Cultural relics line graphic serves as a crucial form of traditional artifact information documentation, which is a simple and intuitive product with low cost of displaying compared with 3D models. Dimensionality reduction is undoubtedly necessary for line drawings. However, most existing methods for artifact drawing rely on the principles of orthographic projection that always cannot avoid angle occlusion and data overlapping while the surface of cultural relics is complex. Therefore, conformal mapping was introduced as a dimensionality reduction way to compensate for the limitation of orthographic projection. Based on the given criteria for assessing surface complexity, this paper proposed a three-dimensional feature guideline extraction method for complex cultural relic surfaces. A 2D and 3D combined factor that measured the importance of points on describing surface features, vertex weight, was designed. Then the selection threshold for feature guideline extraction was determined based on the differences between vertex weight and shape index distributions. The feasibility and stability were verified through experiments conducted on real cultural relic surface data. Results demonstrated the ability of the method to address the challenges associated with the automatic generation of line drawings for complex surfaces. The extraction method and the obtained results will be useful for line graphic drawing, displaying and propaganda of cultural relics.

Chronic and refractory wounds are serious complications of diabetes mellitus, and have no effective treatments. Numerous studies have confirmed that events such as inflammatory response, angiopoiesis and matrix remodeling are closely related to mitochondrial function during diabetic wound healing. Phosphatase and tensin homologue-induced kinase 1 (PINK1) is a serine/threonine protein kinase primarily located in mitochondria, which is involved in regulating mitochondrial autophagy to protect cells from oxidative stress, and plays an important role in regulating inflammatory responses and promoting lipid metabolism. Mutations in the PINK1 gene are closely related to the onset of Parkinson's syndrome. Recent studies also show that PINK1 may be involved in regulating the development of type 2 diabetes. We gave a description of the mechanism of action of PINK1 in regulating diabetic wound healing after reviewing the latest relevant research, and found that existing studies have failed to reveal the molecular mechanism and the time sequence and interaction of signal transduction process involved by PINK1 in different stages of wound healing. Moreover, there is still a lack of in vivo research on PINK1 regulating the healing of refractory diabetic wounds. It is hoped that further clinical research could provide more ideas for the treatment of refractory diabetic wounds.

Crystalline γ‐Ga2O3@rGO core–shell nanostructures are synthesized in gram scale, which are accomplished by a facile sonochemical strategy under ambient condition. They are composed of uniform γ‐Ga2O3 nanospheres encapsulated by reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanolayers, and their formation is mainly attributed to the existed opposite zeta potential between the Ga2O3 and rGO. The as‐constructed lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) based on as‐fabricated γ‐Ga2O3@rGO nanostructures deliver an initial discharge capacity of 1000 mAh g−1 at 100 mA g−1 and reversible capacity of 600 mAh g−1 under 500 mA g−1 after 1000 cycles, respectively, which are remarkably higher than those of pristine γ‐Ga2O3 with a much reduced lifetime of 100 cycles and much lower capacity. Ex situ XRD and XPS analyses demonstrate that the reversible LIBs storage is dominant by a conversion reaction and alloying mechanism, where the discharged product of liquid metal Ga exhibits self‐healing ability, thus preventing the destroy of electrodes. Additionally, the rGO shell could act robustly as conductive network of the electrode for significantly improved conductivity, endowing the efficient Li storage behaviors. The field of two-dimensional (2D) ferromagnetism has been proliferating over the past few years, with ongoing interests in basic science and potential applications in spintronic technology. However, a high-resolution spectroscopic study of the 2D ferromagnet is still lacking due to the small size and air sensitivity of the exfoliated nanoflakes. Here, we report a thickness-dependent ferromagnetism in epitaxially grown Cr2Te3 thin films and investigate the evolution of the underlying electronic structure by synergistic angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy, scanning tunneling microscopy, x-ray absorption spectroscopy, and first-principle calculations. A conspicuous ferromagnetic transition from Stoner to Heisenberg-type is directly observed in the atomically thin limit, indicating that dimensionality is a powerful tuning knob to manipulate the novel properties of 2D magnetism. Monolayer Cr2Te3 retains robust ferromagnetism, but with a suppressed Curie temperature, due to the drastic drop in the density of states near the Fermi level. Our results establish atomically thin Cr2Te3 as an excellent platform to explore the dual nature of localized and itinerant ferromagnetism in 2D magnets. Over the last few years, several van der Waals materials have been found that retain magnetic ordering down to monolayer thickness. These materials provide a simple platform for studying the magnetism in reduced dimensions. Aqueous flow batteries are considered very suitable for large‐scale energy storage due to their high safety, long cycle life, and independent design of power and capacity. Especially, zinc‐iron flow batteries have significant advantages such as low price, non‐toxicity, and stability compared with other aqueous flow batteries. Significant technological progress has been made in zinc‐iron flow batteries in recent years. Numerous energy storage power stations have been built worldwide using zinc‐iron flow battery technology. This review first introduces the developing history. Then, we summarize the critical problems and the recent development of zinc‐iron flow batteries from electrode materials and structures, membranes manufacture, electrolyte modification, and stack and system application. Finally, we forecast the development direction of the zinc‐iron flow battery technology for large‐scale energy storage. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
