本研究では，数学科教育において数学教科の特性を踏まえたICT の効果的な活用に向け，帰納的推論過程に着目し，その有効性について考察する。基本的な概念を整理するために，数学の視点から，数学的帰納法に関する定理を述べ，数学教育の視点から，帰納的推論に関連する推論過程についての基礎理論を概観する。そのうえで，コンピュータの扱う数値に関する特性についてまとめる。これらの議論により，帰納的推論過程の場面でICT を活用し，それを証明する一連の活動において，数学の特性を踏まえた効果的なICT 活用を授業で実現できうることを摘する。最後に，授業として展開するうえでの基本的な流れを示し，題材例を提示する。このことにより，数学教師がICT を活用する教材研究や教材開発を行う際に，その基礎となる考え方の一例を提示する。

This study aimed to clarify the implementation of online classes and the evaluation and perception of their instructions through a questionnaire survey. The results indicate that online classes are conducted in high schools and are highly evaluated, but burdens and difficulties are not perceived as such. Rather, relationships with fellow teachers at school were perceived as a burden. Through this, the paper addresses issues in information and communications technology (ICT) education. After the impact of COVID-19 subsides, ICT education is expected to become increasingly popular in Japanese educational settings and schools. At this time, if we do not focus on improving the work environment for teachers, rather than on rapid changes in the educational environment, the burden on teachers will become heavier.

This paper presents the concept of a new curriculum for the course in charge of learning and teaching development, including ICT teaching practice, at Naruto University of Education, based on the philosophy of the previous courses. The basis for the new curriculum design is the direction of online education in Japan, the proposal of the direction of using ICT not only as teaching tools but also as learning materials, and the reconfirmation ofʻ the light and shade' of ICT teaching materials.

鳥取短期大学では，2020 年12 月よりGoogle Workspace for Education を導入し2021 年4 月よりその本格的な運用が始まる．本稿では，Google Workspace for Education 導入までの学内のICT 環境整備が図られた経緯とGoogle Meet を用いた遠隔授業やGoogle Jamboard を利用したグループワークの実践について述べるとともに，Google Classroom を活用した他大学の活用事例の紹介および情報・経営専攻の授業（2021 年「資格情報処理A」）での導入計画などについて述べる．

報告, Reports, 2020 年の新型コロナウイルス感染症（以下、COVID-19）の世界的感染拡大により、生活のあらゆる場面における情報通信技術（Information and Communication Technology；以下、ICT）の重要性が飛躍的に高まり、看護基礎教育においては、ICT を生かした看護実践能力を育む新たな教育手法の開発とその知見の蓄積が喫緊の課題となった。 このような学修環境の変化を契機に、2020 年度より本学の成人看護学領域は、専用クラウド上の映像教材（以下、コンテンツ）に個人が所有する端末でアクセスすることで、それらコンテンツを自由に活用できる「映像システム」を取り入れた教育を開始した。 映像システムは、2020 年度開講された全ての成人看護学関連科目において活用され、特にCOVID-19 の感染拡大状況により、その教育手法が大きく影響をうける実習においては、多様な形で用いられていた。今後は、映像システムの活用状況や教育効果に関する評価、さらに組織的な使用環境の整備などが課題である。

The micro:bit is an educational, inexpensive single board computer with many sensors. There are many lesson practices that use this alone, but when we combin with other equipment, we can use for various learning. A robot car is one of them. We made a comparative review of three robot cars in this treatise. Accordingly we found out that each robot car has its own characteristics in the program, so it is necessary to use properly depending on what we aim for. In addition, since new version of micro: bit was released in November, we overview of its characteristics and we make sure of becoming easier to use for learning.

これまで、個人指導を軸とするピアノレッスンは、保育者養成課程を含む教育機関においても、また音楽教室のような「習い事」の場においても、対面形式を前提として行われてきた。しかし、指導者と受講者とが「密接」し「発声」を伴う指導を「密室」で行うピアノ指導は、コロナ禍においては最も回避しなければならない授業形態のひとつとなった。本研究では、本学におけるピアノの個人指導形式の授業について、オンラインと対面の2 つの方法で体験した受講者による評価の調査を通し、オンライン指導によるピアノレッスンの特徴とその可能性について検討した。受講者評価調査の結果、受講者の大半は、オンラインによるピアノレッスンに対し抵抗感は少なかったものの、実際には対面指導を望んでいることが明らかになった。今後の課題として、指導者によるオンライン指導の評価の検討、さらに、オンライン指導を併用した対面式ピアノ指導の実践が挙げられる。

