Background: Brain structure changes after long-term adaptation to the high-altitude environment; however, related studies are few, results are in consistent, and long-term effects on cognitive function and pathophysiological mechanisms are unclear. Therefore, diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) was used to investigate the damage to white matter fiber tracts and correlations between brain structural abnormalities and cognitive function. Methods: Forty healthy Han people living on the high-altitude and 40 healthy Han people living on the plains were enrolled in this study and underwent magnetic resonance imaging, emotional state assessment, and cognitive function tests. The sex, age, education level, and social status of the two groups were not different. The tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS) method was used to analyze the DTI parameters of the white matter fiber tracts of the two groups. Moreover, the partial correlation method (age and sex as covariates) was used to analyze the correlations between the intergroup differences in the DTI parameters and a series of clinical indicators of emotional state and cognitive function. Two-sample t tests, Mann-Whitney U test, generalized linear model, or chi-square tests were used for statistical analysis. Results: Compared with those individuals in the plain group, the scores on the PSQI, SDS, SAS, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 of individuals in the high-altitude group were higher, while the scores on the DST-Backwards, MoCA, and MMSE in the high-altitude group were lower. The fractional anisotropy (FA) value of the body of the corpus callosum in the high-altitude group was lower than that in the plain group. The FA value of the body of the corpus callosum in the plain group was negatively correlated with the Logical Memory, while no significant correlation was found in the high-altitude group. Conclusion: This study revealed that long-term exposure to a high-altitude environment could lead to a series of changes in sleep, emotion, and cognitive function and irreversible damage to the white matter microstructure of the body of the corpus callosum, which is the related brain region responsible for logical memory. The absence of logical memory impairment in the healthy Han Chinese population living on the high-altitude in this study may be due to the existence of adaptive compensation after long-term high-altitude exposure. The design of MMC-STATCOM controller based on auto disturbance rejection technology is studied. Based on the ADRC, the active disturbance rejection controller is designed for the active and reactive current decoupling tracking. By scheduling the transition process, setting the expansion observer and the nonlinear state error feedback link, etc. The simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy. The results show that the MMC-STATCOM controller based on ADRC technology effectively overcomes the contradiction between PI control response speed and overshoot, achieves effective dynamic compensation of disturbance, solves the problem that the current tracking effect of the inner loop current tracker based on PI regulation is poor when the input of MMC-STATCOM is disturbed, and leads to a long transition process or even instability of the system.

The operation envelope of distribution networks can obtain the independent p-q controllable range of each active node, providing an effective means to address the issues of different ownership and control objectives between distribution networks and distributed energy resources (DERs). Existing research mainly focuses on deterministic operation envelopes, neglecting the operational status of the system. To ensure the maximization of the envelope operation domain and the feasibility of decomposition, this paper proposes a modified hyperellipsoidal dynamic operation envelopes (MHDOEs) method for distribution networks based on adjustable "Degree of Squareness" hyperellipsoids. Firstly, an improved convex inner approximation method is applied to the non-convex and nonlinear model of traditional distribution networks to obtain a convex solution space strictly contained within the original feasible region of the system, ensuring the feasibility of flexible operation domain decomposition. Secondly, the embedding of the adjustable "Degree of Squareness" maximum hyperellipsoid is used to obtain the total p-q operation domain of the distribution network, facilitating the overall planning of the distribution network. Furthermore, the calculation of the maximum inscribed hyperrectangle of the hyperellipsoid is performed to achieve p-q decoupled operation among the active nodes of the distribution network. Subsequently, a correction coefficient is introduced to penalize "unknown states" during the operation domain calculation process, effectively enhancing the adaptability of the proposed method to complex stochastic scenarios. Finally, Monte Carlo methods are employed to construct various stochastic scenarios for the IEEE 33-node and IEEE 69-node systems, verifying the accuracy and decomposition feasibility of the obtained p-q operation domains.
