Relevance. Currently, contactless remote measurements of the parameters of the exterior of animals are of considerable interest in the field of breeding and genetics of cattle. They can reduce the risk of dangerous reactions of animals to stress and significantly reduce the time needed to get measurements. We offer a way to obtain information about the size of an animal in real time by obtaining an image using the Structure Sensor 3D depth sensor.Methods. Scientific experimental studies were conducted in 2018–2022 on Black-and-White cows in breeding enterprises of the Udmurt Republic (Russian Federation). The volume of the sample population of animals was about 2000 cows. The animals were evaluated from the 90th to the 150th day of lactation. We have selected the following measurements: height at the withers, chest depth, chest width, hips width, straight length of the hip area, straight length of the trunk, circumference of the cannon bone, length of the rump bone, depth in the lower back, width. These parameters most accurately characterize the dimensions (frame) and hip area of the animal.Results. The analysis of the obtained results indicates the validity of using the Structure Sensor 3D depth sensor as a priority method for obtaining animal measurements. A comparative analysis of contactless methods for obtaining measurements of cows shows that in approximately the same time, it is possible to obtain numerical values of up to 10 exterior parameters. Calibration is performed easily and quickly within 10–15 minutes. The use of the Structure Sensor 3D depth sensor eliminates inaccuracies of obtaining a silhouette, that arise due to the continuous movement of animals, and does not require the creation of a new technique for obtaining measurements of the body of animals that differ in age, size and live weight. Using Structure Sensor 3D, examples were obtained with an accuracy of 1 mm without causing stress in animals.

Relevance. Accurate monitoring of the live weight of animals provides important information about the state of health, the predicted age of removal from fattening and the timing of the sale of livestock. However, weighing animals at all stages is a time-consuming process, unsafe for livestock breeders; it also causes stress to livestock. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to create non-invasive weighing mechanisms. Based on the results of experimental studies, a method for determining live weight based on ultra-precise neural networks applied to deep images of animals has been developed.Methods. Scientific research was carried out in 2021–2022 in the KFH Lekomtsev M.M., Glazovsky district of the Udmurt Republic. The volume of the sample set of animals was 78 bulls raised for meat and 75 heifers raised for herd repairs. All animals were divided into three groups depending on their origin: group 1 — bulls (n = 27) and heifers (n = 25) of the Black-and-White breed; group 2 — bulls (n =25) and heifers (n = 25) of the Aberdeen-Angus breed; group 3 — crossbred bulls (n = 26) and heifers (n = 25) of the first generation, obtained by crossing Black-and-White cows with bulls-producers of the Aberdeen-Angus breed. The intensity of growth was studied by indicators of live weight and average daily gains. The animals were weighed on electronic scales. The exterior was evaluated according to the following measurements: height at the withers, straight trunk length, chest depth, chest width, width of loin at hips, width of loin at pin bones, straight hip length, circumference of cannon bone. Exterior parameters were determined by the method of processing images obtained using a depth sensor Structure Sensor 3D.Results. The biological regularity of the formation of the exterior-constitutional features of cattle in age dynamics and the close correlation between the parameters of the physique and the intensity of growth have been revealed, which give reason to believe that the calculated values of the body mass index (in heifers — 0.34–0.35, bulls — 0.28–0.29) can be used as coefficients for predicting the live weight of young animals, excluding at the same time laborious weighing process.

INTRODUCTION: Since 2020, the number of patients with complications after a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has increased, including mycoses. Mucormycosis ranks third in the frequency of detection among invasive mycoses in patients with reduced immunity. Acute and chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis is the most severe and dangerous variant of the disease.OBJECTIVE: To analyze the features of the osteodestructive process of invasive mucormycosis, its relationship with blood supply, the dynamics of the process under the influence of treatment.MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study evaluated changes in the bone structures of the skull, soft tissues of the facial region, brain, and thorax in a group of 10 patients (62.3±11.4 y.o.) examined in the clinic of maxillofacial surgery and the clinic otorhinolaryngology in the post- covid period. The results of cone-beam computed tomography (Sirona) of the maxillofacial region, Xray computed tomography Optima 540 CT (General Electric) of the maxillofacial region and thoracic cavity organs, magnetic resonance imaging (GE Signa HDxt) of the brain and maxillofacial region with intravenous administration of a paramagnetic contrast agent were analyzed.RESULTS: In all cases, osteolytic lesions as a classical manifestations of invasive mucormycosis, were revealed in: alveolar processes of the upper jaws and walls of the maxillary sinuses in 100% of cases; palatine processes — 90%; nasal septum, walls of the ethmoid sinuses and walls the orbits — 70%; walls of the sphenoid sinus — 50%; pterygoid processes and zygomatic bone — 40%; the body of the sphenoid bone, nasal bones, frontal bones — 30%; the alveolar part of the mandible and temporal bone — 10%. All patients underwent surgery with resection of the affected bones — 100%, while 7 out of 10 patients received antimycotic therapy. When assessing the revealed changes in dynamics in all patients in the long-term postoperative period, sclerosis of small foci of destruction, a decrease in the extent of bone defects, a decrease in the size of sequesters, hyperostosis of the walls of the paranasal sinuses, cells ethmoid sinuses of the after sequestrectomy were noted. There were no fatal cases among the 10 patients we observed at the time of publication.CONCLUSION: The combination of anatomical features and the state of blood supply contributes to the development of invasive mucormycosis of the bones of the facial skull and the RCT data help with determining treatment tactics, the volume of surgery, and assessing dynamics in the early and long-term postoperative period.

