Basal breast cancer subtype is the worst prognosis subtypes among all breast cancer subtypes. Recently, a new tumor stemness index-mRNAsi is found to be able to measure the degree of oncogenic differentiation of tissues. The mRNAsi involved in a variety of cancer processes is derived from the innovative application of one-class logistic regression (OCLR) machine learning algorithm to the whole genome expression of various stem cells and tumor cells. However, it is largely unknown about mRNAsi in basal breast cancer. Here, we find that basal breast cancer carries the highest mRNAsi among all four subtypes of breast cancer, especially 385 mRNAsi-related genes are positively related to the high mRNAsi value in basal breast cancer. This high mRNAsi is also closely related to active cell cycle, DNA replication, and metabolic reprogramming in basal breast cancer. Intriguingly, in the 385 genes, TRIM59, SEPT3, RAD51AP1, and EXO1 can act as independent protective prognostic factors, but CTSF and ABHD4B can serve as independent bad prognostic factors in patients with basal breast cancer. Remarkably, we establish a robust prognostic model containing the 6 mRNAsi-related genes that can effectively predict the survival rate of patients with the basal breast cancer subtype. Finally, the drug sensitivity analysis reveals that some drug combinations may be effectively against basal breast cancer via targeting the mRNAsi-related genes. Taken together, our study not only identifies novel prognostic biomarkers for basal breast cancers but also provides the drug sensitivity data by establishing an mRNAsi-related prognostic model.

[Purpose/Significance] Digital live streaming is an important way for enterprises to carry out online activities. Incorporating clear set qualitative comparative analysis into the research on improving the effectiveness of enterprise digital live streaming activities is an innovation in the application of configuration analysis methods and a new breakthrough in the field of improving activity effectiveness. By identifying elements or combinations of elements that can create greater value for enterprise digital live streaming activities, and adopting various ways to enhance these element combinations, the goal of improving the effectiveness of enterprise digital live streaming activities can be achieved, which has innovative guiding significance for enterprise development. [Method/Process] Based on the consideration of sample homogeneity, the background data of the digital live streaming activity of Guangxi Zhongyan Industry Co., Ltd. was used as the data source. Four influencing factors related to the digital live streaming activity were selected as conditional variables using literature induction and problem oriented methods, and some conditional variables were assigned values using linear discriminant dimensionality reduction. At the same time, the activity effect was used as the outcome variable, configuration analysis was conducted on digital live streaming activities in the tobacco industry through clear set qualitative comparative analysis, and combined with SOR model and the 4I theory, a configuration path for improving the effectiveness was generated. [Conclusions/Results] Research has found that a single factor does not constitute a necessary condition for improving the effectiveness of digital live streaming activities. There are two configuration paths: game assisted and topic supported, which can improve the effectiveness of digital live streaming activities. The mechanism of action can be summarized as follows: rich topic types are conducive to meeting users' curiosity psychology, topic popularity and game quantity can ensure users' participation in live streaming, and user interaction work is the basic guarantee for improving user retention. Meanwhile, these two paths can be applied to different forms of digital live streaming, and enterprises should choose according to their own needs and refine the paths in practice. In addition, although this article explores the key paths to improve the effectiveness of digital live streaming activities, due to limitations in research samples and industry fields, it has not fully revealed the various factors that affect the effectiveness of digital live streaming, and there is a certain degree of subjectivity in the criteria for assigning variables. Therefore, further revisions and improvements are needed in future research.

To study corrosion effects on real structures, three prestressed concrete (PC) girders salvaged from a decommissioned 27-year-old bridge in Alberta, Canada, were studied numerically and compared to experimental tests. Nonlinear finite element (FE) models were developed to simulate the degraded flexural and shear behaviour of PC girders. The FE models were used to infer the possible unknown deterioration conditions (i.e., forensic analysis) by comparing FE-predicted and experimental behaviour of the girders. Based on the developed FE models, comprehensive parametric studies considering various corrosion-induced deteriorations at a wide range of corrosion levels were also conducted. Insights gained from the parametric study assisted assessing other girders under similar conditions. It was found that corrosion defects, such as reinforcement area loss, prestress force loss, and bonding loss in the end anchorage, affect PC girder behaviour significantly and the developed FE models of corroded PC girders can assist girder condition assessment. Des modeles d'elements finis (EF) non lineaires ont ete mis au point pour simuler le comportement de flexion et de cisaillement degrade des poutres en BP. Les modeles d'EF ont ete utilises pour inferer les conditions de deterioration possibles (c.-a-d. analyse legale) en comparant le comportement des poutres predit par les modeles d'EF et obtenu des essais experimentaux. Sur la base des modeles EF developpes, on a egalement mene des etudes parametriques completes tenant compte de diverses deteriorations causees par la corrosion pour un large eventail de niveaux de corrosion. Les resultats de l'etude parametrique ont permis d'evaluer d'autres poutres dans des conditions similaires. On a constate que les defauts de corrosion comme la perte de surface des armatures, la perte de precontrainte et la perte d'adherence dans l'ancrage d'extremite ont une incidence importante sur le comportement des poutres en BP, et que les modeles d'EF developpes de poutres en BP corrodees peuvent aider a evaluer l'etat des poutres.
