Introduction: Stunting is a serious health problem in children, especially in developing countries. Sufficient knowledge about stunting prevention is essential for Posyandu cadres, as they play a role in providing information and support to mothers and children in the community. Objective: evaluate the effectiveness of the lecture method in increasing the knowledge of Posyandu cadres about stunting prevention in children. Method: This type of research uses a quantitative approach. In this study, using a group of health posyandu cadres, stunting knowledge was given using the lecture method. The population in the study of cadre mothers was 60 people, with a sample size of 36 people, using purposive sampling. Measuring instruments use questionnaire instruments and analysis results are in the form of descriptive data equipped with tables. Results: based on statistical test wilcoxon test Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) P Value 0.000 ≤ 0.05 means that there is an increase in knowledge between before and after educational intervention with the lecture method. Conclusion: The lecture method is effective in increasing the knowledge of Posyandu cadres about stunting prevention in children. It is hoped that the results of this study can be the foundation for a broader health education program to overcome the problem of stunting in children in the community.

Introduction: Babies with low birth weight are one of the health problems often faced by mothers and families in various countries, including Indonesia. The return of babies with low birth weights from the hospital became a critical stage in their care after a period of intensive hospitalization. Objective: Describe the mother's confidence level when planning to return a baby with a low birth weight to the hospital. Method: quantitative research with a descriptive design involving 29 respondents. This study used non-probability and consecutive sampling techniques to determine subjects who met the inclusion criteria. The measuring instrument uses the Maternal Confidence Questionnaire Instrument, and the analysis results are descriptive data equipped with tables. Results: Most of the self-confidence of mothers planning to return home with high-birth-weight babies from the hospital was high among 16 respondents (55.2%). Factors that influence a mother's confidence include previous experience caring for a child, social support from family and friends, information and education provided by medical personnel, and an adequate financial condition and environment for the care of the baby. Conclusion: The mother's self-confidence plays a crucial role in planning the return of a low-birthweight baby from the hospital. Social support, knowledge of baby care, interaction with health workers, and understanding of the baby's health condition contribute to the mother's confidence. A holistic approach involving adequate social support, information and education, and financial and environmental readiness to increase maternal confidence in caring for a low-birth-weight baby after discharge from the hospital

Chrysanthemum flowers (Chrysanthemum indicum L.) have been shown to contain flavonoid compounds and exert antioxidant activity. This brings Chrysanthemum indicum potential to be developed as a nutraceutical product. This study aims to evaluate the antioxidant activity of Chrysanthemum flowers before and after the formulation of Chrysanthemum indicum flower extract as a gummy candy. Gummy candy formulas were developed using variations of gelatin and pectin as gelling agents. In this study, Chrysanthemum flower extract was formulated into gummy candy. The physical characteristics evaluated include organoleptic tests, weight uniformity, elasticity, and moisture content. Optimization was performed using the simplex lattice design (SLD) method with the aid of the Design Expert software Ver. 13. The antioxidant activity of the chrysanthemum flower extract and gummy candy extract was evaluated using the DPPH radical scavenging method. Ascorbic acid was used as a positive control. The optimum formula for preparing the gummy candy was 11.51% of gelatin and 1.24% of pectin. The evaluation of weight uniformity, elasticity, and moisture content suggested that there is no significant difference between the optimum formula and the predicted value. Both the chrysanthemum flower extract and chrysanthemum flower gummy candy had strong antioxidant activity. The IC50 value of the extract was 67.80 ± 2.37 mg/mL while the gummy candy IC50 value was 82.93 ± 2.55 mg/mL. The antioxidant activity of Chrysanthemum indicum was slightly decreased after being formulated into gummy candy. These studies suggested that scientists are expected to anticipate the decrease of Chrysanthemum antioxidant activity in the gummy manufacturing process.

Microalgae are increasingly regarded as a sustainable source of novel food and functional products due to their nutritional composition. This study aimed to conduct an in-depth analysis of the chemical, microstructural and rheological, and volatile-flavour related properties of Arthrospira, Isochrysis, Nannochloropsis, and Tetraselmis species. Chemometric data analysis was employed to integrate the multivariate data, investigate the classification among the four species, and identify discriminating and distinct features. Arthrospira is high in protein content, and Nannochloropsis is lipid-rich with dominantly polyunsaturated fatty acids. Isochrysis is rich in carotenoids and total phenolics, while Tetraselmis is high in carbohydrates. Key discriminant volatile markers encompass aldehydes, terpenes, and hydrocarbons for Arthrospira; ketones and alcohols for Nannochloropsis; aldehydes, ketones, and sulfur-containing compounds for Tetraselmis; and furans and aldehydes for Isochrysis. Moreover, Arthrospira and Isochrysis demonstrate elevated viscosity and notable thickening potential. In summary, the different microalgal biomass studied in this study showcase unique compositional, rheological, and volatile properties, highlighting their potential as functional ingredients for diverse applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Abstract Lumpy skin disease (LSD) is a transboundary viral disease of cattle and water buffaloes caused by the LSD virus, leading to high morbidity, low mortality, and a significant economic impact. Initially endemic to Africa only, LSD has spread to the Middle East, Europe, and Asia in the past decade. The most effective control strategy for LSD is the vaccination of cattle with live-attenuated LSDV vaccines. Consequently, the emergence of two groups of LSDV strains in Asian countries, one closely related to the ancient Kenyan LSDV isolates and the second made of recombinant viruses with a backbone of Neethling-vaccine and field isolates, emphasized the need for constant molecular surveillance. This current study investigated the first outbreak of LSD in Indonesia in 2022. Molecular characterization of the isolate circulating in the country based on selected LSDV-marker genes: RPO30, GPCR, EEV glycoprotein gene, and B22R, as well as whole genome analysis using several analytical tools, indicated the Indonesia LSDV isolate as a recombinant of LSDV_Neethling_vaccine_LW_1959 and LSDV_NI-2490. The analysis clustered the Indonesia_LSDV with the previously reported LSDV recombinants circulating in East and Southeast Asia, but different from the recombinant viruses in Russia and the field isolates in South-Asian countries. Additionally, this study has demonstrated alternative accurate ways of LSDV whole genome analysis and clustering of isolates, including the recombinants, instead of whole-genome phylogenetic tree analysis. These data will strengthen our understanding of the pathogens’ origin, the extent of their spread, and determination of suitable control measures required.