Immune defense mechanisms in survivors of the COronaVIrus Disease-19 (COVID-19) and development of their rehabilitation during the pandemic both portray a great scientific and practical interest.The aim of the study was to explore effect of Immunovac-VP-4® (I-VP-4), a vaccine based on bacterial ligands, on the clinical and airway mucosal immunity parameters, along with systemic immune response in a group of medical workers in post-COVID period and in persons who did not develop the disease.Methods. 82 healthcare workers aged from 18 to 65 years were included in a prospective open controlled study. The participants were divided into 4 groups: groups 1 (n = 20) and 2 (n = 27) included those with a history of COVID-19, and groups 3 (n = 18) and 4 (n = 17) included those who did not have the disease. Volunteers in groups 1 and 3 received I-VP-4. Samples of oral fluid, induced sputum, nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal mucosa scrapings, and venous blood were examined. The levels of total secretory immunoglobulin class A (sIgA) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) were determined by enzyme immunoassay. The phagocytic index (PI) of leukocytes was assessed by flow cytometry.Results. The group of patients who did not have COVID-19 and received IVP-4 (Group 3) showed a tendency to a smaller number of COVID-19 cases, as well as some reduction in days of incapacity for work due to the acute respiratory infections (ARI). The vaccine improved airway mucosal immunity parameters and innate immune response. sIgA increased in the induced sputum (p < 0.005) and unchanged in the oropharyngeal mucosa samples in Group 1. The PI of macrophages in oral fluid doubled (p < 0.05) in this group. At the same time, those parameters decreased in Group 2. In non-infected vaccinated patients (Group 3), a significant increase of PI of blood monocytes was found on the day 90 of the study (p < 0.05). Also, a four-fold increase of PI of macrophages in oral fluid in comparison with Group 4 (p < 0.05) was noted.Conclusion. I-VP-4 improved airway mucosal immunity mechanisms and the systemic immune response. The vaccine can be recommended for rehabilitation programs for COVID-19 survivors and for prevention of ARIs.

Aim: to analyze the effectiveness of intravenous ozone therapy in long COVID-19 patients experienced community-acquired polysegmental pneumonia (associated with SARS-CoV2 infection). Materials and methods. The study involved 42 long COVID-19 individuals aged 41–82 years who underwent rehabilitation after community-acquired polysegmental pneumonia associated with SARS-CoV2 infection. The patients were examined and followed up subjectively (by the G. Borg and PCFS scales) and objectively (oxygen saturation, C-reactive protein, ferritin, D-dimer, urea and creatinine, 6-minute walk test). All patients received similar medicamentous therapy, and combined intravenous ozone therapy was additionally prescribed to the main group patients (n = 21): an alternate-day infusion of 200 ml ozonized saline at a concentration of 20 mg/ml and major autohemotherapy (100 ml ozonized saline at a concentration of 30 mg/ml mixed with 100 ml of the patient’s blood), 10 sessions per treatment course. Results. The integrated approach to the complex program of long COVID-19 treatment and rehabilitation for patients after pneumonia associated with SARS-CoV2 infection using intravenous ozone therapy has demonstrated its significant effectiveness based on the objective and subjective findings (P < 0.01). Twice as many patients in the main group (n = 18) achieved endpoints of the study (absence of dyspnea, normalization of blood biochemical markers and oxygen saturation levels, restoration of exercise tolerance) as compared to the control group (n = 9). Conclusions. The use of combined intravenous ozone therapy (alternating infusion of ozonized saline and ozonized saline mixed with the patient’s blood) in the rehabilitation program for patients after experienced community-acquired polysegmental pneumonia associated with SARS-CoV2 infection is pathogenetically substantiated, effective and cost-effective addition to complex health recovery tools.

