solvothermal treatment method to synthesize two-dimensional β-MoO 3 @C (2D β-MoO 3 @C) nanosheets. When used as electrode materials for supercapacitors, the as-prepared material displays an ultra-long lifespan with a 94% retention ratio after 50 000 cycles at 2 A g -1 . The excellent cycling stability is mainly attributed to the unique 2D nanosheet structure and the presence of the carbon layer on the surface of the nanosheet. Specifically, the presence of the carbon layer increases the electric conductivity of MoO 3 , which facilitates a good access point for electrolyte ions and short ion diffusion paths. In addition, MoO 3 that has been coated with a carbon layer can maintain a good structural stability due to the carbon layer restricting the volume expansion of MoO 3 during the charge procedure. Recombinant PRRSV △2ORF5 gene was constructed using DNA shuffling from four genetically different strains of PRRSV to study its heterologous cross-neutralizing ability. The △2ORF5 mutant gene was cloned into the vector pET-32a and transferred into E. coli BL21. SDS-PAGE confirmed that the molecular weight of the recombinant △2ORF5 was about 42 kDa, consistent with the predicted result. Then the purified recombinant protein was injected into BALB/c mouse to obtain polyclonal antibody. Western blotting analysis with mouse-anti-△2ORF5 polyclonal serum indicated that the parental virus recombinant GP5 protein reacted with the specific antibodies. Four parental viruses could be inhibited by the anti-△2ORF5 polyclonal antibody and the inhibition rates were higher than 53%. This work has laid a foundation for further development vaccine for PRRSV.

Objective: To explore the Zedoary oil on A549 cell line of collagen deposition cat D and cat K expression., Method: The A549 cell line were treat by Zedoary oil on four different concentrations (0, 40, 80, 120 mg x L(-1)) in different time. Dynamic changes of collagen in A549 cell using Picric-sirius red method. Cat D and Cat K expression of level were detected by using western blot., Result: The collagen content showed that Zedoary oil had an inhibitory effect on the deposition of A549 cells. The results of western blot showed that the expression of cat D and cat K were up-regulated significangly in A549 cells of Zedoary oil groups compared with that in controls., Conclusion: A549 cell of collagen deposition were reduced by Zedoary oil. The effects may due to the up-regulation of cat D and cat K.