Background and Aim: The peste des petit ruminants (PPR) is a disaster-class virus that causes catastrophic drawbacks to small ruminant industries in affected countries. As PPR disease has been reported in neighboring countries, Indonesia, which has a large population of sheep and goats, has become prone to the emerging threat of infection. Because the virus can also infect other animals with subclinical manifestations, large ruminants, such as buffaloes, may play an important role in spreading the virus in the environment. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to identify PPR seroprevalence in the buffalo population of Indonesia. Materials and Methods: A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed to identify the specific antibody for PPR viruses in the buffalo population using serum bank collection from the National Research and Innovation Agency, Indonesia. Results: PPR virus seroprevalence was detected in buffalo from Central Java, East Java, and East Nusa Tenggara Province in Indonesia. Although seroprevalence was low in the population, the antibody titer was relatively high in the positive samples. Sex and age were identified as determinant factors in the seroprevalence distribution of the buffalo population. Conclusion: The presence of antibodies against the PPR virus in buffaloes may indicate that PPR virus is circulating in the buffalo population of Indonesia.

Technological advancements in Indonesia have been on the rise, and the advent of technology has brought about significant changes in various aspects of society. The integration of technology into human life has greatly enhanced various activities, making information exchange and communication more accessible. As we observe the continuous evolution of technology, it has created new business prospects for companies to harness the power of the internet in providing online shopping services that connect consumers, service providers, and intermediary traders. E-commerce has emerged as a vital platform supporting commercial transactions via the internet. Prior to making a purchase, consumers frequently turn to social media for product reviews, where electronic word of mouth enables users to share their product-buying experiences. This study seeks to investigate the impact of user-generated information through electronic word of mouth on purchase intentions within the e-commerce landscape of Indonesia, utilizing the Information Acceptance Model (IACM). Employing a causal descriptive research approach, this study targeted e-commerce users in Indonesia, with 155 respondents participating. Data collection was carried out through Google Forms, and the collected data was analyzed using SmartPLS 3. Hypothetical testing included t-tests, p-tests, and path coefficient assessments. The study's findings revealed that variables such as information quantity, information needs, attitudes toward information, information usability, and information adoption all play a significant role in influencing purchase intentions, while information quality and information credibility had no discernible impact on purchase intentions.

Inventory control is very important in production and trading activities. The purpose of inventory control is to maintain product availability. In certain cases, the products provided must be ordered from distributors outside the city and require waiting time from the time the order is placed until the product is received. The Multiobjective Probabilistic Fuzzy Inventory model can be applied to inventory optimization problems with the uncertainty of the leadtime parameter. In this study, the model was applied to the problem of supply salak fruit at one of the distributors. The first objective function is to minimize holding costs and the second is to minimize deterioration costs. The inventory model is transformed into a single objective form using a weighted method. Based on the results, the order cycle time is 3 days with the optimal total inventory of 430.1086 kg. The holding cost and deterioration costs are IDR 2,075,866 and IDR 571,034, respectively. Changes in the weight value of the objective function result in changes in the total cost value. The greater the weight for the first objective function, the smaller the total cost.

Vibrational spectroscopy is a green, rapid, and affordable analytical tool for analysing the quality, safety, and origin of biological materials in agri-food sectors. Pre-processing spectral data is crucial to removing instrumental interferences and physical artifacts when developing a classification model. However, there has yet to be a consensus on which spectral pre-processing method, settings, and decision parameters to use to optimise pre-processing for different spectroscopy tools. Using an arbitrary criterion poses a risk of applying the wrong type or too severe pre-processing that removes valuable information or affects the model's performance for prediction studies. Matthew's Correlation Coefficient (MCC) - a statistic for parameterising classification performance, accounts for data set imbalance and improved decisions on model selection to express uncertainty on future predictions. Four vibrational spectroscopy instruments [near-infrared (NIR), hyperspectral (HSI), mid-infrared (FTIR), and Raman] were compared using different pre-processing methods to understand the performance using MCC to classify coffee from four countries (Indonesia, Ethiopia, Brazil and Rwanda). Key decision parameters were evaluated for the development of reliable classification models. The best pre-processing for NIR was extended multiplicative scatter correction with mean centering (MNCN), and for HSI, Savitzky-Golay (1st derivative, 15 points) with MNCN. NIR performed the best across all four instruments, with FTIR performing the worst. Raman showed potential for coffee origin classification using the right pre-processing. Pre-processing with weighted least squares, normalisation, and MNCN eliminated the fluorescence effect on Raman spectral data. These findings show the feasibility of using MCC for classification problems.

Good management of goods is needed so that the inventory activities of a business can run smoothly as the part of supply chain management which aims to monitor the flow of stock of goods from the purchasing process, and storage to the point of sale. In terms of inventory or supplies of pharmaceutical goods, conditions such as shortages or stockouts must also be considered which are a matter of control, management, and security. In this study, an inventory model is formulated with deterioration or damage to pharmaceutical goods that occurs due to the length of time when the goods are stored with a linear demand level. In the optimal solution, the inventory time occurs when it reaches the zero point (t1) of 0.34 and the cycle length (T1) of 0.83 with an average minimum total cost (TC) of $445.25 per cycle which is completed by WolframAlpha software. Sensitivity analysis changes the value results in the value of (TC) which that increases for all parameters. In increasing the linear function variables (a and b), it produces t1 and T1 stable values. An increase in the cost of each item damage (DC) and constant damage rate (theta) produces a t1 stable value, but the value of T1 increases. The increase in storage costs (h) results in a decrease in the value of t1 and T1. An increase in the cost of shortages (s) results in an increase in the value of t1 and a decrease in the value of T1.

Vehicles involved in platoon formation may experience difficulties in obtaining full-state information that can be exchanged and used for controller synthesis. Therefore, a distributed controller based on a model reference and designed utilizing a cooperative observer is proposed for vehicle platoon synchronization. The proposed controller is composed of three main blocks, namely, the reference model, the cooperative observer and the main controller. The reference model is developed by using a homogeneous vehicle platoon that utilizes cooperative full-state information. The cooperative observer is a state estimator which is constructed based on the cooperative output estimation error. It provides state estimates to be used by the main controller. The main controller is constructed from a nominal control and a synchronization input. The nominal control has the main task of tracking the lead vehicle, while in order to reduce the synchronization error, the synchronization input is added by utilizing the cooperative disagreement error. Stability analysis is focused on the vehicle platoon when it is subjected to completely periodical intermittent information. The condition on the information rate is derived for guaranteeing the synchronization of the platoon. Numerical simulation of a vehicle platoon consisting of one leader and five followers is used to examine the performance of the controller.