Aim. To assess the incidence of kidney stone disease and to identify its clinical course in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism. Methods. 48 medical records of patients hospitalized with primary hyperparathyroidism were retrospectively analyzed. The average age of the patients was 57 [53; 61] years. The medical history, complaints upon admission, the clinical presentation, the results of laboratory test and instrumental examination were studied in evaluating the medical records. The patients were divided into the group with nephrolithiasis (n=33) and the group without nephrolithiasis (n=15). The differences between the two groups were tested for statistical significance by the MannWhitney U test. Results. Among patients with primary hyperparathyroidism, nephrolithiasis was detected in 69% of patients, of which 90% were women in the postmenopausal period. The course of the kidney stone disease in these patients was characterized by frequent recurrence with a predominance of bilateral renal impairment (62%). The duration of nephrolithiasis before the diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism was 6 [1; 19] years, and this complication was often the first manifestation of the disease. According to the instrumental examination of kidney in patients with nephrolithiasis, small stones up to 5 mm in diameter were detected in 42% of cases, asymptomatic kidney stones in 15% of cases. A severe complication of primary hyperparathyroidism staghorn calculi were found in 2 (10%) patients. The patients in the group with nephrolithiasis showed higher serum calcium (p=0.022) and parathyroid hormone (p=0.007) levels compared with patients in the group without nephrolithiasis. Conclusion. Nephrolithiasis is a common complication of primary hyperparathyroidism; the presence of nephrolithiasis is associated with more significant changes in calcium and phosphate metabolism and is also characterized by a frequent asymptomatic course, thus requiring attention of specialists to this type of complications in primary hyperparathyroidism.

Improvement of the genetic potential in terms of cows’ productivity and creation of high milk-yield cattle with good health and long productive lifetime characteristics is impossible without systematic evaluation of such traits as milk-yield, exterior, and constitution type. The aim of our research was to study the trends in exterior traits genetic selection parameters changing, determine the extent of interconnection between cow productivity traits and constitution type among the Black-Motley and Kholmogory cow breeds of the Udmurt Republic. The research based on cow breeding-stocks was carried out in 2018–2020. The sampled population included 449 specimens. The whole cow population to be analyzed was divided in 3 groups by the productivity level: 1 – low (up to 6,000 kg); 2 – moderate (from 6,000 to 8,000 kg); 3 – high (over 8,000 kg). High milk-yield cows were higher – withers height was higher by 1.5% and 1.4% (P < 0.05) – and had more elongated body (by 1.0% and 0.8%) as compared with the 1st and 2nd group specimens. Low milk-yield cows (up to 6,000 kg) had short stature and big-boned constitution type with better-developed skeleton. They had greater values of such parameters as the chest width (by 1.6%), wide hip width (by 7.3%, P < 0.01), width of loin (by 13.2%, P < 0.01), and metacarpus girth (by 3.2%, P < 0.05). Cows with a productivity level over 8,000 kg of milk per 305 days of lactation had relatively high value of the Pelvic arch length (by 2.0% and 2.3%, Р < 0.05) and the depth of loin (by 1.3% and 1.5%) with insignificant difference in rump bone length. The lowest value of the mean exterior index of constitution type (by 3.0%, P < 0.05) was observed in high milkyield cows that is the evidence of the constitution proportionality, namely, optimal relation between the body volume and the height of a cow. Moreover, the Pelvic arch index – the ratio of the Pelvic arch volume to the body length – also testifies to harmonious constitution. High milk-yield cows demonstrated this index to be the lowest (by 3.8%, Р < 0.01) and featured more harmonious constitution.