[Introduction] Japanese government promotes ICT education and plans tostart classes which use Tablet devices from 2020. School children will usemore time with IT devices. Watching small screens with the same position anddistance for a long time causes tension of the ciliary muscles, ocular muscles,neck, shoulder and back muscles. It causes dysautonomia if gets worse. In caseof adults, the government established new guidelines to reduce the burden ofVDT operation for industrial health control. Furthermore, it announces that“it is better to do exercise, stretch, relaxation and light sports” to recommendfitness at the office. There are no such regulations in case of school children.An existing study on the visual training for elementary school studentsrevealed that it is effective for improving their eyesight. The author concludedthat physical education class might be effective to improve eyesight of students.[Method] Author conducted “jump rope”, “dodge ball”, “badminton”,“volleyball”, “body function test” and “work with PC” is university class.Before and after the class, I checked their far vision visual acuity and nearvision visual acuity. [Result and Analysis] Far vision visual acuity of the studentswho have poor far vision visual acuity became better after “dodge ball”“badminton” and “volleyball”. I anticipate that the tension of ciliary musclesand ocular muscles is reduced as a result of their 3 Dimension visual trainingin ball play without an aim and. [Conclusion] Based on the result of theresearch, we can conclude that it is effective to program physical educationclass after the class to use IT devices.

近年は、私たちの日常生活の隅々へのICT の導入と実用化が進む中で、理系大学生や専門学生に限らず、文系大学生も大学卒業後にICT に関する知識や活用する力が求められるようになってきている。本稿は、これまでICT 分野に触れる機会が少なかった文系大学生を対象とし、Raspberry Pi を活用したものづくり体験をとおしてICT 分野への興味関心をもたせることを試行した事例報告である。ものづくり体験では、コンピュータや情報通信の基本的な原理を自分の手を動かしながら学び、「自分のアイデアを形にする」という目標を設定することにより、主体的かつ楽しみながら学習に取り組むことができた。その結果、学生はICT 分野への興味関心と理解をより深め、日常生活においてICT がより身近なものだと感じることができた。以上のことから、ICT 分野に抵抗感を抱きがちな文系大学生にとってRaspberry Pi を教材として活用することは効果的であると考えられる。

タイ王国は、2012 年度よりインラック政権による「One Tablet PC per Child」政策のもと、全国の初等教育1 年生にタブレットPC を無償配布している。しかし、ハード面、ソフト面ともに様々な課題が指摘され、現在十分に当初の目的を果たしているとは言い難い現状が報告されている。そこで、ICT 教育の充実が求められる日本における参考になる知見を得るために、2016 年にタイ王国バンコク市内の3 校の小中学校を視察し、タブレットPC の活用状況について調査を行った。その結果、政府支給のタブレットPC を使用している学校、学校独自のタブレット教育を行っている学校等様々な活用状況を視察することができた。その結果、アプリケーション等のソフトの充実や教師のIT スキルが活用のための最重要課題であることが理解できた。

日本における外国人人口およびその労働力人口は近年増加している。外国人医療の問題としては，言葉の壁が原因で治療に対する積極性に差が生まれ，健康格差につながるという報告もある。健康格差を防ぐべく，在日，訪日外国人と日本の医療をつなぐ存在が医療通訳であり，その重要性はますます高まっている。患者が病院を受診する際に体験する受付から薬局での処方箋受け渡しまでの一連の流れにおいて，医療通訳にはそれぞれの状況に応じた対話を含むトレーニングが必要である。本研究では日本の外国人医療を促進するため，日本でことばに不自由なく診療が受けられる環境を整備するべく，在日，訪日外国人と医療をつなぐ医療通訳の人材を養成することを目指し，日英医療通訳学習用Web 教材を作成したので報告する。本研究により広く使用可能な医療通訳養成システムを構築し，外国人医療の言葉の障害による医療格差の問題を解決する一助となることを目指す。, There is a growing need in medical settings in Japan to speak international languages for communication, with Tokyo selected as the host city of the 2020 Summer Olympics. Due to the limited number of practical activities on medical interpreting, it is difficult for learners to acquire the interpreting skills. In order to eliminate the shortcoming, a web-based English-Japanese medical interpreting training system was developed. The design of a virtual environment allows the execution of complementary experimental exercises for learners of medical interpreting and introduction to theoretical background of medical interpreting. Since this system adopts a self-learning style, it might improve the time and lack of teaching material restrictions of the classroom method. The developed e-learning system allows remote access, enabling students to perform experiments at their own place, without being physically in the actual laboratory. The web-based virtual environment empowers students by granting them access to laboratories during their free time. The developed web-based training program for medical interpreters could bridge the gap between medical professionals and patients with limited English proficiency while being amenable to integration into clinical flow.