Acute Respiratory Infections are a major health problem in children under five worldwide and the incidence of Acute Respiratory Infections in children under five can cause significant morbidity and mortality, especially in countries with limited health resources. This study aims to determine the relationship between smoking in the house and ventilation with the occurrence of ARI disease in children under five. The type of research used in research is this type of research analytical survey method with Cross cross-sectional approach. The analysis used in the p chi-square statistical test with a P value value of >0.05 The statistical test obtained smoking variables with a value of p = 0.010 and ventilation P = 0.000. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the presence of family members who smoke and ventilation in the house with the incidence of ARI disease in children under five. To protect children under five from the risk of ARI caused by secondhand smoke in the home, necessary measures include stopping smoking, smoking outdoors, and ensuring good ventilation inside the home

Di Desa Majasto terdapat Makam Punden Ki Ageng Majasto (KAM) dan beberapa tempat sacral lainnya yang banyak dikunjungi peziarah. Berdasarkan potensi ini kemudian Pemerintah Desa Majasto menyusun master plan Desa Wisata. Terdapat hal unik dan menarik untuk diteliti karena potensi wisata ziarah berupa makam punden dan tempat-tempat sacral lainnya tidak menjadi kawasan yang diprioritaskan. Oleh karenanya permasalahan penelitian dirumuskan menjadi: Bagaimana pengaruh Makam Punden terhadap pengembangan atraksi Desa Wisata Majasto? Adapun tujuannya: mengetahui seberapa besar peran Makam Punden dalam pengembangan Atraksi Desa Wisata Majasto. Master plan dan profil desa sebagai data utama dalam penelitian ini memiliki metode yang berbeda-beda sesuai tahapan kegiatan. Metode masing-masing tahap sebagai berikut: (1) Penyusunan profil Desa menggunakan metode sekunder (penelusuran dokumen) dan primer (wawancara dan observasi); (2) Identifikasi potensi unggulan dan strategi pengembangan menggunakan metode SWOT; (3) Perumusan konsep dasar master plan menggunakan metode FGD; dan (4) pendembangan rencana menggunakan metode eksplorasi desain. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis konten. Konten potensi tempat-tempat sacral di profil desa dikomparasikan dengan kawasan prioritas yang ada di master plan. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Secara substantif, Makam Punden tidak berpengaruh pada pengembangan jenis atraksi wisata baru yang dikembangkan, namun demikian 2) Secara branding, Makam Punden menjadi satu-satunya sumber ‘brand’ atau ‘citra’ atau ‘legenda’ yang digunakan untuk memberi nama masing-masing objek agar lebih terkesan ‘bermakna’ dan unik, yaitu: Taman ‘Bumi Arum’, Pemancingan ‘Sutawijaya’, Lapangan OR dan Taman ‘Sutawijaya’, serta Sentra Busana ‘Majasto’.

Spirometry as the gold standard for pulmonary function examination has limited availability, especially in our hospital which is only available in outpatient clinic during work hours (not in emergency room or patient room). Furthermore, all primary healthcare in Indonesia do not have spirometry equipment, thus other alternatives are required. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between a single breath counting test (SBCT), peak flow meter (PFM), and spirometry to assess pulmonary function in MG patients in a national referral hospital in Indonesia.Patients and Methods: A single-center, cross-sectional study was conducted and SBCT, PFM, and spirometry examination were performed in MG patients and healthy controls.Results: Seventy patients, aged 47.7 ± 13.4 years old, participated in this study. SBCT, forced vital capacity first second (FVC1), and forced expiratory volume first second (FEV1) value between MG patients and healthy controls showed a significant difference, in which healthy controls have higher SBCT, FVC1, and FEV1 values (p = 0.000, p = 0.000 and p = 0.001 respectively). There was a significant difference between PFM with SBCT and FVC1 value in MG patients. Strong correlation was found between SBCT and FVC1 in MG patients.Conclusion: MG patients had worse pulmonary function compared to healthy controls. SBCT and PFM examination have a significant correlation with FVC1 in MG patients. Therefore, SBCT and PFM can be used as a bedside tool to detect respiratory impairment in MG patients.Keywords: myasthenia gravis, peak flow meter, single breath counting test, spirometry

Pulsed electric field (PEF) pretreatment has been shown to improve the quality of dried fruits in terms of antioxidant activity and bioactive compounds. In this study, apricots were pretreated with PEF at different field strengths (0.7 kV/cm; 1.2 kV/cm and 1.8 kv/cm) at a frequency of 50 Hz, and electric pulses coming in every 20 µs for 30 s, prior to freeze−drying and air−drying treatments. PEF treatments were carried out at different field strengths. The impact of different pretreatments on the quality of dried apricot was determined in terms of physical properties, antioxidant activity, total phenolic content, and metabolite profile. PEF pretreatments significantly (p < 0.05) increased firmness of all the air−dried samples the most by 4–7−fold and most freeze−dried apricot samples (44.2% to 98.64%) compared to the control group. However, PEF treatment at 1.2 kV/cm did not have any effect on hardness of the freeze−dried sample. The moisture content and water activity of freeze−dried samples were found to be significantly lower than those of air−dried samples. Scanning electron microscopy results revealed that air drying caused the loss of fruit structure due to significant moisture loss, while freeze drying preserved the honeycomb structure of the apricot flesh, with increased pore sizes observed at higher PEF intensities. PEF pretreatment also significantly increased the antioxidant activity and total phenol content of both air−dried and freeze−dried apricots. PEF treatment also significantly (p < 0.05) increased amino acid and fatty acid content of air−dried samples but significantly (p < 0.05) decreased sugar content. Almost all amino acids (except tyrosine, alanine, and threonine) significantly increased with increasing PEF intensity. The results of this study suggest that PEF pretreatment can influence the quality of air−dried and freeze−dried apricots in terms antioxidant activity and metabolites such as amino acids, fatty acids, sugar, organic acids, and phenolic compounds. The most effective treatment for preserving the quality of dried apricots is freeze drying combined with high−intensity (1.8 kv/cm) PEF treatment.

Majasto village was designated by the government as a Religious Tourism Area through the Sukoharjo Regency Spatial Plan. However, to support this, Majasto Village does not have a good management system and regional planning of village-owned enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Desa/Bumdes) to encourage its economic acceleration. This program aims to develop a tourism village area plan and optimal financial management for Bumdes. The method used is through mapping both physical and non-physical potentials of the village to obtain detailed information, which is done by conducting a mapping or survey to identify natural and artificial physical potential, as well as socioeconomic and historical aspects to understand the potential and problems through SWOT analysis. The results of this program are in the form of a Tourism Village Master Plan and a Priority Area Plan. The second result is the initiation of financial digitization training through Bumdes Financial Accounting System. This is done to ensure that Bumdes can record transactions and financial reporting properly. The integration of the development of Bumdes business unit based on the Tourism Village Master Plan and the Priority Area Plan (the first stage result) and the Bumdes Profile (the second stage result).