MODERN ASPECTS OF PULMONARY REHABILITATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC І. А. Iliuk, K. P. Postovitenko, I. V. Baranova, S. I. Leshchenko, S. V. Shevchuk, L. P. Denyshchych, I. V Kurilenko, N. M. Prykhodko Abstract It is well known that patients who have had a coronavirus infection need in rehabilitation measures to eliminate the consequences of the disease. However, the data about methods of medical rehabilitation and their effectiveness in such patients are limited, since this disease is new and insufficiently studied. It is believed that medical rehabilitation in COVID-19 convalescents should be comprehensive and aimed at optimizing the patient’s functional capabilities, reducing the cost of treatment, by stabilizing and reducing the systemic manifestations of the disease. This article is devoted to the problem of pulmonary rehabilitation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. This area of medicine pursues important goals - reducing the symptoms of the disease, improving the quality of life and increasing the patient’s physical and emotional participation in daily life. The article lists the main methods of pulmonary rehabilitation. The choice the correct methods and personalization of rehabilitation programs, taking into account the individual clinical situation, can prevent the appearance of functional disorders and improve the quality of life of the patients after COVID-19. Over the years, the issues of clinical course and seborrheic dermatitis treatment in children and adults are actual. This is evidenced by numerous publications of domestic and foreign scientists. Seborrheic dermatitis occurs in 20-25 % of the population aged 16 to 35 years, the disease is more common in men than in women, which is associated with androgenic stimulation of the sebaceous glands. The cause of seborrheic dermatitis is the fungus Malassezia , and factors that contribute to the development of this disease are: endocrine pathology, neurological diseases, immunodeficiency, genetic predisposition, hyperhidrosis, vitamin deficiency, the effects of alkaline detergents on the skin and other. The correction of seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp is a complex process that must be comprehensive: to eliminate not only the symptoms, but also to effect on the causes of the disease. In the pharmaceutical market ofUkraine, the number of combined drugs used for the treatment and prevention of seborrheic dermatitis is quite limited. Because of that it is important to develop a new drug in the form of shampoo for the prevention and treatment of this hair disease. Aim. To study the toxicological characteristics and pharmacological activity of a new drug in the form of shampoo. Materials and methods. One of the most important requirements for drugs is their health safety. The study of toxicological properties of the new drug for the prevention and treatment of seborrheic dermatitis has been carried out according to the guidelines of the State Pharmacological Center of Ukraine. The study included the identification of possible toxic effects with a single injection, as well as application in the form of skin applications and «conjunctival test». The study of pharmacological activity included the research of antialterative effect on a model of linear wounds, as well as reparative effect on a model of a linear cut wound in rats. Results. The results of the study indicated the absence of toxic effects of the new drug under acute experimental conditions on two types of laboratory animals with two ways of administration. According to the classification of K. K. Sidorov, the studied agent belongs to the IV class of toxicity – low-toxic substances (LD > 2810 mg/kg). It has been found that this drug has no local irritant effect on contact with the skin and mucous membranes of the eye. During the study of antialterative activity of a new drug in the form of shampoo, it has been found that the expressive activity showed a sample with the following components: octopyrox – 0.5 %; α-lipoic acid – 0.5 %; urea – 5.0 % and the rate of wound healing on the 15th day of the experiment was not inferior to the reference drug «PhysiObebe Mustela Bebe». It has been confirmed that in the model of a linear cut wound in rats, the new drug in the form of shampoo shows a pronounced reparative activity and exceeds the same indicator of the comparison drug «PhysiObebe Mustela Bebe». Conclusions. The results of the study indicated the absence of toxic effects of the new drug (according to the classification of K. K. Sidorov belongs to the IV class of toxicity – low-toxic substances), as well as local irritation in the applied to the skin and mucous membranes of the eye. The new drug in the form of shampoo under the conditions of model pathology showed pronounced antialterative and reparative activity.

Annotation. Diabetes is one of the most common metabolic diseases in the world with a large number of complications. Threatening conditions that significantly reduce the quality of life and even lead to the death include a diabetic foot syndrome. The aim of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of combined ozone therapy in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes with chronic lower extremity trophic ulcers. A prospective study of the effectiveness of using the combined method of ozone therapy in the treatment of trophic ulcers of the lower extremities was conducted in the surgical and rehabilitation departments of the University Clinic of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University. The study involved 52 patients with diadetes mellitus 2 type, who were randomly assigned to the main (n=26) and control (n=26) groups. Subjective and objective changes in the condition of patients were evaluated: an area of trophic ulcers (by A.V. Kuleshov's method), a rate of ulcer’s defect epithelization (by L. Popova's formula) and the quality of life parameters of patients (by the questionnaire SF-36) before and after the treatment. The endpoint of the study was a complete epithelization of the diabetic trophic ulcer. The treatment was carried out according to the generally accepted methodology in both observation groups, and the combination ozone therapy was additionally used for patients of the main group. The latter provided for the intravenous administration of an oxygen-ozonized 0.9% NaCl solution and local exposure of the trophic ulcer defect to the ozonized mixture by chamber aeration. The course of complex treatment was carried out after removal of necrotic tissue and wound cleansing, consisted of 10 local and general ozone therapy procedures, which were carried out every other day. Мета роботи. Вивчення структури піни в експериментальних зразках із метою обґрунтування раціонального складу шампуню для лікування себореї. Матеріали і методи. Об’єктами досліджень були експериментальні зразки піномийних основ із низкою сучасних поверхнево-активних речовин (ПАР) аніонного, амфотерного та неіоногенного характеру (динатрій лауретсульфосукцинат, натрій лауретсульфат, натрій міретсульфат, натрій лаурилсаркозинат, магній лауретсульфат, кокамідопропілбетаїн, динатрій кокоамфодіацетат, етоксильований амід рапсової олії, ПЕГ-7 гліцерил кокоат / ПЕГ-200 гліцерил пальмітат) та обраними активними фармацевтичними інгредієнтами (АФІ): α-ліпоєвою кислотою, октопіроксом та сечовиною. Мікроскопічний аналіз пін дослідних зразків проводили за допомогою лабораторного мікроскопа «Konus-Akademy» з окуляром-камерою ScopeTek DCM510. Для візуалізації отриманих зображень використовували програмне забезпечення ScopePhoto™ (version 3.0.12.498). Результати й обговорення. На основі проведеного дослідження доведено, що до вибору основних та со-ПАР необхідно підходити дуже ретельно. Завдяки методу мікрофотографування, доведено, що на стабільність готового засобу впливає вибір виду та співвідношення основних та со-ПАР, а також додавання АФІ. За допомогою методу мікрофотографування обрано оптимальних склад (на цьому етапі дослідження), який мав задовільні фізико-хімічні та органолептичні властивості. Висновки. За допомогою проведеного мікроскопічного аналізу піни розроблених зразків обґрунтовано вибір оптимальної піномийної основи (%): (натрій лауретсульфату 5,0; магній лауретсульфату 5,0; кокамідопропілбетаїну 2,5; динатрій кокоамфодіацету 2,5; етоксильованого аміду рапсової олії 3,0; ПЕГ-7 гліцерил кокоату / ПЕГ-200 гліцерил пальмітату 0,5; води очищеної до 100,0) з АФІ (α-ліпоєвою кислотою, октопіроксом та сечовиною). При вивченні структури масиву піни обраного зразка, встановлено, що піна мала сферичну форму бульбашок та характеризувалася мінімальною поверхневою енергією. Отримані дані свідчать про її стійкість і стабільність.

