To promote the practices of perovskite photovoltaics, it requires to develop efficient perovskite solar cells (PVSCs) standing long-time operation under the adverse environments. Herein, we demonstrate that the tailor-made conjugated polymers as conductive adhesives stabilized the originally redox-reactive heterointerface between perovskite and metal oxide, facilitating the access of efficient and stable inverted PVSCs. It was revealed that bithiophene and phenyl alternating conjugated polymers with partial glycol chains atop of the metal oxide layer has resulted in effective organic-inorganic hybrid hole transporting bilayers, which allow maintaining efficient hole extraction and transport, meanwhile preventing halide migration to directly contact with the nickel oxide (NiOx) layer. As a result, the corresponding inverted PVSCs with the organic-inorganic hole transporting bilayers have achieved an excellent power conversion efficiency of 23.22%, outperforming 20.65% of bare NiOx-based devices. Moreover, the encapsulated PVSCs with organic-inorganic bilayers exhibited the excellent photostability with 91% of the initial efficiency after 1000-h one-sun equivalent illumination in ambient conditions. Overall, this work provides new insights into stabilizing the vulnerable heterointerface for perovskite solar cells.

Objective To ascertain plasma levels of heat shock protein 90α (HSP90α) and squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC-Ag) and their diagnostic potential in cervical cancer.Methods In a cross-sectional study, patients’ cervical tissue samples were screened for high risk (HR) human papilloma virus (HPV) DNA and underwent a thinprep-liquid based cytology test (TCT). Plasma samples were analysed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for HSP90 α and SCC-Ag levels.Results Of the 295 women who underwent screening, 75 were healthy controls 75 (HR-HPV−veTCT−ve), 110 were HR-HPV+ve, TCT−veand 110 were HR-HPV+veTCT+ve. There were significant differences between levels of HSP90α and SCC-Ag proteins across the patient groups with those positive for cervical cancer having the greatest levels of proteins compared with other groups. For patients with high grade SCC there was a significant correlation between levels of HSP90α and SCC-Ag. The area under the ROC curve for combined HSP90α*SCC-Ag was the largest compared with the single proteins. Using a cut-off value of 16.4 ng/ml to delineate cervical cancer diagnosis, the sensitivity and specificity of HSP90α*SCC-Ag were 90.3% and 95.1% respectively.Conclusion Plasma HSP90α protein levels correlated well with SCC-Ag levels in patients with cervical cancer and the combination of HSP90α*SCC-Ag may be a useful diagnostic biomarker.

As one of the typical antibiotics, sulfamethoxazole (SMX) has attracted widespread attention because of its nonbiodegradability and persistence. Here, a novel carbon-rich graphite carbon nitride nanotube with nitrogen vacancies and highly dispersed cobalt doping (Co-CN) was prepared based on porous tubular carbon nitride (PTCN) by a simple one-step thermal polymerization method employing urea, melamine, and cobalt(II) phthalocyanine as raw materials. Characterization results showed that highly distributed Co atoms were evenly doped in the CN ring of g-C3N4. Under visible light irradiation with the assistance of peroxymonosulfate (PMS) (the Vis-PMS system), the best Co-CN catalyst showed a rate of 0.222 min–1to SMX degradation, which was 31 times that of PTCN/Vis-PMS, with only 0.020 mg/L cobalt leaching. Further investigation showed that nonradical 1O2was predominantly responsible for the SMX degradation, and h+, O2•–, and high-valent cobalt species also made certain contributions. Therefore, neither the pH nor the anion of the solution had much of an effect on the degradation process. Moreover, the degradation pathways of SMX were proposed, and an assessment of the ecotoxicity of the resulting byproducts was also conducted. In general, this work developed a new photocatalyst for potential applications to remove organic pollutants from water and wastewater.

In advanced oxidation processes with metal-containing catalysts, metal dissolution usually leads to reduced efficiency and biotoxicity. Therefore, it is very important to find efficient non-metallic materials. In this work, a metal-free mesoporous tubular g-C3N4was fabricated using melamine and urea mixed according to the mass ratios of 1:12 (TPCN12) by a facile one-step thermal polymerization method. Mesoporous tubular TPCN12was proved to be successfully synthesized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Then the degradation of carbamazepine (CBZ) by activating peroxymonosulfate (PMS) of TPCN12under visible light was investigated. It was found that degradation rate constant of CBZ in TPCN12/Vis/PMS system (0.0939 min−1) exhibited great superiority over that in TPCN12/Vis system (0.0149 min−1) and in TPCN12/PMS system, which indicated TPCN12, Vis and PMS had a synergistic effect. The dominant role of the electron transfer and the primary contribution of the holes (h+) and •O2−reactive species were revealed in TPCN12/Vis/ PMS system. Furthermore, the system showed sufficient advantages over a wide pH range and high resistance to inorganic anions. In general, the TPCN12/Vis/PMS system was capable of high stability and recyclability. This metal-free mesoporous tubular catalyst was proposed to achieve efficient and green elimination of pharmaceutical organic pollutants.