Complete health care is an important factor in achieving patient satisfaction. With the increase in people's living standards, so do the increasing demands of the community for quality health. This study aims to determine the quality of health services on the level of patient satisfaction. The quantitative research method uses a cross-sectional design with accidental sampling sample techniques totaling 66 respondents. The results of statistical analysis using the chi-square test obtained a value of p = 0.00. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between embodiment, reliability, reassurance, responsiveness and empathy for patient satisfaction. Quality health care is an important factor in achieving patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is the level of feeling the patient feels that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares it to exceed what he expected

This research aims to reveal the change and continuity of environmental education in the Indigenous people of the jungle Jambi Province, Indonesia. The method used was qualitative research method with the type of phenomenological research. The subjects of this study were the indigenous people of the jungle, namely: Temenggung, Tengganai, traditional leaders, and traditional youth. Data was collected by participatory observation and in-depth interviews using an unstructured interview draft. Data analysis was carried out using techniques: data reduction, display, and verification. The results of this study were (1) Changes in Environmental Education in the Indigenous people of the jungle Indigenous Peoples of Jambi Province referring to a sociological perspective could be categorized as social dynamics. Changes in the local jungle community have a social statistics category. The category is most of the jungle population which recognizes the oneness of gods who take good care of nature without any destruction from humans. It aims to sustain a prosperous life in the eyes of the jungle tribe (2) The continuity of environmental education in the jungle community was based on historical facts that were easily refuted. The sustainability of this environmental education was based on the community's awareness, solidarity, and survival. Indigenous people of the jungle believe that the forest is their home. The continuity of Indigenous people of the jungle environmental education occurs in two areas, structural or customary law and cultural education within the family.

Plant-based foods are being increasingly favored to feed the ever-growing population, but these need to exhibit improved nutritional value in terms of protein quality and digestibility to be considered a useful alternative to animal-based foods. Germination is essential for plant growth and represents a viable method through which the protein quality of plants can be further improved. However, it will be a challenge to maintain efficient rates of germination in a changing climate when seeds are sown. In the context of the indoor germination of seeds for food, consumption, or processing purposes, a more efficient and sustainable process is desired. Therefore, novel techniques to facilitate seed germination are required. Pulsed electric fields (PEF) treatment of seeds results in the permeabilization of the cell membrane, allowing water to be taken up more quickly and triggering biochemical changes to the macromolecules in the seed during germination. Therefore, PEF could be a chemical-free approach to induce a stress response in seeds, leading to the production of secondary metabolites known to exert beneficial effects on human health. However, this application of PEF, though promising, requires further research to optimize its impact on the protein and bioactive compounds in germinating seeds.

The purpose of this study was to examine the economic valuation of Sentul chicken to determine the amount of incentive farmers should receive. A survey method has been conducted as the research methodology. The research location was determined purposively, namely in accordance with the research objectives, on the basis of several considerations, the location where the research was located was the Sentul chicken development center where there were active farmer groups. A total of 39 farmers who had a minimum of 100 Sentul chickens/year were censused to become respondents. Data collection was carried out in May - August 2022. The data were analyzed by the contingent valuation method (CVM) using the willingness to accept (WTA) approach in the bidding game. The WTA value sought is the Total WTA (TWTA) and Mean WTA (EWTA) which are converted into incentive values for farmers. Multiple regression analysis has been applied to investigate any significant factors that affected the WTA value. The study results show an estimated total WTA value of IDR 191,220,000 per year and an estimated WTA value of IDR 178,974.36 per chicken per year. Education, experience, land area, income, livestock orientation, and pride are WTA factors that impact farmers, as income (0,024) and pride (0,000) become the most influential factors. Efforts to conserve Sentul chickens can be realized using the incentives indicated by a high WTA value. Therefore, policy makers can conserve Sentul chickens using an incentive approach.

Purpose: This study aims to map the development of research related to the issue of Pro-poor Budgeting in public-sector accounting over the past six years from 2017 to 2022. Methodology/approach: This research uses a bibliometric approach to analyze content and data visualization supported by the VOSviewer application. Data was collected by accessing the Google Scholar database with the help of the Publish or Perish application, so 412 articles were obtained from 2017 to 2022. Findings: The results showed that research on the issue of Pro-poor Budgeting varied from various perspectives. The data collected from the Google Scholar database was analyzed and grouped based on annual articles, article citations, and authors. Four authors were the most prolific authors, with three published articles. Pro-poor budgeting, income inequality, and public spending are specific words that can be used as opportunities for further research. Practical and Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research is expected to contribute ideas and thoughts for future researchers related to the issue of pro-poor budgeting so that it is more focused. Research Limitation: This research is limited to data from the Google Scholar database, so it does not yet have high coverage and index.

Pemanfaatan Trichoderma harzianum dan biochar sekam padi diharapkan mampu mengurangi dampak negatif cekaman kekeringan pada tanaman kedelai fase reproduktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui interaksi aplikasi Trichoderma harzianum dan biochar sekam padi terhadap fisiologis dan hasil kedelai tercekam kekeringan selama fase reproduktif pembentukan polong (R3) sampai perkembangan biji (R6). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan split-split plot. Petak utama adalah cekaman air (75%, 50% dan 25% dari kapasitas lapang. Anak petak yaitu aplikasi Trichoderma harzianum (tanpa aplikasi Trichoderma harzianum dan dengan aplikasi Trichoderma harzianum dosis 50 g kg-1 benih kedelai), sedangkan anak-anak petak yaitu dosis biochar sekam padi (0, 5, dan 10 t ha-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi aplikasi Trichoderma harzianum 50 g kg-1 benih kedelai dan biochar sekam padi dosis 10 t ha-1 secara fisiologis mampu meningkatkan kadar air relatif (KAR) daun, konduktansi stomata, sedangkan penurunan kadar prolin lebih dipengaruhi oleh adanya penambahan biochar dosis 5 dan 10 t ha-1. ABSTRACT The use of Trichoderma harzianum and rice husk biochar is expected to reduce the negative effects of drought stress on soybean plants in the reproductive phase. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction of the application of Trichoderma harzianum and rice husk biochar on the physiology and yield of drought-stressed soybeans during the reproductive phase of pod formation (R3) to seed development (R6). This study uses a split-split plot design. The main plots were water stress (75%, 50%, and 25% of field capacity. The subplots were the application of Trichoderma harzianum (without the application of Trichoderma harzianum and the application of Trichoderma harzianum at a dose of 50 g kg-1 soybean seeds), while the subplots were rice husk biochar doses (0, 5, and 10 t ha-1). The results showed that the interaction of the application of Trichoderma harzianum 50 g kg-1 soybean seeds and rice husk biochar dose 10 t ha-1was physiologically able to increase the relative water content (RWC) leaves, stomatal conductance, while the decrease in proline levels was more influenced by the addition of biochar doses of 5 and 10 t ha-1.