The role of citizen of elderly age in road accidents on the Federal Highway was principally passive since passengers of vehicles predominated (p0,0001). The most of victims of elderly age (66,7%) suffered of combined lesions. Considering gender of victim, presence of ethanol in blood at the moment of hospitalization, the role of victim of road accident and degree of severity of lesions in citizen of elderly age was in overall higher than in citizen of able-bodied age up to 2.3-2.9 points according ISS scale. The established medical demographic characteristics of victims of elderly age condition necessity of development of differentiated approaches to their medical care support, planning of measures of population prevention of medical sanitary aftermaths of road traumatism.

The medical and demographic losses because of road traffic accidents continue to be significant in most of economically developed and developing countries. The national strategies of reducing medical and demographic losses include two groups of measures, depending on object of exposure: (1) targeted to decreasing risk of road traffic accidents and (2) targeted to timely and adequate medical care support of victims. Beyond this classification are activities targeted to developing and improving in participants of road traffic skills of first self-care and mutual assistance. The availability of mentioned skills is important for saving lives and preventing permanent disability of victims of road traffic accidents.

A single-electron reduction of carbon dioxide is supposed to be an important basic step in various processes, ranging from interstellar chemistry to photocatalytic transformations. In this work, we report an FTIR spectroscopic study on the reactions of carbon dioxide (12CO2 and 13CO2) with the radiation-induced excess electrons in deposited cryogenic matrices with different physical characteristics (Ne, N2, Ar, Xe) occurring at 6 K. The reaction was monitored by the observation of carbon dioxide radical anions. It was found that attachment of excess electrons to CO2 occurred in neon and nitrogen matrices, but not in argon and xenon. In the case of nitrogen, the formation of matrix-related cationic species (N4+˙ and NNCO+˙) was also observed. Since the CO2 molecules have a negative intrinsic electron affinity, it was suggested that the electron attachment to CO2 is controlled by the energy of excess electrons in the solid matrix, which is determined by the value of the corresponding conduction band bottom energy (V0). The implications of the obtained results are discussed.

The objective of our study was to interpret and discuss atypical multiple myeloma case. The article describes the case of clinical observation of a patient K, in which manifestations of chronic kidney disease and circulatory failure prevailed in clinical picture of the disease. The authors recommended an X-ray examination of skull and pelvic bones as a screening method suitable for elderly people with symptoms of chronic renal insufficiency and chronic bone and muscle pain resistant to treatment.

Purpose: the aim of the article is to develop a methodology and practical tools for effective digital transformation of high-tech enterprises. To achieve this goal, a concept of enterprise transformation by means of innovative modernization, affecting changes in products, technological operations and organizational and production structures, was developed. For this, a number of tasks were solved, including the development of original economic and mathematical models that describe the change in the functional business strategies of a high-tech enterprise; selection and formalization of model variables; development of organizational design methods for flexible robotic structures and models for determining the parameters of flexibility and productivity of a robotic structure; software development of digital transformation processes.Methods: in preparing the article, methods of systems theory, project management of an innovative focus, mathematical modeling and a number of other methods were used.Results: a set of information systems for decision support in the areas of design and economic activities of a high-tech enterprise has been developed. The design of such systems was due to a number of circumstances. Firstly, the need to transform traditional information technologies used in the practice of a high-tech enterprise into digital information technologies. Secondly, the need for a high-tech enterprise in original applied software applications that provide solutions to innovative and economic problems, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise. To do this, an analysis was performed and models of data collection and storage were proposed for solving the problems of information support of the economic activity of a high-tech enterprise. The possibility of using a consistent data model in organizing the management of receivables and payables is shown. Cross-platform software was developed for the support system for decisions made by a high-tech enterprise, and a convenient user interface was implemented.Conclusions and Relevance: the study showed that it is advisable to create information systems as hierarchical structures covering the strategic, tactical and operational levels of management. In order to bring the automation level of the control and production subsystems into conformity, industrial robotics must be integrated into the created production links.

