Recently, three successful antineutrino experiments (Daya Bay, Double Chooz, and RENO) measured the neutrino mixing angle θ13; however, significant discrepancies were found, both in the absolute flux and spectral shape. Much effort has been expended investigating the possible reasons for the discrepancies. In this paper, the change of neutrino energy spectrum with burnup is analyzed from the point of view of the change of neutrino energy spectrum with burnup. An accurate method for calculating neutrino energy spectrum is proposed. The non-equilibrium correction is studied by using this method. It is found that the non-equilibrium correction contributes not only to the energy region less than 4.0 MeV, but also to the energy region greater than 4.0 MeV, with a maximum correction of about 3%.

Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) are linked to regulating vascular/neuro-inflammation and stroke. Using a retrospective design, we investigated whether circulating Lp-PLA2 and SOD in cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) patients were associated with cognitive impairment. Eighty-seven CSVD patients were recruited. Plasma Lp-PLA2 and SOD were determined, and cognitive status was measured by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). The severity of white matter hypoerintensities (WMHs) in CSVD patients was rated according to Fazekas scales, and Lp-PLA2/SOD levels and MMSE/MoCA were compared. Multiple linear regressions were used to evaluate the relationship between Lp-PLA2 and SOD and the cognitive impairment. Ordinal logistic regression and generalized linear models (OLRGLMs) were applied to confirm whether Lp-PLA2 and SOD are independent risk factors for cognitive impairment in CVSD. Lp-PLA2 and SOD with mild or severe cognitive impairment were lower than those with normal congnition. Lp-PLA2 and SOD in CSVD patients with severe WMHs were significantly lower than those with mild or moderate WMH lesions. We noted positive linear associations of Lp-PLA and SOD with cognitive impairment in CSVD, independent of LDL-C. OLRGLMs confirmed that Lp-PLA2 and SOD were independent risk factors of cognitive impairment in CSVD. Lp-PLA2 and SOD are independently associated with cognitive impairment and WMH lesion, and may be useful for the rapid evaluation of cognitive impairment in CSVD. Lp-PLA2/SOD are modifiable factors that may be considered as therapeutic targets for preventing cognitive impairment in CSVD.

Focusing on the issue that millimeter-wave radar was difficult to accurately estimate the vital signs of multiple moving targets in complex indoor scenes, a multi-target vital sign estimation method based on sparse representation under complex scenes was proposed. Firstly, the echo data was preprocessed to acquire the point clouds of target and background. After that, a dynamic clutter suppression model was constructed to filter out the dynamic interference. In what follows, the echo data was assigned to the corresponding target, and multi-target tracking could be achieved by exploiting the extended Kalman filter to extract the phase information of the chests of the multi-moving targets. Subsequently, with the sparsity of respiratory and heartbeat signals in the frequency domain, a data-driven adaptive dictionary construction method was proposed to effectively separate respiratory and heartbeat signals. Finally, high precision multi-target vital signs estimation could be achieved by using the sparse reconstruction method. Amount of experimental results in the actual scenes show that the proposed method can effectively perceive the vital signs of multi-target in complex dynamic clutter scenes as compared to the state-of-the-art vital sign estimation methods. This overview summarizes the latest research progress on the aroma absorption mechanism and aroma fixation pathway of jasmine green tea, and discusses in depth the aroma absorption mechanism of green tea, the aroma release mechanism of jasmine flowers, as well as the absorption and fixation mechanism of the aroma components of jasmine green tea in the process of scenting, to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the quality of jasmine green tea and the innovation of processing technology. It was found that the aroma absorption mechanism of jasmine green tea is mainly associated with both physical and chemical adsorption, aroma release in jasmine involves the phenylpropanoid/benzoin biosynthetic pathway, β‐glycosidase enzymes interpreting putative glycosidic groups, and heat shock proteins (HSPs) as molecular chaperones to prevent stress damage in postharvest flowers due to high temperatures and to promote the release of aroma components, and so forth. The preparation of aroma‐protein nano‐complexes, heat stress microcapsules, and the spraying of polymeric substances – β‐cyclodextrin are three examples of aroma‐fixing pathways. This overview also summarizes the problems and future development trends of the current research and proposes the method of loading benzyl acetate, the main aroma component of jasmine, through konjac glucomannan (KGM)‐based gel to solve the problem of volatile aroma and difficult‐to‐fix aroma, which provides a reference for the sustainable development of the jasmine green tea industry. © 2024 Society of Chemical Industry.
