ObjectiveTo explore the effects of group interpersonal psychotherapy （IPT） on cognitive and social function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia， and to provide references for appropriate psychological treatment for the patients.MethodsA total of 62 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10） and were admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Foshan from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects. And patients were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method， each with 31 cases. Both groups were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks， based on this， study group received group IPT. Before and after 8 weeks of treatment， Positive and Negative Syndrorne Scales （PANSS）， Wisconsin Card Sorting Tests （WCST） and Personal and Social Performance Sale（PSP） were adopted to assess the patients' psychiatric symptoms， cognitive function and social function.ResultsAfter 8 weeks of treatment， there was no significant difference in PANSS scores between the two groups （t=0.296， P>0.05）. The WCST total number of responses in the study group was larger than that in the control group， the number of perseverative errors and non-perseverative errors were smaller than those in the control group， and PSP score of the study group was higher than that of the control group， with statistically significant differences （t=0.398， 2.609， 0.523， 0.381， P

In order to obtain the influence law of hydration heat of concrete on the frozen wall, the freeze-thaw condition of the frozen wall during concrete pouring in the outer wall of Dongfeng well in Huaibei Qingdong Coal Mine was analyzed by field measurement and numerical calculation, and the results show that the freezing wall heated up rapidly within 10 days after concrete pouring, and the freezing wall reached the maximum thawing depth; the heat of hydration heats up the well wall of the frozen wall of the clay layer to more than 20 ℃, and the heating range is more than 25 ℃. The maximum thawing depth of the clay layer is 334-358 mm, and the maximum thawing depth of the clay layer is 4.0-4.5 times that of the fine sand layer. Under the normal cooling condition of the frozen hole, the thawing frozen wall was refrozen after pouring concrete for 26 days, so the concrete had sufficient positive temperature curing time, which will not affect its early strength. There is a nonlinear exponential function between the temperature of concrete in the shaft wall and the thawing depth of the frozen wall. The polystyrene foam board between the frozen wall and the shaft wall can effectively reduce the influence of the hydration heat of the shaft wall concrete on the frozen wall in the deep stratum, and ensure that the freezing wall will not melt too deep due to the influence of hydration heat, thus effectively ensuring the strength and stability of the frozen wall in the construction process.

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of venlafaxine in the treatment of depression under the guidance of pharmacogenomics testing， and to provide references for individualized medication.MethodsA total of 66 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10） for depressive episode were included in the study. Patients who were recommended to be treated with venlafaxine in the pharmacogenomics testing report were divided into study group （n=32）， and those who were decided to be treated with venlafaxine by doctors after consultation with patients were divided into control group （n=34）. At the baseline and the end of the 2nd， 4th， 6th and 8th weekend of treatment， Hamilton Depression Scale-24 item （HAMD-24） was adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Meanwhile， Sheehan Disability Scale （SDS） was applied to measure the social function of patients at the baseline and the end of the 8th weekend of treatment. After treatment， Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） was used to assess the incidence of adverse reactions.ResultsAt the end of the 4th， 6th and 8th weekend of treatment， HAMD-24 scores in the study group were all lower than those in the control group， with statistical differences （t=2.344， 4.316， 5.760， P

Studying the electromechanical response behavior of piezoelectric thin films under different loading conditions is of great value for the development and optimization of piezoelectric sensors and flexible portable electronic devices. This paper establishes the theory of large deflection vibration of rectangular four-edge simply supported piezoelectric thin films using the energy method, and analyzes the electromechanical response characteristics of vibration force (including resonant frequency and nonlinear vibration). Meanwhile, the electromechanical response behavior of Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) films under different loading conditions (static and harmonic vibration) is analyzed. The study investigates the nonlinear vibration characteristics and resonance frequency variations under different film sizes and thickness conditions in the case of various loading conditions. The developed model can predict the resonance frequency associated with the plate dimensions. New concept for the development of supramolecular assemblies from intricate interactions between different classes of biomacromolecules (polysaccharides, proteins and lipids) is yet to come, due to their intrinsic chemical and structural complexity and incompatibility. Herein, we report an interaction mechanism among multiple biomacromolecules, and the structural and digestive properties of their assemblies using amylose (AM), lauric acid (LA), and β‐lactoglobulin (βLG) as exemplars. AM, LA, and βLG interact to form a water‐soluble ternary complex through van der Waals forces between AM and LA and high affinity binding between AM and βLG, which can further assemble into uniform‐sized, semi‐crystalline nanospheres under certain thermodynamic conditions. These nanospheres are substantially resistant to amylolysis, thus can be well utilized by gut microbiota, including increasing short‐chain fatty acid levels and shaping bacterial communities. Illustrating the complexation of AM, LA, and βLG and their assemblies from disorder to order, this work offers potential rationale of assemblies for multiple biomacromolecules driven by non‐covalent interactions and substantial potentials for supramolecular biomaterials development. This paper presents the preparation of a partially open-cell and partially closed-cell flexible polyurethane foam material (flex-PUF), which exhibits improved cushioning performance compared to conventional protective materials. Hollow Glass Microspheres (HGM) were used as a filling material to enhance the compressibility of the material. In order to investigate the effects of HGM on the multi-impact protection and vibration damping performance of flex-PUF with different thicknesses, flex-PUF samples filled with varying volume fractions of HGM were subjected to multi-impact testing and dynamic viscoelasticity experiments. The destructive mechanism of HGM under impact was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results revealed that, under the same impact energy conditions, filling flex-PUF with HGM reduced the maximum impact displacement while enhancing energy absorption, although at the expense of cushioning performance. As the number of impact increases, the stiffness of flex-PUF decreased. In the vibration experiments, as the frequency increased, the proportion of flex-PUF's viscous damping energy dissipation decreases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