The development of the physicochemical basis for applications of nanoradiosensitizers for targeted treatment of tumors is one of the crucial issues of modern radiotherapy. Ceramic nanoparticles (NPs) composed of heavy metal oxides are considered as prospective sensitizers, particularly for X-ray treatment. This study reports a novel approach for experimental simulations of the radiosensitizing effect of NPs in biomimetic systems based on the quantification of radicals produced from organic components in concentrated aqueous organic solutions using the spin-trapping technique with electron paramagnetic resonance detection. This approach was first applied to X-ray irradiation (45 kVp) of aqueous methanol solutions systems containing different concentrations of hafnium oxide nanoparticles with an average diameter of ca. 84 nm (up to 1.8 wp). У статті проаналізовано зовнішню та внутрішню складові мотивації до навчального процесу у студентів-медиків 5 курсу; розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення викладання предметів у вищих навчальних закладах (ВНЗ) медичного профілю. Наведено аналіз даних психодіагностичних тестів вивчення загальних мотивів навчальної діяльності у вітчизняних та іноземних студентів медичного ВНЗ. Висвітлено основні напрямки педагогічної діяльності, які сприяють зростанню зацікавленості студента та його активної участі у набутті теоретичних знань та практичних навичок. Мотивація до навчання у вітчизняних та іноземних студентів відповідає середньому та високому рівням, бажання стати висококваліфікованим спеціалістом є пріоритетним у набутті знань. Використання новітніх інформаційних технологій, прийомів «ділової гри» та симуляційних центрів дозволяє ефективно підтримувати високий рівень науково-практичної підготовки майбутніх лікарів.

