In order to explore the effects of perilla and ginger juice as defishy agents on the flavor of grilled Wuchang fish, in this experiment, perilla essential oil and ginger juice were used to marinate Wuchang fish before being processed into samples with oven. The flavor substances were studied and analyzed through the examinations by instruments like electronic nose and electronic tongue, as well as the determination of volatile flavor components, free amino acids and flavor-active nucleotides. The results showed that the marinating with perilla essential oil and ginger juice could make the color, smell and taste of the grilled Wuchang fish showing great differences. Compared with the control group, perilla essential oil and ginger juice could reduce the formation of fishy odor substances and produce substances that could mask the fishy flavor, among which, the content of 1-octen-3-ol was reduced to 0.74 ng/g, and the contents of α-terpineol, linalool, campene, β-pinene and other spice substances increased, thereby making the flavor of the grilled Wuchang fish richer. The perilla & ginger juice grilled fish group had a content of the umami substance, GMP, as high as 87.75 mg/g, and a content of the bitter substance, HxR, as low as 4.49 mg/g, with its content of bitter amino acids being much lower than that of the other groups, and its EUC (monosodium glutamate equivalent) content being the highest (224.83 g⋅MSG/100 g). Oral amiodarone for 3–6 months is commonly required for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF) after surgical ablation of refractory AF. However, clinical data show that oral administration is likely to cause systemic toxicity, especially pulmonary fibrosis. Here, a new strategy is described for the treatment and prevention of postsurgical AF via the epicardial application of a monolithic reservoir microneedle device. These findings demonstrate that this strategy enables a sustained transport of amiodarone directly to the atrium, thereby maximizing therapeutic efficacy and minimizing systemic drug distribution. Notably, a significantly reduced drug dosage (only one dose of 6.3 mg for reservoir MNs versus a daily dose of ≈10 mg for oral administration) achieves therapeutic efficacy over a long period of 24 weeks in a rat AF model, circumventing the risks of pulmonary fibrosis associated with oral administration. This device can serve as a promising alternative to oral amiodarone, providing a robust therapeutic strategy for the prevention and treatment of postsurgical AF is antipicated. To explore the potential relationship between dairy product consumption and bladder cancer risk, we retrieved eligible studies published up to March 15, 2018, via online database search and manual review of the selected articles. Summary relative risk (RR) estimates were calculated using random-effects models based on high to low intake values. Inter-study heterogeneity was explored using stratified analyses of study design, geographic region, or whether studies adjusted for the confounders age, sex, body mass index, smoking, and education level. We extracted data from 16 studies on milk (5,193 subjects) and 10 studies on dairy products (20,434 subjects). The total study population included 220,952 individuals. Dairy product intake and bladder cancer risk were significantly associated, and milk intake and bladder cancer risk more so. Stratified analysis revealed that the trend was more pronounced in case–control studies, and in studies with impact factor <3 and in Asia. The relationship was confirmed after adjusting for sex and Newcastle–Ottawa Scale score of 7 and 8. Our study shows an inverse association between milk consumption and bladder cancer risk. With the overwhelmingly booming trend of innovation in medical devices, more and more innovative products are in urgent need of classification before marketing. Medical device classification is not only a basis of regulation but also a key factor affecting industry innovation and development. In view of the current situation of classification process in China has been time-consuming, this study discusses an E-classification framework including its classification basis, method, dimensions and technical roadmap, etc. based on medical devices regulations in China illustrated by the classification of radio therapeutic equipment, taking advantage of digitalization, networking and intelligence, and explores the improvement of classification efficiency to promote the innovation and development of medical devices.