Newborns are at risk of losing body heat after birth. According to UNICEF, the global infant mortality rate is still worrying, in Sub-Saharan Africa, of 29 deaths per 1,000 births. It means that 80% of deaths are caused by asphyxia, complications at birth, hypothermia, and sepsis. In Indonesia, the causes of death for newborns 0-6 days include respiratory disorders (36.9%), prematurity (32.4%), sepsis (12%), hypothermia (6.8%,) and jaundice (6.6%). Evidence suggests some technological interventions in preventing hypothermia in newborns, such as skin-to-skin contact between mother and baby. This study aimed to explore available technological evidence regarding the effectiveness of IMD in the prevention of hypothermia in newborns. The review is based on the integrative review method by following the modified design it consists of identifying topics, identifying problems/questions, collecting data with relevant evidence, evaluating data, analyzing, and interpreting data, concluding, and presenting results. PRISMA flow diagram is used to show the flow of evidence search. The results of the review included 10 articles. From the review, three facts were discovered, namely, EIB can increase temperature, increase breastfeeding levels, and increase low weight loss in the baby's first days. Infant mortality can be prevented with the role of trained health workers during ANC, delivery/postnatal, and EIB during the first/two hours of postpartum to prevent hypothermia.

In the last decade, c-sections have become a trend among pregnant women. Several studies have discussed indications for c-sections, including some risk factors that might affect the skyrocketing number of c-sections around the world. This study aimed to determine the correlation between previous c-section history and preeclampsia or eclampsia status with the mode of delivery at Dr. Ramelan Central Naval Hospital, Surabaya. A total of 272 medical records of pregnant women from January 2019 to October 2021 were collected. Women without previous history of c-sections had 0.051 (95% CI 0.021-0.120) lower risk of having a c-section in the current delivery, and women without preeclampsia or eclampsia status had 0.200 (95% CI 0.116-0.345) lower risk of having c-section in the current delivery.

The waste collection vehicle routing problem with time windows is an optimization problem on the route of the waste transport vehicle which aims to determine the route of the vehicle by considering the travel time and windows. Garbage transport vehicles transport garbage in several work areas. This affects the optimal time and distance. The working hours of the garbage collectors are divided into two parts. The first working hours are 07.00 - 11.00 West Indonesian Time (WIT) and 16.00-20.00 WIT. The cleaning staff has a break of 5 hours. This study aims to optimize the route of waste transportation vehicles in the problem of transporting waste so as to minimize travel time and distance. Waste collection vehicle routing problem with time windows on determining the route of a garbage transport vehicle which is simulated on the problem of transporting garbage in the city of Palembang. The waste collection vehicle routing problem with the time windows model is solved with an exact approach using LINGO software. The results of this study indicate that the proposed optimization model provides optimization of the route of the garbage transport vehicle, the total travel time, and break time of the cleaning staff.

Intellectual capital and knowledge assets are intangible assets with an important role to create advantage in competition. This study examines the main dimensions of intellectual capital as an independent variable in order to provide more detail information about the influence of dimensions of intellectual capital on performance of financial, either directly or indirectly through knowledge assets. Knowledge assets also become moderation and mediation variable for the effect of intellectual capital and performance of financial. This study population is manufacturing industry companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples selection uses saturated or census sampling. Data is collected by documentation techniques from www.idx.go.id. The data analysis tool is regression. The results show that except for the influence of human capital on knowledge assets either directly or through knowledge assets, all hypotheses for the effect of intellectual capital dimension on company performance either directly or through knowledge assets is accepted. The results also show that knowledge assets only strengthen the relationship between capital employed and company’s performance of financial, but cannot strengthen the relationship between human capital and structural capital and company’s performance of financial. This study also found that intellectual capital has a significant positive effect both directly on financial performance or through knowledge assets. Knowledge assets also strengthens the influence of IC on performance.

Purpose – The study aims to analyze the influence of hedonic, utilitarian, and self-esteem motivations on online shopping behavior. Likewise, the mediating role of impulsive shopping and shopping intentions is also analyzed. Design/methodology/approach – The study was carried out with the results of a survey in which 450 respondents participated, and the data was analyzed by using structural equation modeling (SmartPLS 3.0 software). Findings – All the hypothesized links were significant and positive except for the relationship of self-esteem motive with impulsive shopping tendency, which was negative as hypothesized. Moreover, hedonic motive had a strong positive impact on impulsive shopping tendency, whereas, in contrast, utilitarian motive had a strong positive impact on shopping intentions. Practical implications – Managers should focus on functional value rather than emotional value to attract customers who tend to be utilitarian. In contrast, for customers who tend to be hedonic, the product offerings should be visually appealing, stimulating and inspiring, as well as have emotional value. Originality/value – This study investigates the roles of self-esteem and hedonic motives in impulsive shopping behavior. Moreover, by using the theory of planned behavior, this study highlights the roles of hedonic and utilitarian motives in attitude toward engaging in online shopping. Motivos utilitarios, hedónicos y de austoestima en las compras en línea Propósito – El estudio pretende analizar la influencia de las motivaciones hedónicas y utilitarias y la autoestima en el comportamiento de compra online. Asimismo, se analiza el papel mediador de la compra impulsiva y la intención de compra. Metodología – El estudio se realizó con los resultados de una encuesta en la que participaron 450 encuestados y los datos se analizaron mediante el modelo de ecuaciones estructurales (software Smart PLS 3.0). Resultados – Todos los vínculos planteados como hipótesis fueron significativos y positivos, excepto la relación del motivo autoestima con la tendencia a la compra impulsiva, que fue negativa según la hipótesis. Además, el motivo hedónico tuvo un fuerte impacto positivo en la tendencia de compra impulsiva, mientras que, por el contrario, el motivo utilitario tuvo un fuerte impacto positivo en las intenciones de compra. Originalidad – Este estudio investiga el papel de la autoestima y los motivos hedónicos en la conducta de compra impulsiva. Además, al emplear la teoría del comportamiento planificado, este estudio pone de relieve el papel de los motivos hedónicos y utilitarios en la actitud hacia la realización de compras en línea. Implicaciones – Los directivos deberían centrarse en el valor funcional más que en el valor emocional para atraer a los clientes que tienden a ser utilitarios. En cambio, para los clientes que tienden a ser hedónicos, las ofertas de productos deben ser visualmente atractivas, estimulantes e inspiradoras, además de tener valor emocional. 功利动机、享乐动机、和自尊动机在网上购物中的作用 目的 – 本研究旨在分析享乐动机和功利动机以及自尊心对网上购物行为的影响。 而且, 本文也分析了冲动性购物和购物意向在其中的中介作用。 方法 – 本研究采用了由450名受访者参与的调查结果, 并使用结构方程模型（Smart PLS 3.0软件）对数据进行了分析。 研究结果 – 除自尊动机与冲动性购物符合假设所提议的负相关倾向外, 其他所有关系均为显著正相关。此外, 享乐动机对冲动性购物倾向有较强的正向影响, 而功利动机则对购物意向有较强的正向影响。 原创性 – 本研究调查了自尊和享乐动机在冲动性购物行为中的作用。此外, 通过采用计划行为理论, 本研究强调了享乐和功利动机在对参与网上购物态度中的作用。 意义 – 管理者应该关注功能价值而不是情感价值, 以吸引那些倾向于功利主义的顾客。相反, 对于倾向于享乐主义的顾客, 产品应该具有视觉吸引力、刺激性和启发性, 并具有情感价值。

