Background Patients with lymphoma and hepatitis B virus infection need to be treated with both chemotherapy and nucleotide analogues (NAs) therapy. However, the dynamic change of HBV DNA with the increase of chemotherapy cycles is lacking. It is unknown that whether HBV replication markers: quantitative hepatitis B core antibody (qAnti-HBc), HBV RNA, and hepatitis B virus core-related antigen (HBcrAg) are also sensitive to predict HBV reactivation (HBVr). Methods From 29th June 2010 to 6th December 2021, clinical data and serial serum samples were collected from patients with diffuse large B lymphoma and HBV infection. Serum HBV DNA load (real time fluorescent quantitative PCR), qAnti-HBc (developed chemiluminescent particle immunoassay), HBV RNA (simultaneous amplification testing method based on real-time fluorescence detection), and HBcrAg (Lumipulse G HBcrAg assay) were tested and actors related to HBV DNA reactivation were analyzed. Results Under the NAs, load of HBV DNA in 69 HBsAg + lymphoma patients declined from 3.15 (2.13–4.73) lg IU/ml at baseline to 1.00 (1.00-1.75) lg IU/ml at the end of chemotherapy, and further declined to 1.00 (1.00-1.04) lg IU/ml at the end of 24-month follow-up. Serum qAnti-HBc level decreased gradually during chemotherapy in HBsAg + lymphoma patients (F = 7.090, p = 0.009). Serum HBV RNA and HBcrAg levels stayed stabled. Multivariate analysis revealed that a higher level of qAnti-HBc (1.97 ± 1.20 vs. 1.12 ± 0.84 lg IU/ml, OR = 8.367, [95% CI:1.439–48.645], p = 0.018) and a higher level of HBV RNA (1.00 ± 1.13 vs. 0.37 ± 0.80 lg copies/ml, OR = 3.654, [95% CI:1.208–11.048], p = 0.022) were related to HBVr in HBsAg-/anti-HBc + lymphoma patients. Conclusions The HBV DNA load declined by NAs under chemotherapy in lymphoma patients. In HBsAg-/anti-HBc + lymphoma patients, higher level of baseline serum qAnti-HBc and HBV RNA predict the HBVr during chemotherapy.

As an extremely complicated task, road detection is of vital importance for the traveling comfort and driving safety. While high-end automobiles are already equipped with road detection function, most mid-range cars can only detect and evaluate road conditions leveraging remodeled or additional hardware devices built on vehicles, thereby constraining the road quality detection. With the growing popularity of smartphones, detections based on built-in sensors emerge. Most detections on built-in sensors, nevertheless, are on the basis of Euclidean distance, thus neglecting the correlation between characteristics in road quality, i.e., the acceleration sensor and gyroscope have obvious fluctuations when the vehicle passes through the larger pothole, and there is a connection between them. In this paper, we propose a novel road detection approach based on Mahalanobis–Taguchi system (MTS), leveraging smartphones for data collection and involving the correlation between characteristics. We develop an application to collect and process the data, and then classify road quality conditions. The experimental test was carried out on city roads in Xi’an, Shaanxi. Experiment results reveal that the road surface conditions, including manhole cover, pothole, and speed bump, can be well differentiated with the method based on MTS. To a certain extent, the strategy of marking road conditions to the navigation map can effectively improve not only driving experience and traveling comfort but also driving safety, thereby providing more supports for the maintenance units.

From both fundamental and practical perspectives, the production of chemicals from biomass resources using high-efficiency non-precious metal catalysts is important. However, many processes require addition of stoichiometric or excess quantities of base, which leads to high energy consumption, leaching problems, and side reactions. In this study, we investigated the high-efficiency oxidative esterification of furfural to methylfuroate by molecular oxygen with a Co-N-C/MgO catalyst. The catalyst was prepared by direct pyrolysis of a cobalt(II) phenanthroline complex on MgO at 800 °C under N2 atmosphere. From furfural, 93.0% conversion and 98.5% selectivity toward methylfuroate were achieved under 0.5 MPa O2 with reaction at 100 °C for 12 h without a basic additive. The conversion and selectivity were much higher than those obtained with cobalt catalysts produced by pyrolysis of a cobalt(II) phenanthroline complex on activated carbon or typical basic supports, including NaX, NaY, and CaO. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and experimental results revealed that the high efficiency of Co-N-C/MgO for production of methylfuroate was closely related to the cobalt-nitrogen-doped carbon species and its catalytic ability in hydrogen abstraction. In contrast, Co-N-C(HCl) that synthesized by removing MgO with HCl from Co-N-C/MgO, as the catalyst produced mainly an acetal as a condensation product, and chloride ions had a negative effect on the oxidative esterification. Although the catalytic performance of the cobalt-nitrogen-doped carbon species was greatly affected by HCl treatment, it could be recovered to a great extent by addition of MgO. Moreover, changes in the oxygen pressure hardly affected the oxidative esterification of furfural with Co-N-C/MgO. This study not only provides an effective approach to prepare methylfuroate, but also for designing high-performance non-precious metal catalysts for the oxidative esterification of biomass-derived compounds.

This paper proposes a visualization technology which combines statistical data and graphic charts. This technology merges and manages the data of core business system such as SG186 system, power grid resources management information system, electricity information acquisition system, etc. Then, the abstract data information such as the line loss rate of transformer courts, the capacity of transformer courts, power supply, power consume and users power are converted into the form of statistical data and graph charts, which can visually display the core elements and indicators related to the line loss. It forms a “visual platform of line loss of transformer courts”. So, the overall line loss of the platform can be grasped intuitively in the management level and operation level. Through the graph charts we analyze typical unqualified transformer courts in line loss such as the transformer courts long-term negative but relatively stable, the transformer courts long-term high and changeable, the transformer courts in the same distribution room while some high and others negative but overall qualified, etc. We will find the cause of unqualified transformer courts in line loss and governance them. It will reduce line loss rate and comprehensively improve economic efficiency of power supply enterprise.