Правильний догляд, адекватний до стану шкіри та волосся новонародженої дитини, – це необхідна умова під­тримки здоров’я, попередження можливих алергічних проявів та профілактики виникнення різних захворю­вань. Основними компонентами щоденного догляду за шкірою є: купання, туалет за обличчям, очима, носом, вухами та ін. При цьому батьки найчастіше самостійно обирають, дозують та застосовують косметико-гігієнічні, лікувально-профілактичні засоби очищувальної дії, повністю покладаючись на рекламні пропозиції, рекомен­дації своїх знайомих. Крім того, найчастіше на вибір препаратів впливають особисті вподобання або смаки батьків, матеріальна спроможність та загальна культура. Тому склад косметичних препаратів для дитячої шкі­ри та волосся повинен бути максимально безпечним та збалансованим. Мета дослідження. Проведення аналізу сучасних засобів піномиючої дії для дитячої шкіри та волосся різної форми випуску, категорій та сегментів, різного цінового ранжування для встановлення новітніх тенденцій при доборі активних сурфактантів м’якої дії, умов їх введення, для розробки піномийних основ та створення гігієнічних і лікувально-профілактичних препаратів. Матеріали та методи. Дослідження асортименту препаратів, який був сформований впродовж п’яти років продукцією піномиючої дії baby-сегменту (від народження 0+). Встановлення сучасних тенденцій конкурент­ного середовища здійснювалося шляхом моніторингу цього сегменту продукції у формі шампунів, шампунів-пінок, шампунів-гелів, широкого діапазону вартості від 25-00 грн до 650-00 грн, представленої різними вироб­никами України, країн Європейського Союзу, СНГ, яка користується попитом у споживачів. Результати. Аналіз складу піномийних засобів у baby-сегменті (від народження 0+) виявив, що перевага при доборі основних речовин – детергентів надається речовинам з низьким порогом подразнювальної дії, таких як – Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate, Ammonium, Laureth Sulfate та ін. Проте дані сурфактанти не здатні самостійно в повній мірі забезпечувати високі функціональні та споживчі властивості кінцевому продукту (піноутворювальну здатність, пінне число, рН, в’язкість), маючи при цьому необхідні дерматологічні характеристики. Висновки. Отримані дані свідчать про те, що актуальним є пошук нових і перспективних речовин з метою створення нешкідливих, гіпоалергенних піномийних основ для дитячої косметики. In addition, most often the choice of drugs is influenced by the personal preferences or parents’ tastes, financial ability and general culture. Therefore, the composition of cosmetic preparations for the baby skin and hair should be particularly safe and balanced.Аim. To conduct the analysis of modern products for the baby skin and hair care of various dosage forms, categories and segments, price ranking for the latest trends when selecting active surfactants with a mild action, conditions for their administration, development of foaming bases and creation of hygienic, therapeutic and preventing drugs.Materials and methods. The study of the range of drugs formed within five years by the products of the foaming action of the baby-segment (from birth 0+). Modern competitive tendencies was determined by monitoring this segment of products in the form of shampoos, shampoo-foams, shampoo-gels, a wide range of cost from 25-00 UAH to 650-00 UAH presented by different manufacturers that were in demand with consumers from Ukraine, countries of the European Union and CIS.Results. The analysis of the composition of foaming agents in the baby-segment (from the birth of 0+) shows that when selecting the basic substances – detergents the advantage is given to substances with a low threshold of the irritant action, such as Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate, Ammonium, Laureth Sulfate and others. However, these surfactants are not able to independently fully provide high functional and consumer properties of the final product (foaming ability, foam number, pH, viscosity), while having the necessary dermatological characteristics.Conclusions. The data obtained indicate that it is important to search for new and promising substances in order to create safe, hypoallergenic foaming bases for baby cosmetics. There is a need for research to determine the conditions for the introduction of the priority primary and secondary surfactants., Правильный уход, адекватный состоянию кожи и волос новорожденного ребенка, – это необходимое условие поддержания здоровья, предупреждения возможных аллергических проявлений и профилактики возникно­вения различных заболеваний. Основными компонентами ежедневного ухода за кожей является: купание, туалет за лицом, глазами, носом, ушами и др. При этом родители зачастую самостоятельно выбирают, дози­руют и применяют косметико-гигиенические, лечебно-профилактические средства очищающего действия, полностью полагаясь на рекламные предложения, рекомендации своих знакомых. Кроме того, зачастую на выбор препаратов влияют личные предпочтения или вкусы родителей, материальная состоятельность и об­щая культура. Поэтому состав косметических препаратов для детской кожи и волос должен быть максимально безопасным и сбалансированным.Цель исследования. Проведение анализа современных средств пеномоющего действия для детской кожи и волос различной формы выпуска, категорий и сегментов, ценового ранжирования для установления новей­ших тенденций при подборе активных сурфактантов мягкого действия, условий их введения, для разработки пеномоющих основ и создания гигиенических и лечебно-профилактических препаратов.Материалы и методы. Исследование ассортимента препаратов, который был сформирован в течение пяти лет продукцией пеномоющего действия baby-сегмента (от рождения 0+). Установка современных тенденций конкурентной среды осуществлялась путем мониторинга этого сегмента продукции в форме шампуней, шам­пуней-пенок, шампуней-гелей, широкого диапазона стоимости от 25-00 грн до 650-00 грн, представленных различными производителями Украины, стран Европейского Союза, СНГ и пользующихся спросом у потреби­телей.Результаты. Анализ пеномоющих средств в baby-сегменте (от рождения 0+) показал, что преимущество при выборе основных веществ – детергентов имеют вещества с низким порогом раздражающего действия, такие как Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate, Ammonium, Laureth Sulfate и др. Однако, данные сурфактанты не способны самостоятельно в полной мере обеспечивать высокие функциональные и потребительские свойства конечному продукту (пенообразующая способность, пенное число, рН, вязкость), при этом проявляя необходимые дерматологические свойства.Выводы. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о том, что актуальным является поиск новых и перспектив­ных веществ с целью создания безвредных, гипоаллергенных пеномоющих основ для детской косметики. Есть потребность в исследованиях по определению условий введения приоритетных первичных и вторичных сурфактантов.

The urgency of the problem is due to the fact that respiratory diseases occupy one of the first places in the structure of child morbidity, and community-acquired pneumonia remains one of the main causes of hospitalization and mortality among children. Streptococcus pneumonia remains the leading bacterial etiological agent of community-acquired pneumonia in the total population of pathogens. The article presents a statistical study of the impact of vaccination against pneumococcus on the incidence of community-acquired pneumonia in children in Penza, Russia. It was revealed that the incidence of community-acquired pneumonia in children vaccinated with 1 3-valent conjugate pneumococcal vaccine is 3.2 times lower than in unvaccinated children.

The problem of achieving control of bronchial asthma (BA), regardless of severity, remains relevant. The use of extra-finely dispersed Beclomethasone/Formoterol FC (EMB FC BDP/FOR) according to the concept of Maintenance and Reliever Therapy (MART) has clinical advantages over traditional basal therapy in combination with symptomatic drugs. In the studies, BA Phenotypes for the use of EMD-FC BDP/FOR: BA in smoking patients, asthma with hyperinflation and asthma in older people and with a disease duration of more than 10 years were established. Clinical cases of treatment of EMD FC BDP/FOR are presented in accordance with the MART concept in older patients with uncontrolled asthma on the background of comorbidities and persistent bronchial obstruction, which have a positive effect and controlled asthma.