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia impacted Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs from various fields. Torch is one of them. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Torch sales were down 50-80%. It is just that entering the middle of 2020, Torch managed to rise, and even its sales increased from the previous year. This is because of the digital marketing communications carried out. The purpose of this research is to find out how Torch's Digital Marketing Communication Improves Consumer Purchase Decisions, Especially During the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with descriptive purposes based on the method. The strategy used is a case study. The sample selection technique in this study used purposive sampling and collection through interviews, observation, documentation and literature studies, and online searches. Interviews were conducted with ten informants on various criteria. The collected data is then validated by triangulation of sources and analyzed using an interactive model. The result of this research is that Torch has succeeded in increasing its business performance in the COVID -19 pandemic with digital marketing communication techniques through Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Online PR, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

Gedi (Abelmoschus manihot L.), is a plant that grows in tropical climates and is widely used as a vegetable and herbal traditional medicine. Many people know gedi as a Japanese papaya. Gedi leaf is very well known by the people of Manado because it is often used as one of the vegetables in Manado porridge. Gedi leaves contain compounds that are anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant. This article will try to find some prospects and potential uses of the gedi plant, both for humans and for other uses. The research method used is to conduct a literature review of journals and articles that have been published nationally and internationally. This article is written from the results of a literature review to explore the potential and utilizations of the Gedi plant. Gedi leaves are widely used as vegetables, and herbal medicinal plants to treat several diseases. Gedi can be planted easily in the yard of the house. Given the potential, advantages, and disadvantages of gedi plants, further research is still needed to be able to explore the use of gedi as a functional food source for every family in Indonesia.

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the field of education, forcing educators to adapt to new teaching methods and work environments. As the pandemic subsides, it is crucial to address the learning gaps and foster innovative and creative behavior among educators. This study investigates the belief that creativity emerges during times of crisis and examines the impact of work from home (WFH) productivity on the creative performance of academics. Additionally, the study evaluates the moderating effects of intrapersonal skills, interpersonal skills, and digital literacy skills on the relationship between WFH productivity and creative performance.The study employs a quantitative method, analyzing data from 207 academic respondents working in three public universities in Indonesia using Partial Least Squares software. The findings reveal that WFH productivity has a significant negative effect on creative performance. Furthermore, the results indicate that digital literacy skills serve as a moderator variable between WFH productivity and creative performance, while intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills do not exhibit significant moderating effects. This research provides valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by lecturers in Indonesia and beyond during the pandemic. It emphasizes the importance of adopting creative teaching practices and continuous professional development to improve educational quality in the post-pandemic era. The study highlights the need to promote the entire professional skill set of lecturers, including both hard and soft skills, to effectively adapt to the disruptions caused by the pandemic. The findings contribute to the understanding of the factors influencing creative performance in the context of remote work and offer implications for educational institutions and policymakers in supporting the professional growth of academics during and after the pandemic.

AbstractThe trade war between the United States and China since 2008 has opened strategic opportunities to increase the economic market in ASEAN countries. This research aims to answer whether the trade war led to an oligopoly or a systemic market structure as a strategy for increasing demands, especially in ASEAN countries. The research exploration refers to trade data between Indonesia and ASEAN at the start of the 2018 US-China trade war and compares it with the latest data for 2020. This research uses the Results Index of C5 Analysis of ASEAN Trading Partner Countries and the Herfindahl–Hirschman index to examine trade between China, America, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan in the ASEAN economy. Findings, in a way, empirically shows that the Results Index of C5 Analysis of ASEAN Trading Partner Countries before and after US-China trade made market concentration moderate and caused an increase in the value of C5 Analysis Results of ASEAN Trading Partner Countries. Discounts on Herfindahl–Hirschman the index needs to pay attention to import players in ASEAN before the trade war. However, after the trade war, there was an increase in the Herfindahl–Hirschman index, which has a trend toward a collusive oligopoly market structure.

The aims of this study were to (1) examine the effect of using flipbooks on substance stress material on the learning independence of junior high school students and (2) examine the effect of using flipbooks on substance stress material on junior high school students' learning outcomes. The type of research used is experimental and the design used is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The place of research is SMP Negeri 1 Glenmore in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. Data collection techniques used, namely tests, observation of student skills, questionnaires, and documentation. Techniques to analyze the data using the t-test. Results of Sig. (2-tailed) on the t-test on learning independence is smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000. Learning outcomes in this study consisted of the realm of knowledge and skills. Learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge and skills were obtained by Sig. (2-tailed) on the t-test is less than 0.05 (Sig. < 0.05) which is 0.000.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengklasifikasikan citra Songket Aceh. Data penelitian menggunakan sepuluh motif Songket Aceh dan data diperoleh dari tempat usaha tenun Songket Nyak Mu. Tahapan penelitian ini adalah akuisisi citra, pra-proses, ekstraksi fitur, klasifikasi dan evaluasi. Ekstraksi fitur tekstur citra Songket Aceh menggunakan metode Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). Fitur-fitur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah entropy, energy, sum of squares: variance, difference entropy dan autocorrelation. Metode Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) diaplikasikan untuk klasifikasi citra Songket Aceh. Metode Leave-One-Out Cross Validation (LOOCV) digunakan untuk pembagian data latih dan data uji. Hasil klasifikasi citra Songket Aceh dengan metode PNN adalah sebesar 93%.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah melalui pengembangan video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian adalah 66 mahasiswa PG PAUD FKIP Universitas Bengkulu yang juga merupakan calon guru PAUD. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penilaian atas penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) video pembelajaran, isi video pembelajaran yang meliputi kegiatan pembukaan, inti, dan penutup, serta aspek teknis video pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik rerata dan nilai ketuntasan dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan mengajar melalui pembuatan dan pengembangan video pembelajaran, baik pada aspek penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP); kegiatan pembelajaran (pembukaan, inti dan penutup) maupun aspek teknis video pembelajaran dimana pada siklus satu rerata nilai yang diperoleh untuk semua aspek adalah 3,4 atau ketuntasan 68% meningkat pada siklus kedua dengan rerata 4,1 atau ketuntasan 82%.

Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas VII dengan kelompok belajar 5 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelompok belajar 6 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri disertai media pictorial riddle terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa SMP. Desain penelitiannya quasi experiment dengan jenis rancangannya post-test only control group design. Populasinya yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 11 Jember dengan sampel terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data utama menggunakan tes dan angket. Data pendukung lainnya dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya dengan uji independent sample t-test jikalau data berdistribusi normal dan uji Mann Whitney jikalau data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa di kelas eksperimen mendapatkan rata-rata nilai yang lebih baik dibanding kelas kontrol, sehingga bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran IPA menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri disertai media pictorial riddle berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa SMP.

Purpose and objective: Adding stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) to combined immune checkpoint therapy with ipilimumab and nivolumab (IPI + NIVO) has led to promising results for patients with melanoma brain metastases (MBM). This study retrospectively analyzes the toxicity profile depending on the timing of SRS with regard to IPI + NIVO. Materials and methods: For this study, the clinical database was searched for all patients with MBM who were treated with SRS and IPI + NIVO. The patients were separated into three groups: group A completed IPI + NIVO (usually up to four cycles) >14 days before SRS, in group B IPI + NIVO was initiated>14 days after SRS, and group C received SRS concurrently to IPI + NIVO. Treatment related toxicity was obtained from clinical and neuroradiological records. Analyses were performed using the Fisher-Yates-test. Results: 31 patients were assessed including six (19.4 %), seven (22.6 %) and 18 (58.1 %) patients, in groups A, B and C, respectively. Baseline prognostic markers between groups were balanced. In total, five (16.1 %) patients experienced neurological grade 3 toxicities related to SRS. All of these five patients were in group C, which was near-significantly correlated with a risk for grade 3 toxicities (p = 0.058). Post-hoc analyses showed that a maximum time period of seven days between SRS and IPI + NIVO was significantly correlated with grade 3 toxicity (p = 0.048). Conclusion: Application of SRS to IPI + NIVO within a seven-day span was related to higher toxicity rates in this retrospective analysis. After previous studies focused on immune checkpoint monotherapies with SRS and declared it as safe, this study indicates that concomitant application of IPI + NIVO and SRS might increase side effects. Prospective validation is warranted to corroborate these findings.

This study examines the effect of technology utilization and lecturer competence on the effectiveness of online learning with independent learning as a mediating variable. The population in this study were students of Economics Education Department, Universitas Negeri Semarang in class of 2018. The sampling technique involved in this study is a saturated which consisting of 120 students. The data further analyzed using descriptive statistical and path analysis. The results showed that technology utilization had no effect on the effectiveness of online learning for computer courses. Lecturer competence and learning independence had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of online learning for computer courses. The technology utilization had no effect on learning independence, while lecturer competence positively impacts on learning independence. Additionally, independent learning failed in mediating the effect of technology utilization but it can mediate the effect of lecturer competence on the effectiveness of online learning. From these findings, lecturers should provide more interesting learning materials so that the effectiveness of online learning increases and can foster independent learning in students. The Emergency Department (ED) is one part of a hospital that provides initial treatment for patients who suffer from illness and injury, which can threaten their survival. The importance of integrated care in the ED is one of the keys to successfully treating patients at an advanced level. This becomes complex because the ED works in a team consisting of various multi-disciplinary sciences and limited human resources, facilities, and infrastructure. In the City of Palembang, 23 hospitals have emergency room facilities from 18 Sub-Districts, by using the TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to vary the distance (radius) the optimal location of the emergency department is obtained according to the number of hospitals that have emergency room facilities, namely Ilir Timur I District, Ilir Barat I District, Sukarami District, and Plaju District. Based on the formulation of the p-median model and the completion of the TOPSIS method, the order of Districts that have optimal locations from 18 Sub-Districts that have emergency department facilities in the City of Palembang is obtained.

The impact of Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) processing pre-treatment on the texture and kinetics of in vitro starch digestibility of French fries made from two potato cultivars (Solanum tuberosum L.) containing dry matter content ranging from 19 to 22% was investigated. Whole and steam-peeled potato tubers were treated with a pilot scale PEF unit (electric field strength of 1.1 and 1.9 kV/cm with energy input 21%) tubers pretreated with PEF at electric field strength of 1.9 kV/cm. The findings generated in this study demonstrate PEF pretreatment may influence the texture of French fries and the extent of starch digestion that occurs.

Permasalahan penelitian apakah Alat Permainan Edukatif yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Guru PAUD FKIP UNIB telah sesuai dengan kriteria Alat Permainan Edukatif yang dapat menunjang perkembangan bahasa dan kognitif anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa S1 PG PAUD yang duduk pada semester III sejumlah 75 orang. Hasil penelitian, secara umum Alat Permainan Edukatif yang telah dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa S1 PG PAUD, meliputi Alat Permainan Edukatif yang menunjang aspek perkembangan bahasa (buku cerita, permainan huruf) dan aspek perkembangan kognitif (permainan angka), berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata 3,7. Artinya, Alat Permainan Edukatif tersebut telah memenuhi syarat indikator Alat Permainan Edukatif yang dapat menunjang perkembangan bahasa dan kognitif anak. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian berikutnya aspek perkembangan anak yang diteliti lebih komprehensif, sehingga dapat menghasilkan Alat Permainan Edukatif yang menunjang keseluruhan aspek perkembangan anak usia dini

