The heavy congestion at the global ports and the impact of the pandemic spread make the automated container terminal competitive. With the operations of more and more automated container terminals, the optimization of yard space allocation becomes one of the most urgent issues for improving the handling efficiency for the automated container terminal. To figure out the optimal clustering strategy to allocate the containers in the automated container terminal, this study investigates the stacks allocation with different scenarios. A novel stack-based allocation model is built to balance both the transportation distance and the allocation dispersion among blocks. Based on the model we built, we talked about the impact of efficiency of automated rail-mounted gantry crane and the berthing time for each vessel on the stacks allocation. The results show that the stack-based allocation with multi-batches in the same bay is suitable for the automated container terminal, while both the efficiency of the automated rail-mounted gantry crane and the berthing time will directly affect the total transportation distance for allocating the containers. With the increase in integration and the layers of superconducting electronics circuits, molybdenum (Mo)-based films become attractive resistive and inductive functional components because of the large kinetic inductance with the deep magnetic field penetration depth. A DC magnetron sputtering technology is used to fabricate Mo and MoNx films. The effects of different deposition conditions on the electrical properties, topography and crystal structure of the films are investigated. For the Mo films, the resistivity and the surface roughness decrease to 193 nΩ m and 0.72 nm, respectively, as the sputtering power increases and the sputtering pressure is reduced. The dominant (110) peaks of the X-ray diffraction pattern show a blueshift, and the full width at half maximum decreases with the rising sputtering powers. For the MoNx films, the superconducting transition temperature firstly rises and then lowers as the ratio of N2/Ar ratio increases. The physical properties of the Mo and MoNx films change with the sputtering process, and suitable deposition conditions can be selected for the different application structures in the superconducting electronics circuits. In the last decade, a significant shift in the marine seismic acquisition business has been made where ocean bottom nodes gained a substantial market share from streamer cable configurations. Ocean bottom node acquisition (OBN) can acquire wide azimuth seismic data over geographical areas with challenging deep and shallow bathymetries and complex subsurface regimes. When the water bottom is rugose and has significant elevation differences, OBN data processing faces a number of challenges, such as denoising of the vertical geophone, accurate wavefield separation, redatuming the sparse receiver nodes from ocean bottom to sea level and multiple attenuation. In this work, we review a number of challenges using real OBN data illustrations. We demonstrate corresponding solutions using processing workflows comprising denoising the vertical geophones by using all four recorded nodal components, cross-ghosting the data or using direct wave to design calibration filters for up- and down-going wavefield separation, performing one-dimensional reversible redatuming for stacking QC and multiple prediction, and designing cascaded model and data-driven multiple elimination applications. The optimum combination of the mentioned technologies produced cleaner and high-resolution migration images mitigating the risk of false interpretations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the range of application of computational biology and systems biology gradually expanding, the complexity of the bioprocess models is also increased. To address this difficult problem, it is required to introduce positive alternative analysis method to cope with it. Taking the dynamic model of the epidemic control process as research object, we established an evaluation model in our laboratory. Firstly, the model was solved with nonlinear programming method. The results were shown to be good. Based on biochemical systems theory, the ODE dynamic model was transformed into S-system. The eigen values of the model showed that the system was stable and contained oscillation phenomenon. Next the sensitivities of rate constant and logarithmic gains of the three key parameters were analyzed, as well as the robust of the system. The result indicated that the biochemical systems theory could be applied in different fields more widely.