Серцево-судинні захворювання (ССЗ) продовжують займати перше місце серед причин смертності праце­здатного населення, а їх поширеність вища в країнах з низьким та середнім рівнями доходу. В зв’язку з обмеженими фінансовими ресурсами цих країн виникає необхідність раціонального розподілу коштів, виділених на охорону здоров’я. Особливого значення в цих умовах набувають превентивна кардіологія та кардіореабілітація (КР). Мета – провести огляд наукової літератури, присвяченої економічній ефективності та організаційним аспектам реалізації програм КР у країнах з різним рівнем доходів; запропонувати модель КР для України. Матеріал і методи. Проведено огляд літератури з обраної теми в наукометричній базі даних MEDLINE та на офіційних електронних ресурсах міжнародних об’єднань кардіологів, лікарів фізичної та реабілітаційної медицини. Пошук проведено за ключовими словами: cardiac rehabilitation, cardiorehabilitation, cardiovascular rehabilitation, low/middle income country, core components, models, benefit, effectiveness, economic effectiveness. Результати і висновки. У статті проаналізовано ефективність та описано особливості організації КР у країнах з різним рівнем доходів. На основі огляду літератури зроблені висновки щодо можливих шляхів розвитку та запропонована модель організації КР в Україні. Використання альтернативних моделей КР може підвищити її доступність для більшості населення України, а, отже, покращити якість життя та знизити смертність від ССЗ.

Objective Introduction: According to present knowledge, hyperhomocysteinemia is one of the risk factors of cardio-vascular pathology. Patients with chronic kidney disease are known to develop hyperhomocysteinemia more often than those in general population. Іmportant cause of hyperhomocysteinemia is the deficiency of vitamins В6, В9 and В12 that are involved in homocysteine metabolism. Vitamins deficiency, we believe, can be one of the causes of hyperhomocysteinemia in the patients with chronic renal failure. The aim: To analyze the plasma homocysteine level in patients with chronic kidney disease and its assosiation with the levels of vitamins B6, B9, B12 in Ukraine. Patients and methods Materials and methods: The study involved 148 persons with different stagesis of chronic kidney disease who underwent immunoenzyme determination of total plasma homocysteine, B9, cobalamin and vitamin В6 status. Results Results: It was found that in ukrainian patient population with chronic kidney disease 58.7% of patients have hyperhomocysteinemia. Homocysteine level was shown to increase with the increase of chronic kidney disease stage. Supply of vitamins В6, В9 та В12 in the patients with chronic kidney disease was lower than in apparently healthy persons, but there was significant decrease of folic acid level proportionally to the increase of chronic kidney disease stage. There was close relationship between homocysteine level and folic acid status in the patients with chronic kidney disease, but it appeared to be independent on cobalamin and pyridoxin status. Conclusion Conclusions: The obtained data are promising for finding effective means of correction of hyperhomocysteinemia in patients with chronic kidney disease by normalizing the vitamin status of such patients.

Grain production is historically a basis of stable functioning of agricultural sector, it has a system forming function for other branches of economy, it determines the level of food security for population and is a specific indicator of economic welfare of the state. The development of grain economy and grain market in Russia is negatively influenced by inadequate management system of AIC, indistinct contribution of functions at the federal level and interconnection of federal and regional authorities. State program of agricultural development and regulation of agricultural markets, raw and food on 2013-2020 determines the perspectives of development of grain economy, being the basic tool of adaptation to WTO regulations and the basic factor of increasing competitiveness of Russian grain at domestic and foreign markets. Ensuring the dynamic development of grain market in Russia involves a lot of macroeconomic, nature-climatic, agro ecological, trade-economic and political risks. The main tasks to ensure the dynamic devel-opment include making a legislative framework, expansion of production scale, increase of productivity, increase of grain quality and products of its processing, innovative development of the branch and increase of competitiveness of Russian grain. Grain economy is still one of a few branches of grain productive complex, which doesn’t have its own program of development which negatively influences on functioning of grain market. Market development is impossible without dynamic growth of production and increase of grain quality, optimization of its territorial structure taking into consideration competitive advantages of every region.

Aim . To develop and validate the methods for the quantitative determination of fusidic acid and panthenol in “Fuzipam-derma” gel. Materials and methods . The determination was performed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) according to the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine (SPhU) 1.0 on a Prostar-210 liquid chromatograph, (Varian Chromatography System, USA). Results and discussion . The methods for the quantitative determination of fusidic acid and panthenol in “Fuzipam-derma” gel have been developed. The appropriate chromatographic conditions have been chosen, due to them the peaks of fusidic acid and panthenol are completely separated from other gel components. The validation of the methods for the quantitative determination of fusidic acid and panthenol has been performed. The data obtained have shown that the methods are stable and reproducible in different days. Conclusions . The methods for the quantitative determination of fusidic acid and panthenol in the composition of the new dermatological gel “Fuzipam-derma” for the treatment of grade І-ІІ acne has been developed using the HPLC method.