Introduction: Lymphoma as a heterogeneous disease has various characteristics not only in the clinical manifestation but also in sociodemographic aspect. Epidemiological data with sociodemographic description in lymphoma is still unexplored. Objective: This study aimed to provide updated and detailed description of lymphoma with emphasis on patient characteristics, sociodemographic data and hematologic findings. Materials and Methods: This was an observational descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The data were from the medical records in Dr. Sardjito Hospital, a national referral hospital in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province Indonesia from 2012 to 2018. Abstract Background and purpose Chemoradiotherapy (CRT) followed by a brachytherapy (BT) boost is the standard of care for patients with locally advanced or recurrent gynecological cancer (LARGC). However, not every patient is suitable for BT. Therefore, we investigated the feasibility of an MR-guided SBRT boost (MRg-SBRT boost) following CRT of the pelvis. Material and methods Ten patients with LARGC were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were not suitable for BT due to extensive infiltration of the pelvic wall (10%), other adjacent organs (30%), or both (50%), or ineligibility for anesthesia (10%). Online-adaptive treatment planning was performed to control for interfractional anatomical changes. Treatment parameters and toxicity were evaluated to assess the feasibility of MRg-SBRT boost. Results MRg-SBRT boost was delivered to a median total dose of 21.0 Gy in 4 fractions. The median optimized PTV (PTVopt) size was 43.5ccm. The median cumulative dose of 73.6Gy10 was delivered to PTVopt. The cumulative median D2ccm of the rectum was 63.7 Gy; bladder 72.2 Gy; sigmoid 65.8 Gy; bowel 59.9 Gy (EQD23). The median overall treatment time/fraction was 77 min, including the adaptive workflow in 100% of fractions. The median duration of the entire treatment was 50 days. After a median follow-up of 9 months, we observed no CTCAE ≥ °II toxicities. Conclusion These early results report the feasibility of an MRg-SBRT boost approach in patients with LARGC, who were not candidates for BT. When classical BT-OAR constraints are followed, the therapy was well tolerated. Long-term follow-up is needed to validate the results.

Abstract At present, only a single Rhizopus species, R. microsporus, can be found in fresh tempeh produced in Java, Indonesia. The loss of diversity of Rhizopus in tempeh has been associated with the widespread use of commercial tempeh starter in Indonesia since the 2000s. However, the identities of the previous Rhizopus strains associated with tempeh, which have been preserved in a culture collection in Indonesia, have not been verified. The present study aimed to verify the identities of 22 Rhizopus strains isolated from tempeh produced using the traditional tempeh starters from the 1960s to the 2000s. Phylogenetic analysis based on the ITS regions in the rRNA gene sequence data, revealed that the Rhizopus strains belonged to the species R. arrhizus (five strains); R. delemar (14 strains); and R. microsporus (three strains). Verification of the identities of these Rhizopus strains in the present study confirmed the loss of diversity of Rhizopus species in tempeh produced in Indonesia, particularly in Java. Our findings confirmed that the morphological changes in Rhizopus species isolated from tempeh as a result of centuries of domestication.

Anak usia prasekolah mempunyai kebiasaan makan yang khas yang dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan ibu. Status gizi anak dipengaruhi oleh pola makan, penyakit infeksi dan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi, pola makan dan penyakit infeksi dengan status gizi anak prasekolah. Desain penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah semua anak dan orang tua siswa di TK Pertiwi yaitu 50 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), dan pengukuran status gizi menggunakan timbangan. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi kurang, pola makan anak kurang baik, sebagian besar memiliki riwayat penyakit infeksi dan status gizi kurang. Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi, penyakit infeksi dan pola makan dengan status gizi anak prasekolah. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan penyuluhan tentang gizi kepada ibu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pola makan anak pra sekolah.

The present quantitative research is intended to conduct an investigation into the effect of social media marketing and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), especially on Instagram, on the purchase intention of Sunday Bowl Cereal Club products. As for the sampling strategy, the non-probability purposive sampling method was employed in this research. Samples were drawn from up to 300 respondents. To analyze the data, this research employed the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) models that are processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant relationship to E-WOM. Age and gender moderate the relationship between social media marketing and E-WOM. Social media marketing has a positive and significant relationship on purchase intention. Age and gender do not moderate the relationship between social media marketing and purchase intention. E-WOM has a positive and significant relationship on purchase intention. Age moderate the relationship between E-WOM and purchase intention. Gender do not moderate the relationship between E-WOM and purchase intention. Social media marketing has a positive and significant relationship on purchase intention through E-WOM. Age moderate the relationship between Social media marketing and purchase intention through E-WOM. Gender do not moderate the relationship between social media marketing and purchase intention through E-WOM. Sunday Bowl Cereal Club needs to pay attention to the framework in the customer life cycle: Plan-Reach-Act to increase their social media marketing. Then Sunday Bowl Cereal Club needs to improve its marketing mix through E-WOM in encouraging purchase intention from potential customers.

Background: The burden of lymphoma is intensified with the presence of anemia. The type of anemia in lymphoma is predominantly anemia of chronic disease. Severe anemia is also often associated with advanced stages leading to poor prognosis and survival as well as a worse quality of life. Objective: In this study, we aimed to observe the incidence of anemia in lymphoma and to identify any associated clinical and laboratory factors. Methods: Data from lymphoma patients admitted between 2012 to 2018 with complete hemoglobin (Hb) levels were collected from the medical records in Dr. Sardjito Hospital, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Clinical and laboratory parameters included were age, sex, nutritional status, Ann Arbor staging, extranodal involvement, number of extranodal sites, Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) level, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status, platelet count, absolute lymphocyte count (ALC), white blood cell count (WBC), and lymphoma prognostic score (Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma/NHL using Index Prognostic International (IPI), Hodgkin’s Lymphoma/HL using International Prognostic Score (IPS)). Statistical analysis was done to observe the difference in any parameters between patients with anemia and non-anemia. Logistic regression was employed to model the relationship between associated or predictive factors and anemia incidence. Results: Six hundred eleven (611) lymphoma patients were involved in this study, 296 (48.5%) had anemia and 314 (51.5%) did not. Anemia was more prevalent in HL (17/ 33 cases or 51.5%) than in NHL (272/ 564 cases or 48.1%). Patients with anemia frequently presented with mild anemia in 142 (48%), followed by moderate anemia in 139 (46.9%). The incidence of anemia were significantly associated with male sex, advanced Ann Arbor stage (III-IV), underweight, elevated LDH level, abnormal platelet, absolute lymphocyte counts less than 600/mm3, elevated WBC count more than 15,000/mm3, and high total prognostic score (>3). Multivariate analysis demonstrated low or elevated platelet (P=0.044; 95% CI=1.03-8.09) as an independent predictor, meanwhile lymphocytopenia as protective factor (OR=0.05; 95% CI=0.00-0.54; P=0.013). Conclusion: Anemia commonly occurs in Indonesian lymphoma patients. There is an association and increased risk to develop anemia in male, Ann Arbor stage III-IV, underweight, elevated LDH, abnormal platelet, leukocytosis, and high total prognostic score. Abnormal platelet was an independent predictive factor, and lymphocytopenia is one of the protective factor.
